Empowerment is a successful strategy to improve the welfare of people in the region. Because of the ability it has. This concept views the community as the subject of development, not as a result of development, so that people can enjoy the real development. The synergy between government, community and private parties in empowerment is an important aspect in improving the welfare of people in the region. In the perspective of the science of defense, empowerment is one of the state defenses in the region. This condition supports the realization of the screen as a unified, sovereign and secure, united front porch of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) based on the historical trajectory of the struggle, has the only state construction in the world where the nation is born first, then forms the state. The first President of the Republic of Indonesia Ir. Soekarno emphasized that the Unitary State is a National State. The purpose of the Indonesian nation to be born, independent, and to form a state has one goal, the will to elevate the dignity and life of the Indonesian people (Indonesian People's Sovereignty). Through an analysis of the reality of today's life, the Indonesian nation has lived in a condition of life order as if it were the same as a democratic state, namely that the first state was formed and the nation was born later. So that the sovereignty of the Indonesian people based on the principles of deliberation and representation has not been able to be realized.

Politics of village government law, it cannot be separated from 3 (three) main bases, namely philosophical, sociological and juridical basis. The politics of regulatory law above are the basis for legal politics for regulations that are below, so that there should not be any universal inconsistencies. In addition, horizontally the legal politics of legislation must also be consistent

The purpose of state defense is to protect and to save the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, the sovereignty of the state, as well as its security from all kinds of threats, whether they are military or non-military ones. One of the non-military threats that potentially threatens the sovereignty and security of the nation-state is the misuse of technology and information in cyberspace. The threat of irresponsible cyber attacks can be initiated by both state and non-state actors. The actors may be an individual, a group of people, a faction, an organization, or even a country. Therefore, the government needs to anticipate cyber threats by formulating cyber security strategies and determining comprehensive steps to defend against cyber attacks; its types and the scale of counter-measures, as well as devising the rules of law.

Food processing industry (FPI) is at a nascent stage and is tagged as a sunshine industry. The efficiency and productivity of the inputs for the aforesaid industries have to be measured to not only find out if the potential is achieved or not, but also to identify the grey areas. Against such a backdrop, it is obvious that industries like FPI would grow and become the subject matter for further investigation. The research revealed that the majority of cases have been consistent with the real facts and the underlying principles, and the structure of the economy provide valid reasons for it. However, in some cases, the results have not been consistent with the movement of the economy and there are no valid economic reasons for the performance of the state.

Galician audio/visual culture has experienced an unprecedented period of growth following the process of political and cultural devolution in post-Franco Spain. This creative explosion has occurred in a productive dialogue with global currents and with considerable projection beyond the geopolitical boundaries of the nation and the state, but these seismic changes are only beginning to be the subject of attention of cultural and media studies. This book examines contemporary audio/visual production in Galicia as privileged channels through which modern Galician cultural identities have been imagined, constructed and consumed, both at home and abroad. The cultural redefinition of Galicia in the global age is explored through different media texts (popular music, cinema, video) which cross established boundaries and deterritorialise new border zones where tradition and modernity dissolve, generating creative tensions between the urban and the rural, the local and the global, the real and the imagined. The book aims for the deperipheralization and deterritorialization of the Galician cultural map by overcoming long-established hegemonic exclusions, whether based on language, discipline, genre, gender, origins, or territorial demarcation, while aiming to disjoint the center/periphery dichotomy that has relegated Galician culture to the margins. In essence, it is an attempt to resituate Galicia and Galician studies out of the periphery and open them to the world.

One form of the development of fiqh is to make the charge of fiqh in the form of theoretical laws into practical laws by putting them in the legislation of a certain State or territory in the State. After being granted the right to implement Islamic sharia by the State, Aceh as a provincial territory within the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia had the opportunity to realize fiqh laws into legislation termed Qanun, in order to regulate the behavior of its people to be under the auspices of sharia law. Throughout the course of the application of Islamic sharia based on various Qanun that was built, its implementation has never been separated from various problems and criticisms, both from the internal elements of Aceh, National and International. Among the cases that finally led to the problem was the birth of the Aceh PERGUB Number 5 of 2018. The problem that arose was a sharp criticism contents of some of the PERGUB contents which was deemed to deviate from the previous Qanun and deviated from the provisions of fiqh, even further claimed as an effort to dwarf the Islamic sharia. However, if examined objectively, it is not certain that the regulation will deviate from the existing Qanun and fiqh. But like a hot ball that is rolling, the debate that occurs in response to the PERGUB is sometimes no longer at the level of finding a solution, but it has led to things that are political.

The unitary state of the republic of Indonesia often experiences conflicts in the name of religion and even takes the streets to voice what the state decides to carry out by its citizens. It is felt that what the state has decided deviates from religious regulations, so that religious groups have staged demonstrations to express the aspirations of these religious beliefs. The unitary state of the republic of Indonesia can be shaken when it finds such a case, even if we read in the Middle East countries where wars can occur. If this cannot be strengthened, then Indonesia is also a country with great potential in this direction. The author wants to strengthen the position of the unitary republic of Indonesia with state facilities in the form of a container that has a very important role, namely the forum for inter-religious harmony. The interfaith community harmony forum must be at the forefront in maintaining the potential for conflicts that threaten the solidity of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia, not a vessel that is just a formality. This journal uses a qualitative method by using literature review from books and journals, of course, contains proven research results that show that the forum for religious harmony takes part in building regional development participation to strengthen the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. The results show that 4 research evidence has shown that community harmony forums have an important role in building regional participation, namely by solving problems faced by the community from various kinds of problems which are then discussed in the religious context. It must no doubt be very difficult for the editor of a weekly medical paper to find subjects of interest for his leading articles. And when found, men to handle them competently must be still more difficult to secure. For, psychologically, the leading article writer and the successful physician or man of science are usually incompatible. We can understand the real physician after mastering a special subject, giving his professional brethren the benefit of his knowledge in the shape of a condensed and readable abstract. But we never could understand the state of mind of the medical politician, or the medical writer who has to fill up so many columns on any subject he may be called on to write about, from consultations with homoeopaths to the latest medical bill. But so great is the sympathy usually felt for the unfortunate writers of these necessary lucubrations, that without complaint we skip them in reading our weekly papers, with an inward feeling of thankfulness that there are men who can take to uncongenial tasks. It is seldom that their common-places, if they do not instruct, offend any one. As a general rule the high and serious aims of our profession in all its various departments are recognised; the difficulties we have to encounter are taken into account, and a charitable construction is put on well-intentioned professional failures. Professional esprit de corps and comradeship commonly soften the acerbity of the medical critic. Some sense of responsibility generally underlies the fault-finding, and some smattering of knowledge of the subject treated of is usually to be found, even if the logic is halting, the style dull, and the information bald. Utter flippancy, total disregard of the feelings of professional brethren, and crass ignorance, are rare. And most fortunately of all, smartness has not hitherto been cultivated in medical journalism. The innate dignity of medicine in its daily fight with disease and death, has hitherto saved us from that.

The State Attorney's Office of the Republic of Serbia was established by the Law on the Attorney General's Office as a state body whose competence is reflected in the performance of the attorney's office function. It represents one segment of the executive function of the state government, which consists in the realization and protection of property rights and interests of the state, through legal representation and counseling of the Republic of Serbia, ie its bodies and organizations. The law leaves the possibility of determining the Attorney General's Office by a sub-legal general act at the level of autonomous provinces, as well as local self-government units. It regulates in detail other key issues such as organization, competencies, control that will be the subject of analysis in future work. The study of the origin and development of this institution pointed out the great importance that belonged to it through time and different state systems. Inspired by the role it played in the state of Serbia, the author devoted himself to interpreting some aspects of this topic.
