Koperasi merupakan salah satu unsur penting sebagai penyangga perekonomian bangsa. Jumlah anggota di KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan anggota  di KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera. Tipe penelitian adalah explanatory. Sampel penelitian dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dengan cara editing, coding dan tabulating. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dengan statistik korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian, ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan anggota dengan korelasi ganda sebesar 0,920 dengan F test, Fh > Ft atau 129,49 > 3,18. Sumbangan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan anggota di KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera sebesar 92%. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera harus dapat mempertahankan kondisi yang sudah baik ini dengan meningkatkan sikap tanggap pegawai, memperhatikan kebutuhan dan keinginan anggota dengan cara menambah jenis usaha koperasi dan promosi yang intensif serta perlunya dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap variabel-variabel lain di luar penelitian. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, kepuasan anggota

The objective of this study is to investigate the simultaneous and partial effect of trust, commitment,  and marketing mix on customer loyalty at Zakiah Hotel Medan.The sample of this study are 150 customers at  Zakiah Hotel Medan. This study uses  probability sampling by simple random sampling. And data are estimated by using multiple linear regression model.The empirical result of this study with F-test shows that trust, commitment, and marketing mix influence customer loyalty at Zakiah Hotel Medan. The result with partial t-tes shows that trust (X1) by t-tes (3,8463) >t-tab(1,9764), commitment (X2) by t-test (4,4248) > t-tab(1,9764;) and marketing mix (X3) by t-test (7,0702) > t-tab (1,9764) influence to customer loyalty at Zakiah Hotel Medan.

The research using amount 100 of data which taken in proportionate stratified random sampling,  the examination of data using in quantitative statistical with aid of correlation technique of SPSS method version 16.0, The Quantitative calculation through statistical analysis produces the result value of R coefficient 0,750 which contributes to the meaning both variables of 5S customs (X1) and employee performances (X2) have strong correlation against customer satisfaction (Y), valuable contribution / effect of both independent variables which observed to dependent variable (Y) was expressed to R square value or coefficient determination R square (R2) result shown 0,892 or 89,2%. This value expressed that contribution / effect from both independent variables is 89,2% whereas the remain 1,8% was influenced by or revealed by another variables which loose observed. The result of F test taken from Anova as known that F count 5,112 is bigger than F table 3,0902 (5,112 > 3,0902) in significant a 0,05. The comparison value means both variables in mutual have any correlation to customer’s satisfaction

The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect the performance of employee at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were mostly employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru which amounted to 61 people. Sampling selected randomly using random sampling techniques (Sugiyono, 2010:93). While the variables studied in this research is the ability and motivation. Data analysis using multiple regression linear, using validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, F test, t test R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research on the ability and motivation variables on performance can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (58) = 4,01, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 55,820, meaning F count = 55,820 > 4,01 means there is he ability and motivation variables on performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru is ability with t value 8,062 > 2,00172 meaning the partial motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 14,456 + 0,894X1 - 0,041X2.Therefore means that any changes in the ability amd motivation of both positive and negative will be amended also on the performance of employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan tenaga pengajar dan staf di SD Negeri Kecamatan Sukaresmi tentang bank syariah, dari hasil pra survei terhadap tenaga pengajar dan staf menunjukkan bahwa mereka memiliki pengetahuan yang minim tentang bank syariah, terlebih lagi berpendapat bahwa dalam implementasinya bank syariah sama saja dengan bank konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, seberapa besar pengaruh Tingkat Religiusitas pengetahuan staf dan guru tentang bank syaiah, seberapa besar pengaruh Media Promosi terhadap pengetahuan staf dan guru tentang bank syariah, dan seberapa besar pengaruh Tingkat Religiusitas dan Media Promosi secara simultan terhadap Pengetahuan tenaga pengajar dan staf di SD Negeri Kecamatan Sukaresmi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan simple random sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 90 orang responden dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Religiusitas berpengaruh negativ dan signifikan terhadap Pengetahuan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t (parsial) Variabel  Tingkat Religiusitas di peroleh > sebesar 0,331 > 1,991 sedangkan untuk nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,519 > 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan Tingkat Religiusitas berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Pengetahuan tenaga pengajar dan staf SD Negeri Kecamatan Sukaresmi. Variabel  Media Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengetahuan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t (parsial) diperoleh  >  sebesar 6,243 > 1,991, sedangkan untuk nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan Media Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengetahuan. Berdasarkan hasil  uji f (simultan)  dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Religiusitas dan Media Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengetahuan. Hasil uji F (simultan) diperoleh nilai  dan sebesar 19,487 > 3,10 sedangkan nilai signifikansinya 0,000<0,05. Selanjutnya berdasarkan nilai koefisien  determinasi (), besarnya pengaruh variabel Tingkat Religiusitas dan Media Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengetahuan sebesar 30,93%, dan sisanya 69,07% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. AbstrackThis This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge of faculty and staff at SD Negeri Sukaresmi subdistrict about sharia banks, from the results of pre suvei conducted by researchers to faculty and staff shows that they have minimal knowledge about sharia banks, moreover some people also argue that in its implementation sharia banks are the same as conventional banks. This study aims to find out; 1) how much religiosity level of knowledge of staff and teachers about syaiah bank; 2) how much influence of Promotional Media on staff and teacher knowledge about sharia banks; 3) how much influence the Level of Religiosity and Promotional Media simultaneously on the knowledge of teachers and staff in sd Negeri Sukaresmi Subdistrict. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach, with the technique of collecting samples in this study using simple random sampling with a total sample of 90 respondents using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that. Religiosity level has a negativ and significant effect on Knowledge, this is evidenced by the results of the test t (partial) Variable Level religiosity obtained > of 0.331 > 1,991 while for the value of significance of 0.519 > 0.05. So, it can be concluded that the Level of Religiosity has an insignificant effect on the knowledge of teachers and staff of SD Negeri Sukaresmi Subdistrict. Promotional Media Variables have a positive and significant effect on Knowledge, this is evidenced by the results of the t (partial) test obtained > of 6,243 > 1,991 while for its significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Then it can be concluded that The Promotional Media has a positive and significant effect on Knowledge. Based on the results of the f test (simultaneous) it can be concluded that the Level of Religiosity and Promotional Media have a positive and significant effect on Knowledge. The F test result (simultaneous) was obtained by the value and amounted to 19,487 > 3.10 while the significance value was 0.000<0.05. Furthermore, based on the value of the coefficient of determination (), the magnitude of the influence of the variable Level of Religiosity and Promotional Media has a positive and significant effect on Knowledge by 30.93% and the remaining 69.07% is influenced by other factors beyond the variables studied in this study.

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh keandalan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh daya tanggap terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh jaminan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh empati terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, interaksi pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 151 responden dari 243 responden siswa, ditentukan oleh rumus Yamane (1967), sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Uji instrumen pemeriksaan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji F-test, lima dimensi kualitas yang sama untuk kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (Y). Dari hasil perhitungan t-test terbukti bahwa variabel reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), asuransi (X3) dan tangible assets (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Y), sedangkan variabilitas empati (X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Y). Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menghasilkan nilai 0,145, yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah 14,5%, sedangkan sisanya 85,5% dari variabel lain dipengaruhi di luar lima variabel bebas. Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan mahasiswa, pendidikan Abstract- This study aims to determine:the influence of physical evidence on student satisfaction, the influence of reliability on student satisfaction, the influence of responsiveness to student satisfaction, influence of guarantee to student satisfaction, student satisfaction, interaction of influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy toward student satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with survey approach. The sample used was 151 respondents from 243 respondents students, determined by the formula Yamane (1967), while the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling method. Test the examination instrument using validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results showed that from the F-test results, the same five dimensions of quality for student satisfaction at the Faculty of Computer Science (Y). From t-test result, it is proved that the variable of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), insurance (X3) and tangible assets (X5) have significant effect on dependent variable (Y), while empathy variation (X4) has no significant effect on the dependent variable Y). From result of calculation of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) yield value 0,145, which means that influence of independent variable to dependent variable is 14,5%, while the rest 85,5% from other variable influenced outside five independent variable. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to study and obtain information on the effect of direct and indirect T-Drill dribble agility training on improving the dribbling ability of basketball balls. This study used an experimental design in the form of Randomized Control Groub Pre-test-Post-test Design. The population in this study were 34 participants in the extracurricular basketball activities at SMP Negeri 1 Prigen. Sampling using systematic proportional random sampling technique with a percentage of 90% of 36 participants, so that the number of samples 34 participants. To determine the effect of direct and indirect form of T-Drill dribble training on improving the ability of basketball dribble skills obtained by Fcount 76.73344 more than Ftable α equal to 0.05 4.149097, meaning there is a difference related to the test of dribble skills between before the test T-Drill form's direct and indirect form of agility dribble skills. The results of the F-test analysis were continued by calculating the advanced test of the Leat Significance Difference (LSD) form, the results of the mean data for all groups were 5.61707 and the LSD coefficient was 0.05 1.652. Giving direct T-Drill dribble drills is better than giving indirect T-Drill drills.   Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan memperoleh informasi pengaruh latihan kelincahan dribble T-Drill langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribble bolabasket. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimental bentuk Randomized Control Groub Pre test-Post test Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta kegiatan ektrakurikuler bolabasket SMP Negeri 1 Prigen yang berjumlah 34 orang coba. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik systematic porposive random sampling dengan presentase sebesar 90% dari 36 peserta, sehingga jumlah sampel 34 peserta. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan dribble bentuk T-Drill langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap peningkatan kemampuan keterampilan dribble bolabasket diperoleh sebesar Fhitung 76,73344 lebih dari Ftabelα sama dengan 0,05 4,149097, berarti ada perbedaan yang berhubungan tes kemampuan keterampilan dribble antara sebelum tes kemampuan keterampilan dribble kelincahan bentuk T-Drill langsung dan tidak langsung. Hasil analisis uji F dilanjutkan dengan menghitung uji lanjut bentuk Leat Significance Difference (LSD), hasil mean data seluruh kelompok diperoleh 5,61707 dan koefisien LSD0,05 1,652. Pemberian latihan dribble T-Drill langsung lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pemberian latihan T-Drill tidak langsung.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of competence and motivation to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung. The research method was used by Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using Slovin formula which further in sampling with simple random sampling method. This can be done because the characteristics of respondents in this research was homogeneous, that is the employees of PT. Mutiara Agung. Based on the results of this research, there is a significant influence between competence and motivation variables to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung, with using F test, where F count is bigger than F table (38,365> 3,214). Conclusion: There is significant influence which is explained by result from R square is 0,641 which mean that competence and motivation variable give contribution equal to 64,1% to employee performance variable, while the rest equal to 35,9% was donated by other variable which not examined. Suggestions that the authors convey to the company is the competence contained in the company should still be improved and the leader provides motivation to employees such as with rewards on employees' achievment.

 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The research method in this study uses the type of sample included in the random sampling sample and by distributing questionnaires as many as 100 to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test using simultaneous (f test).
