Nyeri dalam persalinan dapat memiliki dampak yang berbahaya pada ibu dan janin yaitu hiperventilasi. Berdasarkan survey awal yang dilakukan di Praktik Mandiri Bidan N Cipaku pada bulan Januari tahun 2021, ditemukan 7 dari 10 ibu bersalin mengalami nyeri yang luar biasa dan tidak tertahankan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Pada Ibu Bersalin di Praktik Mandiri Bidan “N” Periode April Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah sempel sebanyak 35 orang. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode total Sampling. Diketahui Lebih dari setengahnya responden melakukan teknik relaksasi nafas pada proses persalinannya secara baik sebanyak 19 orang (54,3%) dan kurang dari setengahnya responden melakukan teknik relaksasi nafas secara sedang pada proses persalinannya sebanyak 11 orang (31,4%) dan sebagian kecil responden melakukan teknik relaksasi nafas pada proses persalinannya secara kurang sebanyak 5 orang (14,3%). Lebih dari setengahnya responden melakukan teknik relaksasi nafas pada proses persalinannya secara baik.Saran: Diharapkan Tenaga kesehatan khusunya bidan sebagai penolong persalinan dapat membantu ibu bersalin dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ibu akan rasa nyaman dalam pengontrolan nyeri dan dapat meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan tentang teknik relaksasi nafas pada proses persalinan yang dapat membantu ibu bersalin mengurangi nyeri pada saat persalinan.Background: Pain in labor can have a dangerous impact on the mother and fetus, namely hyperventilation.4 Based on an initial survey conducted at the Independent Practice of Midwives N Cipaku in January 2021, it was found that 7 out of 10 maternity mothers experienced excruciating pain and did not experience pain. bearable.Objective: The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the Breath Relaxation Technique in Maternity in the Midwife Independent Practice "N" for the April 2021 Period. Methods: This research method used a descriptive research method with a sample of 35 people. The sampling used in this study is the total sampling method. The results: It is known that more than half of the respondents performed breath relaxation techniques during labor well as many as 19 people (54.3%) and less than half of the respondents performed moderate breathing relaxation techniques during labor as many as 11 people (31.4%) and a small proportion of respondents performed breathing relaxation techniques in the process of delivery less than 5 people (14.3%.Conclusion: More than half of the respondents performed the breath relaxation technique well in the labor process.Suggestion: It is expected that health workers, especially midwives as birth attendants, can help birth mothers in meeting the mother's need for comfort in pain control and can increase counseling activities about breath relaxation techniques in the labor process that can help mothers in labor reduce pain during labor.

<p>Fracture is a crack on bones that is caused by trauma, or other physical energy so that the medical fracture patient will experience start from light until a heavy level of pain. According to data RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang, the number one of patients fractures tend to increase in 2016 as many 423 people. The aim of this study is to see whether there is or is not any breath relaxation technique in case of relieving the pain of fracture patients. This study is using the pre-experimental design in an involving a subject group, with One group Pretest-Posttest project. Sample taking technique is performed with Purposive Sampling method that consumes 30 respondents. This study is performed on 15th of June- 14th of July 2017 in RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang. The summary of the research shows that before the internal breath relaxation technique is done from 30 respondents, 10 of them experience the pain on scale of 4 as equal as (35,7%), either experience the  reduction after the breath relaxation technique is done on scale of 2 and 3 each 8 respondents or as equal as (28,6%). The statistics test result that is using the Wilcoxon check (p-value=0.001) &lt; α (0,05) is obtained which that means there is an effect of breath relaxation technique according to the pain revelation of medical fracture patients in RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang on 2017. With this study, it is expected that health workers can implement deep breathing relaxation techniques to reduce pain in fracture patients.</p>

Dysmenorrhoea is abdominal pain originating from uterine cramps and occurs during menstruation. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Breathing relaxation Technique to dysmenorrhea on Students of SMA Negeri PurwodadiMusi Rawas, District. South Sumatra. This study was quantitative study with the pre-experiment method used one group pre-test and posttest design approach who divided by group who given the same intervention. Population on this study were all student of class 2 and 3 who experienced dysmenorrhea in SMA Negeri Purwodadi Musi Rawas District South Sumatra with the amount of 92 students. Sampling technique in this study used a proportional random sampling method that was 48 people. Collecting data in this study used primary data with spread questionnaire in the field of checklist and also observation sheet. The result of this study showed: were 33 students (68.8%) experienced moderate dysmenorrhea pain before treatment of Breathing Relaxation technique, there were 19 students (39.6%) did not experience dysmenorrhea pain after treatment of Breathing Relaxation Technique, and there is significant effect between Breathing Relaxation Technique to dysmenorrhea in SMA Negeri Purwodadi Musi Rawas District South Sumatra. It is expected that health workers and the school can provide counseling about breathing relaxation techniques to improve students' knowledge in dealing with dysmenorrhea.

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. Latar Belakang: Pertolongan persalinan yang di lakukan oleh petugas kesehatan (dokter atau bidan) merupakan salah satu faktor resiko penularan penyakit dari pasien ke tenaga kesehatan atau sebaliknya karena berhubungan langsung dengan cairan tubuh pasien. Proporsi persalinan yang ditolong oleh bidan yaitu 60,9% dibandingkan dokter 16,2%. Mengingat bahwa infeksi ditularkan melalui darah, sekret vagina, air mani, cairan amnion dan cairan tubuh lainnya maka hal tersebut mempunyai resiko untuk tertular bila tidak mengindahkan pencegahan infeksi.Tujuan: mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan pencegahan infeksi pada pertolongan persalinan dibidan praktik mandiri Kota Banjarmasin.Metode: Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Populasi berjumlah 112 bidan praktik mandiri. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling dengan jumlah 35 bidan praktik mandiri. Analisa data dengan menggunakan analisa univariat.Hasil: Melakukan prosedur cuci tangan sebanyak 35 responden (100%), sarung tangan dtt/steril 35 responden (100%), apron/celemek 35 responden (100%), masker 35 responden (100%), kacamata google 7 responden (20%), tutup kepala 20 responden (57,1%), sepatu boot 17 responden (49%), melakukan tindakan aseptik 35 responden (100%), penanganan benda tajam dengan aman 35 responden (100%), cara pemprosesan alat bekas pakai 35 responden (100%), pengelolaan sampah terkontaminasi 35 responden (100%), membersihkan lantai dan ruangan dengan klorin 0,5% sebanyak 35 responden (100%).Simpulan: Pencegahan infeksi pada pertolongan persalinan dibidan praktik mandiri kategori baik sebanyak 27 responden (77,1%) dan dengan kategori kurang baik sebanyak 8 responden (22,9%).                                                                                        Kata Kunci: Praktik Mandiri Bidan, Pencegahan Infeksi, Penggunaan Instrumen, Pertolongan Persalinan Prevention Of Infections In Relief Treatment In Practice Midwife Independent BanjarmasinABSTRACTBackground: Delivery aid performed by health workers (doctors or midwives) is one of the risk factors disease transmission from patient to health worker or vice versa because it is directly related to patient's body fluid. The proportion of births assisted by midwives is 60.9% compared to doctors at 16.2%. Given that blood-borne infections, vaginal secretions, semen, amniotic fluids and other body fluids are at risk of contracting if they do not heed infection prevention.Objective: Knowing the description of the implementation of infection prevention in delivery aid midwife independent practice Banjarmasin city.Method: This research method is descriptive. Population there are 112 independent practice midwives. Sampling method With simple random sampling with 35 independent midwives practice. Analysis using univariate analysis.Result: Perform handwashing procedures 35 respondents (100%), DTT / sterile gloves 35 respondents (100%), apron 35 respondents (100%), mask 35 respondents (100%), google glasses 7 gespondents (20 %), head cover 20 respondents (57.1%), boots 17 respondents (49%), aseptic actions 35 respondents (100%), safe handling of Sharps 35 respondents (100%), contaminated waste management 35 respondents (100%), cleaning floor and room with 0.5% chlorine as many as 35 respondents (100%).Conclusion: Prevention of infections at birth assistance in practice self-esteem good category as many as 27 respondents (77.1%) and with bad category as many as 8 respondents (22.9%). Keywords : Independent Midwives, Labor Help, Prevention Of Infection, Use Of Instrument

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading causes of death and are responsible for the highest mortality rates in the world and in Indonesia. One of the programs for controlling NCDs especially hypertension and Diabetes at the Public Health Center (PHC) is Prolanis. One of the Prolanis programs is the monitoring of dietary adherence among Prolanis members. A descriptive research design was used as research method. The samples of this study were 34 Prolanis members in Sumurjomblang Bogo Village, the working area of Puskesmas Bojong 2. The results showed that the majority of Prolanis members in Sumurjomblang Bogo did not compliant the right schedule of diet (80%), the right type of diet (60%), and the right number of diet (60 %) for diabetes mellitus and hypertension. This may be due to lack of monitoring from health workers. Therefore, the results of this study are expected for an online diet counseling and monitoring program involving families of prolanis members during covid-19 pandemic.

Stress is a physical and psychological reaction to environmental demands on a person. Nurse work stress is a condition of the results of an individual's subjective appreciation which can be in the form of interactions between individuals and the work environment that can threaten and stress psychologically, physiologically and nurses' behavior. According to a survey from the 2015 PPNI (Indonesian National Nurses Association), 51% of nurses experienced stress at work, were tired, were not friendly, often had dizziness, lack of rest due to high workload and inadequate income. If this is left unchecked it will certainly have a worse impact. From the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers, the number of nurses in the inpatient room is 171 nurses spread in several rooms. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the work stress of nurses in the inpatient hospital of H. A. Sulthan Dg Radja Bulukumba Regency. This research uses descriptive design with cross sectional survey approach. The population in this study was 171 people. The sample in this study were 95 people with a sampling method using probability sampling method with sampling techniques using proportional stratified random sampling. The results of the study found that nurses work stress levels were most at mild stress levels of 54 respondents (56.8%), while moderate stress levels were 41 respondents (43.2%). The conclusion of this study is nurses in the inpatient hospital H. A. Sulthan Dg Radja Bulukumba Regency in 2018 shows that the majority of nurses tend to experience work stress at a mild level of 84 respondents (88.4%). It is recommended for health workers, especially nurses to need to do effective stress management in the form of relaxation techniques, time management, good problem solving and so on.

This study aimed to determine the types of ferns in the Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu campus Area which allow them to be preserved and utilized optimally. This research uses descriptive research method. The sampling method uses observation techniques by going directly to the field for observation and sampling. The data obtained from ferns (Pteridophyta) were then identified in the laboratory by observing fern specimens in the form of roots, stems, leaves and spores. Based on the results of research on the diversity of ferns in the UINFAS Bengkulu campus area, 15 species of ferns were found consisting of 13 families, namely Polypodiaceae 2 species, Lygodiaceae 2 species, Davaliaceae 1 species, Dryopteridaceae 1 species, Aspleniaceae 1 species, Lycopodiaceae 1 species, Pteridaceae 1 species, Thelypteridaceae 1 species, Gleicheniaceae 1 species, Selaginellaceae 1 species, Lomoriopsidaceae 1 species, Blechnaceae 1 species, and Psilotaceae 1 species.

   Knowledge of mothers about the use of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) books, which is still considered only as a health record book for health workers, is an obstacle in shaping the health behavior of pregnant women about the importance of routine pregnancy check-ups, understanding the danger signs of early pregnancy, the importance of taking Fe tablets regularly, as well as daily health care. According to the initial survey of the service team, we see that knowledge and understanding have an impact on the awareness of pregnant women about the contents of the MCH book, especially now that the MCH book has been revised so that the importance of health education on MCH books needs to be explained again in the independent practice of the midwife of the love of Gorontalo. The method of service is through lectures/counseling, discussion and question and answer. As a result of our dedication, we get the enthusiasm of pregnant women in listening to our explanations and asking important things they want to know

Soes Legends is a business that is engaged in the food and beverage industry that offers dried chocolate fill products. Based on the initial survey conducted by the author, the factors that dominate consumers in buying Soes Legends products are consumer perceptions and the quality of Soes products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer perceptions and product quality on the decision to purchase Soes Legends products. The research method used is quantitative research with the sampling method is purposive sampling. The population in this study were all Soes Legends consumers who had repeated as many as 125 people with a sample of 96 people. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire datawere analyzed to test factors and test variables using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that consumer perceptions and product quality influence the decision to purchase Soes Legends products.

Introduction: Gout or commonly called gout arthritis is a disease that arises suddenly, repeatedly and is very painful, which generally occurs in the big toe or other joints. The elderly said they did not get information and support from their families about how to prevent gout recurrence. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the family in the prevention of gout recurrence in the elderly in Silanga Village, Siniu District, ParigiMoutong Regency. Method: The type of research used is descriptive research, the population in this study is the elderly who suffer from gout in Silanga Village, Siniu District, ParigiMoutong Regency, a total of 39 people. The sample in this study was the entire population as a sample, amounting to 39 people. The sampling method is non-probability sampling with a total sampling approach model. Result: It shows that of 39 respondents stated that most of the family roles are sufficient (53.8%), good family roles (23.1%) and less family roles (23.1%). It is hoped that families will give more roles to gout sufferers, namely in the form of a role as a motivator, a role as an educator, and a role as a family nurse. Suggestions for health workers to be more active in providing information about gout, causative factors, and ways to prevent gout recurrence and always involve families to assist the elderly. Conclusion: It is hoped that the family will increase the role given to the elderly in preventing the recurrence of gout in terms of the role as a motivator.
