Boarding school is one form of school in Indonesia that implements a full-day learning system. The student study schedule is very tight because students study for 9 to 10 hours in one day. This condition causes students to have difficulty achieving academic flow in the learning process. This research aimed to examine the relationship between Student Engagement with Academic Flow to Students Islamic Andalusia Senior High School Boarding in Kebasen, Banyumas, Indonesia. The analysis uses quantitative research methods. The total samples in this research were 127 students. Sampling in this study using a technique stratified proportionate random sampling as 20% of the total population. Samples in class X were 56 students, class XI were 41 students, and then class XII was 30 students. The data collection techniques used are psychological scales of variable student engagement (45 items) and academic flow (36 items). Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for Windows Program. The result showed the relationship between student engagement with academic flow to students Islamic Andalusia senior high school boarding in Kebasen, Banyumas, Indonesia had a correlation of 0,728 and a significance level of 0,000. The result of data analysis showed that there was a positive relationship and a high significance between student engagement with the academic flow.

Islamic boarding school is a religious, educational institution with its characteristics and is different from other educational institutions. Education in Islamic boarding schools includes Islamic education, da’wah, community development, and additional similar education. This research aimed to determine the relationship between Self-Control with Discipline Behavior to students memorizing the Al-Qur’an at Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Purwokerto-Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research methods. The instrument used to collect data is the Self-Control scale and the Discipline Behavior scale. The population in the study was 80 students. Researchers use the entire population, so it is called population research. The data analysis technique uses product-moment correlation. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for Windows Program. The results of the research data show that there is a relationship between Self-Control and Discipline Behavior in students who memorize the Qur’an at Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Purwokerto-Indonesia has a correlation of 0.695 and a significance level of p<0.01. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between Self-Control and Discipline Behavior.

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and organizational climate on teachers’ work motivation at vocational high school in Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative research methods, and the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Fifty teachers participated in this research. The analytical method used is the Pearson product-moment correlation. Based on the calculation, the relationship between leadership and teachers’ work motivation at vocational high school in Banda Aceh using the Pearson product-moment, the value of correlation coefficient = 0.539 is obtained with a significance level of p = 0.000 0.05. It means that there is a positive relationship between leadership and teachers’ work motivation. However, the relationship between organizational climate and work motivation teachers using the Pearson product-moment was -0.466. It is obtained with a significance level of p = 0.001 0.05. It implies a positive relationship between organizational climate and teachers’ work motivation.

Reading is one of the important aspects of language learning. By reading, the learners get knowledge and information. But in reality, students are often ignoring to mastering this skill. It is the researchers found in the second grade of SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Kartikatama Metro Lampung Indonesia, where students have difficulty in reading comprehension, so this leads to lower their learning. Therefore, to improve students' reading comprehension ability, researchers used Written Retelling Strategy (WRS) in the learning process.        The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of Retelling Written Strategy (WRS) has a positive effect on students' reading comprehension in learning English. Written Retelling Strategy (WRS) considered as one strategy that makes students more active and fun in the learning process to comprehend some text.        Forms of this research are Quantitative Research conducted in two classes. Each class is divided into the trial and reserve grade. Author implements True Experimental Design (Pure Research) by applying a pre-test and post-test as an instrument. In accordance with the method of this study, the data were analyzed using t-test that allows knowing the difference between the experimental group that used a class of written retelling strategy and the control group who did not use written retelling strategy. Finally, the research data show that t observations = 3,590 and is included in the category of high impact. Furthermore, t observation T Table consult with a significance level of 5% = 2.010 and 1% = 2,682, the data states that t observations greater than the T Table, this could mean that Hi is received. And could mean that there is a positive and significant influence between experiment class and class control on the use of written retelling strategy at second grade of Senior High School  Kartikatama Metro.

Abstract  This research is to know influence of self-confidence to consumptive behavior  of 11th  Students Senior High School 1 Babelan. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods using ex post facto design. The sampling technique in this study is a probability sampling with kind of purposive sampling. The amount of the samples is 82 respondents. The technique of the analysis data used to test the hypothesis is by simple regression test using SPSS version 16.00. Based on the counting result, mark F is 7.443 with mark of significance of 0.008. The regression similarity of Y = 83.413+ 0.246 X and the influence (adjusted R Square) of the variable self-confidence to consumptive behavior is 0.074 (7.4%), which means that the self-confidence affects the consumptive behavior to the number of 7.4% and the rest 92.6%, is affected by another factors. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of selfconfidence to the consumptive behavior of 11th  Students Senior High School 1 Babelan.  Keyword: Self-Confidence, Consumptive Behavior

This research to see students’ attitude toward in physics learning, student motivation in physics learning, discipline student in physics learning, and the relationship between students’ motivation and attitudes toward physics subject. Using correlational quantitative research with correlational design, the subjects of the study were students of 612 students in senior high school Batanghari and Muaro Jambi district Provence Jambi, Indonesia. Instruments research is questionnaires attitude, motivation, and discipline. Analytical techniques are using descriptive statistics and inferential. The results the three indicators of student attitudes show good results, and for motivation and discipline students also show good results, with these results, there is a relationship between attitudes, motivation, and student discipline. Recommendation, therefore, it is very important for teachers to implement learning that fosters attitudes, motivation, and discipline of students in learning. This thesis entitled The Relationship Between Teacher Competence with Learning Outcomes On History Lesson In Bandung Senior High School. Background research on this variable appears as a form of interest the authors of the implementation of the Teacher Competency Test (UKG) 2015 years ago. The main issues discussed in this essay is 'Is there a connection between the competence of teachers to student learning outcomes in the subjects of history in Bandung Senior High School?'. The method used in this thesis is descriptive analysis method through correlational studies is to study the relationship between two variables, the competency of teachers (X) with the learning outcomes (Y). Data were obtained from questionnaires and documentation study. Subjects in this study is a history teacher and student of Senior High School in Bandung into the sample. Then the data is processed by using the Pearson product moment formula. The results showed that from the processing of these data it is concluded that the value of the correlation coefficient (r xy) of -0.377 * while r table at 0,361 at N = 30, with a significance level of 5%. This means that the value is greater than r rxy table (0.377 *> 0.361). Then H0 rejected and Ha accepted which states that there is a relationship between the competence of teachers to student learning outcomes in the subjects of history in Bandung Senior High School. Only the results of which showed negative values are marked with a dash (-). That is the direction do the opposite direction, or it can be said better history teacher competence, the lower the students' learning outcomes.

This study was aimed to examine the relationship betwen emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior on social media among students of state senior high school (SMA Negeri) 1 “X” in  Gresik regency. There were 232 students involved in this study. This study hypothesizes that emotional intelligence is correlated to aggressive behavior on social media among the subjects. Data collected using emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior scales and analyzed using Pearson’s product moment. The result shows that the correlation coefficient value is 0,859 (r = 0,859) with the significance level 0.000. The significance level is less than 0,005 (p < 0.005) which means that the hypothesis of this study is accepted. It can be concluded from the result that there is a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior on social media among the subjects. The positive value of the coefficient shows that the higher the level of emotional intelligence of the students, the less aggressive their behaviors on social media will be, and vice versa.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku agresivitas di social media pada remaja SMA Negeri 1 “X” Gresik. Hipotesis kerja (Ha) yang diajukan adalah sebagai berikut. Ada Hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku agresi di social media pada remaja siswa SMAN 1 “X” Gresik. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 232 siswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala kecerdasan emosi dan perilaku agresi di media sosial. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,859 (r = 0,859) dengan taraf signifikasi 0,000 (p<0,005). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku agresi di social media pada subjek penelitian, dan nilai positif menunjukan hubungan searah antara dua variabel yaitu kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku agresivitas di social media. Semakin tinggi tingkat kecerdasan emosi yang dimiliki siswa maka akan semakin rendah perilaku agresi di social media, begitu pula sebaliknya.

Abstract This article aimed to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and Music Art Learning Outcomes of the class IX in Senior High School 1 Ujungbatu. Type of research was quantitative research. The forms of research instrument were questionnaires and documentation. The types of data in this study were both primary and secondary. Techniques of data collection were done by giving questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis was done in several stages, namely test requirements analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, the contribution coefficient between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes is obtained at 23.74%. From the data analysis test, it is found that the data is normal and homogeneous. The test result is at the significance level of α 0.05 (95% of confidence level) obtained a value of rcount = 0.4878 and rtable = 0.220 so that it is obtained rcount> rtable (0.4878> 0.220). This is reinforced by the results of the significance test which shows tcount = 4.9351 and ttable = 1.990 so that tcount> ttable (4.9351> 1.990) is obtained. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the Music Art Learning outcomes of the class XI in Senior High School 1 Ujungbatu. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Learning Outcomes

The interaction of each student both in the classroom and in the Taruna Nusantara High School (TN-SMA) dormitory with an Indonesian multicultural background can lead to conflict. One form of conflict is bullying. Bulliying should be avoided if students have effective communication skills. However, before achieving effective communication, it must be known first the level of intercultural sensitivity which is a condition where a person is able to accept the cultural differences that are around him. The purpose of this study was to measure the relationship between the level of intercultural sensitivity and the effectiveness of communication between SMA and TN students. The research method uses quantitative research methods. The correlational research design measures the relationship between intercultural sensitivity and the communication effectiveness of Magelang High School TN students. Data from the research results indicate that there is a relationship between the level of intercultural sensitivity and the effectiveness of communication.

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and peer social support with consumptive behavior using quantitative methods. The research was conducted in senior high school 1 Sunggal. The number of respondents in this study were 169 female students of Senior high school 1 Sunggal with purposive sampling sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of consumptive behavior, self-esteem scale and peer-scale social support. Based on Spearman rank data analysis obtained a significant level between self-esteem and consumptive behavior with a significant value of 0,000 <0, 05, meaning that there is a partial relationship between self-esteem and consumptive behavior. While the relationship of peer social support with consumptive behavior with a significant value of 0,000 <0, 05. This proves that there is a partial relationship between self-esteem and consumptive behavior. While the significance level of peer social support and self-esteem with consumptive behavior with a significant value of 0,000 <0, 05 are related simultaneously, then the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The correlation between self-esteem and peer-to-peer support with consumptive behavior on female students of senior high school 1 Sunggal is 0.500%. Keywords: Consumptive behavior, self-esteem, peer social support.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan harga diri dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan perilaku konsumtif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Sunggal. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 169 siswi SMA Negeri 1 Sunggal. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala perilaku konsumtif, skala harga diri dan skala dukungan sosial teman sebaya. Berdasarkan analisis data rank spearman diperoleh taraf signifikan antara harga diri dengan perilaku konsumtif dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0, 05, artinya membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara parsial harga diri dengan perilaku konsumtif. Sedangkan hubungan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan perilaku konsumtif dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0, 05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara parsial harga diri dengan perilaku konsumtif. Sedangkan taraf signifikasi dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan harga diri  dengan perilaku konsumtif dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0, 05 berhubungan secara simultan, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Besar korelasi hubungan harga diri dan dukungan sosila teman sebaya dengan perilaku konsumtif pada siswi SMA Negeri 1 Sunggal sebesar 0.500%. Kata Kunci: Perilaku konsumtif, harga diri, dukungan sosial teman sebaya.
