This study examines the effectiveness of the use of relaxation video to manage students' stress learning in SMP Negeri 4 Ajangale. This study used a quantitative approach with pre-experimental designs on 30 subjects who were randomly picked and were students of CLASS VII A in SMP Negeri 4 Ajangale. Data collection using stress scale learning instrument. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely t-test. The results of the study showed that: (1) The level of stress of learning in SMP Negeri 4 Ajangale, before treatment in the form of relaxation exercise using relaxation video is in high category but after being treated in the form of relaxation exercise using relaxation video, stress level of student learning can be managed and in very low category. (2) The use of effective relaxation video to manage students' stress in SMP Negeri 4 Ajangale

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertive training techniques on the adaptation of class X students at SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram, amounting to 16 students. In this study using purposive sampling to determine the sample and produced 6 students to study who experienced low adjustment. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the t-test formula. In accordance with the results of the calculation of tcount obtained from the results of the study showed 12,156. While the t-test value in the table with db (N-1) = 6-1 = 5 with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% = 2.015. So the results obtained in this study are greater than t table (12,156> 2,015), thus the conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of assertive training techniques on the adjustment of class X students in SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 321 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh pada indikator plan sebesar 4,11, Indikator preference sebesar 4,00, Sedangkan indikator desire yaitu sebesar 3,39 bahwa minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dalam kategori tinggi,. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam kategori efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa semakin efektif pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan, maka semakin tinggi juga minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Abstract: The aims of study is to know the influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Bangka Belitung University students.The sample of this study was 321 respondents. Using proportional random sampling for technique sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analyses. The results of the descriptive analysis are obtained in the plan indicator of 4.11, preference indicator of 4.00, while the desire indicator is 3.39 that the interest of entrepreneurial students in the high category. The influence of entrepreneurship education in effective category. The results show an entrepreneurial education that is simultaneously influential towards entrepreneurial interest. The more effective research is the entrepreneurial education, the higher the interest of students from the University of Bangka Belitung.

This research generally aims to give an idea of the extent of the VO2Max ability of the futsal team at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar. The subjects of this study were 20 students from the SMA Negeri 22 Makassar team, this sample was also called the "saturated sample". The sampling technique used in this study uses a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation sheets and bleep test forms. Research instruments in the study for data collection in this study using the Bleep Test. Data analysis techniques in the study used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the ability of the VO2Max level of the futsal team at the 22nd High School Makassar Makassar is in the medium category with a mean value (42.375) with detailed data that is in the excellent criteria of 0 students (0%), on good criteria a number of 10 students ( 50%), students on the medium criteria were 10 people (50%) and students who were included in the criteria were poor and the criteria were very few at 0 students (0%). The conclusion of this study is the VO2Max level of the Futsal Team at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar is in the medium category.

The paper is aimed at studying the stress level in media personnel. The physical Stress Scale by Rekha Paliwal & Shanu Maheshwari was used for data collection, based on which a detailed description of the analysis and interpretation of data is outlined. All statistics were calculated using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Descriptive data together with, significant and non significant findings of independent T test have been reported. The present research work has following variables: The sample consisted of total 120 Personnel of Media who were purposively selected. 30 were Old Media Male Personnel & 30 were Old Media Female Personnel of Old Media Category, another 30 New Media Male Personnel & 30 New Media Female Personnel were of Old Media Category. The results obtained showed significant difference between the two comparative groups of Old Media and New Media.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of documentary film learning media on student learning motivation. This study used an experimental method with one group design with a total sampling of 19 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique of this research is using statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate x2hitung 6.477> x2tabel 3.841 with a significant level of 5% and dk (fh-1) = 2-1 = 1, it is obtained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of documentary film learning media on learning motivation of class VIII students. SMP Negeri 2 Sakra Barat.

Abstract. This research is a classroom action research  that aims to improve the students’ learning outcomes of IPA in class VII A, through the Iqro’ learning model with support of video media in SMP Negeri 2 Amali at Bone regency. Subject of this research consisted of 18 students of class VII A of SMP Negeri 2 Amali consisting of 10 men and 8 women in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. This research was conducted in two cycles with six meetings. The data retrieval of students’ learning outcomes is done in the end of every cycle. Technique of data collection in this research used instrument in the form of a test of learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice consist 25 numbers. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The result of data analysis showed that the average value of students learning outcomes increase from 70,78 in the end of cycle I increase to 85,11 in cycle II. The completeness of students’ learning outcomes in the end of cycle I 61,11% and become 88,89 in cycle II. It can be conclude that the Iqro’ learning model with video media improve the students’ learning outcomes of IPA in class VII A SMP Negeri 2 Amali at Bone regency. This study aims to describe the incivility in saying words of students in SMP Negeri 1Pangkep before and after being given Islamic counseling techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach with the True Experimental Design model of 20 people divided into two groups: 10 people in the control group and 10 people being the experimental group. The research sample was students of class Xa, Xb, and Xc. Data collection using questionnaire and observation instruments. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and non parametric inferential statistics by hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of the study showed that (1) the level of inconsistency in the words of students in SMP Negeri 1Pangkep based on the pretest results of both the experimental group and the control group were in the high category. But after the posttest was held on students in the experimental group who had followed the stages of Islamic counseling showed a decrease in the level of incivility in words, while for students in the control group who did not take Islamic counseling process did not show a significant lack of politeness or remained in the high category. (2) The application of Islamic counseling has an influence on the impoliteness of students' words in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkep 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran ketidaksopanan bertutur kata siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Pangkep sebelum dan sesudah diberikan teknik konseling islami. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model True Eksperimental Design terhadap 20 orang sampel yang terbagi dua kelompok yakni 10 orang pada kelompok kontrol dan 10 orang menjadi kelompok eksperimen. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas Xa, Xb, dan Xc. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen angket dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistic inferensial non parametris dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed ranks test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yang diperoleh bahwa  (1) Tingkat ketidakasopanan bertutur kata siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Pangkep berdasarkan hasil pretest baik kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol berada pada kategori tinggi. Namun setelah diadakan posttest pada siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen yang telah mengikuti tahapan konseling islami menunjukkan penurunan tingkat ketidaksopanan bertutur kata, sedangkan bagi siswa yang berada di kelompok kontrol yang tidak mengikuti proses konseling islami tidak menunjukkan penurunan ketidaksopanan bertutur kata yang signifikan atau tetap berada pada kategori tinggi. (2) Penerapan konseling islami memberikan pengaruh terhadap ketidaksopanan bertutur kata siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Pangkep.

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes that use learning with inquiring minds want to know strategy and students who use conventional learning lectures. The research method used is Quasi Experimental Design with non-equivalent kontrol group design.The research sample is class 3C as many as 25 students as an experimental class and 3D class as many as 25 students as a kontrol class. Data collection techniques using a test, which consist of pretest and posttest questions.  Data analysis using Independent Sample tTest with t count obtained in the Independent sample t-Test is 2,932. Whereas the t table for the 5% significance level is 2.02 and 1% is 2.69, it can be seen that t count is greater than t table that is 2.02 <2.932> 2.69, meaning that there are differences in learning outcomes between experimental and kontrol classes. So it can be said that the Inquiring Minds Want to know Strategy influences student learning outcomes on “Money type and use” material.

Allocation of village founds is financial budget that given to village by government, the source from local tax profit sharing and balanced founds center and local financial received by district. The purpose of this research is determine the effect of village development and factors can be hamper allocation of village founds management on public accountability allocation of village management. The population of this research are villager of Purwosari and the paper uses a sampel are 30 person villager of Purwosari. The sampling technique which is used to get the sample is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection in this research used questionare. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linier regressions. The data were processed using SPSS 21. The research show that the village development and factors can be hamper allocation of village founds management take effect to publik accountability allocation of village founds management.
