This study aims to generate possible strategies that can be implemented to increase amount of retribution income at the Department of Tourism in Gowa Regency by reviewing 6 tourism objects within the regency. Instruments used for data collection are survey questionnaires, observation, and semi structure interview conducted to 29 respondents comprising of head departments, heads of division, and managements of each tourism object, as well as customers. The collected data were analyzed by using SWOT and IE matrix as a basis for generating possible strategies and determine competitive position of the studied tourism objects. The QSPM is then used to rank the generated strategies for prioritization.  The result of IE matrix showed that the position of the tourism objects is in quadrant V meaning that hold and maintain. The appropriate strategy used is intensive strategy (market penetration and product development). In SWOT matrix analysis, results obtained four alternative strategies, namely: (1) boosting amount of retribution by increasing numbers of tourism objects and supported tourism activities for customer attraction, (2) allocation of human resources in accordance with the competencies, (3) optimizing marketing activities, and (4) increasing awareness for retribution payment. Based on QSPM analysis, an appropriate strategy possibly implemented by Department of Tourism in Gowa Regency is expanding sources of retribution incomes.

<p>Andesite stone mining activities in Bogor area is now growing, one of the andesite stone processing business is PT Duta Keluarga Imfaco located in Bogor Regency, West Java. The economically valuable andesit stone is expected to be the mainstay of the income of the surrounding community, characterized by the increasing market demand and the growing interest of the community towards andesite stone. The purpose of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors of PT Imfaco Family Ambassador; (2) Developing appropriate market development strategies; and (3) Develop alternative strategies of andesite stone marketing development. The study used descriptive and analytic methods that are case studies. Determination of respondents with purposive sampling method, with consideration that mastered the problems to be asked. Data analysis with IFE and EFE matrix to identify internal and external factor of company, then mapping with IE matrix, to see company position. Preparation of strategy with SWOT matrix, yield several alternative strategies that can be implemented. The final stage with the QSP matrix, to determine the priority of the most appropriate strategy to be implemented. Based on the results of IFE and EFE matrix analysis, indicates the company is in a stable position in responding to external situations. The result of analysis with IE matrix, company is in quadrant V, that is growth and stability, where strategy that can be done is market penetration and business development. Results of analysis with SWOT matrix obtained alternative strategies that can be implemented and with the QSP matrix obtained the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in order to develop the company's marketing strategy is to expand the marketing network.</p>

Business activity with profit orientation required standard to measure its success. Store Operational Income is used as a critical success indicator in Outlet Burger King, a positive SOI on the Profit and Lost Statement (P & L) report means our business is doing a profit.Sales growth is good if not followed by the implementation of a good managerial system will be a constraint on the percentage of Profit to be earned. A 24% increase in sales in 2013 and a 14.5% increase in Revenue are not followed by achieving a target percentage of target Bugget attainments such as COGS, Gross Profit and Store Expenses. These elements are a reflection of the level of performance management that can be measured by a percentage that greatly affects the SOI acquisition rate. The higher Percentage of Margin obtained allows the higher SOI level we get. Evaluation is needed to reconcile the ongoing strategy to obtain the relevance between corporate mission and managerial aspects at the operational level.Redefining Alternative Strategies as a result of the SWOT matrix analysis is an effective option for reducing operational issues and constraints related to existing business aspects such as customer satisfaction, operations, finance and human resources.

study aims to analyze retribution  income of Taman Anggrek Sri Soedewi object and expected to produce a possible strategy that can be applied to increase the amount of retribution income in the tourism department of Anggrek Sri Soedewi Garden object in Jambi Province. In this research,  used are is primary and secondary of data. This study usds data from the financial statements of tourism  within 4 years from 2014 to 2018. The data were collected by questionnaire, observation, interview conducted to 21 respondents comprising of  head division, and managements of  tourism object, as well as visitors was selected by accidental sampling method. In SWOT matrix analysis, results obtained six alternative strategies,  namely : (1) enhancement cooperation, (2) improving development program, (3) improving facilities and infrastructure, (4) allocation of human resources, (5) increasing a flower collection, and (6) increased promotion.

CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is an industry engaged in garment or convection. The results of the CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif from September 2017 to April 2019 can be seen if there are some months of income that do not meet the income target that has been set. Therefore CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is obliged to devise a new strategy in order to increase income in order to achieve the targets that have been set. SWOT analysis is used to obtain alternative strategies, where strategic alternatives are obtained from internal and external aspects of the industry. Information and research data consist of primary and secondary information, the analytical tools used in this research are the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, the IE (Internal-External) matrix, the SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weakness). , Opportunities, and Threats), as well as QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The SWOT matrix creates 5 strategic alternatives that can be implemented by the industry. Based on the QSPM results from 5 alternatives, one of the prioritized alternative strategies is to use existing technology to carry out marketing activities and sell products online such as through social media and e-commerce with a TAS score of 6, 303.

ABSTRAKKelompok Tani Palintang Jaya merupakan satu-satunya kelompok tani yang mengikuti kegiatan diklat yang diselenggarakan oleh Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian Lembang (BBPP-Lembang). Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kelompok Tani Palintang Jaya adalah produktivitas kentang yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan yang diterima petani, menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, serta merumuskan alternatif dan prioritas strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kelompok Tani Palintang Jaya. Faktor-faktor utama lingkungan internal dan eksternal diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan matriks IFE dan EFE. Hasil dari matriks IFE dan EFE digunakan untuk dasar penyusunan alternatif strategi dengan alat analisis matriks IE dan matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani bibit kentang dan usahatani kentang konsumsi menguntungkan untuk dijalankan. Berdasarkan matriks IE, kelompok tani tersebut berada pada posisi menjaga dan mempertahankan (sel V). Berdasarkan analisis SWOT maka dihasilkan 6 alternatif strategi. Prioritas strategi yang dapat direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan terlebih dahulu oleh Kelompok Tani Palintang Jaya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan anggota dalam budidaya bibit kentang.Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Strategi, Pengembangan, Usahatani, KentangABSTRACTPalintang Jaya Farmers Group is the only farmer group that participates in the training activities organized by the Lembang Agricultural Training Center (BBPP-Lembang). One of the obstacles faced by the Palintang Jaya Farmers Group is that potato productivity is not optimal. This study aims to determine the income received by farmers, analyze the internal and external environment, and formulate alternatives and priority strategies that can be done by the Palintang Jaya Farmers Group. The main factors of the internal and external environment are identified using the IFE and EFE matrices. The results of the IFE and EFE matrices are used for the basis of the preparation of alternative strategies with IE matrix and SWOT matrix analysis tools. The results showed that potato seed farming income and potato farming consumption were profitable to run. Based on the IE matrix, the farmer group is in a position to maintain and maintain (cell V). Based on the SWOT analysis, 6 alternative strategies were produced. The strategic priority that can be recommended to be implemented in advance by the Palintang Jaya Farmers Group is to increase the ability of members to cultivate potato seeds.Keywords: Income, Strategy, Development, Farming, Potatoes

The gaining of society’s enthusiasm for coffee can be seen from the increased number of coffee consumption in Indonesia. This would be an opportunity for an entrepreneur to open a coffee shop. The number of coffee shops has always increased from year to year, especially in Bogor City as one of the tourism cities in Indonesia. In this situation, the level of competition will surely increase. Therefore, effective alternative strategies are needed to succeed in this competition. The purpose of this research is to identify the internal and external environmental factors of the company to formulate the priorities of the right marketing strategies. The methods used in this research are the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The result of the analysis shows that Kopi Spectrum is in a position of growth and build. Five marketing strategies generated from SWOT Matrix Analysis, that can be implemented by Kopi Spectrum, maintain product quality with an appropriate price (SO1), improve promotional activities that are suitable for the targets (WO1), expand a network of suppliers (ST1), maintain the number of consumers they already have with services and facilities (ST2), and get the halal certificate (WT1). Based on QSPM calculations, the priority strategy from Kopi Spectrum is to maintain the number of consumers they already have with services and facilities.

Rimba Jaya Mushroom as companies engaged in the agribusiness industry in the procurement of vegetables and mushrooms to face the problem: unmet demand, the capacity of the products that do not satisfy the market demand and competition from companies that must be observed. Therefore, companies need a strategic move to float the mushroom’s business in order to seize the opportunities facing the problem that continuity and corporate objectives can be achieved. This study aims to identify factors internal environment (Strengths, -Weakness) and external environmental factors (Opportunities-Threats) that affect marketing company, and analyze marketing strategies of Rimba Jaya Mushroom. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis charts and diagrams IE the company's marketing strategy can be recommended Rimba Jaya Mushroom, among others, by taking market share for market penetration at competitive prices, concentration through backward integration is to establish relationships with suppliers, fore the concentration through integration with how to take over the function of the overall distribution, concentration through horizontal integration with a collaborative effort with the work on the market continues to foster relationships with several similar companies that are members of the association of Mushroom’s Company that exist or may hold a joint venture with the company.

The current study aims to (a) find out the quadrant position of PT Guten Inc's based on the results of SWOT analysis (b) find out the proper positioning strategy to be applied by PT Guten Inc based on the results of SWOT analysis. The research was conducted by using a quantitative approach with data collection techniques are through direct observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis was based on internal and external environmental factors which influences decision making of corporate strategy. Data processing applied  IFAS & EFAS matrix and SWOT matrix. Result of IFAS matrix was ​​3.29 and EFAS matrix was ​​3.19, which means that PT Guten.Inc is positioned at cell II in SWOT matrix so that strategy can be done is aggressive strategy. Results of SWOT matrix analysis shows that it was in quadrant II with SO (Stregth-Opprtunity) strategy of the aggressive strategy that can be applied which means that PT Guten Inc can take advantage of opportunities with maximum strength

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan BUMDes di Kecamatan Pangkalan Lesung. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kekuatan pengelolaan BUMDes di Kecamatan Pangkalan Lesung sudah baik, motivasi yang tinggi oleh anggota untuk berbisnis, SDM cukup banyak karena di pedesaan, sarana dan prasarana gratis yang digunakan BUMDes, lokasi strategis di tengah masyarakat. Sisi negatifnya adalah kurangnya tenaga ahli tentang BUMDes, kualitas sumber daya manusia yang kurang, sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang memadai, serta keterbatasan infrastruktur. Peluangnya adalah perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju, dukungan dari pemerintah daerah, memiliki potensi desa yang sangat bagus untuk dikembangkan, pasokan barang semakin lengkap dan persepsi BUMDes di Kecamatan Pangkalan Lesung cukup baik. Hasil analisis matriks SWOT diperoleh rumusan strategi pengembangan BUMDes di Kecamatan Pangkalan Lesung yaitu: (1) Meningkatkan penjualan dengan cara meningkatkan pasokan barang yang lebih lengkap; (2) Menjalin kerjasama dengan mitra bisnis: dan (3) Meningkatkan pelayanan kepada anggota sesuai kebutuhannya.This research aims to formulate a BUMDes development strategy in Pangkalan Lesung sub-district. The results of the research, it is known that the strength is BUMDes management in Pangkalan Lesung subdistrict has been good, high motivation by members for business, human resources quite a lot because in the countryside, free facilities and Infrastructure used by BUMDes, strategic location in the middle of the community. The downside is the lack of experts about BUMDes, the lack of quality of human resources, facilities and infrastructure is still not adequate, and infrastructure limitations. Opportunity is the development of increasingly advanced technology, support from local governments, has excellent village potential to be developed, the supply of goods is more complete and the perception of BUMDes in Pangkalan Lesung Subdistrict is quite good.  The results of the SWOT matrix analysis show that the BUMDes development strategy is: 1) Increase sales by increasing the supply of more complete goods; 2) Establish cooperation with business partners: and 3) Improve services to members according to their needs.
