Education sector plays a prominent role in the upliftment of society. Quality of professional life indicates the set of factors to fulfil the requirements of the related profession. This study attempts to identify the factors that affect the quality of professional life of faculty members working in Arts and Science Colleges in Vellore.  Descriptive research design was adopted and simple random sampling method was used to collect data through a structured questionnaire. The factor analysis identified seven factors that affect the quality of professional life of faculty members.  The outcome of the regression analysis is that out of seven factors, three factors namely Time management, Relationship management and Special approaches that enhance the quality of professional life that influence the dependent variable i.e faculty members professional life is role model to students, colleagues and college management. The study concluded that to bring quality professional life among faculty members, synergy effort needs to be adopted i.e management and faculty members are responsible for societal development.

This study aims to assess direct and indirect influences of organization culture on work performance, as well as to evaluate the influences of each sub element of organization culture on work performance. The quantitative research has been chosen in order to meet the purpose of the research and to test those relationships empirically; the data is collected from structured questionnaire. Sample size is 230 and also Descriptive research study is used as a research design and followed simple random sampling method. The sample was selected from business process outsourcing (BPO) companies being operative in Chennai. These findings indicate a positive relationship between organization culture and work performance. Likewise, organization culture sub-elements, namely achieving Goals, empowerment, managing changes and teamwork were found positively impacting the work performance

This study mainly focuses on customer care management and customer loyalty. Even though there are many experiential studies about customer care management and customer loyalty system, the lack of studies on customers in Karabük and Safranbolu locally, has leaded to focus on this study. Thus, this study mainly focuses on the influence of customer care treatments of banks in Karabük and Safranbolu on customer loyalty. Descriptive research type was used in the study. In this study simple random sampling method was used which is one of the probability sampling method, face to face surwey to all 726 participants was used for the study. As the result of the experiential study, the attendance and influence of customer care management and loyalty systems have been comparatively low, but it has been figured out that customer care management system influences customer loyalty level.

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. Background: Assertiveness, which is defined as the way individuals express themselves and as a part of healthy life, is among the prominent features of people who do sports. Assertiveness is an element that increases the quality of people's relationships with their environment. Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the assertiveness scores of the athletes engaged in individual sports in different branches according to independent variables. Methods: The research was designed according to the relational screening model. The sample of the research; The sample consists of 201 participants selected by simple random sampling method among the athletes dealing with different individual sports branches. The branches of the athletes; (Consists of taekwondo and cycling sports) Results: In the study, the personal information form created by the researcher to collect information about the independent variables (gender, age,) that are thought to be effective in the research, and the Rathus Assertiveness Inventory (RAE) were used. It is seen that 1% of the participants are in the avoidant group, 88.6% are in the moderately avoidant group, and 10.6% are in the assertive group. Conclusion: When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants by gender are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness by gender does not differ statistically significantly. When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants according to age are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness according to age does not differ statistically significantly. Indonesia as one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world has an important role in global trade, namely the specialty coffee trade. Specialty coffee is one of the leading commodities for coffee producing countries like Indonesia because of the taste of the coffee. The quality of the product itself has an understanding that the product offered by the seller has more selling value that must be owned by competitors' products, therefore the company is trying to focus on the quality of the product and compare it with the products offered by competing companies. This research is associative research using a quantitative approach. With the aim to analyze the effect of Coffee Beverage Product Quality on Buyer's Decisions at Point Coffee Pedurenan, South Jakarta, as well as find out which factors have a dominant influence on Buyer's Decisions at the Coffee Shop. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who had visited Point Coffee by using the Probability Sampling method with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was collected using questtionnaires and distribute it directly to buyers at Point Coffee. The suggestion from this research is that the owner of Point Coffee can maintain the hygiene that has been applied by the workers, Increase again the Quality, Quantity, Variation, and Innovation of coffee beverage products in terms of flavor, to meet the buyer's decision. And Point Coffee is more innovative so that buyers don't get bored easily if they come again at Point Coffee. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Purchasing Decisions

This research was conducted to examine more deeply the role ofparents in shaping personality, morals and any factors that becomeobstacles and supporters in shaping children's personality and moralsin SDN 02 Cibuluh Bogor Utara. It is a qualitative research with datacollection methods (observation, interview, documentation), thenanalyzed using descriptive methods (by recording and reviewing allresults of data obtained from various sources, case studies, comparativestudies, time and motion studies, behavior analysis) and the object ofthis research was chosen by purposive sampling method. The results ofthis study get clarity that the importance of the role of parents inshaping personality, including: good time management, smile,greetings, and familiarize good behaviour. The role of parents inshaping morality includes: always remember to die, fear of Allah,always reminding that everything we have can not be taken into theafterlife-world except our valuable knowledge that we had done in life,shadaqah jariyah, and the prayer of the good children. The importantrole of parents is as the child companion, as a preacher and qudwahhasanah (good role model), controller, motivator, mediator, technicalmanager of children in every process of child development, especiallyin aspects of personality and morals.

Evaluation forms a major criterion in universities and higher educational institutes, for training expert human resources and producing knowledge and technology. Also important is evaluation of the teaching quality, for the accreditation and efficacy of a university and its academic faculties. This paper is a survey of the evaluation of teaching quality done based on surveying and comparing students’ and professors’ views among the business management, industrial management, and accounting departments in Persian Gulf University (PGU), Bushehr. A research-structured questionnaire was applied to measure and evaluate the teaching quality. The statistical population comprised of 1280 PGU students, including 28 faculty members and 276 persons randomly selected based on stratification sampling method. Content analysis was used for validity while Chronbach’s Alpha was used for reliability (α = 0.92). Findings based on T-test, ANOVA and other tests showed several effective factors impacting the attitude and evaluation of the teaching process quality. Halal label has an important role to make consumers recognize easily the quality of products, especially to Muslim consumers. It has enhanced the image of products’s cleaness, purity, and no harm. The non-Muslims are also give positif feedback about halal label. This study aims to determine the consumers’ perseption of halal label, the effect perception of halal label on consumers purchasing preference at the Pizza Hut and KFC Restaurant. Determine whether there are differences in consumers' perception of halal label based on gender, religion, educational background, and income. Determine whether there are differences of influence on halal label perception based on gender, religion, education background and income to consumer preferences. This research is quantitative with 200 sample respondents Pizza Hut and KFC, simple random sampling method. The data collection using a likert scale questionaire. Data were analized using Correlation Analysis, Different T-test & F-test (Anova), and Analisis Multivariat Analysis Varians (Manova). The result found that overall average level of respondents's perception of halal label positif and has significant effect on the preferences. Then the result of analysis differences perseption found that there are significant differences between the consumers’ perseption of halal label based on gender, religion, educational background, while based income level, did not occur significantly different. The result analysis in effect, discover that there were significant differences influent perception of halal label on the characteristics of the consumers purchasing preferences: gender, religion, educational background, and income.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of understanding of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, taxes sanction, taxpayer environment, quality of service, moral obligations and perceived behavioral control of taxpayer compliance. The use of the method in this study is causality research method. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer that registered in North Jakarta Tax Office. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling method with a total of 103 respondents. The results of this study concluded that understanding of taxpayers, taxes sanction and moral obligations has an influence on the compliance of individual taxpayers registered in the North Jakarta Tax Office. In the sense that the higher the level of understanding of the taxpayer, the firmer the tax sanctions and the better the moral obligations, the higher the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. While taxpayer awareness, taxpayer environment, quality of service and perceived behavioral control do not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers registered in North Jakarta Tax Office.

Marketing and trade advertising are part of our day to day lives. This study, therefore, intended to study television (TV) advertisements. Television advertisements come in both visual and verbal modes of communication. Meaning is achieved by sounds and images, which in turn influence the viewers’ choice. This study sought to investigate how adverts in Kass TV use music, textual and visual images to create meaning and its influence on Kipsigis consumer. The objective of this study was to determine the influence of prominent representations of domestic products advertisements in Kass TV on Kipsigis Consumer in Belgut Sub-county, Kericho, Kenya. This study aimed at analysing the verbal and visual modes of communication in TV advertisements in order to determine their influence on Kipsigis viewers. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The target population for the study was Kass TV viewers in Belgut sub-county because it is among the Kass TV coverage areas and also due to the fact that a wide population in the sub-county is Kipsigis speakers. Simple random sampling was used to identify the subjects. Descriptive research was carried out amongst Kass TV viewers and consumers of the advertised products in Belgut sub-county. The researcher designed a structured questionnaire which was self-administered to the Kass TV viewers and buyers of the advertised domestic products. The research used 186 respondents and related questionnaires were administered to collect data. Data was analysed using content analysis with the use of Frith’s table for the analysis of layers of meanings (surface meaning, advertiser’s intended meaning and cultural meaning) by employing descriptive statistics. The study will hopefully make some contributions to the studies of Multimodal Discourse Analysis (MDA). It also makes consumers be aware of the multiple modes that television advertisement producers use to influence their buying behaviour.
