Skills improvement is in line with efforts to tackle food security during the COvid-19 pandemic. This effort can be done by using hydroponic techniques. This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the Sint Carolus Junior High School residents in Bengkulu City in utilizing hydroponic technology. The method of activities provided includes training, supervised assignment, monitoring and evaluation. Activities were held on August 21, 2020 and August 28, 2020 at Sint Carolus Middle School, Bengkulu. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that community service activities in hydroponic technology training (models) get a very good response in terms of the material, methods and partner satisfaction. Hydroponic technology training model has increased the knowledge and skills of Sint Carolus Middle School residents in Bengkulu City, particularly by using the styrofoam box waste as a medium for plant planting.

Household’s Food security during the Covid 19 pandemic, through the use of yards, can be conducted by the community independently such as hydroponic. However, people's understanding of hydroponic, especially in Pekanbaru, is still limited. Therefore, training for the community is needed as a community empowerment. These activities can be expanded through interesting educational videos. This community empowerment activity aims to increase community knowledge and skills regarding hydroponic technology during the pandemic, and is expected to become a post-pandemic household-scale economic enterprise. This community service activity is carried out by means of training and mentoring, as well as making a video to be widely disseminated through social media. The results of the community service activities show an increase in community knowledge and skills of hydroponic. After the training, the community independently has been aplicating hydroponic technology and biulding hydroponic group. This process is documented as educational video which is useful for the wider community in Pekanbaru City.

Breastfeeding is the optimal way to provide nutrition and babysitting, Riau Province Health Service Data in 2015 stated that the exclusive coverage of Riau Province was 68.8% and Pekanbaru City Health Service data in 2015 was 71.3%. The results of observations and interviews with midwives members of the Taman Sari Pekanbaru IBI branch have already used oxytocin massage and it has been proven that it can increase milk in postpartum mothers. Based on this, the community service team of researchers was interested in increasing the knowledge of all midwives at the Taman Sari Branch through "Increasing Midwives Knowledge About Oxytocin Massage in Efforts to Increase Breast Milk Production through Training for Midwives at the Taman Sari IBI Branch Office in Pekanbaru in 2019". The implementation of community service activities is aimed at prospective lactating mothers (pregnant), lactating mothers and mothers who give birth at Taman Sari clinic. Activities will begin in May 2019 until August 2019 at the Taman Sari I Clinic in Peknbaru City. community service activities carried out with midwives, husbands and mothers of maternal families and involving students of Study Program III of the Health Polytechnic Midwife of the Ministry of Health of Riau, methods of implementing mentoring and applying oxytocin massage consisting of refresher knowledge and skills of midwives doing oxytocin massage, advocacy and guidance and monitoring and evaluation of kemasing - each Taman Sari clinic in Pekanbaru City. As a result of this community service, the midwife's knowledge and skills in oxytocin massage are increased. There was an increase in knowledge of midwives by 53% and skills by 100% and all women giving birth to breastfeed their babies. Every maternity mother should be taught oxytocin massage techniques and be a routine care for every maternity mother in an effort to increase milk.

The lack of training models and training creativity in creating traditional game-based training models for kenshi to improve the basic techniques of kempo becomes problems in this study. The purpose of this research is to produce a model of basic martial arts techniques of kempo through traditional games for kenshi beginners. This research is a research and development (R&D) research which was adapted into 8 steps in research: 1). Field news collection 2). Breakdown of the news that has been collected 3). Elaborating initial creation 4). Expert validation and revision 5). Small scale trial 6). Large-scale trial 7). Making the final product 8). Product effectiveness test. The small-scale trial subjects of 20 beginners kenshi were taken from 2 dojos, namely the Panjatan Junior High School dojo and the Amikom dojo. The large-scale test subjects totaling 45 beginners kenshi were taken from 3 dojos, namely Balong, Triharjo, and SD Gunung Kidul. The subjects in this study came from 5 dojos in Perkemi DIY. Data were collected through interviews, distributing questionnaires, field notes, evaluation, and assessment rubrics for beginner kenshi. The results of this study are in the form of training models for basic techniques of kempo martial arts through traditional games for beginner kenshi, and there are five training models: 1. gobak sodor, 2. yeye, 3. pahtil catfish, 4. zogdag, 5. stick dance. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the traditional game-based kempo martial arts training model for kenshi beginners is feasible to use. The author's recommendation to other prospective researchers is to examine traditional games in an approach with other disciplines and use professional research subjects in other sports.

The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is due to the lack of public understanding of the benefits and importance of exclusive breastfeeding for infant aged 0–6 months, so it is necessary to empower posyandu cadre as breastfeeding counsellor who provide counselling for mothers to Nania health center as counsellor breastfeeding. The purpose of this study is to improving the knowledge and skills of cadres through counseling training of breastfeeding at Nania Health Center Ambon. The community service partner is Nania Health center. The method used is training, assistance, monitoring and evaluation. The number of cadres trained was 40 people. The training took place at Nania health care, on 23–27 October 2019. There was an increase in the knowledge level of cadres about breastfeeding after being given breastfeeding counseling training, where most of the knowledge levels were good (67.5%). Cadres are skilled in providing breastfeeding counselling to mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months or pregnant women.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perbedaan pengaruh model latihan guided discovery style dan model latihan command style terhadap keterampilan bola basket siswi, (2) perbeda-an pengaruh siswi yang memiliki koordinasi tinggi dan koordinasi rendah terhadap keterampilan bola basket, dan (3) interaksi antara model latihan dengan koordinasi terhadap keterampilan bola basket siswi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswi ekstrakurikuler bola basket yang berjumlah 43 orang. Sampel berjumlah 24 siswi ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Intrumen tes yang digunakan adalah tes Wall Bounce Pass untuk mengukur koordinasi mata-tangan dan tes Sekolah Tinggi Olahraga (STO) untuk mengukur keterampilan bola basket siswi. Teknik analisis data yang menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model latihan guided discovery style dan model latihan command style terhadap keterampilan bola basket siswi. (2) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh siswi yang memiliki koordinasi tinggi dan rendah terhadap keterampilan bola basket. (3) Tidak terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara model latihan dan koordinasi terhadap keterampilan bola basket siswi.   THE EFFECT OF TRAINING MODEL AND COORDINATION ON THE BASKETBALL SKILLS OF EXTRACURRICULAR STUDENTS OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 1 BANTUL   Abstract This study aims to investigate: (1) the different effects of the guided discovery style model training and command style model training on basketball skills of students, (2) the different effects on basketball skills of students who have high and low coordination, and (3) the interaction effects between training models of guided discovery style and command style with coordination (high and low) on the basketball skills of students.This research was an experiment. The population comprised 43 basketball extracurricular students. A sample of 24 students was established using the purposive sampling technique. The instruments of this research were wall bounce pass test to measure eye-hand coordination and Sekolah Tinggi Olahraga (STO) test to measure the basketball skills. The data were analyzed using the two-way ANAVA  analysis.The results of the study are as follows. (1) There is no different effect between guided discovery style model training and command style model training on the basketball skills of the students. (3) There is an effect difference on the basketball skills of the students who have high and low coordination. (4) There is no a significant interaction between model training and coordination on the basketball skills of students.   Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pembuatan nugget dan bakso daging ayam petelur afkir yang dikombinasikan dengan rumput laut kepada kelompok ibu-ibu kader Posyandu “Mawar” Perumahan Barat Dusun Karangduren Desa Jati. Target kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan terhadap peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap pertama melaksanakan pelatihan in class; tahap kedua melakukan praktek; tahap ketiga adalah monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dalam pelaksanaan diawali dengan sosialisasi program dilanjutkan dengan memberikan pre test terhadap ibu-ibu kader posyandu sebagai dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan ketrampilannya sebelum menerima program kegiatan ini. Peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan in class dan praktek pembuatan nugget dan bakso secara teori sangat antusias dan semangat serta bisa saling bekerjasama baik antar sesama peserta maupun antara peserta dan tim pengabdi. Setelah kegiatan praktek, peserta diberikan post test hal ini untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dari peserta. Nilai pre test  rata-rata 41.92 dan rata-rata nilai post test 82,30. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada ibu-ibu kader Posyandu Mawar peserta kegiatan pengabdian PMKBI ini sebesar  96,33 %.   Kata kunci : bakso, nuget, rumput laut   . Abstract The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and skills about making rejected layer chicken nuggets and meatballs combined with seaweed to a group of cadres of Posyandu "Mawar" West Housing, Karangduren Hamlet, Jati Village. The target of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of the participants of this service activity. The method applied includes several stages, namely the first stage of implementing in-class training; the second stage is doing practice; the third stage is monitoring and evaluation. This service activity in the implementation begins with program socialization followed by giving a pre-test to posyandu cadres with the aim of knowing their level of knowledge and skills before accepting this activity program. Participants in participating in in-class training and the practice of making nuggets and meatballs are theoretically very enthusiastic and enthusiastic and can cooperate with each other both among participants and between participants and the service team. After the practical activity, participants were given a post test to determine the increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants. The average pre-test value was 41.92 and the post-test average was 82.30. The conclusion that can be drawn from this activity is that there is an increase in knowledge and skills of the Posyandu Mawar cadres participating in this PMKBI service activity of 96.33%.   Keywords: meatballs, nuget, seaweed

Besides working as a farmer, Mrs. Sutinah has run a business selling rengginang (a form of traditional rice cakes, popular as snacks and crisps as a side dish for main meals) since 2012. Mrs. Sutinah can be said to be the pioneer in the rengginang business around her village, Babakan Mulya, in the city of Kuningan, West Java. Nevertheless, in recent years, Mrs. Sutinah has been facing some challenges due to the emergence of competitors who offer a lower price than that of Mrs. Sutinah’s rengginang. This condition demotivates Mrs. Sutinah from developing her business because many people in the Babakan Mulya village prefer cheap rengginang, regardless of its quality. The purpose of this activity is to help develop Mrs. Sutinah’s rengginang business through three stages: pre-business mentoring, businessmentoring, and post-business mentoring. In the first stage of pre-mentorship, the community service team conducted interviews and field observations to identify the problems faced by Mrs. Sutinah’s business. The second stage involves direct mentorship given to Mrs. Sutinah, who can learn by directly implementing the concepts taught by the team to increase the competitive advantage of her products. In the final stage of post-mentorship, the team monitors and evaluates the success of the business and the actual implementation of the lessons given to Mrs. Sutinah. The pre-mentorship was conducted in one week, followed by the mentor’s accompaniment completed in four weeks. Meanwhile, monitoring and evaluation of Mrs. Sutinah’s engagement and implementation of the gained knowledge and skills were conducted periodically in the next four months after the mentorship ended. The outcomes revealed that the development and sustainability of micro entrepreneur need intensive mentorship, particularly by involving academia to ensure that the knowledge and skill transfer would be effective and consistently implement what they have learned

The purpose of this study to produce a variety of futsal dribbling training models with effective and tested media for Junior High Schools (SMP). The research method used in this research is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model using five stages and the research subjects are three futsal extracurricular trainers in Junior High Schools (SMP). This research begins with a analysis, product planning, development, implementation and evaluation. The instruments used in this study included an assessment questionnaire for experts to test the validity of the variety of futsal dribbling training models with media tools and an assessment questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of the model by futsal extracurricular trainers in Junior High Schools (SMP). The data analysis technique used in this research is the percentage descriptive analysis technique. This study produces a variety of training models that meet the established criteria, are valid and effective. Research recommendations should be made before the dissemination of the futsal dribbling training model using the media as a tool for junior high schools (SMP) to be tried again to athletes / students to make it more effective and efficient.

One of the products that are beneficial to humans is local microorganisms (MOL). MOL is a liquid containing microorganisms produced by themselves from natural materials around us, where these materials serve as a medium for the life and development of microorganisms that are useful in accelerating the destruction of organic materials (decomposers) or as additional nutrients for plants. Activity community service aims to increase knowledge and skills about the manufacture of local microorganisms (MOL) and their use in orchids. Activity community service was carried out at PKK Taman Darmaga Permai Bogor with a membership of about 40 people. Stages of activity community services namely: (1) Location survey/licensing; (2) Theoretical training: (3) Practical training; (4) Spraying; and (5) Monitoring and evaluation. In addition to the stages above, the team community service also distributed questionnaires to assess the level of knowledge, mental attitudes, and skills of participant community service on the manufacture of MOL and its use in orchid plants. Training participant community service general, they can understand about the making of MOL and the cultivation of orchids in theory. After they understand the theory of making MOL for orchids, they can also practice making MOL in their own homes. Furthermore, the MOL that has been made by PKK participants is applied to orchid plants by spraying all parts of the plant. From the results of monitoring and evaluation from the team community service, the orchid plants that had been sprayed with MOL by the training participants appeared to be thriving and blooming diligently. Salah satu produk yang bermanfaat bagi manusia adalah Mikroorganisme Lokal (MOL). MOL adalah cairan yang mengandung mikroorganisme hasil produksi sendiri dari bahan-bahan alami di sekitar kita, dimana bahan-bahan tersebut sebagai media untuk hidup dan berkembangnya mikroorganisme yang berguna dalam mempercepat penghancuran bahan-bahan organik (dekomposer) atau sebagai tambahan nutrisi bagi tanaman. Kegiatan abdimas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pembuatan mikroorganisme lokal (MOL) dan pemanfaatannya pada tanaman anggrek. Kegiatan abdimas dilakukan di PKK Taman Darmaga Permai Bogor dengan jumlah anggota sekitar 40 orang. Tahapan kegiatan abdimas yaitu: (1) Survei lokasi/perijinan; (2) Pelatihan secara teori: (3) Pelatihan secara praktik; (4) Penyemprotan; dan (5) Monitoring serta evaluasi. Selain tahapan di atas, tim abdimas juga menyebarkan kuesioner untuk menjaring tingkat pengetahuan, sikap mental, dan keterampilan peserta abdimas terhadap pembuatan MOL dan pemanfaatannya pada tanaman anggrek. Peserta pelatihan abdimas pada umumnya dapat memahami tentang pembuatan MOL dan budidaya tanaman anggrek yang dilakukan secara teori. Setelah mereka memahami tentang teori pembuatan MOL tanaman anggrek, mereka juga dapat mempraktikkan pembuatan MOL di rumah masing-masing. Selanjutnya MOL yang sudah dibuat oleh peserta PKK diaplikasikan ke tanaman anggrek dengan cara di semprot di seluruh bagian tanaman. Dari hasil monitoring dan evaluasi dari tim abdimas, tanaman anggrek yang telah disemprot dengan MOL oleh para peserta pelatihan nampak tumbuh subur dan rajin berbunga.
