With the development of information technology, micro-lecture has gradually become the focus in the field of education and aroused extensive attention from educators. It will become a new kind of teaching mode and an approach to learning. Mobile learning, distance learning and online learning which based on the micro-lecture will be more and more popular in education. In this paper, the articles in the aspects of theories and practices of college English micro-lecture were summarized to provide some referential information for college English teaching reform.

With the development of Information Technology, internet is accessible to all, especially to the students. Based on the network, English teaching is changing greatly, which is not simply with textbooks, chalk and blackboard, but with multimedia, various apps and other tools. As to study the network-based English phonetics teaching mode for English-major students, the background of the application, the steps of the network-based teaching mode and the theoretical basis are introduced firstly. By selecting college English-major students of 2017 in Anhui Institute of Information Technology as the object of the teaching experiment, the paper describes the investigation and analyzes the data, which shows that the students learning based on the network have better pronunciation in English than those learning in the traditional mode. Thus, the author suggests that teachers use the network-based teaching mode to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning.

The rapid development of information technology has provided a new opportunity for the development of college English teaching in China. Under the background of informationization, the reform of college English teaching can meet the students' demand for individualized and differentiated learning. The multi-interactive teaching mode of college English takes students as the center and the task as the link, realizing the combination of classroom teaching and network-based autonomous learning in information technology environment. This teaching model is characterized by integrated teaching methods, open teaching environment and hierarchical teaching management compared with the traditional classroom teaching methods. This paper took the interactive teaching model of college English based on computer information technology as the research object and the "construction", "interaction" and "cooperation" as the core guiding ideology based on the learning theory of constructivism and communicative theory, guiding the design of listening, speaking and reading experiments in college English teaching under the multi-interactive teaching model. This paper first described the application and concept of multivariate interactive teaching mode, and then introduced the related learning theories. By selecting non-English major college students of 2015 from Hunan Normal University as the application object of multi-interactive teaching model, this paper validated the effectiveness of multi-interactive teaching model for college English teaching through detailed teaching experimental design and comparative analysis of teaching achievements. Under the background of the rapid development of information technology, the new multi-interactive teaching mode opens up the multi-dimensional and multi-form language learning process, which is of innovative and practical significance for the teaching of college English.

Modern network information technology has not only changed people's life, but also changed the pattern of education. With the help of network information technology, micro class, a new teaching mode in college English teaching, has been widely used. This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects: an overview of the connotation of micro class, the analysis of the relationship between network information technology and micro class teaching, and the strategy exploration of network information technology in college English micro class teaching, hoping to bring some new inspiration to the majority of college English educators and further improve the quality of college English teaching in China.

With the development of information technology in particular in the field of multimedia in such rapid and the longer forms of media information more diverse so that more education institutions boast. Media information and promotion is currently used by SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang. The purpose of this research audio visual media into the media information and proper promotion, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual in order to convey messages can be understood by the public at large. Existing problems, namely the medium used by the SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang still use print media such as banners, posters and pamplet are considered less effective and efficient to use while simultaneously promoting the institutions with the best possible audio visual media so that it is selected into a medium of information and promotion of the right, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual. Because therein lies the message delivery process or how to visualize. At the same time listening and showing the contents of the message to the recipient with information through media menunjangnya, so the design of video media profile that displays the entire scope, advantages and facilities belonging to SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang, can be a solution in solving problems in media promotion and information. With this study the author makes with the title "promotion and INFORMATION AUDIO VISUAL MEDIA SHAPED VIDEO PROFILE on SMK PGRI 11 APPLICATIONS TANGERANG CITY ".

The development of technology, information technology and various means of communication have a significant impact on public relations activity; especially in government institutions. Many government institutions have invested these means in their management system, in order to facilitate the goals of the institution, and ultimately the interaction between the internal and external public. In this theoretical research, I tried to explain the impact of the new media on public relations in the public administration, based on the views of specialists. The aim of the research is to know the use of the new media of public relations and how in the system of public administration, as well as, Explaining the role it plays in public relations activities of government institutions. Add to this, analyzing the way of how new media and public relations participate in the birth of e-government. In the results, it is clear that the new media has facilitated public relations between the public and other institutions, as it strengthened relations between them

Healthcare delivery systems are evolving with the advances in health information technology (HIT) development and its applications to coordinated or guided care for polychronic conditions. The design features of artificial intelligence in healthcare reflect the public interest in optimizing care coordination and communication between providers and patients. This article offers a practical evaluation and assessment of the relevance of theoretical frameworks and appropriate methodologies to formalize a multi-criteria optimization of a logic model applicable for achieving the system’s efficiency and effectiveness. In specifying theoretical constructs and evaluation methods for HIT evaluation, a three-fold purpose is to show the relevance of personal and behavioral determinants of HIT use, articulate the need for developing a transdisciplinary framework, and formulate appropriate multilevel modeling and causal analysis of the determinants of HIT use and its impacts on chronic care.
