The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success of the political marketing of the victory of the national party with its affiliated local party in Aceh. The political marketing concept of product, promotion, price and place is used in this study. Primary data was obtained by using a questionnaire. The research locations are two districts in the province of Aceh, namely Bireuen Regency and Pidie Jaya  Regency, while sampling using Maximum Likelihood (ML) in the estimation model requires the use of a minimum sample size of 100. By setting the number of samples for each voter national parties and local party voters. The sample will be taken at convenience from each research location. The result of the study of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.269. This means that 26.9% changes in the dependent variable, namely the Decision to Choose a National Party, can be explained in the independent variables, namely Product, Promotion, Price, and Place. While the remaining 73.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied. This shows that the contribution of the independent variable has little impact on the dependent variable. While the results of the coefficient of determination of the Decision to Choose a Local Party is 0.672. This means that 67.2% changes in the dependent variable, namely the Decision to Choose a Local Party, can be explained in the independent variables, namely Product, Promotion, Price, and Place. While the remaining 32.8% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied. This shows that the contribution of the independent variable has an impact on the dependent variable.

<div class="WordSection1"><p>This survey research using the quantitative method was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, from May to August 2020 at the 4-star hotel in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the independent variable, namely the image of the international hotel brand toward the dependent variable of guests' decisions to stay at the hotel. Primary data of the study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires which were carried out directly to 60 guests who were staying, as research samples and measured using a Likert scale of 1 - 4. Apart from distributing questionnaires, research data collection was also gained through observation, documentation, and literature review. All data collected were then grouped, reduced, tabulated and processed, analyzed descriptively, and statistically, in accordance with the context of the problem being studied using the SPSS 22.0 software tool.</p><p>Based on the simple linear regression analysis technique T-test (partial), R test and R square test, it was found that the value of T count (9,048) was greater than the T table (1,671), with a significance value of 0 or below the significance limit of 0.05. Both variables have a correlation coefficient of 0.765 and a coefficient of determination of 0.585. So it can be concluded that the international hotel brand image has a strong, positive, and significant influence on guest decisions to stay at the 4-star hotel in Lampung, with an effect of 58.5% while the rest, namely 41.5%, is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.</p></div><br clear="all" /><p><em> </em></p>

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the development of leadership quality, coordination and training and education on improving safety culture. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that: partially shows that the role of leadership has a positive and significant influence of 26.4% on safety culture. The second independent variable is coordination which has a positive and significant effect of 74.4% on safety culture. Partially the third independent variable of education and training also has a positive and significant effect of 20.5% on the quality of safety culture. Furthermore, the independent variables of the Role of Leadership, coordination, training and education are tested simultaneously or together using the F Test and prove to have an influence with three positive independent variables and all three are significant to the Improvement of Safety Culture with the magnitude of influence can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) is 74.9%

The purpose of this study is to look at how the relationship between local parties and national parties has not been revealed publicly, analyze the objectives of Aceh Party affiliation with national parties in the 2019 legislative elections and Analyze what strategies Aceh parties play in affiliating with national parties in the 2019 legislative elections. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques to be carried out in this study consisted of semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies to find out the purpose of the political affiliation of Aceh party cadres to national parties. Through this research, it was found that the Aceh Party continues to strive to consistently fight for the interests of Aceh, especially in the issue of special autonomy that has not yet been realized. Then the Aceh Party as a local party that won the General Election in Aceh since 2009 has continued to try to maintain the acquisition of seats and expand the interests of the party, especially at the national level by placing its cadres in the national party.

Government Resource Planning (GRP) system is a solution for managing all the resources that exist in government, namely people, technology, and business processes in it. This study aims to analyses how the acceptance of the Service and Licensing Information System for the Public (SIMPATIK) in the Investment Board and Integrated Licensing (DPMPTSP) of West Java Province. This study uses UTAUT 2 model that consist of six independent variables and two dependant variables. The relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is moderated by age, gender, and experience variables. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires online to 42 DPMPTSP employees that using SIMPATIK. The hypothesis was tested with the SmartPLS and SPSS applications. The results show from a total of 14 hypotheses there are 3 hypotheses that have a significant or acceptable effect, while 11 other hypotheses are not significant or cannot be accepted.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

This study at to analyze the effect of product, price, place, and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions uses the Go Food application during the covid pandemic 2021 The research methodology used quantitative method with cross section data and primary data obtained from questionnaires. Mechanical sampling uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the validity, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing t-statistics and f-statistics to examine the effect together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study showed that in partial variables of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion have a positive impact and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions using the Go Food application. Meanwhile, independent variables of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion simultaneously have a significant relationship to the dependent variables, on consumer purchasing decisions using the Go Food application. Coefficient of determination from this study shows 83.01%. It shows that the variation of the independent variables are Product, Price, Place, and Promotion is able to explain the rise and fall of the dependent variable variation on consumer purchasing decisions using the Go Food application is 83.01%, while the remaining of 16.99% is affected by other independent variables.

Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan sebagai variabel independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk UMKM sebagai variabel dependen. Metode Survey melibatkan responden melalui teknik pengambilan sampel yang purposive non random sampling sejumlah 40 konsumen yang pernah menggunakan layanan pembelian UMKM Kuliner di wilayah Cileungsi secara online. Data primer diperoleh dengan  menyebarkan kuesioner. Beberapa uji diterapkan berupa instrumen kuesioner, normalitas, dan regresi berganda. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian adalah kedua variabel independen yaitu kualitas layanan sebagai independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua berpegaruh positif terhadap loyalitas sebagai variabel dependen.   Abstract Research to determine the effect of service quality as the first independent variable and trust as the second independent variable on customer loyalty of MSME products as the dependent variable. The survey method involved respondents through a purposive non-random sampling technique of 40 consumers who had used online MSME culinary purchasing services in the Cileungsi area. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Several tests were applied in the form of a questionnaire instrument, normality, and multiple regression. Some of the findings in the study are that the two independent variables, namely service quality as the first independent and trust as the second independent variable, have a positive effect on loyalty as the dependent variable.

The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The study was conducted during 2016-17 in Udupi district of Karnataka state of India. The farmers who are registered for mobile agro-advisory services for receiving all agricultural information through SMS were considered as a target group for the study. There were 4000 registered Agro-met Advisory users and 1400 registered users in KVK. Among those registered farmers 40 farmers from each existing three taluks viz. Udupi, Karkala & Kundapur were selected as respondents for the study. Thus the sample size of the study comprises of 120 respondents. The contribution of selected independent variable with the knowledge and adoption were analysed. It could be observed from the results that, ‘F' value (6.412) obtained was significant at one per cent level of significance indicating that all the independent variables put together contributed significantly to the variation in the extent of the knowledge level of the farmers. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.5316, which revealed that the variation in the extent of knowledge about mobile messages by the farmers was together explained by all the independent variables selected for the study. It could be observed from the results that, ‘F' value (5.160) obtained was significant at one per cent level of significance indicating that, all the independent variables put together contributed significantly to the variation in the extent of adoption of mobile agro-advisory services by the farmers. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.408, which revealed that the variation in the extent of adoption of mobile agro-advisory services by the farmers was together explained by all the independent variables selected for the study. Hence, the present study helps the Krishi Vignan Kendras (KVKs) and Government for further improvement in providing mobile agro-advisory services to the farming community.

This study aims to determine how the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Loans on Banking Profitability Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that occurs at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) in 2014-2018. The data used in this study are quantitative data with secondary data sources derived from the financial statements of each bank. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis methods, inference analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis and coefficient of determination. Regression analysis is used to find out how the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable with a significance value of 5 percent. While the determination coefficient analysis is used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. From the partial hypothesis test (T Test) that has been done by the author, it is obtained that the Loan to Deposit Ratio affects Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio has no effect on Return On Assets and Non Performing Loans has no effect on Return On Assets. For simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F), the results obtained are that the independent variables namely Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Loans simultaneously influence the Return on Assets.   Key words :     Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Asset (ROA).
