The tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a business of local revenues, the program of development and utilization of resources and regional tourism potential is expected to contribute to economic development. One of the tours that can support the regional economy in Riau is Cinta Island, which is located in the Jering Bay Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The number of visitors to Pulau Cinta reaches 9000 people every month. To maintain the number of visits with the achievement of the desired target, it is necessary to analyze factors that influence promotion and information so that visitors still visit the island of love. Promotion and information are factors that will be an important role and support for adding visitors to Cinta Island. Thus, the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) model can be used to determine the factors that influence promotion and information that are featured on the island of Cinta. The results showed that the SEM model that was built could be accepted because it fulfilled several model feasibility tests stating that the model was good-fit. The results of hypothesis testing show that attractiveness factors such as natural beauty and cleanliness and supporting factors in the form of facilities and infrastructure have a positive effect on promotion and information. While the factors of safety, accessibility, and infrastructure deserve the attention of tourism managers.

The tourism sector is one important sector that can contribute to improving the regional economy. However, the implementation of product and tariff strategies that are not optimal can have an impact on the low sales value and profits, and in turn affect regional revenues. This study aims to analyze the effect of product strategy performance, tariff strategy and sales value on profits. Using a quantitative approach, the population in this study is 20 tourist destinations in DKI Jakarta Province. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documents and related literature. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate product strategy, tariff strategy, and sales value have a partial and simultaneous effect both on profit. The dominant variables in this study are (1) the application of the tariff strategy as a determinant of sales value and (2) the application of the product strategy as a determinant of profit.

This study investigates the influence of intellectual capital with the dimensions of Human Assets (HC), Structural Capital (SC), and Relationships (RC) on banking performance in the perceptions of customers on Syariah Bank in Pangkalpinang. The choice of method in this research is quantitative with the target of five Sharia banks in Pangkalpinang, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, Bank SumselBabel Syariah, and Bank Muamalat. There were 20 questionnaires distributed in each Sharia bank. The measuring instrument used to calculate the variables is Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). The path coefficient value data processing or path coefficient bootstrapping analysis with the direction of the relationship obtained the human asset variable (HC) results, showing a positive number of 0.361. The structural capital variable (SC) shows a positive number of 0.436, the human asset variable (HC), and the capital variable structural (SC) has a positive effect on banking performance. For the relation variable (RC), the original value showed a positive number of 0.076. The t-statistic value was smaller than the t-value, 0.704 <1.96 so that the relationship variable had no positive effect on banking performance.

This article integrates the trust and justice fairness to construct a model for investigating the motivations behind customers eWOM in social media environment, specifically WeChat. Using data from the online surveys of netizens in China, the proposed model was verified and validated by using the structure equation modeling (SEM) technique. The outcomes reveal that customer trust appear to be mostly driven by interactional fairness, which in turn effects satisfaction. Procedural fairness and interactional fairness impacts considerably positive on satisfaction. Trust and satisfaction have a direct positive effect on the eWOM. However, trust has indirect influence on eWOM through the satisfaction. Discussions provide the useful implications for managers and future directions.

Currently, the problem of regional tourism development did not base on the development of environment and ecosystem. National economic development is neither regional nor local. Nevertheless, the role of community involvement in tourism activities is necessary. In addition, it needed to develop of transportation infrastructure related to regional activities. Coastal ecotourism has proven to be the largest foreign exchange contributor to a region or country. For that reason, applying this concept, it could improve coastal tourism performance. In the long term, this tourism sector can defeat the mining, oil and gas sectors. Furthermore, the Ministry of Tourism states that Indonesia's tourism potential is prospective. This one-year quantitative and qualitative study conducted on the coast of Ora, Maluku, Indonesia. Randomly data obtained and distributed over questionnaires among stakeholders. The data has tabulated by using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that three of the six sub-concept’s attributes are the main priorities. The rest of the attributes show that there are some culinary, fishery, cultural and marine ism potentials. They can contribute economically to local communities and local governments.

Because of the pandemic, questionnaire data was collected online between 25 April and 15 May 2020. The research was carried out with 712 questionnaire forms. The data obtained were analyzed by structural equation modeling in the SM-PLS statistics program.FindingsPerception of COVID-19 significantly and positively affects NPI and negatively and significantly affects desire. Perception of COVID-19 and NPI do not have a significant positive/negative effect on behavioral intention. Finally, desire has a significantly positive effect on behavioral intention.Research limitations/implicationsSince the research has limitations in terms of time, cost, accessibility and control difficulties, the entire population could not be reached. The study was carried out with only 712 tourists traveling in Turkey.Practical implicationsThe obtained results will impact, particularly the decisions taken in Turkey's tourism sector.
