The key theoretical aspects of the formation of marketing and the use of the marketing mix in the modern context are considered. The relevance and conceptual need for improving the marketing mix and the development of practical recommendations taking into account the transformation of the global market and the rapid development of innovative technologies and tools are determined. An in-depth theoretical and methodological analysis of the theory of the marketing mix and its containing elements are carried out, which allowed the author to classify the existing marketing concepts. Due to the lack of a unified system for periodization of development of the marketing mix, the author has developed and proposed the structuring of the main evolutionary stages of marketing development and it’s containing elements. Theoretical and methodological aspects of the formulation of the organization’s Internet marketing concept using the “7P” elements as the main paradigm of the functioning of organizations are developed. A classification of the main elements of the concept of Internet marketing is presented with a description of their characteristics, features of use, advantages and disadvantages, which will allow using these theoretical approaches in practice. It is proved that the formulation of the concept of Internet marketing is impossible without the use of innovative Internet technologies. The main trends in the development of Internet technologies in the world are investigated. Graduation of the countries of the world by the groups of the integrated ICT index is carried out. It is proved that the use of ICT in the process of formulation the concept of Internet marketing is the most effective method in the modern context. The risk indicators and the effectiveness of the use of the concept of Internet marketing by banks of Jordan are assessed and analyzed.

At the present stage of development of the world economy, international companies compete in constantly changing conditions, which actualizes the problems of promoting their brands to domestic and foreign markets. Internet marketing is an effective tool that allows companies to successfully achieve their goals in the conditions of global competition. Today, information technologies assist in emerging the new types of business and new methods of promoting the company's brand into the global market via the Internet. Using the opportunities of Internet marketing as a new type of market interaction for selling goods and services in the world market allows to reduce costs and accelerate the introduction of innovations, and also contribute to improving the quality of services with better satisfaction the customers’ needs. To successfully promote the company's brand in the Internet, it is necessary to analyze the current situation, identify the goals and tools for realization of necessary strategy, tactics and control. Presently, use of the Internet in order to promote the brand is a necessary solution for business development. The global network allows to form a winning reputation of the company, increase recognition of its branded products and services.

Virtual reality technology is experiencing rapid development in the global market, but not in the Indonesian market. When other parts of the world took advantage of this technology for online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, something similar was almost never happened in Indonesia. This research seeks to research the awareness level of students of PGSD UNM Kampus VI Bone towards virtual reality. The survey method was carried out on 160 samples who were randomly selected from a population of 571 students, whose characteristics tended to be homogeneous. The results showed that the level of awareness of VR technology was still low (index 0.36). The run test also shows that the selected sample is indeed random, so the study assumed to be well-represent the population. It is recommended to the stakeholders, for increasing promotion and ease the access to virtual reality technology so level of awareness can be increased.

Curvilinear architecture has a rapid development in many countries of the world. This research article briefly describes the methods for forming curvilinear building structures indicating its advantages and disadvantages. It analyses the structural solutions of one of the most unique works of contemporary architecture – Harbin Opera House, designed by the Chinese architect Ma Yansong. After more than five years of research, the result shows that the level of technical skills, particularly relating to the construction of complex, unique objects, unfortunately, is still low. Huge opportunities for creating curvilinear architecture forms were not used. The traditional approach to the architectural design, including contemporary form creation methods, is absolutely wrong. The curvilinear architecture, as any other, requires development of its own, individual structural solutions

Visibility, Usability and Accessibility of Polish E-Commerce Websites From the B2C Sector In the time of rapid development of Internet technologies and changing competitive environment, one of the most significant ways of creation of the e-commerce endeavor value is the increase of the incoming traffic of the internet website and the level of its conversion into business goals. Undertaking activities form the scope of internet marketing and increase of the usability and accessibility of websites are supporting this cause. However, this issues being broadly described in the literature they still have limited applications in business practice. The article presents the most important factors influencing the scope and characteristics of internet traffic that depends on the internet website owners. Issues are illustrates with research of listed factors that were performed on selected e-commerce systems from the B2C sector in Poland.

In today’s globalized world, international trade, which covers the totality of foreign trade of all countries of the world, is a powerful force of economic development. The economic development of any country is impossible without its active participation in trade relations with other countries of the world. The rapid formation of the global economy contributes to the emergence of a number of opportunities for both large and small businesses. The article considers both advantages and disadvantages of globalization of economy. The article claims that in the current conditions of technological development and rapid integration processes, it is necessary to take into account results of globalization, while forming an effective state policy regarding the realization of foreign trade activities. The country participating in the system of global economic relations should have competitive advantages and improve its competitiveness in order to avoid the impact of negative factors. The article reveals the current state of the development of Ukraine’s foreign trade with other countries of the world, as well as explores Ukraine’s exports and imports structure. Despite a significant increase in the cost of exporting goods and services to the world, Ukraine is still an import-dependent country. The currency liberalization contributed to the reduction of prejudice from foreign counterparties, investors and banks, which allowed Ukrainian enterprises to operate fully in foreign markets, which resulted in a significant reduction in the negative foreign trade balance of the country. The new currency law has provided Ukraine with a base for free capital movement, which brought the country closer to European standards. However, despite significant easing in foreign exchange regulation, Ukrainian manufacturers continue to face a number of both internal and external obstacles to boosting their export activity. The article defines further ways of development of foreign economic activity of domestic enterprises in the conditions of globalization. It has been established that the stable development of the economy is possible only in the conditions of maintaining its openness and rapid development of foreign trade.

Today, the economy is undergoing serious changes based on new digital technologies and artificial intelligence, which has affected serious qualitative and structural shifts. The purpose of this work is to study the impact of new technologies on economic processes, the advantages and disadvantages of the rapid development of new technologies. The significance of the research is determined by the relevance of the topic of the work, as well as the importance of tracking the processes of the world economy. The authors conducted a study and revealed that the digital economy is influenced by trends in the use of modern technologies, described the consequences of these changes, as well as the possibility of preventing problems. Globalization, integration, acceleration of integration processes, industrialization, environmental, demographic and political factors of economic life around the world require balanced development of the national economy with special attention. This article examines the ways of economic development and the following consequences. Analysing the results, it can be noted that it is impossible to say unequivocally what can negatively or positively affect the development of the digital economy, because there is an unpredictability factor that needs to be constantly taken into account in research.

With the rapid development of rail transit and the increase of the train speed, problem of vibration and noise induced by trains has been increasingly standing out and becoming one of the focusing environmental issues by the public. A large number of systematic studies, including theoretical approaches, numerical models, field tests, and control measures, have been carried out by scholars around the world. A series of research findings have been obtained, and many effective vibration and noise reduction technologies and products have been developed. In this paper, a survey of the studies conducted on the methods for predicting the ambient vibration and noise resulting from rail transit is presented, with particular emphasis on the following four kinds of prediction methods, i.e. the wave-number frequency domain method, the combined method based on field tests, the numerical method, and the statistical energy method. Finally, some problems that need further studies are pointed out. It is expected that studies on ambient vibration and noise resulting from rail transit will be ongoing in the days to come, due to the construction boom of rail transit all over the world.

The research aimed to know the "impact of marketing production determinants on improving marketing mix at livestock industry "according to the perspective on Jordanian sector marketing for "livestock breeders(LB), competitors, laws policies(LP) and due it to its importance, it focuses on addressing the limitations faced by the production of livestock sector in Jordan, the research showed public and private limitations facing the Jordanian livestock sector production and performance according to the perspective of change in market, customers and marketing activities (3). The research dimensions consist of many variables: planning, organizing, co-operation, cost, experience, competition, nutrition sources, diseases, government support, new technology, production, and performance of the livestock wealth sector(LWS), the research population included the breeders in livestock in Jordan and supporters amounting to (25000 ), the research sample consists of (500) farmer who was randomly selected, in collecting data the researcher depends on elementary and secondary resources and supported them with related studies. The relevance needs for improving the marketing mix and the development of practical recommendations taking into account the transformations of the global market and the rapid development of innovative technologies (6). The author had been defining the determinants of livestock wealth production effects interactive marketing management and proposed the main stages improving its marketing mix by analyzing (6) - (8) variables, which everyone will allow as an approach for improving the new marketing mix. The research concluded that the production and performance face limitations to marketing activities in the Jordanian livestock sector and it has a gap of the management functions, changing requirements, (the gap of production, performance) with limitations as cost, experience, competition, nutrition sources, diseases, government support, all variables affecting without organizing and cooperation, The research recommended that must be reorganizing the Jordanian livestock sector, come over the determinants, and exploit a new marketing management strategy for livestock mix.
