To get a building permit is a lengthy process involving a series of review and verification phases by the con- sultants and by the authorities and their agents. The work processes are, nowadays, governed by a large de- gree of individualistic work performances.

In order to facilitate a BIM-based building permit application, which exclusively uses the model and ist data as ist sole base of information, we analyzed traditional processes in the phase of issuing a building permit. This allows to restructure the steps of designing a building according to all required criteria and, step by step, remodel for the application of automated processes.

The facilitation of authorization processes will lead to checking machines which will already be applied by the consultants. Nevertheless, authorities need a secure way to evaluate the quality of the specific design in every regard.

For this purpose, we show how to combine different algorithms to check on the quality criteria for a building permit. There are qualitative criteria but also quantitative boundaries and also some nice-to-have items which can be compensated by alternative measures.

The quality of public services to be a barometer of success of policy implementation of regional autonomy. One of the public service undertaken by the district/city is the ministry building permit (IMB). Should all of the buildings in the city of Palembang has a IMB, but a new reality show that 35.10 percent of the buildings have had IMB. This is an indication that service quality is still low IMB. Through the research conducted, it is concluded that the indications of low quality IMB services are as follows: (1) the service is not strategic location and difficult to reach, (2) the service does not have a standard building permit application for the standard, (3) service IMB application not the right time from the time appointed, (4) the amount of levy rates do not correspond to reality, and (5) IMB delivery services are discriminatory.

The article discusses the experience of teaching and conducting spirometry of general practitioners as part of the RESPECT study (RESearch on the PrEvalence and the diagnosis of COPD and its Tobacco-related aetiology). A total of 33 trained in spirometry general practitioners performed a study of 3119 patients. Quality criteria met 84.1% of spirometric studies. The analysis of the most common mistakes made by doctors during the forced expiratory maneuver is included. The most frequent errors were expiration exhalation of less than 6s (54%), non-maximal effort throughout the test and lack of reproducibility (11.3%). Independent predictors of poor spirogram quality were male gender, obstruction (FEV1 /FVC<0.7), and the center where the study was performed. The number of good-quality spirograms ranged from 96.1% (95% CI 83.2–110.4) to 59.8% (95% CI 49.6–71.4) depending on the center. Subsequently, an analysis of the reasons behind the poor quality of research in individual centers was conducted and the identified shortcomings were eliminated. The poor quality of the spirograms was associated either with the errors of the doctors who undertook the study or with the technical malfunctions of the spirometer.

Magazine is one of the forms of mass media that has fungsikomunikasi to convey information to mass audiences. The cover is an important element because it is through cover / cover one can guess the contents of the magazine, as well as further interested to know further information contained therein. On a magazine cover consists of drawings and writings are arranged in such a way that looks interesting and has meaning Press publications, especially magazines, today's not enough just to rely on the quality of news or manuscript, although verbal aspect is very important. It must be recognized that the visual aspects (design) as the cover / envelope has crucial role to capture the prospective reader. For the cover of a magazine is a window that shows the content information, can be either a text or photographs, illustrations, and design elements. The function of a magazine cover is to attract, dazzle prospective readers, by way influence the thoughts flow in a short time. So it's no wonder much current the magazine publisher who made the cover of such a way as to attract the attention of prospective readers. Thus the task of designers to magazine cover to create designs that attract the attention of the reader becomes increasingly severe. This study tries to analyze a visual on the front cover Magazine Graphic Design 'Concept' birthday inaugural edition by using the Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. As Roland Barthes (1984), any simple "design work (magazine cover)" continue to play in management of the sign. So that will generate a message (image) specific. Design cover, usually contains the elements of the sign in the form of objects, context of the environment, people or other beings who provide meaning to objects, and text (of writing) that reinforce the meaning.Keyword: cover, magazine Concept, semiotics

Background: The criteria set of assessing hospital quality in Vietnam in 2016 was revied from the criteria set in 2013 by the Ministry of Health in order to help hospitals to self-assess towards improvinge quality of hospitals in the international integration context. The study aimed to assess the quality of public hospitals in Can Tho City according to the revised criteria set of the Ministry of Health in 2016 and compare the quality among three hospital ranks (including grade I, grade II, and grade III) via to 5 groups of quality criteria. Methods: A cross-sectional study, using secondary data analysis was applied to assess the service quality of 7 general public hospitals in Can Tho City. Results: The average total score of 7 hospitals is 245 and the average for the criteria of 7 hospitals is 2.99, which is just satisfactory. In the criterion of quality, criterion D and E had the lowest scores compared to the other three groups. There was no statistically significant difference (p = 0.076) among the mean scores for the three hospital categories. Conclusion: The quality of public hospitals in Can Tho city in 2016 only reached moderately good level (2.99). Interventions should be developed to improve the quality of hospitals, with particular emphasis on improving the quality of criteria groups D and E. One of the processes that significantly determines the quality of water to consumers is the process of mixing water from different sources in the water mains. Put to the network two or more chemically and biologically stable waters may result in the formation of water that will be deprived of these features. This article presents the german guidelines for analysing water quality for mixing waters from different sources, in various proportions. Then performed an analysis of utility the mathematical models, including quality criteria, for use in network control. An IT tool has been developed to manage selected water quality processes using mathematical modeling. The basis for implementing the tool was a network model created in Epanet integrated with the Matlab.

AbstractPhysical prototyping during early stage design typically represents an iterative process. Commonly, a single prototype will be used throughout the process, with its form being modified as the design evolves. If the form of the prototype is not captured as each iteration occurs understanding how specific design changes impact upon the satisfaction of requirements is challenging, particularly retrospectively. In this paper two different systems for digitising physical artefacts, structured light scanning (SLS) and photogrammetry (PG), are investigated as means for capturing iterations of physical prototypes. First, a series of test artefacts are presented and procedures for operating each system are developed. Next, artefacts are digitised using both SLS and PG and resulting models are compared against a master model of each artefact. Results indicate that both systems are able to reconstruct the majority of each artefact's geometry within 0.1mm of the master, however, overall SLS demonstrated superior performance, both in terms of completion time and model quality. Additionally, the quality of PG models was far more influenced by the effort and expertise of the user compared to SLS.

Abstract From the literature and experience, we know that the quality of patient information material (PIM) has a direct impact on its utilization and therefore also on the acceptance and success of an intervention. In this brief introduction session (10 minutes), the innovative “integrated, cross-sectional psycho-oncology” (isPO) programme and the context of its implementation will be sketched. In the programmés development phase, isPO specific-PIM was developed and utilized in its early implementation phase. This will be presented to the audience. Next, an overview regarding the general PIM quality criteria: correctness of content, legibility, comprehensibility and usability in detail will be given. Finally, common guidelines, checklists and quality assessment instruments will be presented, and the role of the target group (participation degree) in the development or examination process will be critically worked out.

The Specialized Dental Care Centers (SDCC) have the mission to expand access to public medium complexity dental care and support the primary health care actions at this level of complexity. However, it is necessary to ensure the quality of services and to evaluate such services continuously to identify weaknesses and strengths that support the processes of leadership/management. Nevertheless, there is a dearth of studies on the assessment of oral health in specialized care that may indicate which factors should be investigated. Therefore, this integrated literature review sought to explore the plethora of publications on the evaluation of SDCC in the LILACS and MEDLINE data bases in October 2013 to identify factors possibly related to the performance of such health services. Thus, 13 references were included in this review pointing to forms of organization and management of work processes related to the creation of healthcare networks (operation of regulation centers and setting up of health consortiums). They include the contextual characteristics of the places where SDCCs are located (population size, Family Health Strategy coverage, Municipal Human Development Index, governance, governing capacity) were factors that influenced the SDCCs performance.

The issue of examination of the quality of direct dental restorations performed within the All-Ukrainian professional competition of interns-dentists “Path to the world of skill’,which is conducted to stimulate interest in knowledge and skills in the application of new technologies and methods of aesthetic restoration at the Department of Postgraduate Education -dentists of the Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy. The importance of competitions in the demonstration of quality standards of the dentist in the restoration technique, formulation, updating and clear definition of quality criteria for restoration, taking into account modern instrumental and material base, is analyzed. The main types of restoration of frontal tooth defects are determined, which are due to sufficient visualization by doctors, the need to be able to choose the color of the material in relation to the color of tooth tissue, form a cavity, make and model restoration material. At each stage of the competition there is a photo registration, which helps the jury to determine the quality of the restoration. The application of the developed criteria creates an opportunity for an objective assessment of restored teeth, as the same results may be perceived quite differently by other specialists. The use of criteria for assessing the quality of work in the preparation of interns for independent practice allows you to analytically understand the main parameters of the appearance of natural tooth tissues, to achieve their self-discovery, motivation to learn, the desire for quality standards.
