This study aimed to reveal the most important problems facing students of the College of Education from their point of view and its relationship to some variables. The study used two tools: the first is the open interview (focus group), and the second is a questionnaire designed by the researcher. It contained 65 items distributed on six axes: costs and assignments, tests, academic professor, academic registration and guidance, the content of study materials, and finally the classrooms have been verified as being truthful and consistent. The results showed that the problems related to the classroom were the most prominent facing students, while the problems related to the academic professor were the least important from their point of view. The order of importance of the problems varied according to the specialization taught by female students, and by the different program registered with it, as well as by the different status of the female student, whether she was a full-time student or on the job. Faculty of Education has to ensure that the students are progressing and achieving high performance during the program with the less problems they face. If students do not meet these criteria/expectations, measures need to be taken to support them and help them improve their skills, knowledge, dispositions and achievement. If students do not meet standards, the College might not get full accreditation, and will have an Area For Improvement. This means that the College has to take other measures to improve students’ achievement to receive full accreditation.

This study aimed to identify the possibility of determining the level of performance in the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University using the ‘Balanced Scorecard’ from the point of view of faculty members. The study used the descriptive methodology through a tool which was applied to (98) faculty members in the College of Education at Kuwait University. The results showed that the ‘vision and action strategies’ have obtained an average performance, while the rest of the dimensions were of poor performance. There were statistically significant differences due to educational degree in favor of professors, and years of experience in favor of 21 years and above. The level of performance about the vision and action strategies can be predicted in the College of Education based on the level of performance using the ‘Balanced Scorecard’. The effect of the domain ‘the internal operations’ was statistically insignificant and was less influential on the ‘vision and action strategies’; while ‘the financial management’ was the highest in impact. In conclusion, the study proposed some important recommendations and suggestions.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the level of teaching performance of the members of teaching staff in some educational courses from the point of view of the students of the general educational diploma in the Faculty of Education for Girls in King Khalid University in Saudi Arabia. The study used the analytical descriptive method and the researchers prepared a questionnaire to evaluate the teaching performance of members of teaching staff. The study reached the following results: The teaching performance of members of teaching staff from the point of view of students of the General Educational Diploma was high. The students 'assessment of the teaching performance of teaching staff members after the implementation of teaching was average. Also no statistically significant differences were found between the students' estimates for the performance of members of the teaching staff in some educational courses vary in age and specialization, while there was a difference among them in the methods of assessment and feedback for the benefit of older students.

The research aims to identify the relationship between spatial ability  and the physical structure of concepts to the students of the Faculty of Education for Pure Sciences / Ibn al-Haitham، research involved students from the third class / morning study for the year 2011/2012  totaling (98) male and female students ،distributed into three groups which were selected randomly . The number of students (26 males and females)  represented research sample after excluding repeaters and absentees، the research included two tests ; one test of spatial ability، which included (20) items and other test the physical structure of concepts، which included (12) items distributed into four domains ، the first (linking between concepts) included (4) items and second (putting concepts on the map) included (3) items and the third (complete the map) included (3) items and the fourth (building the structure of the  map) included (2) items ، were built on according to the approved controls and after applied to a sample of the research and using appropriate statistical methods show that the level of spatial ability of students high and statistically significant، while the level of the physical structure of concepts acceptable and non-statistically significant also show that the relationship is negative and very weak between the variables of the research.

The current study aimed to get acquainted with the students’ point of view of the leadership styles practiced by the faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University" College of Education in Dammam as a model "and to know if there were differences in the response of female students to the fields of the study tool according to the difference in the study variables". The study adopted descriptive research, field analysis and a questionnaire consisting of "the autocratic style, democratic stratification, and the facilitative style" was developed distributed to a sample of (31%). The findings of the study showed that the general arithmetic mean for the responses of the sample members to the paragraphs that measure the prevailing leadership styles of the faculty members from the point of view of its students has come with an average degree of appreciation and the democratic style has ranked first, followed by the second autocratic style and finally the facilitative style. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the field of (democratic style) due to the age that female students from different age groups agree that faculty members practice a democratic style. Finally, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the values of the arithmetic mean for the responses of the sample members towards the questionnaires of the study tool according to the variable of the type of department on the tool as a whole. The sample was chosen in accordance with an exploratory study that was made to identify the level of serious creativity skills.  The program of serious creativity was made according to the five serious creativity strategies of De Bono which are (Concentration, Random Access, Alternatives, Challenge and Cropper). The honesty of program was conducted and a test for measuring serious creativity skills was made that consists of five influential and verbal positions, each position represents five skills of serious creativity (new concepts, new perceptions, new ideas, new alternatives and new creativities) and its honesty and affirmation was extracted.  The paragraphs of testing serious creativity skills was analyzed in two methods: a) The method of extremist groups. b) The method of paragraph relation with the total degree. This test was applied upon the four groups and the two experimental groups (History and Mathematic) departments and were subjected to the sixteen lessons of two lessons in the week for eight weeks in the first course in the academic year (2012-2013); after applying the post test of serious creativity test and processing data by the statistics case SPss, the researcher has concluded the following conclusions:  There are statistical differences between the average of female student degrees in the test of serious creativity skills test between the two experimental groups in the pre and post test for the interest of the two experimental groups, especially the experimental group of mathematics and the skill of generating new concepts and the skill of generating new alternatives.

The effect of miniaturization of the separation channel on the performance of thermal field-flow fractionation (TFFF) is substantiated theoretically. The experiments carried out under carefully chosen experimental conditions proved the high performance of the separation of polymers within an extended range of molar masses from relatively low up to ultrahigh-molar-mass (UHMM) samples. The new micro-TFFF allows to achieve high resolution when applying constant field force operation, it makes easy the programming of the temperature drop which is an advantageous operational mode from the point of view of the time of analysis, and it extends considerably the range of perfectly controlled temperature of the cold wall due to a substantial decrease in the heat energy flux compared with standard size channels.
