The objectives of this research are to identify the factors that exist in the internal and external environment that become the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities for CV Pure Cianjur, formulate alternative strategies and determine the priority strategies that can be run CV Pure Cianjur in developing business, mapping program recommendations from alternative strategies in the development of healthy rice business on CV Pure Cianjur. The method research use internal and eksternal environment analysis, formulation strategy using SWOT analysis, weighting strategy priorities through preparation of hierarchy based on the SWOT framework (A’WOT) and the program recommendation made by the strategic architecture model. Internal factors of company : strength (S) is the quality of products (0,377) and weaknesses factor (W) is discontinuity of raw material supply (0,402). External factors of company opportunities (O) is the natural resources of Cianjur Regency (0,181) and threats (T) factors is the substitution products (anorganic rice) (0,349). Priority of strategic alternatives is conduct preparation and registration for organic certification (0,299). Implication of alternative strategies is devided into two groups, where is 11 programs recommendation that run gradually and 7 programs recommendation that run regularly.

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

The development of the tourism industry can not be separated from the development of transportation accessibility. Which although the location of the tour it is very good, the access and transportation is less adequate the tourist visit there will be very limited and just certain tourist groups who visit. The location that the researcher chose to research is the Pramuka islands. With the aim of the strategic planning of the accessibility development in support of Pramuka island tour. The designing of this research uses a mixed method. Basically, this method combines various techniques, philosophy and research design orientation. The collected data will be analyzed by using SWOT analysis followed by compiling an alternative strategy using matrix SWOT for development of tourism transportation accessibility of Pramuka island. Accessibility of tourism transportation of the Pramuka island’s view from and towards to the Pramuka island. By looking at the characteristic of the existing transportation system on the Pramuka island by servicing that can get by the tourists while using it. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis raises alternative strategies of making schedules and travel routes in the Pramuka island, making the safety procedure to every existing transportation. Conducting information to the transportation service providers in the importance of transportation licence and quality of human resources in the transportation scope.

The growth of BTS which is the main infrastructure in the implementation of telecommunications is needed for service and improvement of the quality of telecommunication networks, especially in pandemic times. The goal to be achieved In order to formulate the company's strategic planning to develop its business, information is needed about what business model is currently adopted by the company, what factors affect the company's current position in the market that will give rise to alternatives to the company's strategy, and what are the alternative strategies that are priority strategies and suitable for the current condition of PT. XYZ. The analysis method used is Business Model Canvas (BMC), Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Based on the results of the study, BMC told PT XYZ, that the business model of the company can still sustain its business operations but there are some slight shortcomings that need to be improved to maximize the elements that can increase profits from the company. The results of the analysis of strategy formulation and SWOT analysis resulted in seven alternative strategies. The policy of issuing Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is the basis for allocating funds for development and empowerment of villages, which are the basis of society and the nation at the lowest level of government called Gampong. The funds allocated for the Gampong come from the APBN, Provincial APBD or Regency / City APBK. Through this policy, it is hoped that the Gampong will develop into an independent Gampong that is able to organize and take care of itself. The allocation of Gampong funds is directed to finance government activities, development and community empowerment. Specifically for the economic sector in Gampong, the government established a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMG) which is a strategic business driver for collective economic development in order to improve the quality of life and create a prosperous society. BUMG is a form of Gampong economic independence with financial support through APBK as a capital to move strategic and potential business units based on local wisdom, with the final hope that there will be a transformation from a helpless village to a more capable and government driven village to a capable independent village organize and take care of itself. BUMG must be able to compete in today's global era with the right strategy, and BUMG must act as a social entrepreneur who not only prioritizes profit but pays more attention to the welfare of the community. To determine the potential business berkearifan riel local businesses, conducted through a SWOT analysis with a focus on internal factors BUMG ie Strength (Strength) and weakness (Weakness) owned and external factors that are Opportunities (Opportunities) and Challenge (Threats).With a SWOT analysis, it finally makes it easier to apply the concept of a plan as a step to develop a future BUMG model.

Every tourism potential owned by Bali needs to be studied, researched and developed in order to meet the needs of the economy community. One of the tourism potential that needs to be developed in Bali is the wine tourism. Buleleng Regency is one of the largest wineries and also the house of the oldest wine factory on the island of Bali. But there are still many foreign tourists who are not aware of the existence of the wine producing region. This study aims to determine the perception of tourists about the wine products and to know the development strategy that must be done in order to support the activities of wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. The results of this study showing that the tourists perception regarding Bali wine product shows that they feel the quality of the products is good and also shows their interest to do wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, there are several strategies that can be applied to develop the wine tourism such as increasing the promotion of tourism in Bali to be better known by foreign tourists, government working together with the wine-producing companies to jointly develop wine tourism activities in Buleleng, and the last by expanding the area of wineries in the district of Buleleng so there is an image or existence of wine tourism in Buleleng. In connection with the results and discussion in this study, the suggestion that is expected to be done by the government is to work with companies that produce wine in improving the quality of products and services, and pay attention to periodicity and innovation on a regular basis.

  ABSTRACT The problem to be answered in this study is the strategic factors that exist in the company which includes analysis of the external and internal environment to find alternative strategies that can increase sales. In line with the problem, this research was conducted using descriptive methods, which tend to describe the problems that occur in the company. To solve the problems that occur in the company, the External Strategic Factor Analysis (EFAS), Internal Strategic Factor Analysis (IFAS) and SWOT Analysis are used. The analysis shows that based on internal and external analysis of the company, it can be concluded that the main strategy of PT. Semen Indogreen Sentosa is a strategy of SO (Strength Opportunities) Improving product quality, completeness of distribution facilities, payment terms, product prices and delivery accuracy and low prices with the aim of expanding the market Such as internal factors namely completeness of distribution facilities and field tests, and external factors recruiting workers Experienced and educated experts aim to be able to rival competitors. The results of the analysis show that from the analysis of factors external strategies have. The quality of herbs used to make herbal medicinal products largely influences the safety and effectiveness of these herbal treatments. It is therefore important to investigate the extent to which manufacturers are ensuring the quality supply of herbal medicine used in production of herbal medicine. This study examines how small and medium scale manufacturers assure the quality and continual improvement of the raw materials (raw materials) used for production of medicinal products in a developing economy, the state of Ghana, and the methods used by the company. The study adopted exploratory research design. Using interview quide with open ended questions, data was collected from 88 respondents (small and medium scale manufacturers and their representatives). The data was analysed using NVivo 11. Findings of the study indicated that herbs were collected from the wild (forest), physical inspection of the herbs and best manufacturing practices, good relationship management or collaboration were measures used to promote quality of raw material supply. Also, proper documentation or recording of processes and quality measures do not have much attention or acceptance among Traditional Medicine Practitioners (TMPs).

PurposeThe purpose of the food traceability is used to retain the good quality of raw material supply, diminish the loss and reduced system complexity.Design/methodology/approachThe proposed hybrid algorithm is for food traceability to make accurate predictions and enhanced period data. The operation of the internet of things is addressed to track and trace the food quality to check the data acquired from manufacturers and consumers.FindingsIn order to survive with the existing financial circumstances and the development of global food supply chain, the authors propose efficient food traceability techniques using the internet of things and obtain a solution for data prediction.Originality/valueThe operation of the internet of things is addressed to track and trace the food quality to check the data acquired from manufacturers and consumers. The experimental analysis depicts that proposed algorithm has high accuracy rate, less execution time and error rate.

This study aims to analyze business strategies owned by Micro Finance Institutions BUMDES Samirono in an effort to develop business and impact on community empowerment. This research was conducted in Gogik Village, West Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with IFE and EFE environment analysis and SWOT Analysis. The results of this study showed that in the analysis of Internal and External Factors found by the researchers that internal factors are on average condition with IFE scores of 2.539. In the analysis of external factors have an EFE score of 2.662 which means the position of the organization in a state of being. The SWOT analysis shows that the alternative strategy that needs to be developed by the Samirono BUMDES Micro Finance Institution (LKM-BUMDES) is by maintaining a family organization that is familial in order to address the challenges and threats of the organization. The conclusion that can be obtained from this research is Village Finance Institution has its own characteristic in doing business activity. The aspect of familial, flexible and customizing the characteristics of the village community is the key to the success of the Samirono Micro Finance Institution (LKM-BUMDES) in running the savings and loan business and improving the welfare of the surrounding community.
