The zakat management organization (OPZ) is currently making innovations following technological developments, making it easier to pay zakat through digital payments. One of the groups of people who use digital payments is the millennial generation. The millennial generation is also known as the generation that likes things that are easy and related to technology. This study aims to analyze how the millennial generation intends to pay for zakat through digital payments. The method used in this research is logistic regression. The results showed that the variable trust, perception variable, and convenience variable had a significant influence on the intention of the millennial generation to pay zakat through digital payments, while knowledge and motivation had an insignificant effect. This research result implies that OPZ must make a convenient application for the millennial generation in making zakat payments digitally.

This research aims to investigate the influence of the Halal Destination Image, Travel Motivation, and marine tourism as branding icons on the decision to return. The sample was determined by purposive sampling with the criteria of tourists visiting Tanjung Aan Beach, who were included in the millennial generation with a minimum of one visit. This research uses of quantitative approach with a sample of seventy-five respondents. Data analysis used Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 16. The results of this research showed that the Halal Destination Image variable had a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to revisit tourists, the Travel motivation variable has a positive and significant influence on the decision to revisit tourists, and the marine tourism variable as a branding icon has a positive and significant effect on the decision to revisit tourists. This research is expected to be a reference, especially for the government and stakeholders in optimizing the implementation of the Halal Destination Image in a better direction, as well as increasing the decision to visit tourists to visit Tanjung Aan Beach tourism

<p>Highly competition requires university to be more sensitive to the interest students as one of stakeholders. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Cimone has many competitors amid the dynamics of increasingly fierce competition of higher education. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, Price and Brand Image of Students Satisfaction. A theory used in research is based on opinion from Andriyani, Suwandi Mananeke &amp; Taroreh, Fatriansyah. There is an effect between Service Quality, Price and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction. This research use a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire. The amount of population are 408 students and the sample is 80 people by Slovin formulas. Based on research result using linear regression analysis multiple SPSS version 20 indicated that: The independent variable Service Quality, Price and Brand Image jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on the Student Satisfaction and the magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (R<sub>2</sub>) was 41,8 %. To test the hypothesis of the use F test and t test. This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge, promotion, and religiosity on the interest in using Islamic banking services. The purpose of the next research is to examine the effect of knowledge on religiosity. In addition, this study also examines the effect of educational background and age on saving interest in Islamic banks. The population in this study are customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Brebes, Central Java, Indonesia. Ninety-nine research samples were obtained. The data collection method used was questionnaires. The data analysis method used was SEM-PLS. The results showed that only promotion proved to have a positive and significant effect on interest in using the services of Islamic banks. Knowledge and religiosity have not been proven to have a significant effect on interest in using services of Islamic banks. Likewise, background and gender do not have a significant effect. The next research result is that there is a positive and significant influence of knowledge on religiosity; there is also a positive and significant influence on the promotion of knowledge. This study recommends the importance of continuing socialization and education from Islamic banking stakeholders in Indonesia to continue introducing Islamic banks to the public.

This research goal is looking for the effect of natural disaster, climate change, and environment quality to the amount of tourist visit to Indonesia. This research uses panel data from 2014 untill 2017, the data get from the related institutions, and uses multiple regression analysis. This research result: 1) Natural disaster has negative influence and it is not significant to tourist visit to Indonesia, 2) Climate change has positive and significant influence to tourist visit to Indonesia, and 3) Environment quality has positive influence and is not significant to the amount of torist visit to Indonesia.

This research is carried out to prove factors of tendency of accounting fraud in companies empirically. Variable used in predicting the tendency of accounting fraud is profitability level, capital turnover, financial leverage, assets composition, and firm size tendency of accounting fraud. The population is companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange that are suspected to fraud the accounting during observation year 2013 2015. Samples are taken by using purposive sampling, there are 12 companies are proven to be done fraud accounting and 12 companies are not. Data is analysed by using logistic regression analysis and Hosmer and Lemeshow test to measure the model. The result shows that capital turnover and assets composition has significant influence on tendency of accounting fraud. Besides, profitability, financial leverage, and firm size has insignificant influence on tendency of accounting fraud variable. This research concluded that capital turnover and assets composition can be used as predictor of tendency of accounting fraud in a company.

The Impact of Good Governance, Opinion Shopping, Quality Audit and Audit Client Tenure Application towards Going Concern Opinion Audit Acceptance (Empirical Studies on Infrastructure Services Company, Utility, and Transportation which Registered at Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE) during 2013 – 2017 Period). Essay. Tegal: Economic & Business Faculty, Pancasakti University Tegal. 2018. The aim of this research is to finding out the impact of institutional ownership, independent commissioner, committee audit, opinion shopping, quality audit, audit client tenure towards going concern’s opinion audit on infrastructure services company, utility, and transportation which registered at ISE during 2013 – 2017 period. The population in this research are infrastructure services company, utility, and transportation which registered at ISE during 2013 – 2017 period and the sample determination by using purposive sampling method, so within the result obtained 15 company’s samples. The data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis. Based on logistic regression analytic, the research result concluded that institutional ownership (0,109), audit committee (0,429), opinion shopping (0,607), and quality audit (0,998) are not affecting the going concern opinion audit. Meanwhile, the independent commissioner (0,006), and audit client tenure (0,004) are affecting the going concern opinion audit. AbstractThis study was conducted to determine the significance of the influence of trust information, media literacy, HEXACO personality and Husnudzon towards the tendency of using social media for seeking information at student college. The subject of this research was 280 students taken by probability sampling technique, namely cluster sampling. CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) was used to test the validity of measuring instruments and logistic regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that there was a significant joint effect of trust, media literacy, HEXACO's personality and Husnudzon towards the tendency of using social media for seeking information. Hypothesis test results show that six variables namely trust, structure of media literacy knowledge, personal media literacy locus, extraversion personality type, Husnudzon towards God, and Husnudzon towards others have a significant influence on the tendency of using social media for seeking information. Meanwhile, media literacy competencies, personality types; honesty-humility, emotionality, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience do not have a significant influence on the tendency of using social media for seeking information. The results also show the proportion of variance from the tendency of using social media for seeking information explained by all independent variables is 18.0% while the remaining 82.0% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh trust informasi, literasi media, kepribadian HEXACO dan husnudzon terhadap kecenderungan menggunakan media sosial untuk mencari informasi pada mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 280 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik probability sampling yaitu cluster sampling. CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) digunakan untuk menguji validitas alat ukur dan logistic regression analysis digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama yang signifikan dari trust, literasi media, kepribadian HEXACO dan husnudzon terhadap kecenderungan menggunakan media sosial untuk mencari informasi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa enam variabel yaitu trust, struktur pengetahuan literasi media, lokus personal literasi media, tipe kepribadian extraversion,husnudzon terhadap Allah, dan husnudzon terhadap sesamamemiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecenderungan menggunakan media sosial untuk mencari informasi. Sementara itu, kompetensi-keterampilan literasi media, tipe kepribadian; honesty-humility,emotionality, agreeableness, conscientiousness, dan openness to experience tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecenderungan menggunakan media sosial untuk mencari informasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan proporsi varians dari kecenderungan menggunakan media sosial untuk mencari informasi yang dijelaskan oleh seluruh variabel independen adalah 18.0% sedangkan 82.0% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

The development of technology and communication provides convenience and extends the space for the movement of society today. Most of the activities of society are no longer limited by space and time, anytime and anywhere. The use of social media is high in proportion to the development of millennial generation who are familiar with technology. This generation has the characteristics of open communication, fanatical social media users, their lives are greatly affected by technological developments. Professional counselors must create a creative and innovative ways, strategies or methods to support guidance and counseling services for the millennial generation. Cyber Counseling is a services form of innovation and breakthrough in the world of counseling for millennials. Some Cyber Counseling methods that have been used by counselors include: E-mail-based Cyber-counseling, Android-based Cyber-Counseling Chat, Text-Based Cyber ​​Counseling Using Riliv Android Applications, and Facebook-based Cyber ​​Counseling.

Rice is a basic and primary requirement of Balinese people as the main source of carbohydrates. Consumption rice in Bali Province continues to increase every year but not offset by increased rice production. This study aims to determine how the influence of rice prices, the number of residents, the number of visits of domestic tourists and the number of foreign tourists visiting the consumption of rice and bagimana Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) moderate the influence of rice prices and the population of rice consumption. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics Bali Province, Bali Provincial Agriculture Office, Bali Provincial Tourism Office and other related offices. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and associative analysis using multiple linear regeresis analysis, moderating variable analysis. The result of analysis shows the number of population, the number of domestic tourist visit and the number of foreign tourist visit have positive and significant influence to the consumption of rice, while the price of rice have negative but insignificant effect to the consumption of Bali Provincial rice in 1983-2016. GRDP significantly strengthens the influence of rice prices and population on rice consumption of Bali Province in 1983-2016.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan, Sidoarjo.<p> </p>
