Abstrak — Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengeksplorasi bagaimana fungsi kognitif siswa SMP dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri ditinjau dari gaya kognitif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan fungsi kognitif siswa SMP menyelesaikan masalah geometri ditinjau dari gaya kognitif yakni gaya kognitif verbalizer dan visualizer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan dua siswa SMP kelas IX di Surabaya sebagai responden yang masing-masing memiliki gaya kognitif verbalizer dan visualizer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa PRM bergaya kognitif verbalizer berada pada level ketiga (berpikir rasional abstrak) dari fungsi kognitif rigorus mathematical thinking dan subjek telah menerapkan semua fungsi kognitif pada level pertama dengan indikator yang menonjol yaitu pembandingan dimana subjek mencari karakteristik yang sama dan berbeda antara persegi dan persegi panjang dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri. Sedangkan siswa LDH bergaya kognitif visualizer berada pada level ketiga (berpikir rasional abstrak) dari fungsi kognitif rigorus mathematical thinking dan hanya menerapkan sebagian besar fungsi kognitif pada level pertama dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri dengan indikator yang menonjol yaitu visualisasi dimana subjek memberikan simbol pada gambar bangun yang disajikan dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri.Kata kunci: Fungsi kognitif, Gaya kognitif, Masalah geometri, Verbalizer, Visualizer.Abstract — In this article, we explore how the cognitive function of junior junior school students in solving geometry problems based on cognitive style. The purpose of this study was to describe the cognitive functions of junior junior school students solving geometry problems reviewed from verbalizer and visualizer cognitive style. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research used two students of IX grade in Surabaya as respondents who each student have a cognitive style of verbalizer and visualizer. The results of this study indicate that PRM students with cognitive verbalizer style are at the third level (abstract rational thinking) of the cognitive function rigorous mathematical thinking and the subject has applied all cognitive functions at the first level with a prominent indicator is comparison where the subject looks for the same and different characteristics between square and rectangle in solving geometry problems. Whereas LDH students with cognitive visualizer style is at the third level (abstract rational thinking) of cognitive function rigorous mathematical thinking and apply most cognitive functionsat the first level with a prominent indicator is visualization where the subject provides symbols on the image in solving geometric problems.Keywords: Cognitive function, Cognitive style, Geometry problems, Verbalizer, Visualizer.

This study presents a research report on improving students’ Learning results on IPA through Video. The objective was to find out whether students’ learning result improved when they are taught by using Video. It was conducted using classroom action research method. The subject of the study was the Grade IV students of SDN 187/IV Kota Jambi which is located on Jln. Adi Sucipto RT 05 Kecamatan Jambi Selatan, and the number of the students were 21 persons. The instruments used were test. In analyzing the data, the mean of the students’ score for the on fisrt sycle was 65,4 (42,85%) and the mean on cycle two was 68,5 (37,15%) and the mean of the third cycle was 81,4 (100%). Then it can be concluded that the use of video on learning IPA can improve the students’ learning result. It is suggested that teachers should use video as one of the media to improve students’ learning result on IPA.Keywords : IPA, students’ learning result, video

This research concerns on improving students’ writing achievement in the report text through film.  The objective was to find out the improvement of students’ writing achievement in writing the report text through film. This research was conducted by using action research method. The subject of the research was XI IPA grade students of SMA SWASWTA JOSUA Medan. The numbers of students were thirty one students. They were taught writing the report text through film. The instruments used were writing report text test, diary notes, interview sheets, questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. In analyzing data, the mean of students’ score for the first competency test was 43.1, for the second competency test was 64.8 and for the third competency test was 76.3 and the total percentage of improvement from the first competency test to the third competency test was 84.1%. The conclusion is that through watching film can improve the students’ writing achievement in the report text. It is suggested that teachers should apply watching film as one of media to improve students’ writing achievement in the report text.

<span>this research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach as it is meant to describe question submission of Junior High School students seen from cognitive style, namely; fast-accurate style cognitive style and slow-inaccurate style. The data collection method used in this research are test and interview. The data credibility is then tested through triangulation of time. the result shows that the description of question submission submitted by subject of fast-accurate are; most of the questions submitted are mathematical questions except few of them are not, the questions submitted by the subject are varied, most of the questions submitted are from visual information, all questions submitted can be solved, the questions submitted by the fast-accurate subject are balance between medium and high difficulty, the solution of all questions submitted are correct. The submission of questions done by slow-inaccurate group are: most of the questions submitted by slow-inaccurate group are mathematical questions except one, the questions submitted are varied, the questions submitted from visual and verbal information are balance where 6 questions are from visual and the other 6 are from verbal, most of the questions can be solved except one, most of the questions are in medium level of difficulty, most of the questions can be solved correctly except question number 9 which can be solved as the information given are not enough to solve the problem.</span>

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of KPI UIKA Bogor students towards the RRI Bogor Radio Pro 2 program and later in it would be known what points were the input for the programs in it. This research method uses quantitative methods, namely the method of distributing questionnaires to KPI UIKA Bogor students by using Suharsimi Arikunto's theory which takes a partial sample or representative of the population being studied. If the subject is less than 100, it is better to take all, on the contrary if the subject is greater than 100, it can be taken between 10-15%. The results obtained from the study were firstly the results of the research on the perception of UIKA KPI students on the satisfaction motive of the Pro 2 RRI Bogor program which got first place by getting a score of 550 from the results of the questionnaire answers, then the program effect dimension was ranked second with a score of 460 from the results of the questionnaire answers. In the third place, there is a motive for the respondents' knowledge of all programs in Pro 2 RRI Bogor with a score of 295. Finally, there is a motive for the general view of respondents on the Pro 2 RRI Radio Bogor which is ranked fourth with a score of 221. In general, the results obtained are known. that the listener's perception, namely the Islamic Broadcasting and Communications Students, University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor, is found in the satisfaction motive of the RRI Bogor Pro 2 Program.</span></em></p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong><span lang="IN">Abs</span><span lang="EN-US">trak</span></strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak"><span lang="IN">Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa KPI UIKA Bogor terhadap program Radio Pro 2 RRI Bogor dan nantinya didalamnya akan di ketahui apa saja poin yang menjadi masukan untuk program-program didalamnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan metode penyebaran angket kepada Mahasiswa KPI UIKA bogor dengan menggunakan teori Suharsimi Arikunto yang mengambil sempel sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Apabila subyeknya kurang dari 100 lebih baik diambil semua, sebaliknya jika subyeknya lebih besar dari 100 dapat diambil antara 10-15%.</span><span lang="IN">Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian tersebut pertama hasil penelitian persepsi mahasiswa KPI UIKA terhadap motif kepuasan program Pro 2 RRI bogor mendapat peringkat pertama dengan mendapat skor 550 dari hasil jawaban kuesioner, Selanjutnya dimensi efek program menempati peringkat kedua dengan skor 460 dari hasil jawaban kuisoner, Kemudian di peringkat ketiga ada motif pengetahuan responden terhadap seluruh program-program yang ada di Pro 2 RRI Bogor dengan skor 295, Terakhir ada motif pandangan umum responden terhadap radio Pro 2 RRI Bogor yang mendapat peringkat keempat dengan skor 221. Secara umum, hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa persepsi pendengar yaitu Mahasiswa Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor terdapat pada motif kepuasan Program Pro 2 RRI Bogor.</span></p>

Students at SMPIT Madrasatul Quran boarding school memorize verses of al-Quran, memorize Arabic vocabulary, learn Arabic grammar and learn Arabic texts. This process will be a good attempt to improve students' ability to read and understand Arabic texts. In reality, however, some students are not able to read and understand Arabic texts well, as there are errors in "makhrajul huruf", errors in "late rendering", errors on "stop places while reading texts" and are unable to " explain the meaning of the text read". Therefore, the researcher wanted to study the application of cooperative learning method with Jigsaw model to improve the ability of SMPIT Madrasatul Quran boarding school students to understand Arabic texts. The purpose of this study is to know the process of teaching students, students' responses to learning and to know the efforts of teachers in applying cooperative learning methods with Jigsaw model to improve the ability of SMPIT Madrasatul Quran boarding school students in understanding Arabic texts. The approach of this research is procedural research method. The research results that cooperative learning method Jigsaw model is effective to improve the ability of SMPIT Madrasatul Quran boarding school students in understanding Arabic texts. As a proof that the value of students in the first round is 66.89 (accepted). In the second half was 72.58 (acceptable). In the third round was 82.58 (good). In the fourth round their value increased to 86.20 (good). And also after observing learning by using cooperative learning method, there is a change in teaching and learning process. And the efforts of researchers in finding solutions to student problems have increased their competence and courage to read and understand Arabic texts

The aim of this paper is to ascertain the type of relation elementary school students have toward mathematics classes. Through employing technical and scientific methods, a basis was constructed which can provide answers to numerous questions related to math classes, relation of students towards the subject matter, as well as to results being achieved in the subject mathematics during elementary education. The fact is that elementary school students exhibit difficulties in accepting the subject and achieve lower results in mathematics in comparison to other school subjects. Likewise, it is a fact that students upon gradating elementary school opt for high schools which have less mathematics in their curricula, and this state of affair continues when choosing higher education area. In the first theoretical part, certain fundamental concepts regarding this research topic have been clarified. The second part relates to the methodology of research of the above-mentioned problem. In the third part an analysis and interpretation of the results of conducted research has been provided.

This research-based on the findings that elementary school students already have mathematical critical thinking skills but have not reached the whole stage of the skills. Critical thinking skills of mathematics is essential for students because critical mathematical thinking can solve the problems and as a consideration to make decisions. This research aims to: (1) explore the critical thinking skills of mathematics of the subject of the volume of cubes and beams; (2) to determine student's difficulties in solving mathematical critical thinking skills test questions on the subject of the volume of cubes and beams. The research used a case study method of 28 students in one of the Islamic elementary schools in Bandung Regency. The data collected in the form of qualitative data obtained through tests of mathematical critical thinking skills, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques used thematic analysis by analyzing students' learning trajectory. The results showed that most students were still in the low category in the ability of critical thinking. As for the difficulties experienced by students, namely in providing simple explanations and working on problems that are not systematic. For this reason, the improving of students' mathematical critical thinking skills need further research.

This study describes the profile of the science process skills (KPS) of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau students on magnetic electric material. The subjects of the research were the third semester students who took magnet electricity courses. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The research method used was Qualitative Positive Descriptive Method. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using an instrument in the form of a KPS diagnosis test. Based on the results of KPS research on student electricity magnet on the subject of Electric magnet, it can be concluded that (1) The skills of the science process of magnet electricity are skilled, and (2) The solution to solve the problem of availability of KPS aspects is to train and be trained with the KPS approach to magnetized student electricity so that the availability of KPS aspects can appear / available. The average percentage increase in KPS are, 82% observation skills, 80% classification skills, 85% interpretation skills, 78% prediction skills, 88% experimental planning or investigation skills, 87% skills using tools and materials, 80% skills in applying concepts or principles %, 85% communication skills, 84 question asking skills, and 79% hypothesized skills. The research findings indicate that there is a significant increase in 82.8%.

Limited availability of employment opportunities, making some with disabilities intend to become entrepreneurs. There are a number of research results related to disability and entrepreneurship that have been published and indexed on the Garuda portal. The publication of research results is one of the scientific communication activities. This research aims to map a number of these studies. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that research related to disabilities and entrepreneurship which is published in national journals and indexed on the Garuda portal, the majority of the research content makes the disability community the subject of its study, is followed by disabled entrepreneurs and students with disabilities and makes people with disabilities, in general, the subject of their studies. followed by hearing, physical, visual and intellectual disabilities. Furthermore, there are four clusters of keywords related to the results of disability and entrepreneurial research. The first cluster of entrepreneurs is associated with training, education, ability, motivation, and finance. The second cluster of entrepreneurship is associated with skills, vocational, character, independence, and marketing. The third cluster, entrepreneurship, is associated with mentoring, empowerment, business, and community. The fourth cluster connects entrepreneurship with, welfare, accessibility, economy, and entrepreneurs.Keywords: Scientific communication, entrepreneurship, disability, research trends, concepts ABSTRAKKeterbatasan lapangan kerja, membuat sebagian disabilitas memiliki harapan untuk dapat menjadi wirausahawan. Oleh karena itu riset ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan atas sejumlah riset tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, diketahui bahwa riset terkait disabilitas dan wirausaha yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal nasional dan terindeks di portal garuda, mayoritas dari isi riset menjadikan komunitas disabilitas sebagai subjek kajiannya, diikuti oleh wirausahawan disabilitas dan siswa disabilitas, serta menjadikan penyandang disabilitas secara umum sebagai subjek kajiannya, diikuti oleh disabilitas pendengaran, fisik, penglihatan dan intelektual. Selanjutnya terdapat empat klaster kata kunci terkait hasil riset disabilitas dan wirausaha. Klaster pertama wirausaha dikaitkan dengan pelatihan, pendidikan, kemampuan, motivasi, dan keuangan. Klaster kedua wirausaha dikaitkan dengan keterampilan, vokasional, karakter, mandiri dan pemasaran. Klaster ketiga, wirausaha dikaitkan dengan pendampingan, pemberdayaan, usaha dan komunitas. Purpose – The aim of the study is to indicate the main determinants and barriers that affect the innovative activity of educational farms located in the rural areas of Poland. A review of domestic and foreign literature and a survey conducted among the described entities helped to achieve this goal. Research method – The first part of the article discusses the literature on the multifunctionality of agriculture. The second part deals with the subject of innovation and describes educational farms located in the rural areas of Poland and their activities in the context of innovation. The third part is devoted to empirical research based on the analysis of questionnaires. Results – The conducted analysis of available materials proves that the examined entities show activity in all areas of innovation, however, they define it to a different degree. Originality /value / implications /recommendations - The article implies the need to work on harmonizing the definition of innovation, as it is still perceived by many respondents as a process of modification of production factors closely related to technological innovation.
