Reviewing scientific articles published in journals is a competency needed by students to improve their writing skills. As a form of implementation of Higher Education Tri Dharma in the field of education, lecturers are responsible for training students to review articles. To provide optimal learning facilities, information is needed related to student difficulties in reviewing articles in journals. This study aims to diagnose the difficulties of undergraduate students at PGSD FKIP Mataram University in reviewing scientific articles in journals. The study was conducted on S1 students of PGSD FKIP Mataram University who programed Quantitative Research Methods courses. The research subject of 36 students was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by assigning students to review 1 scientific article published by a SINTA accredited journal. The results of the review by students were analyzed descriptively to determine the location of student difficulties. The results showed that the largest proportion of student difficulties lies in the research method (86.11%), then the research problem (44.44%), and the smallest proportion is the research result (5.56%). Information from the results of this study can be used as a reference for providing learning facilities to improve student review skills. This skill can help students in completing theses which have been a problem for many undergraduate students at PGSD FKIP Mataram University.

Instagram is one of the most popular social media for the public. One difference between Instagram and other social media, is that instamam is more likely to be used to find information and share information with users than to interact directly with fellow users. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the motives and active user satisfaction in using Instagram social media and find out the relationship between the motives and satisfaction of Instagram social media usage. This study uses use and gratification theory which assumes that individuals have certain goals in using media. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection tool is the questionnaire has been validated. The research sample was 70 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistic test that the researchers used was the Partial Correlation Test (Pearson Product Moment). Data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate users want to get information and knowledge that is happening at the present time. Information satisfaction becomes the most obtained by Instagram social media users. Overall Instagram social media has given satisfaction to users and there is a significant relationship between motives and satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence consumers on choosing Al-Hikmah Sport Center Muslimah Swimming Pool in Surabaya. It related to increasing of people’s awareness to do physical activities, especially swimming.This study used quantitative research methods with exploratory factor analysis.Characteristics of the respondents in this study is Muslim consumers of Al-Hikmah Sport Center Muslimah Swimming Pool that have come at least twice in a last month. Sample amount on preliminary test by doing written interview are 20 respondents and the main test need 125 respondents. Sampling technique that used is non-probability sampling. Sampling was done using accidental sampling and purposive sampling.The results of the study showed that there are six factors that influence consumers on choosing Al-Hikmah Sport Center Muslimah Swimming Pool in Surabaya. The sixth factors are named by the factor of similarity motives, securities, location, facilities, water qualities, and the experiences.

Future stock returns are factors for investors to consider investing. This research aims to identify the influence of intellectual capital, earning management, and stock return toward future stock return in manufacturing companies of sub sectors food and beverages industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2017. This research used quantitative research methods with the sample as many as 7 companies. The sampling technique is used, as well as purposive sampling done based on certain criteria. The type of data used is secondary with analysis using panel data regression model with Eviews 10. The result shows that simultaneosly intellectual capital, earning management, and stock returns gave influence on future stock returns as much as 76.15%. Partially, intellectual capital had a positve but not significant, earning management had a negative and significant, stock returns had a positive and significant effects to future stock returns.

This study focused on investigating the factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of final year undergraduate students at a South African university. It aimed to achieve the following objectives, (1) to assess the entrepreneurial intention of final year university students, (2) to investigate the effect of psychological and contextual factors on entrepreneurial intention of final year university students and (3) to examine if there is a gender difference in the effect of psychological and contextual factors on entrepreneurial intention of final year university students. The study examined the effect of psychological and contextual factors on the entrepreneurial intention of final year undergraduate students. The study used the quantitative research method with a descriptive research design. 140 students participated in the survey and data was collected through the use of self-administered questionnaire in a survey. The participants in the study were final year undergraduate business management students. The convenience sampling technique was used in the study. Data analysis included descriptive statistics and the T-test. The results indicated that business students have a high level of entrepreneurial intention. Both psychological and contextual factors positively impact on entrepreneurial intention. There is no significant gender difference. Recommendations to improve the entrepreneurial intention of students are suggested.

This study aims to look at the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis and Free Essays of Class IV MIN 2 Sleman Yogyakarta students. This research uses quantitative research methods. The researcher distributed questionnaires to all grade 4 students because the papulation class did not reach 100 students, so the researchers chose all students to be sampled in this study. Therefore, the population in this study is also a research sample to collect quantitative data. The result of simple correlation analysis obtained the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis with Free Essay Writing Skills is 0.295. This shows that there is a fairly strong relationship between Critical Discourse Analysis with Essay Writing Skills. While the direction of the relationship is positive because the value of r is positive, it means that the higher the Critical Discourse Analysis, the more the students write essay writing skills.

In this paper, we focused on the mediation of the research results of using weblogs as a form of supplement to traditional teaching in the classroom and their influence on the development of business writing skills. The aim of the research was to prove that the weblog had an impact on improving the business writing skills and on the motivation of students to devote themselves to write contributions in a foreign language at an increased rate. In the research, we used quantitative research methods such as experiment, pre-test, post-test, and research instrument questionnaire. The research was carried at the University of Economics in Bratislava and 60 respondents took part in the experiment. Through the pre-test and post-test, we found out to what extent were the business writing skills of the respondents of the experimental group influenced by the use of weblogs in teaching business English. We used the student test to analyse the data obtained. The results confirmed that the use of the weblog in teaching business English had an impact on the development of business writing skills. We used the questionnaire to collect data in survey research aimed at finding out to what extent the use of the weblog affected the motivation of respondents to write to a greater extent in a foreign language. The analysis of the responses confirmed that the respondents perceived the weblog as a new, non-traditional form of the supplement to traditional teaching, which had an impact on their motivation to devote themselves more to write in a foreign language. Research has confirmed that the weblog, as one of the tools of Web 2.0, has a positive impact on the development of business writing skills.

Scientific writing and communication skills of undergraduate students in the Biology Education Program of University of Palangka Raya need to be improved. The purpose of this research was to implement mini-research in animal ecology field practice to train undergraduate students’ scientific writing and communication skills. This descriptive quantitative research used action-research method with two cycles in which each cycle consisted of four stages i.e (1) plan; (2) take action; (3) collect and analyze evidences, and (4) reflect. The data gained were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that the gain score of students’ scientific writing skills based on mini-research assessment was 0.6 (moderate category). Moreover, students' communication skills showed an improvement from cycle 1 to cycle 2 which was assessed during the presentation session. All the findings in this study indicate that the implementation of the mini-research project in the field practice of the animal ecology course helps students to develop scientific writing and communication skills.

<em>Reading interest and vocabulary mastery affects the language style in writing narrative texts.</em><em> The study aimed to prove positive correlation of: reading interest on narrative writing skills, vocabulary mastery on narrative writing skills, reading interest and vocabulary mastery on narrative writing skills for fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Alian sub-district in academic year of 2019/2020. The research used quantitative research design with correlation method. Sampling method was cluster random sampling technique. SPSS version 18 was applied in analysing correlation data. The result indicated that the correlation coefficient between reading interest and vocabulary mastery on narrative writing skills was 0.169 with Sig. F Change = 0,000 &lt;0.05 and the value of adjusted R-squared variables was 5.1%. It concludes that there are positive and significant effects between reading interest and vocabulary mastery on narrative writing skills to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Alian sub-district.</em>

This study aims to measure the extent of the influence of digital-based signature service quality on the performance of the District Government of Palembang, Indonesia. The benefits of research provide solutions to the effectiveness of bureaucratic reform at the sub-district level. This research on the Effect of Digital-Based Signature Service Quality on Government Performance uses public service theory and organizational performance. This research method uses quantitative research methods. Research respondents were determined by population and sampling techniques following selected criteria relevant to the research problem. The research findings show that digital signatures are very significantly influential in overcoming slow problems and lengthy procedures in administrative services at the sub-district level. As a result, the socio-economic community feels facilitated in public services of its many types. The results of this study also go in line with efforts to reform public services undertaken by the Central Government so that aspects of organizational communication and public administration undergo fundamental changes.

<p><em>This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 24.4%. There is a positive correlation between leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.494 (very high).</em><em></em></p>
