    The study aimed to know the quality of the questions of the book of Islamic education for the twelfth gradein Jordan, in the light of Bloom's knowledge pyramid; to reveal the levels of questions contained in the book, and to identify the percentages obtained by each level of the pyramid. To achieve the objectives of the study was used descriptive analysis method, where the researcher designed an analysis form consisted of six levels: (knowledge, understanding and comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation)..The results of the study showed that the total number of questions in the book of Islamic Education reached (237), where the first level (knowledge) was 67.1%, the level of understanding and comprehension was (32.1%), (0.8%). The results also showed that there were no questions to measure the levels of application, analysis andsynthsis at all..

This study was conducted to identify students’ level of understanding and feedback on the use of PBL Module at Polytechnic Brunei Darussalam. PBL Modules are designed specifically for Islamic Education course and used by a total of 41 students throughout the semester. This study used a descriptive analysis (frequency, percentage and min) to see the level of students' understanding of the modules used. In addition, interviews with mini-focus groups were also conducted to obtain feedback on the module. The results showed that the students able to understand the module effectively and enhance students’ understanding. Students also demonstrated increased awareness of critical thinking, concentration performance, advocate sharing information and team work engagement. The response also indicates that students prefer to use this module as well as to improve the quality of teaching and learning. PBL is expected module can be used as an alternative material that can be highlighted in the field of Islamic education in line with the demands of learning in the 21st century.

The study in this manuscript discusses the impact on the educational equalization system of Pesantren Salafiyah and designs how Pesantren Salafiyah has always existed in the world of modern education. This research belongs to the type of qualitative study using the document analysis method. The form of data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research approach method in this paper is library research. This study is divided into four methods, namely, the method of determining the subject, the form of the study, the method of data collection, and the method of data analysis. The result is the ability of Pesantren Salafiyah to make certain accommodations and concessions to find a pattern that they consider appropriate enough to face modernization and changes that are increasingly fast and have a broad impact without sacrificing the essence and other basic things in the existence of the pesantren, so that Pesantren Salafiyah still exists in the midst of the hustle and bustle of modernizing Islamic education

The aim of this present study is to initiate Islamic education in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia. With respect to the research methodology, this study employed a qualitative approach and literature study method. In its implementation, the collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the discussion, in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia, it should initially change the secularism paradigm that has been fossilized in the world of education into the paradigm of Islam, al-Qur`an, and Tauhid. As a consequence, this paradigm will have implications for the establishment of the conceptualized education system that inevitably also affects the to-be-achieved educational objectives. In order to realize a good education system, there should be integration between the elements of education practitioners which consist of family, mosques/schools/campuses, and society. As a result, those aforementioned objectives will be successfully achieved in the moment when Islamic rules are fully implemented in all aspects of life. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously educate the public regarding the importance of implementing Islamic rules in all aspects of life, including in the aspect of education.

ABSTRAK Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Survey dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan mengeksplorasi data dilapangan dengan metode analisis deskriktif kuantitatif. Mengingat bahwa populasi guru di sekolah ini kurang dari 100 orang guru maka penetapan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampel populasi atau keseluruhan dari populasi yaitu 18 guru.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penguasaan psikologi pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Muhammadiyah Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa yaitu Bahwa penguasaan psikologi pembelajaran, mulai dari memahami siswa sebagai pelajar, memilih metode yang sesuai keadaan peserta didik, membantu peserta didik yang kesulitan dalam belajar dan lain sebagainya , sangat dituntut untuk dimiliki oleh seorang guru, agar seorang guru dapat menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif dan efektif. Tingkat kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Muhammadiyah Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa yaitu sudah baik, terbukti dari pemahaman guru tersebut tentang 4 rana kompetensi ( paedagogik, sosial, kepribadian, dan profesional) yang cukup luas dan penilaian dari rekan-rekan guru tentang kompetensi yang dimilikinya yang mencapai 97,2 % atau 16 orang guru menjawab baik. Kata Kunci : Psikologi  Pembelajaran Kompetensi Guru  ABSTRACT The type of research was survey research with quantitative method approach by exploring field data with quantitative descriptive analysis method. Given that the teacher population in this school was less than 100 teachers then the determination of the sample in this study was the sample population or the entire population of 18 teachers. The results of this study indicate that the mastery of learning psychology on improving the competence of teachers of Islamic Education in SMA Muhammadiyah Sungguminasa Gowa District that was mastery of learning psychology, ranging from understanding students as students, choosing methods appropriate to the state of learners, helping learners who have difficulty in learning and etc., was required to be owned by a teacher, so that a teacher can create a conducive and effective learning atmosphere. The level of competence of teachers of Islamic Education in SMA Muhammadiyah Sungguminasa Gowa District was good, proven from the teacher's understanding of the 4 broadest range of competence (paedagogic, social, personality, and professional), and the assessment from the teachers about their competence reached 97.2% or 16 teachers answered well. Keywords: Psychology of Teacher Competency Learning

Implement evaluation system and cash expenditure procedure of the most important components the resources for good government. Cash expenditure included transactions that resulted in a diminishing cash and or local bank accounts. The goal of research is to find out how effective the implementation systems and cash expenditure procedures at the Marine and Fisheries Office of Northern Sulawesi. The analysis method used is a descriptive analysis. Studies show that the implementation of cash expenditure systems and procedures for the Marine and Fisheries Office of the Northern Sulawesi  has been effective and according to SE 900/316/ BAKD includes related functions, documents used, generated reports and technical descriptions of the cash expenditure procedure. The should, head of Marine and Fisheries Office the Northern Sulawesi increase and maintain the effectiveness of system operations, cash expenditure and socializing as well as technical guidance to improve the quality of human resources and thus have a positive effect on implementation of the system and cash expenditure procedure.

In flat environments, housewives are most found staying throughout the day. They use existing open spaces in housing project to interact with other residents. To find out, discover and analyze the correlation between the pattern of open space utilization and the pattern of activity of housewives at flats, this research was conducted using descriptive analysis method bases on case studies on some flats in urban areas, namely Kebon Kacang Flat (KK), Kemayoran Flat (K), Taman Surya Flat (TS) and Pasar Jumat Flat (PJ). Subjects were housewives (residents of the flats); sampling is taken by stratified random sampling. The survey was conducted by interview to obtain data on activity patterns of the mother. Subsequently, observation was conducted to get an overview of the activity patterns of mothers and use of open space including non-physical and physical data of these open spaces. The implementation was done in three stages: preparation (literature study and data collection by remote sensing), interpretation, field test and re-interpretation (width, location, quality of open spaces and activities, professions of women at these locations), and result presentation.

This study aims to (1) determine the meaning of Sufism education; (2) knowing the values ​​of Sufism education contained in the film "99 Kali Rindu"; (3) to determine the relevance of the values ​​of Sufism education in the film "99 Kali Rindu" with Islamic education today. The method used in this data analysis is descriptive analysis method, while the data collection techniques used in this data collection are documentation techniques and library research. The collected data were then analyzed by unit processing. In the film 99 Kali Rindu, after doing the research it can be concluded that: (1) the definition of sufism is the teaching or belief that knowledge of truth and Allah can be achieved by means of mental vision of reflection, (2) the film has sufism educational values ​​that can be applied to students. these values ​​are: (a) divine value (deity), (b) insaniyah (human) values, (c) natural value (nature), (3) the relevance of sufism education in islamic education is that it has a relevant relationship, which is applied to schools and educational institutions. The dialogue excerpt made by Azhari Zain in his film 99 Kali Rindu, contains the values ​​of Sufism education which are in accordance with the material taught at schools and educational institutions such as Akidah Akhlak, Al-Quran Hadith, and other Islamic education. The values ​​in it are very important to be instilled in students, so that they can become a generation that fights for and advances this nation with knowledge and morals

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana profil industri kecil carica di Kabupaten Wonosobo serta untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan apa yang bisa digunakan. Variabel yang diteliti adalah profil industri yang meliputi sumber daya manusia, permodalan, teknologi, dan pemasaran. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil industri kecil carica di Kabupaten Wonosobo pada tahun 2014 ada 15 unit usaha. Ada beberapa prioritas strategi pengembangan yaang dilakukaan yaitu strategi SO dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM, memanfaatkan tenaga kerja dari daerah sekitar, dan mengoptimalkan lokasi industri yang strategis. Strategi WO menyiapkan stok produk carica, mengoptimalkan produk carica, dan mengoptimalkan pelatihan dari dinas terkait. Strategi ST dengan meningkatkan kualitas ciri khas produk carica,peranan pemerintah dalam hal mengantisipasi bencana longsor di Dieng, dan melakukan inovasi produk carica. Strategi WT dengan meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial pengusaha, menaikkan harga jual produk carica, dan pada musim kemarau diganti dengan produk makanan komoditas Kabupaten Wonosobo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi yang diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan yang agresif, yaitu industri kecil carica di Kabupaten Wonosobo dapat bersaing dengan produk olahan makanan jenis lainnya dari berbagai daerah dengan cara menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk carica yang dihasilkan.</p><p>The purpose of this study to find out the profiles of carica industries in Wonosobo regency and to determine what is the development strategy can be used. The variables in this research belongs to human resources, capital, technology, and marketing. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of this study showed that small industrial profiles carica in Wonosobo regency in 2014 there were 15 business units. There are several priority development strategies did, those are SO strategy to improve the quality of human resources to improve product quality of carica, utilizing the labor of the surrounding area to increase carica industry, and optimize strategic industrial location. WO strategy to prepare the inventory in the form of stock products carica, carica optimize product to meet consumer demand, and optimize the training of relevant agencies. ST strategies to improve the quality and characteristics of products carica, requires the role of government in terms of anticipating landslides in Dieng, and carica product innovation to improve consumer tastes. WT strategy to improve the managerial capacity of employers, raise the price of products carica, and in the dry season production carica replaced with other processed food products act. Based on the research results can be concluded, the strategy adopted in this condition is to support an aggressive policy.</p>

<em>To describe product quality, promotion and customer purchasing decision  products of PT. Sayap Mas Utama, and to analysis the effect of quality products on customer ourchasing decisions PT. Sayap Mas Utama. This study uses data collection methods. Using a questionnaire, the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, simple liner regression. The result of the study show that promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction  the quality of service has a positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction PT. Sayap Mas Utama.</em>
