AbstractTrade in agricultural products is one of the most dynamically developing segments of the global market. The feature of the contemporary stage of world food trade development is that the leading exporters are also the largest food importers, combining the benefits of the international division of labor with the development of domestic agricultural production. In the paper, the role of foreign trade in ensuring food security has been evaluated by comparing the global index of food security and the share of imported food in the domestic market. As a result, the countries of the world have been divided into 4 groups. The first two groups include countries that ensure their citizens a high level of food security through imports, as well as or through their own efficient agricultural production. The third and fourth groups include countries which are not agrarian developed. The problems of hunger and malnutrition in these countries can potentially be solved with the help of foreign trade and increased efforts of the international community.

Blood supply service is one of the strategically important areas of health care, saving millions of lives each year worldwide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 60 countries around the world, voluntary unpaid donors provide 100% of blood supplies. They do it due to effective marketing programs. There is shortage of donor blood in Ukraine and the number of blood donations is almost three times less than recommended by WHO. Therefore, it is important to analyze the positive experience of leading blood supply service centers. The objective of the investigation is to determine the role of advertising in print media as part of the blood supply service marketing activities. The advantages and disadvantages of print media advertising are systematized. 71 articles about Sumy Regional Blood Supply Service Center published in 11 printed sources during 1990 – May 2020 were analyzed. Printed sources where most of the articles were published were defined. Methods of analysis and logical generalization, trend analysis and content analysis were used. The main themes of the articles at each stage of their formation are determined: emphasis on the fellowship in problems solution, fight against incompetent actions, donor as the basis of the blood supply service functioning. It is advisable to use print advertising with the basic motto «everyone can easily help other people who need blood.» in order to involve people the donor movement. Blood supply service should be regularly cited in the local periodical press. As modern print media have both printed version of the publication and informational Internet-website, it is possible to distribute the necessary information among the wide range of the public. Particularly, it is reasonable to show examples of people and organizations donating blood; tell about the internal activities of blood supply service, show the most active people in donation promotion, so they can involve more people into donation, demonstrate examples of problems successfully solved by blood supply service and point out the idea: being a donor is simple and beneficial for both the donor and society. In the future it will optimize advertising in print media and increase its effectiveness as well as and develop complete marketing program with high rates of donors recruitment and support.

The study aims to determine the prospects and possibilities of using foreign experience for the development of intelligent transport systems in Ukraine. The article deals with the history of the emergence of intelligent transport systems in the world. We have investigated the prerequisites and promising directions for developing the global market of intelligent transport systems: traffic management, road safety, and supervision; cargo management; automotive telematics; parking management; automated vehicles. The main players in the field of business in this market have been identified. It is systematized for the adaptation of countries that are developing due to the features of the European ITS architecture, the US ITS architecture, the Japanese national ITS architecture, which are designed to improve the lives of citizens. Variants of using information and navigation systems in the framework of European projects on the example of cities are proposed. In the example of the European Union, the stages of implementation of the ITS architecture are considered, and how this affects the congestion of roads in large cities. The creation of a unified architecture of ITS allows you to control: the level of transport safety in transport and road traffic; energy consumption and environmental impact; networks of logistics systems for passenger service and cargo handling; management of transport, road construction, and repair works, parking places, collection of road tolls, equipment for improving personal services of road users. We have substantiated the necessity of using an integrated approach to improve the digitalization and intellectualization of transport systems, taking into account their advantages and disadvantages, has been substantiated. Conceptual approaches to the digitization of transport are generalized, closely related to logistics IT systems and the network of local roads. The theoretical basis of the level of intellectualization of the Ukrainian transport systems in comparison with foreign ones has been studied, the expediency of the possibility of developing this sphere in Ukraine with the implementation of the project "Transparent infrastructure" has been proved. The organizational and economic principles of the use of intelligent transport systems of the countries of the world for solving a wide range of problems have been determined: transmission of information in real-time for travelers, namely, traffic schedules, information on delays; entrance fee for the passage of vehicles to the area of the city; accident management; an electronic collection of duties. The legislative framework and the National Transport Strategy of Ukraine for the period up to 2030 are considered. The real results of the development of transport systems that are already being implemented in Ukrainian cities are displayed. A network of "smart roads" will be built in Ukraine. To implement this task, high-quality fiber-optic communications are needed, which will pass along the roads, which will allow the introduction of intelligent transport systems. The use of the world's leading experience in the implementation of intelligent transport systems is strategic for Ukraine, determines its competitiveness in the world market, and meets the requirements of integrating the national transport network into the Trans-European transport network.

The article analyzes the trends of annual increase in the number of countries that encourage the use of IFRS in their territories in different companies and in different spheres of activity. Developed system of IFRS implementation, their transparency and openness will further lead to a significant improvement in relations with investors and increase their confidence in banks. The comparison of the status of the IFRS use for organizations around the world has been conducted. The immediate connection between the effective activity of banking institutions in foreign countries and the introduction of IFRS has been demonstrated. The factors of proximity of countries to the political forces formed in IASB have been highlighted, and the indicators of probable national strategies of IFRS implementation in different countries of the world have been given. While Ukraine is one of the countries that has quite weak political influence on the management decisions of the IASC. It was found out that in Ukraine the process of harmonization of accounting with IFRS in the banking sector began in 1998, however they began to be considered as a subject of regulation only recently. Nowadays, IFRS is already the basis of UAS and other regulations, which indicates the effectiveness of the process of combining national characteristics of doing business in Ukraine with international ones. It has been established that an important factor in adjusting the Ukrainian banking accounting system is to provide real financial information about the true price of assets of the bank, their profitability, transparency of accounting activities, creating effective methodological and legal documents governing the accounting of financial instruments under international rules. The plans of bank accounts before and after the reform have been considered, their advantages and disadvantages have been outlined. In this research the general problems in banking institutions in the process of implementing international standards, as well as possible ways to solve them have been also analyzed. The process of monitoring the quality of financial reporting in banks is also important. The analysis of foreign systems of this process has shown that the most favorable for Ukrainian banks is the control structure used in Germany. Among the main risks of full implementation of IFRS in banking institutions of Ukraine, we have identified: 1) internal ‒ an increase in the number of users of financial information; content of corporate reporting (integrated, non-financial, management); corporate auditing policy; 2) external ‒ financial risks; the danger of rapid integration into international financial markets; interest rate risks. Key words: accounting, IFRS, banks, organization of accounting, chart of accounts, regulation of accounting standard, financial

The key theoretical aspects of the formation of marketing and the use of the marketing mix in the modern context are considered. The relevance and conceptual need for improving the marketing mix and the development of practical recommendations taking into account the transformation of the global market and the rapid development of innovative technologies and tools are determined. An in-depth theoretical and methodological analysis of the theory of the marketing mix and its containing elements are carried out, which allowed the author to classify the existing marketing concepts. Due to the lack of a unified system for periodization of development of the marketing mix, the author has developed and proposed the structuring of the main evolutionary stages of marketing development and it’s containing elements. Theoretical and methodological aspects of the formulation of the organization’s Internet marketing concept using the “7P” elements as the main paradigm of the functioning of organizations are developed. A classification of the main elements of the concept of Internet marketing is presented with a description of their characteristics, features of use, advantages and disadvantages, which will allow using these theoretical approaches in practice. It is proved that the formulation of the concept of Internet marketing is impossible without the use of innovative Internet technologies. The main trends in the development of Internet technologies in the world are investigated. Graduation of the countries of the world by the groups of the integrated ICT index is carried out. It is proved that the use of ICT in the process of formulation the concept of Internet marketing is the most effective method in the modern context. The risk indicators and the effectiveness of the use of the concept of Internet marketing by banks of Jordan are assessed and analyzed.

Relying on a wide range of foreign sources, the author presents the concept of "high" and "low" roads to national economic competitiveness and argues that, over the past fifteen years, the Russian economy has been gradually slipping down toward the "low road" and "immiserising economic growth". Russia is in urgent need of a visionary national strategy of integration into global market economy that would take into account the world-wide dominance of post-industrial "knowledge economy". Current government economic policy should focus on creating enabling conditions for Russian companies to learn to compete with the leading trans-national corporations on their own terms, i.e. mostly by enhancing their products’ and services’ innovativeness and attractiveness for the most demanding global consumers rather than by minimizing costs and prices.

Glyphosate is a synthesis product and chemical substance that entered in the global market during the 70s. In the beginning, the molecule was used as an active principle in a wide range of herbicides, with great success. This was mainly due to its systemic and non-selective action against vegetable organisms and also to the spread of Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) crops, which over the years were specifically created with a resistance to glyphosate. To date, the product is, for these reasons, the most sprayed and most used herbicide in the world. Because of its widespread diffusion into the environment, it was not long before glyphosate found itself at the center of an important scientific debate about its adverse effects on health and environment. In fact, in 2015 the IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer, Lyon, France), an organization referred to as the specialized cancer agency of the World Health Organization (WHO, Geneva, Switzerland), classified the substance as “likely carcinogenic” to humans. This triggered an immediate and negative reaction from the producer, who accused the Agency and claimed that they had failed to carry out their studies properly and that these conclusions were largely contradictory to published research. Additionally, in 2015, just a few months after the IARC monography published on glyphosate, the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority, Parma, Italy), another WHO related organization, declared that it was “unlikely” that the molecule could be carcinogenic to humans or that it could cause any type of risk to human health. The conflict between the two organizations of the World Health Organization triggered many doubts, and for this reason, a series of independent studies were launched to better understand what glyphosate’s danger to humans and the environment really was. The results have brought to light how massive use of the herbicide has created over time a real global contamination that has not only affected the soil, surface and groundwater as well as the atmosphere, but even food and commonly used objects, such as diapers, medical gauze, and absorbent for female intimate hygiene. How human health is compromised as a result of glyphosate exposure is a topic that is still very debatable and still unclear and unambiguous. This paper is a review of the results of the main independent recent scientific studies.

Abstract As one of the main food crops in the world, the yield of maize directly affects the food security of the world. The optimization of irrigation and fertilizer schedules is also one of the hot issues in the world. In this paper, the genetic algorithm (GA) and DSSAT crop model were combined to provide theoretical basis for the optimization of irrigation and fertilizer schedules of maize in China. On the basis of field experimental data in previous references, the model was calibrated and verified, and get a well simulation result with RMSE ranged from 0.262 to 0.580 Mg/ha. After that, GA and DSSAT were run to obtain the optimized irrigation and fertilizer schedules. Compared with the results of previous references, the new optimization schedules can improve the yield (1.9~2.6%) and economic benefits (7.3~8.9%). It is proved that this method has a good optimization effect, and the method also has a wide range of research prospects.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of notaries in the law enforcement system of Russia in modern conditions. The author adheres to the scientific position of a wide range of the “law enforcement system”, where any activity in society should be aimed at ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens. Based on this, identifying the problems of notaries and their causes is the key to finding a rational solution towards the formation of the institution of notaries that meets the requirements of modern society. The main disputes of specialists are concentrated in the fluctuations between public and private notaries, as well as in the choice of a direction of development like the Latin notary and the introduction of the model of an active notary, where each direction has its own advantages and disadvantages. However, the process of development of society is endless and the ongoing globalization processes in the world require the unification of the activities of the notary, taking into account the national, ethnic and historical characteristics of states, which, ultimately, will significantly simplify economic and business cooperation between peoples of different countries.
