The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is due to the lack of public understanding of the benefits and importance of exclusive breastfeeding for infant aged 0–6 months, so it is necessary to empower posyandu cadre as breastfeeding counsellor who provide counselling for mothers to Nania health center as counsellor breastfeeding. The purpose of this study is to improving the knowledge and skills of cadres through counseling training of breastfeeding at Nania Health Center Ambon. The community service partner is Nania Health center. The method used is training, assistance, monitoring and evaluation. The number of cadres trained was 40 people. The training took place at Nania health care, on 23–27 October 2019. There was an increase in the knowledge level of cadres about breastfeeding after being given breastfeeding counseling training, where most of the knowledge levels were good (67.5%). Cadres are skilled in providing breastfeeding counselling to mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months or pregnant women.

Counseling is a series of contacts or direct relationships with individuals whose purpose is to provide assistance in changing their attitudes and behavior (Taufik, 2010). In order for mothers to maintain exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months, WHO recommends initiating breastfeeding within the first hour of life, babies only receive breast milk without additional food or drink, including water, breastfeed as requested or as often as the baby wants, and do not use bottles or pacifiers. (WHO, 2018). Based on data from the Ministry of Health, there is an increase in the provision of breastfeeding (breast milk) during a pandemic COVID-19 by 52 percent. This figure has increased significantly compared to last year. "Compared to the 2019 period, there is an increase in breastfeeding in 2020. It increases from 20 percent to 52 percent in the first trimestes of 2020. East Java is currently not far from the national figure, reaching 26.91 percent with the highest risk of stunting in the districts of Probolinggo, Trenggalek, Jember, Bondowoso and Pacitan . The stunting rate in Jombang Regency has decreased by 1 percent compared to 2019. Namely from 18 percent to 17 percent in 2020. According to her, the highest stunting cases in Jombang are in five areas, namely Plabuhan, Plandaan, Mayangan and Distance Kulon districts, Jogoroto, Kabuh, districts. and Blimbing Kesamben District. The purpose of this activity is to provide guidelines for members of the   counselor group at PONED puskesmas in the Jombang district health office . The results of this activity , terbetuknya breastfeeding counselor groups in each puskesmas PONED in Jombang district, a group of counselors will provide assistance to the motivator and mother - pregnant women and nursing mothers in order to give exclusive breastfeeding are one factor un tuk prevent stunting in bali ta . In this activity the number of participants who took part in the Breastfeeding Counseling Training in the Context of Stunting Prevention through Breastfeeding in Jombang district was 19 participants during the pandemic period . .   Keywords : Breastfeeding Counseling , Stunting , Breastfeeding

Skills improvement is in line with efforts to tackle food security during the COvid-19 pandemic. This effort can be done by using hydroponic techniques. This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the Sint Carolus Junior High School residents in Bengkulu City in utilizing hydroponic technology. The method of activities provided includes training, supervised assignment, monitoring and evaluation. Activities were held on August 21, 2020 and August 28, 2020 at Sint Carolus Middle School, Bengkulu. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that community service activities in hydroponic technology training (models) get a very good response in terms of the material, methods and partner satisfaction. Hydroponic technology training model has increased the knowledge and skills of Sint Carolus Middle School residents in Bengkulu City, particularly by using the styrofoam box waste as a medium for plant planting.

Breastfeeding is a physiological process to provide optimal nutrition for babies and one of the first steps for humans to have a healthy and prosperous life. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still a big problem for the State of Indonesia. There are several ways that can be done to increase exclusive breastfeeding, one of which is health education. The use of video as a means of education is now starting to be developed in line with current technological advances. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with audio visual on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in the work area of Singgani Health Center. This research is a pre-experimental study with the design of one group pretest-posttest. The number of samples is 33 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study was the Wilcoxon test. The results of the univariate analysis of data on pretest knowledge with good categories were 24 people (72.7%) and the poor categories were 9 people (27.3%) Knowledge of posttest with good categories as many as 21 people (63.6%) were less than 12 people (36.4%). The pretest attitude in the good category was 16 people (48.4%), the poor category was 17 people (51.6%). The posttest attitude in the good category was 21 people (63.6%) in the poor category of 12 people (36.4%). The results of the bivariate analysis of the knowledge of the pretest posttest knowledge (p-value 0.002). The posttest pretest attitude (p-value 0.363. The conclusion shows that there is the influence of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with video media on the knowledge of pregnant women in the Singgani Health. There is no effect of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with audio visual on the attitudes of pregnant women in the Singgani Health Center. The suggestion is that midwives are expected to further increase the use of increasingly developing technology, one of which is the use of audio visual to provide counseling

Community Service Activities have been carried out in Kelapa Lima Village. This activity aims to provide information and knowledge to the public about the dangers of dengue hemorrhagic fever and its preventive measures through the use of potential mosquito repellent plants. Mosquito repellent plants can be found in the yard of the house so that the community can provide land in the yard of their house to plant these plants that have the potential to act as mosquito repellent. The method used in this service activity is in the form of counseling, training, and cultivating plants as an anti-mosquito agent that causes dengue hemorrhagic fever. The conclusion obtained is an increase in the knowledge of the public's understanding of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, an increase in public understanding of the bio-ecology of the vector that causes dengue hemorrhagic fever, utilizing plants that have the potential to act as mosquito repellents.

Pojok is one of village of Wonokerto, Turi, Sleman, DIY which is growing. The Pojok people realize that a good lifestyle will improve their health and a longer life expectancy, so they will continue to try to improve their knowledge and insight about health. Some of the problems faced are the insight and knowledge of the Pojok community about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is still limited and has not been implemented as a whole, and family welfare program (PKK) activities related to clean and healthy living behavior and the number and skills of Health Cadres are still limited. To realize PHBS in Pojok, Community Service activities was conducted in the form of KKN PPM, for 6 months starting from January to June 2020. To achieve the goal, community service was conducted with several stages, i.e. KKN student training, coordination and socialization to the community, implementation of the field consisted as extension, training, facilitation, and assistance. The results of community service show that the activity has been going well with several activities, i.e. coordination, socialization, counseling, training and facilitation of supporting equipment, assistance, and monitoring and evaluation. The community of Pojok, Wonokerto, Turi gave a good response by participating in activities and implementing PHBS in their daily lives well. The community feels they have gained insight, experience and skills in the application of PHBS. The community service program of KKN PPM has provided more benefits, when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, the community was ready to do a clean and healthy lifestyle

Organic fertilizer is the final result of the decomposition of parts or remains of plants and or animals that have undergone engineering, in solid or liquid form. Household waste, one of which is stale rice, is usually thrown away directly into the environment, even though it can still be used, for example, made as liquid organic fertilizer. For this reason, it is necessary to remodel household waste, especially stale rice, into liquid organic fertilizer by utilizing existing local microorganisms. This Community Service aims to provide motivation and knowledge and skills to the community on how to make liquid organic fertilizer from stale rice by utilizing local microorganisms. The location of Community Service was held at RT.28 RW.007 Silaberanti Village, Jakabaring District, Palembang City, on January 30, 2021. The method used was counseling and training to participants on the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from stale rice. The implementation of the activity was attended by 12 participants, who were followed with enthusiasm and discussions and questions and answers during the training. The results of this Community Service show that the service method in the form of counseling, training and question and answer is very appropriate in motivating the community to be able to make liquid organic fertilizer from stale rice.

he village of Blimbingan is one of the villages in Baturan village, Colomadu District, Karanganyar Regency. The Housewives of the village Blimbingan actually have the skill of sewing but the potential they have is not developed. There are 5 handyman in Blimbingan village so that many of the patchwork fabric that should be used, but the citizen of Blimbingan village does not know the benefits of patchwork. Patchwork fabric in Blimbingan village is more often discarded and burned so it pollutes the environment of the surrounding community especially air pollution, and also many still good batik patchwork that should still be utilized to be processed into goods that have a high economic value. The majority of the community of Blimbingan Village are less concerned about environmental issues, they do not know the benefits that will be gained if they are able to utilize patchwork, their view of not the importance of a supposed patchwork cloth should be changed so that they should be adapted by being given socialization and counseling. This community service aims to provide socialization as well as training on making accessories by utilizing patchwork waste in Blimbingan village as well as providing guidance to develop into a productive economic business in order to become a new opportunity for the group of Mothers-Housewives village Blimbingan. The methods used in this activity are by counseling, training, monitoring and mentoring. This community devotion activity is a partner of mother-housewife Group has effectively understood the utilization of waste patchwork for beneficial products such as the manufacture of accessories and many people in need. Breastfeeding is the optimal way to provide nutrition and babysitting, Riau Province Health Service Data in 2015 stated that the exclusive coverage of Riau Province was 68.8% and Pekanbaru City Health Service data in 2015 was 71.3%. The results of observations and interviews with midwives members of the Taman Sari Pekanbaru IBI branch have already used oxytocin massage and it has been proven that it can increase milk in postpartum mothers. Based on this, the community service team of researchers was interested in increasing the knowledge of all midwives at the Taman Sari Branch through "Increasing Midwives Knowledge About Oxytocin Massage in Efforts to Increase Breast Milk Production through Training for Midwives at the Taman Sari IBI Branch Office in Pekanbaru in 2019". The implementation of community service activities is aimed at prospective lactating mothers (pregnant), lactating mothers and mothers who give birth at Taman Sari clinic. Activities will begin in May 2019 until August 2019 at the Taman Sari I Clinic in Peknbaru City. community service activities carried out with midwives, husbands and mothers of maternal families and involving students of Study Program III of the Health Polytechnic Midwife of the Ministry of Health of Riau, methods of implementing mentoring and applying oxytocin massage consisting of refresher knowledge and skills of midwives doing oxytocin massage, advocacy and guidance and monitoring and evaluation of kemasing - each Taman Sari clinic in Pekanbaru City. As a result of this community service, the midwife's knowledge and skills in oxytocin massage are increased. There was an increase in knowledge of midwives by 53% and skills by 100% and all women giving birth to breastfeed their babies. Every maternity mother should be taught oxytocin massage techniques and be a routine care for every maternity mother in an effort to increase milk.

Organic fertilizers are fertilizers that primarily consist of organic materials derived from plant or animal residues converted in solid or liquid form. Household waste, especially vegetable waste, is usually dumped directly into the environment, even though this waste can still be used, for example, made as liquid organic fertilizer by utilizing local microorganisms (MOL). The mole contains micro and macronutrients and contains bacteria that can decompose organic matter. This Community Service aims to provide motivation and knowledge, and skills to the community about the technique of making liquid organic fertilizer from household waste by utilizing local microorganisms. Community Service held in Sungai Pangeran Village, Ilir Timur I District, Palembang City, on February 19, 2019. The method used was counseling and training participants on the use of local microorganisms as liquid organic fertilizer. Thirty-five participants attended the implementation of the activity. This activity continued with discussions and questions and answers during the training. The results of this Community Service show that the service method in the form of counseling, training, and question and answer is very appropriate in motivating the community to remodel household waste.

Exclusive breastfeeding is the most appropriate food for babies aged 0-6 months for brain development and infant intelligence as well as to improve the baby's immune system or immunity from disease attacks. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by many factors, one of which is the very limited number of ASI counselors. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of breastfeeding counseling with mother's attitude in exclusive breastfeeding in Tawaeli Health Center work area. This research includes descriptive correlation type with cross sectional approach. The design of this study was used to analyze the correlative relationship between breastfeeding counseling and the mother's attitude in exclusive breastfeeding. The location of this research is the work area of Puskesmas Taweli in Palu City and implemented on July to August 2015. The sample of this research is all mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months in work area of Puskesmas Taweli in Palu City. Sampling was done by using consecutive sampling, with total sample of 73 people. The results showed no significant relationship between breastfeeding counseling and mother's attitude in exclusive breastfeeding in Tawaeli Health Center Working Area. This can be proved by statistical analysis with X2value <X2table (0,292 <92,808) at 95% CI and ρ-value = 0,589> α (0,05). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there is no relationship of breastfeeding counseling with mother attitude about exclusive breast feeding in Tawaeli Public Health Working Area.
