<p><em>This study aimed to analyze and examine the influence of financial accountability, performance accountability and public services accountability on the clean-corruption perception. The study population was the local government in Indonesia. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained 104 sample. The approach used in this research is a quantitative with an analysis tool used is multiple regression. The results show financial accountability and public services accountability influencing the clean-corruption perception, whereas performance accountability can’t influencing the clean-corruption perception. Hence it can be concluded that by improving the financial accountability and public services accountability can reduce the prevalence of corruption at the local government.</em></p>

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the marketing mix for the consumer decision to buy the product brand motorcycle Yamaha Jupiter - type Z. The shape of this research is descriptive with a sample of 100 people. Population defined in this study are all consumers Yamaha Jupiter Z in 2010-2012 in Ketapang with sampling technique is purposive sampling and analysis tool used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix consists of product, price, promotion, distribution channels simultaneously significantly influence the consumer's decision to buy Yamaha Jupiter Z Brand in Ketapang. While partially only products and distribution channels that influence the consumer's decision to buy Yamaha Jupiter Z Brand in Ketapang. Product, price, promotion, and distribution channels affect consumers' decision to buy Yamaha Jupiter Z Brand in Ketapang by 78.20 % while the remaining 21.80 % influenced by other variables outside of this research.

Zakat is not something new in the eyes of Muslims. Muslims really believe and believe that zakat is one of the pillars of Islam. Problems often arise in the community we are to whom Zakat should be given. More major distributed directly by muzakki to mustahiq, or otherwise through amil zakat. For that goal to be achieved in this research is to analyze the influence of Gender ¸ The Faith, Knowledge of Islam, Governance LAZ, and Income Level on Motivation Paying Zakat on LPDU Sultan Agung. The population in this study are all obligatory zakat (muzakki) who pay zakat on income with a pay cut. And the sample in this study is the individual obligation of zakat in LPDU Sultan Agung as many as 125 people. Then the selected sampling technique was purposive sampling analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis.The results obtained from this study is that it can be concluded that the test results influence the motivation Gender pay zakat suggests that Type klamin no significant effect on the motivation to pay zakat. While the results of testing the influence of level of faith, knowledge of islam, LAZ governance and motivation level of income to pay zakat indicates that the variable has positive and significant impact on motivation to pay zakat.

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on consumers who have bought Sapa Kopi products through the Grabfood application. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of board of directors and commissioner diversitieson leverage ratio. The study population includes all manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia StockExchange in the period of 2013. Samples were taken from 63 manufacturing companies listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange in the period of 2013 with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used wasmultiple linear regressions. The results of this study show that the board of directors and commissioners donot significantly influence the leverage ratio.

A study entitled �The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement� is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs� characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.

The objective of this research was to assess and analyse the effect of duties and responsibilities to efficiency and effectiveness of budgets in Procurement Service Units (PSU). The number of research population in this study was 161 participants of whom were the employees of the formed Team Work. A purposive sampling technique was employed to determine that the 50 respondents selected. Data collections were conducted through direct survey. To test research hypotheses, a multiple regression was applied to find empirical results. The results showed that in partial the PSU positively associated with efficiency and effectiveness of budgets in Papua province. This inferred that the first hypothesis was supported. Furthermore, the responsibilities of PSU significantly associated with the level of efficiency and effectiveness of budgets in Papua province. Hence, the second hypothesis was supported. This study was also revealed that duties and responsibilities simultaneously associated with the level of efficiency and effectiveness of budgets in Papua province. This study aimed to examine the influence of the implementation of regional financial accounting system, budget goal clarity, and financial accountability towards the accountability performance of government agencies. The object of this research was the regional working units (SKPD) in Yogyakarta special region (DIY). The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling technique; it is a sampling technique with a certain considerations. The sample of this research was employees in the financial sector in each regional working unit (SKPD). The data in this study are primary data. The data were collected using questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents. The analytical method, which was used in this research, was Multiple Linear Regression model. The results of this research and the hypothesis testing showed that the application of a variable area of regional financial accounting system and budget goal clarity had a significant influence on the performance accountability of government agencies. On the other hand, the financial accountability did not have a significant influence on the accountability performance of government agencies.

Purpose: Madura is an island located in East Java which has a community with a high level of religiosity. Sumenep is one of the districts in Madura which has the largest population level among other districts in Madura. However, this is not in line with public compliance in paying zakat maal. Therefore, this study aims to find out whether religiosity, literacy, income, and tax obligation have an effect on community compliance to pay zakat maal.Design/Method/Approach: The data obtained in this study uses primary data obtained from people who pay taxes, using purposive sampling technique by determining people who have reached nisab, and for the analysis, it uses multiple regression.Findings: it shows that only religiosity and tax payment obligations which have an influence, while literacy and income do not have an effect on compliance to pay zakat maal. The implication of this research is as an evaluation for the local government to socialize the important role of the impact of zakat maal on the community, and to increase public understanding of the obligation to pay zakat maal.Originality/Novelty: Lots ofresearchesexamine the obligation to pay zakat fitrah but it is very rare to find research on zakat maal which is an obligation that must also be paid by someone who has assets that have reached Nisab (the minimum amount that a Muslim must have before being obliged to zakat).

The lack of optimal implementation of Good Governance and the use of information technology is thought to affect the quality of government financial reports. For this reason, this research is intended to determine the relationship between the application of Good Governance, the use of information technology and the reliability of the financial statements of the regional government of South Sumatra Province. The study population was employees of 40 Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and 120 respondents are obtained consisting of heads of departments, treasurers of offices, administrators of finance or accounting, and staff of finance at the Regional Apparatus Organization of South Sumatra Province. The collection method uses a questionnaire distributed from May-June 2019. The results of the study show that Good Governance does not have a significant effect on the reliability of local government financial reports.  On the contrary,  the use of information technology has a significant positive effect on the reliability of local government financial reports. The results of this study have implications for the Regional Government of South Sumatra Province as a Good Governance agent in the government to commit and consistently utilize information and accountable technology in transparent financial reporting.
