The nature of this study was quantitative. Questionnaire consisted upon 39 items, was modified from a reliable and valid instrument constructed by Bentley and Remple 1970. 90 teachers from 24 departments of University of Sargodha were selected as sample of the study by using convenient sampling technique. Data was collected personally. Collected data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics techniques. The results showed that there is significant difference between teacher’s morale and internal factors. Insignificant difference was found among teachers of different age and gender. BUT there was significant difference among masters. M.Phil. and PhD qualified teachers. The study suggested that another research may be conducted to investigate different external working conditions like environment and family background.

The population of the study consisted of 17,618 undergraduate students enrolled into full time degree programmes in the University of Uyo for 2014/2015 academic session. The design of the study was survey design with ex-post facto approach. Random sampling technique was used to select 1730 students from the 12 faculties in the University. The instrument used for the study was ‘Students’ Social Networking and Attitude Questionnaire which was validated by an expert in curriculum studies and an expert in measurement and evaluation in the University of Uyo. Cronbach’s Alpha Statistical method was used to determine the reliability coefficient of .70 for the instrument. Two research questions and two null hypotheses tested at .05 level of significance guided the study. Mean and Standard Deviation were used to answer research questions; Independent t-test and Analysis of Variance were used to test the hypotheses. The results show that there is significant difference in involvement of university undergraduate students in Social Networking based on course of study, level (year) of study and age. Female undergraduate students’ involvement in social networking is higher than that of their male counterparts; but male undergraduate students showed a higher positive attitude towards integration of social networking into teaching and learning.

The research consists of two variables, namely the independent variable (Instagram) and the dependent variable (writing ability). The aim of this research is to find out whether or not the use of Instagram is effective in teaching writing Descriptive Text. The population of this research was all grade ten students at SMAN 3 Bekasi, consisted of 370 students divided into 10 classes. The sample of this research was 74 students divided into 2 classes, taken from the population using Cluster Random Sampling Technique. This research used the Quasi Experimental Method, and the design was randomized post-test only control group design. To collect the data, the writers used instrument. The instrument consists of 10 question items in an essay. They were developed from the indicators of writing as specified in BluePrint. To get a good instrument, it was tried out to other classes outside the sample classes, and the instrument was analyzed in the item of its validity, reliability, difficulty index, and discrimination power by using Ms. Excel 2010. After it has been analyzed, it gained 5 items which were used to collect data for the research. The writers used a T-test to find out whether the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted or rejected. The result of this research presented that there was a significant difference of Instagram on students’ writing ability at SMAN 3 Bekasi. The significance (Sig.) score of T-test 0.000 is lower than (<) 0.05. Therefore, the research had a significant difference in Instagram on Grade Ten Students’ Writing Ability at SMAN 3 Bekasi. In addition, Instagram helped the students to develop their writing, and also, it can ease the teaching and learning process.

Teacher Autonomy scale (TAS) constructed by Pearson and Moomaw (2006) was used to collect data. The data was analyzed with the help of descriptive analysis and test of significance. Findings -The result showed that moderate level of autonomy was found among teacher educators and there was statistically a significant difference for type of institutions and no difference for gender and subject of teaching was found among teacher educators of Delhi. Significance- Teacher educators are teacher of teachers are mainly responsible to train teachers as autonomous teachers. To develop autonomy among perspective teachers, to make our teacher autonomous practitioner we should trained them in such a way that they have good chance of autonomous learning.

The present study was conducted to investigate home environment and academic self- concept as predictors of career maturity among adolescents. Descriptive survey method of research was used for collecting the data using Home Environment Scale by Sarla Java and Academic Self Concept Scale (ASCS) by Reynolds et al. (1980). A representative sample of 400 (200 boys and 200 girls) Xth class students was drawn from schools located in the Hyderabad city using simple random sampling technique. Descriptive, correlational and inferential statistics were used to compute correlations and to compare the means between the groups. Findings of the study revealed that (1) there is significant relationship between home environment, academic self-concept and career maturity of students. (2) there is significant difference between boys & girls and rural & urban in respect of their home environment, academic self- concept and career maturity and (3) there is significant difference between rural and urban students in respect of their home environment and career maturity, however insignificant difference is found in case of rural and urban on the measure of academic self- concept. The above analysis suggests that career development of adolescents should be taken as a challenge not only by the adolescents themselves but also by educationists, psychologists and administrators to develop maturity in career decision and goal selection. They should be guided and trained to make congruence between career behaviour and his expected behaviour at that age. Lesser is the gap between the two greater is the maturity in the individuals’ career.

The study examines the Psycho-demographic factors predisposing school adjustment among In-school adolescents in Osun state, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive design of correlational type. A Sample of three hundred In-school adolescents were selected using a multi-stage sampling technique. Data collected were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation, T-test and Multiple regression analysis. Results indicated School adjustment positively correlated with peer pressure (r= .461, p< 0.05), emotional instability (r = .665, p<0.05) while school adjustment is negatively correlated with gender (r= -.332, p<0.05). All the independent variables jointly accounted for 48.5% variance in predicting school adjustment among In-school adolescents. Two out of three predictors (emotional stability and gender) are potent predictors of school adjustment. The most potent factor was emotional stability (β = .591, t= 11.611, P<0.05), followed by gender (β = -.205, t= -4.757, P<0.05 except peer pressure (β = .062, t= 1.198, P>0.05) which is not a potent predictor of school adjustment. This implies that, an increased influence of emotional stability will increase school adjustment by 59.1% and gender will increase school adjustment by 20.5%. Also, the T-test analysis reveal a significant difference in the school adjustment of male and female; t (298) = 6.081, p<0.05.
