This study uses the object of the literary work of poetry "Surat Dari Ibu", by Asrul Sani by using structuralism studies. The purpose of this study is to describe the physical elements and mental elements as a whole which allows to provide new knowledge to the reader. This study uses a qualitative approach to the method of content analysis in poetry. The results obtained in the physical structure of the poem there are 2 dictions related to the choice of words used by the poet. Images / images found 3 images related to the human senses. In concrete words there are 2 related to the overall meaning of the word. There are 2 styles of language, namely comparative figure of speech and affirmation figure of speech. Rima uses free rhyme in his poetry. The last physical element is typography, the poet uses typography in upper and lower case letters and full punctuation in his poetry. The inner element contained in the poem Surat Dari Ibu”, Asrul Sani's first work, is the theme of finding a stanza related to the problems in poetry. Based on the tone found 2 tones. The inner element in feeling is found to be a sense of emotion and hope from a mother in the poem Surat Dari Ibu”, by Asrul Sani. The last inner element is the mandate, there is one message that the poet wants to convey through his poetry

<em>This research aims to describe the use of diction,the figure of speech, the use of<strong> </strong>image andcharacter education valuesin novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah by Puthut EA. This research employed descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis method. The data of research was contained in novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah and the result of interview with some informants. Technique of collecting data used was library and interview techniques. In this study, the author employed flow model of analysis.The results of research were as follows. Firstly, diction used in novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah consisted of six types. Secondly, there were four figure of speeches used in novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah. Ellipsis as the part of linking figure of speech is used most widely by author. Thirdly, the image used in novel Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah consisted of six types visual images were used most widely. Fourthly, there were ten character education values in novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah. Curiosity education character value was the one used most dominantly.</em>

Tunjuk Ajar Melayu (TAM) is very important for Malay people, especially in the past trying after all their power to disseminate, bequeath and perpetuate the teaching values ​​referred to through literature (both oral and written). Understanding and living a literary work, one of which is through the study of stylistics. Stylistics as one of the sub-sciences in literature plays a large role in the study of literature because it examines the way the writer uses elements and language rules by looking for the effects caused by the use of language, examining the characteristics of the use of language in literature. Stylistics studied the use of the figure of speeches in its function. In this study, the researcher formulated the research problems, what was the comparative and linkage figure of speeches in TAM by Tenas Effendy?. Therefore, this research was conducted to describe, analyze, and interpret the comparative and linkage figure of speeches contained in TAM by Tenas Effendy. This research used the content analysis method. The data was collected through documentation and hermeneutic techniques. The data was documented by reading, taking notes, then summarizing and grouping according to the type of work. The results of this study were comparative figure of speeches in TAM by Tenas Effendy consisting of simile, personification, metaphor, and allegory. The linkage figure of speech in TAM by Tenas Efendy consisted of synecdoche figure of speech of tutom pro parte category.

Abstract As a literary work, short stories have a useful value for the reader. The positive values ​​contained in a short story can be used as an alternative media to develop student character. The objectives of this study were (1) to describe the advantages of short stories from the aspect of the theme, (2) the use of language, (3) background, and (4) moral messages. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The method used is the method of content analysis (content analysis). The data in this study are the sentences in the short story Anak Sweep Jalan. The instrument used in this study was the classification table. The result of this research is the exposure to the advantages of short stories which is the reason this short story was chosen as an implementation of student character development.

The creation of literary-work is inseparable from the surrounding culture. If literature is born from culture, then literature is truly an adaptation of a particular culture. Hasan Singodimayan, a cultural observer from Banyuwangi wrote several novels that raised the Banyuwangi regional cultural theme in his works. Hence, this study aims to explain the adjustment of Banyuwangi culture in a novel by Hasnan Singodimayan using ecocultural study. The theory used in this study was Ecoculture Julian H Steward. This descriptive research employed a qualitative approach. Research data were collected through library technique, and then data were analyzed by using content analysis. The findings indicated that the story in the novel by Hasnan Singodimayan adjusted the modified and illogical Banyuwangi culture.

ABSTRACT Objective: to analyze the facilities and difficulties in the use by nurses of the care flow for patients with chest pain. Methods: descriptive analytical study, with a qualitative approach, conducted with 17 nurses from an emergency care unit in a municipality of the State of Ceara, in 2018. Data collected through documents and interviews, analyzed in a descriptive manner, in absolute and relative frequencies and through content analysis thematic. Results: the use of assistance flow streamlines the process of transferring to referral units, reducing serious and lethal complications in the patient. It considers teamwork and communication as facilitating points in the care of patients with chest pain. The lack of permanent education, physical structure, equipment, transport delay and patient regulation as factors that hamper. Final considerations: investments in physical structure and equipment, in the reorganization of the care network and in permanent education to enable benefits to the service of excellence in health care.

Structure and Didactic Value in the Themed Poetry of “Online Learning” by Class X Students at SMKS Unggulan Husada Banjarmasin. The purpose of this study was to describe the structure of poetry by class X-B students at SMKS Unggulan Husada Banjarmasin and to examine the didactic value of poetry by class X-B students at SMKS Unggulan Husada Banjarmasin. Data collection was carried out from May 30 to June 30, 2021 through an online form of poetry writing performance test. The data analyzed were 18 pieces of poetry. The data collection procedures in this study were reading, identifying, codifying, and classifying according to the research focus. Data analysis uses deep meaning understanding techniques. Checking the validity of the data is done through triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that the structure that builds a poem consists of a physical structure and an inner structure. The physical structure consists of typography, rhyme, images, figure of speech, concrete words, and diction. The inner structure consists of theme, tone, and atmosphere. After analyzing the poems by class X-B students of FKK Vocational High School Husada Banjarmasin, it was found that the poems contained the entire physical and mental structure. The didactic values contained in the poem are in the form of moral and religious didactic values. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan struktur puisi karya siswa kelas X-B SMKS Unggulan Husada Banjarmasin dan mengkaji nilai didaktis dari puisi karya siswa kelas X-B SMKS Unggulan Husada Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan 30 Mei-30 Juni 2021 melalui daring berupa tes unjuk kerja menulis puisi. Data yang dianalisis berjumlah 18 buah puisi. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah membaca, mengidentifikasi, mengodifikasi, dan mengklasifikasikan sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan teknik pemahaman arti secara mendalam. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan struktur yang membangun sebuah puisi terdiri atas struktur fisik dan struktur batin. Struktur fisik terdiri atas tipografi, rima, imaji, majas, kata konkret, dandiksi. Struktur batin terdiri atas tema, nada, dan suasana. Setelah dilakukan analisis pada puisi karya siswa kelas X-B FKK SMKS Unggulan Husada Banjarmasin diperoleh bahwa puisi-puisi tersebut memuat keseluruhan struktur fisik dan batin. Nilai didaktis yang terdapat dalam puisi tersebut berupa nilai didaktis moral dan agama. Kata-kata kunci: struktur, nilai didaktis, puisi, belajar daring, karya siswa

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

The background of this research is the fact that the management of improving teacher‟s professionalism is still not effective. The role of teacher as planner, implementer, and developer of curriculum is also not optimal. Management of teachers is needed because teachers have a significant role in the success of learning process. This research was aimed at knowing Guardian Angel‟s concept of teacher management suggested by Munif Chatib and how it develops according to him. The implementation of Guardian Angel model of teacher management was presented through a testimony and direct interviews with Guardian Angel‟s trainees. This research used qualitative approach by studying Munif Chatib‟s books and direct interviews. Data were analyzed with content analysis, which included: (1) literary study of Munif Chatib‟s books, (2) description of Guardian Angel model of teacher management by Munif Chatib. This research found that (1) the concept of Guardian Angel teacher management uses humanistic approach, especially in regard to schedules of consultation, teaching strategies, and assessment through four kinds of teacher reports, including reports of morals, creativity, lesson plan, and student‟s learning results; (2) the basis used is the cornerstone of the scientific human resources and philosophical foundation that teachers carry out the work of teaching, which includes planning, teaching, evaluating, and learning. The first three points are teacher‟s obligations, while the last is their right. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya keprihatinan manajemenpeningkatan profesionalitas guru yang belum berjalan efektif. Peranan guru sebagai perencana, pelaksana dan pengembang kurikulum yang belum optimal. Manajemen guru diperlukan mengingat bahwa peran guru amat signifikan bagi setiap keberhasilan proses pembelajaran.Penelitian ini mengungkap tentang manajemen guru Guardian Angel menurut Munif Chatib. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep manajemen guru model Guardian Angel menurut Munif Chatib, dan berkembangannya Guardian Angel dalam pemikiran Munif Chatib. Implementasi manajemen guru model Guardian Angel dihadirkan melalui testimoni dan wawancara langsung dengan peserta pelatihan Guardian Angel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan melakukan kajian terhadap buku - buku karya Munif Chatib dan wawancara langsung. Teknik anaisis data content analysis. Analisis meliputi: (1) kajian pustaka buku-buku karya Munif Chatib, (2) mendeskripsikan manajemen guru model Guardian Angel dalam pemikiran Munif Chatib.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konsep model manajemen guru Guardian Angel menggunakan pola pendekatan manajemen humanis, terutama dalam jadwal konsultasi, strategi mengajar dan penilaian melalui empat rapor guru, yaitu rapor akhlak, rapor kreativitas, rapor lesson plan dan rapor hasil belajar siswa (2) landasan yang digunakan adalah landasan keilmuan sumber daya manusia dan landasan filosofi bahwa profesi guru mengemban pekerjaan manajemen, yaitu perencanaan , mengajar dan mengevaluasi dan belajar. Tiga hal pertama difahami sebagai kewajiban, sedangkan belajar dimaknai sebagai hak bagi seorang guru (3) Guardian Angel sebagai manajemen quality control yang meliputi: lesson plan, konsultasi, observasi dan umpan balik.

The purpose of this study was to explore the antecedents of family conflict in Uganda. A qualitative approach was used in this study. A sample size of 139 participants provided data which was subjected to content analysis. Results revealed that the core themes associated with family conflict are finances and priority of resources. Further findings show that differences in tastes and interests, selfishness and lack of communication played a key role as causes of family conflicts. The implication of this study is that finances and priority of resources are antecedents of family conflict in the context of Uganda. Therefore, the antecedents of family conflict that emerged from this study can be understood, defined and analyzed through the lens of social identity theory. Future research may include conducting quantitative studies with a particular demographic using the themes that have emerged from this study.

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.
