Interactive learning media is one of the tools in the learning process. With interactive learning media, it will help students understand the learning material better, especially subjects that require practice to better understand the theory being taught. Web programming subjects in vocational schools are one of the subjects that have a lot of practicums. Therefore, to support the delivery of the subject matter, good interactive learning media are needed and are following the needs of students. This PKM aims to provide training on the use of web-based interactive learning media for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) that have been developed so that students understand more about designing web-based applications. This activity was carried out at SMKN 1 Selong, with 25 participants from the Software Engineering department. The activity lasted for 4 months. The method used is lectures and direct practice on WEB-based software engineering with lecturers from the Informatics Engineering study program, Hamzanwadi University. The material presented is in the form of steps to make simple software by utilizing existing technology and seeing some examples that have been prepared previously by the resource person to be used by students. For this method use a computer with a local network. The results of the activity show that students can master basic techniques for WEB-based software and students are also able to make simple WEB-based applications by applying the concept of good system analysis.

This research aims to find out the process as well as the result of improving students’ ability in reading French texts through the approach of Linguistic Functional Systemic at Teaching French Study Program at Faculty of Arts and Language, State University of Medan. This study uses a Linguistic Functional Systemic approach with the assumption that the LFS approach examines the text used as a learning material in the course of Text Review / Etude de Texte . This approach proved able to answer various linguistic issues, either micro or macro. The research methodology used is action research developed by Kemmis & Mc Taggart with four steps: (1) planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. This study lasted for three cycles. In the first cycle, results were obtained as 21 students or 43.75% of 48 students earned grades above the prescribed minimum standards. Furthermore, in the second cycle the number of students who score above the minimum standard increases to 73%, and at the end of the third cycle to 85,42% students. The results of this study show that the LFS approach is very effective in helping students improve the reading ability of French texts. This research recommends to the lecturers of French courses in general understanding and using the LFS approach in the teaching and learning process of reading class in the classroom as in the subject of Text Review / Etude de Texte and Compréhension Ecrite.

Development of Interactive Learning Multimedia Learning Beginning for early childhood (5-6 years) in Christian Kindergarten 3 District Medan Kota, Medan City. Postgraduate Basic Education Study Program, State University of Medan. The purpose of this research and development was to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of interactive learning multimedia for early childhood reading in Group B TK Nasrani 3, Medan Kota District, and Medan City. The development model in this study refers to the 4D (Four-D) researches and development model which consists of 4 main stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects in this study were 3 expert validators and 20 students of Group B TK Nasrani 3 Medan. The product of this research is a multimedia interactive learning software product on the material of celestial objects for group B students TK Nasrani 3 Medan. The results showed that (1) the feasibility level of interactive multimedia learning pre-reading based on: a) the validation results of the material experts on the feasibility of content by instructional media experts by 3.6, learning material experts by 3.7, while design experts 3.5 in the category with " very worthy ”. b) The practical results of the teacher state that children get very good responses and responses. This can happen because the steps loaded in multimedia learning have instructions and are easily understood by children. 2) the results of the effectiveness of interactive learning multimedia that were developed showed the average result of reading the beginning of the child on the results of initial observations was 45%, which means the child began to develop and the result of the final observation was 83%, which means that the child developed very well.

ABSTRACT<br /> <br /> This study aims to develop a web-based piano learning application with the subject of piano<br />exploration, to determine the feasibility level of the learning application as a learning medium in<br />delivering piano technique of piano technique. This learning application is expected to motivate<br />user (student) to learn music especially piano. The method used in this research is research and<br />development or known SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) The process of developing this<br />learning application consists of several stages, among others: 1) System Analysis), 2) design, 3)<br />Implementation 4) Testing. Testing is done by directly pressing the keys of the piano that will be<br />implemented into the system. The method used in data collection is by observation, the data<br />obtained then analyzed the piano buttons will produce the audio in accordance with the piano<br />notation. This research shows that if the C = do, D = re, E = mi, F = Fa, G = Sol, A = La, B = Si,<br />C = Do. This study is aimed to design English Reading Material needed for students of Software Engineering Program and develop English Reading Material for Grade XI students of Software Engineering Program in SMK Negeri Binaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Medan. This research was conducted by Research and Development (R & D) design through six stages; 1) Gathering Data and Information, 2) Analyzing data, 3) Designing new material, 4) Validated new material by the experts, 5) Revising reading material, 6) Final Project. The subject of this research was class XI-RPL 1 students of Software Engineering program consisting of 29 students. The instrumentations for collecting the data were questionnaire and interview. After , anlyzing the data, the researcher got the students’ needs. The data were gathered by administering interview and distributing the questionnaire to 29 respondents to get the students’needs. The interview and questionnaire results prove that the students need English reading materials which cointain English for Software Engineering program. Thus , developing English reading mateials were procedure text. Then , the procedure texts related to their study program. The products have been validated by experts. The average scores are 4,2 from English Lecturer and 4,3 from English Teacher.It means the developing materials categorized as relevant or appropriate for Grade XI Students of  Software Engineering Program.

The article is devoted to the assessment of potential investment risks of the pharmaceutical company “R-Pharm” JSC with the aim of identifying the highest priority risks and developing methods for minimizing them. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the pharmaceutical business is characterized by a high degree of social orientation and annually invests $ 140 billion in the development of production and research, which determines the need for a risk-based approach to ensure the return on investment. The subject of this article is the investment risks of pharmaceutical companies, and the subject of research is the domestic pharmaceutical company “R-Pharm”. In order to assess the potential investment risks of “R-Pharm” JSC, the authors used elements of simulation modeling and system analysis. The proposed methods to minimize key investment risks are aimed at improving the efficiency of investment activities and is recommended as an element of the strategic planning of the company.

The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.

This study aims to prove that there is a difference of perception about ethics on tax evasion in UNISMA Bekasi students, based on selected study program and gender. The sample of this research is the students who have fulfilled the subject of taxation, at the Faculty of Economics (FE) and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP). Using independent t-test, the results showed that there was no significant difference of perception about tax evasion ethics between FE and FISIP students. But significant differences the perception of tax evasion ethics occur between accounting and management students at FE. Significant differences also did not occur between male and female students

Food sensory analysis is the terms from the field of Food Technology that has a meaning which means sensory evaluation of food that is conducted by the food sensory evaluators. Currently, food sensory analysis is conductedmanually. It can caus e human errors and consume much ti me. The objective of this research is to build a web based application that is specific for food sensory analysis using PHP programming language. This research followsfour first steps of waterfall software engineering mod el which are user requirements ana lysis (user software and requirements analysis), system design (activity, use cases, architecture, and entity relationship diagram),implementation (software development), and testing (software unit, functionality, validit y, and user acceptance testing). T he software result is well built. It is also acceptable for users and all functionality features can run well after going through those four software testing. The existence of the software brings easiness to deal with the manual food sensory analysis exper iment. It is considered also for the future it has business value by having open source and premium features.
