The article considers the main provisions of blended learning organization in medical institutions of higher education. The main online platforms and digital teaching aids, that are used in medical institutions of higher education during the educational process based on blended learning, are identified in particular: distance learning platforms (Equity Maps, Google Classroom, Moodle), mobile-digital applications (Classtime, LearningApps, Quizizz) and online communication platforms (Google Meet, ZOOM, WeBex). The concept of blended learning is defined as a harmonious combination of students’ classwork and the use of information and digital technologies in extracurricular activities (independent work, group work, etc.). The principles of organizing the educational process in institutions of higher medical education include a general didactic approach in working with large groups, discussion in small groups, individual training and learning using information and digital technologies. An important aspect in the training of highly qualified medical professionals in the blended learning format is blended laboratory courses. Such an organization of training, as shown in the study, is popular with both students and teachers of laboratory bachelor courses. Note that in this process, teachers mainly focus on the development of students' abilities for autonomous learning, and not just on the transfer of theoretical knowledge. The best experience of blended learning usage in the world medical institutions of higher education is considered. The advantages of blended learning in medical students’ preparation are shown. The current stage of development of higher education in Ukraine is characterized by a special intensity and scale of transformations, which envisage the formation of a holistic educational space based on the unification of national educational services markets, conditioned by globalization and integration processes. The training of scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers of higher educational institutions is considered in this context as an important prerequisite that ensures the modernization of education. In these conditions, the renewal of the content of the Master of Education training is of particular importance, it will equip a future teacher with the skills to integrate special psychological-pedagogical, methodological and didactic knowledge in the conditions of professional activity. A guideline on this issue is that European standards and recommendations for graduate students are formulated in the Dublin Descriptors and the European Qualification Framework. These European benchmarks, as well as the expansion of academic freedoms, changing educational paradigms require a fundamentally new content, methods and forms of the Master of Education training, the purpose of which is to shape the personality of a student as a teacher and professional of an institution of higher education who is able to independently and creatively think and act. The staff of the department of pedagogics of Pereiaslav- Khmelnytskyi Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University developed the concept of educational activities in the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences, fields of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy. The concept provides for the formation of masters of education integrated competence, general and professional competencies. The development of these competencies will be facilitated by the introduction of a dual form of higher education. The dual form of getting higher education is a way of getting an education; it provides for a combination of training of applicants of higher education in institutions of higher education with training in workplaces in institutions, organizations and enterprises for obtaining certain qualifications, usually on the basis of a contract, with the performance of official duties. The high level of the Master of Education professional training in the conditions of the dual form of education is possible due to the mastering of the basics of the professional teaching activity of the teacher of the institution of higher education in real conditions; application of modern educational technologies of practical activity; the methodological readiness of a master of education to implement the educational process in institutions of higher education.

The article deals with the issue of the development of higher education, the formation of a new model of educational process in non-philological higher schools. It is noted that the new model of educational process is focused on active modernization of education, improving the quality of education, more efficient use of training time and satisfying the needs of each student in accordance with his individual abilities through the use of information technologies in the educational process. Today the task of most linguistic departments and language training centers for foreign students of higher education in Ukraine is to search and develop innovative teaching technologies and advanced forms and methods of teaching students, the introduction of the results of advanced world scientific schools into the practice of teaching non-native language. The urgency of the problem lies in the fact that in today’s demanding and rapidly changing environment, the level of education depends to a large extent on the effectiveness of the introduction of modern technologies into learning, based on new methodological principles, modern didactic principles and psychological and pedagogical theories. Of course, computer does not replace the teacher, but is only a means of carrying out a pedagogical activity, his assistant. However, it should be noted that when using multimedia, the role of a teacher changes significantly: he begins to use teaching time more effectively, focusing on individual assistance to students, on the discussion of information, on the development of their creative approach. Despite the large number of new educational technologies, one should not consider any of them as self-sufficient. Perhaps the one that integrates a complex of achievements of several methods, that is transformed depending on the methodological preferences, the content of the discipline, the equipping of the educational process, the level of students, the level of professional training, will be the most effective.
