Knowledge of mothers about the use of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) books, which is still considered only as a health record book for health workers, is an obstacle in shaping the health behavior of pregnant women about the importance of routine pregnancy check-ups, understanding the danger signs of early pregnancy, the importance of taking Fe tablets regularly, as well as daily health care. According to the initial survey of the service team, we see that knowledge and understanding have an impact on the awareness of pregnant women about the contents of the MCH book, especially now that the MCH book has been revised so that the importance of health education on MCH books needs to be explained again in the independent practice of the midwife of the love of Gorontalo. The method of service is through lectures/counseling, discussion and question and answer. As a result of our dedication, we get the enthusiasm of pregnant women in listening to our explanations and asking important things they want to know

: Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by lack of nutritional intake for a long time, resulting in growth disorders in children, namely the child's height is lower or shorter (short) than the standard age. The condition of a child's short body is often said to be a hereditary factor (genetic) from both parents, so that many people just accept it without doing anything to prevent it. In fact, as we all know, genetics is a determinant of health that has the least effect when compared to behavioral, environmental (social, economic, cultural, political) factors and health services. In other words, stunting is a preventable problem. Stunting is a growth failure problem experienced by infants under 5 years of age who are malnourished since in the womb until the baby is born. Assessment of stunting nutritional status can be done through anthropometric measurements of TB/U classified through nutritional classification status. Stunting is a condition where the child's height is shorter than the height of children his age. According to UNICEF, stunting occurs in children aged 0 to 59 months with a height below minus (moderate and severe stunting) and minus three (chronic stunting) measured from the WHO child growth standards. In Indonesia, stunting is still a health problem in quite a large number. Based on the 2013 Basic Health Research, around 37.2 percent of Indonesian children under the age of 5 are stunted.

Fasting Ramadan as worship has many benefits for health, so that these two goals can be achieved, it is necessary to regulate diet specifically, especially regulating nutritional intake during iftar and sahur. During fasting the diet will change, because it is only allowed to eat in the morning before dawn and at night. The stomach is left empty for about 13 hours. Generally, the body takes 3-5 days to adapt to a new diet. From the nutritional aspect, fasting will at least reduce nutritional intake, especially energy by around 20-30 percent. This community service activity is carried out using an action study method where mothers in Tonasa Village will practice cooking food according to the nutritional needs needed according to age, then increase knowledge and understanding of balanced nutrition during fasting for PKK mothers in RW 01 In addition, we as a service team will provide tips so that families can continue to do activities without feeling weak. The education provided is about balanced nutrition when fasting through Pre and Post Tests. The implementation time of the service is carried out for 4 months. The expected result of this service is that it can increase the knowledge and skills of mothers regarding a balanced nutritional menu during fasting.

Lactation Preparation In pregnancy is an effective activity to increase exclusive breast milk coverage and early breastfeeding initiation (IMD). Participants are prioritized pregnant women as well as posyandu cadre mothers. The success of exclusive breastfeeding depends heavily on lactation preparation during pregnancy, often found in the field, the fundamental reasons mothers do not give breast milk to their babies are, (1) Breast milk has not come out on the first day, so given Formula Milk while waiting for mother's breast milk, (2) Breast milk is still a little, and (3) Nipples sink. Some of the above reasons can be anticipated in pregnancy at the age of aterm pregnancy, namely by explaining to the mother about the lactation process, the baby's need for breast milk in the early stages of birth and breast care at the age of aterm pregnancy, as well as the provision of knowledge about balanced nutrition that can be consumed during pregnancy to help increase the production of breast milk in the nifas / or lactation period, However, this group is open to others who have similar interests, such as husbands, or families who will support and accompany the mother during pregnancy until the process of breastfeeding later. Through the extension of lactation preparation given, it is expected that pregnant women can prepare the lactation process since pregnancy as an effort to successfully breastfeed exclusively.
