Education is one of the basic problems facing the developing nations. It is considered an index of the social and intellectual advancement of a popula¬tion. This statement may not be absolutely correct; yet there is no denying the fact that progress of literacy and education is closely connected with the social and economic levels attained by a country. Pakistan stands among the least literate countries of the world. The 1961 Census showed a literacy rate of 15.9 per cent1. This was an apparent decline from the 19.0 per cent literacy rate registered in the 1951 Census. Actually, however, the decline was not real but resulted from a difference in the definition of literacy used in the 1951 and 1961 Censuses of Population. The 1951 definition treated as literate all persons who could read any language in clear print, thus including an estimated number of about 4.3 million persons2 who could read only the Holy Quran—and that also without understanding3. The 1961 definition was a notable improvement over that of 1951 because it considered only those persons as literate who could read a simple letter in any language with understanding.

Praise be to God who blessed the Muslims of security in the world and the afterlife and prayers and peace upon our Prophet Mohammad (p.b.u.h). Security and peace are of the great blessings that God bestowed on the Islamic nation individuals and groups. They are playing a very important role in the achievement and innovation. They are essential need for the continuation of life and the habitation of land, and without it doesn’t have the stability and happiness, and this is done only by referring to the teaching of Koran and the Sunnah which guide man to the right proper way, and are making him happy and flood it safety and security upon him, and give psychological serenity and heart satisfaction feeling of comfortably to overcome the difficulties of life and its problems. This study was based on inductive analytical subject of (peaceful security in the Quran), the researcher states through the study the definition of peace and security in the language and in the terminology of peace, words and their meanings as set out in the context of the Qur'an with an indication to the importance of achieving the security of peace among the members of the community by referring to the Quran and teachings of the Prophet, peace be upon him

    This study deals with the social values ​​that were unique to Surat Al-Talaq, through an objective study, and between Surat Al-Talaq in its subjects and the issues it dealt with in order to stand on the impact of Sura. The method was followed by the deductive approach, which consisted of studying the whole sura and then selecting a collection of verses in a selective manner. The verses were then divided into sections in line with the objectives of the study. The books of interpretation were also consulted and the books of education were devised to develop these values. Study with a set of results: • Surat al-Talaq (Surat al-Talaq) is one of the surahs that has specialized in the subject of divorce in detail and has not been repeated in the other chapters • Sura divorce is of great importance in the affairs of the Muslim family with its different emotional, emotional and psychological aspects. • The study of the Holy Quran for the specialist in education opens up important educational horizons to him, from which he can draw scientific and practical contents that expand his theoretical and applied balance and enhance his culture. • Repetition is one of the most important educational methods mentioned in Sura, which is useful in establishing the information and in the speed of remembering it. • To assume the responsibility entrusted to the human right to do, both towards himself or his dependents, guarantees him the victory and survival in the world and the hereafter. • Sura showed the fact of punishment on the work, it is better part of the good, and those who hurt his punishment painful punishment

The article discusses in detail the essence and meaning of ritual as a social action. The study of the nature of this phenomenon involves, first of all, the study of various approaches to the definition of the concept of "ritual" and related phenomena. Analyzing the existing definitions, the author comes to the conclusion that "ritual" is a certain set of actions that have symbolic meaning. The symbolism of the ritual is manifested in its connecting role with the world of the sacred, sacred. The article emphasizes that in the consciousness of a person in a traditional society, the sacred world is present in the real world through ritual. As an archaic form of culture, ritual was also a way of regulating and maintaining collective life. The ritual served as a means of integrating and maintaining the integrity of the human community, giving it stability. Therefore, the article focuses on the social functions of the ritual in both public and individual life.

The validity of the surface structure of the Holy Qur'an is one of the most important Qur'anic debates, which also affects the issues of Islamic law. The meaning of surface structure of the Qur'an is that the surface structure of the Qur'an is understandable to every reader and listener, as well as any human text, and that which man understands the surface structure of the Qur'an by means of verbal and illogical indications. The current paper examines the validity of the surface structure of the Holy Quran, following expanding the conceptual subject of the research.  Given the thematic documents presented, this is a descriptive-analytical paper with library sources data collection tool. The findings indicate that: The most important reason for believing in the validity of the Holy Qur'an surface structure is that this holy scripture includes the plan of human happiness in the world and the Hereafter. Therefore, if the surface structure of the Holy Quran is not justified, how one can use its surface structure to answer difficult questions that limited human reason is incapable of answering. In addition, the Holy Qur'an, although revelation and has been revealed by God, but because it is revealed in the form of words, it is governed by the principles and rules governing all languages, among which are the validity of their surface structure for those familiar with the language. Keabsahan struktur permukaan Al-Qur'an adalah salah satu perdebatan Al-Qur'an yang paling penting karena  mempengaruhi masalah hukum Islam. Makna struktur permukaan Al-Qur'an adalah bahwa struktur permukaan Al-Qur'an dapat dipahami oleh setiap pembaca dan pendengar, serta teks manusia mana pun, dan apa yang dipahami manusia oleh struktur permukaan Al-Qur'an dengan cara indikasi verbal dan tidak logis. Penelitian ini  meneliti validitas struktur permukaan Al-Qur'an, dengan memperluas subjek konseptual penelitian. Mengingat dokumen tematik yang disajikan, pendekatan deskriptif-analitis dengan alat pengumpulan data sumber perpustakaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa: alasan paling penting untuk percaya pada validitas struktur permukaan Al-Qur'an adalah bahwa kitab suci ini mencakup rencana kebahagiaan manusia di dunia dan akhirat. Karena itu, jika struktur permukaan Al-Qur'an tidak benar, bagaimana seseorang dapat menggunakan struktur permukaannya untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan sulit yang membatasi akal manusia. Selain itu, Alquran, meskipun wahyu dari Allah,  tetapi karena diturunkan dalam bentuk kata-kata, diatur oleh prinsip dan aturan yang mengatur semua bahasa, di antaranya adalah validitas struktur permukaan untuk mereka yang terbiasa dengan bahasa.

Although we accept that a scientific mosaic is a set of theories and methods accepted and employed by a scientific community, scientific community currently lacks a proper definition in scientonomy. In this paper, I will outline a basic taxonomy for the bearers of a mosaic, i.e. the social agents of scientific change. I begin by differentiating between accidental group and community through the respective absence and presence of a collective intentionality. I then identify two subtypes of community: the epistemic community that has a collective intentionality to know the world, and the non-epistemic community that does not have such a collective intentionality. I note that both epistemic and non-epistemic communities might bear mosaics, but that epistemic communities are the intended social agents of scientific change because their main collective intentionality is to know the world and, in effect, to change their mosaics. I conclude my paper by arguing we are not currently in a position to properly define scientific community per se because of the risk of confusing pseudoscientific communities with scientific communities. However, I propose that we can for now rely on the definition of epistemic community as the proper social agent of scientific change.Suggested Modifications[Sciento-2017-0012]: Accept the following taxonomy of group, accidental group, and community:Group ≡ two or more people who share any characteristic.Accidental group ≡ a group that does not have a collective intentionality.Community ≡ a group that has a collective intentionality. [Sciento-2017-0013]: Provided that the preceding modification [Sciento-2017-0012] is accepted, accept that communities can consist of other communities.[Sciento-2017-0014]: Provided that modification [Sciento-2017-0012] is accepted, accept the following definitions of epistemic community and non-epistemic community as subtypes of community:Epistemic community ≡ a community that has a collective intentionality to know the world.Non-epistemic community ≡ a community that does not have a collective intentionality to know the world.[Sciento-2017-0015]: Provideed that modification [Sciento-2017-0013] and [Sciento-2017-0014] are accepted, accept that a non-epistemic community can consist of epistemic communities.

Jesus� imperatives in the Sermon on the Mount continue to play a significant role in Christian ethical discussions. The tension between the radical demands of Jesus and the impossibility of living this out within the everyday world has been noted by many scholars. In this article, an eschatological-ontological model, based on the social construction of reality, is developed to show that this dialectic is not necessarily an embarrassment to the church but, instead, belongs to the essence of the church as the recipient of the Spirit of Christ and as called by him to exist now in terms of the coming new age that has already been realised in Christ. The absolute demands of Jesus� imperatives, it is argued, must relativise all other interpretations of reality whilst the world, in turn, relativises Jesus� own definition of what �is� and therefore also the injunctions to his disciples on how to live within this world. This process of radical relativisation provides a critical framework for Christian living. The church must expect, and do, the impossible within this world through her faith in Christ who recreates and redefines reality. The church�s ethical task, it is further argued, is to participate with the Spirit in the construction of signs of this new reality in Christ in this world through her actions marked by faith, hope and love.

Arab Writers and poets had a great knowledge of Elim-ul Badea (البديع علم ,( Before Islam. Elm-ul Badea (البديع علم (can be found extensively both in their poetry and prose. With the advent of Islam and the revelation of Quran (a literal Miracle of Allah Al-Mighty), rhetoric has reached to its peak, which made it the center of attention for the Writers and intellectuals. They have made their researches of Quran from different angles, i.e. the lexicon miracles, literal interpretation, style and rhetoric of the Holy Book, but Elm-ul- Badea (البديع )علم is such a part of literature which is always open for more research, so this research focuses on the Moral enhancers (المعنوية المحسنات (which is a part of the Elm-ul-Badea in the Quran. This work will throw light on those verses of Quran in which Moral enhancers(المعنوية المحسنات (are present, and are defined as rhetorical explanations beside the definition of Elm-ul-Badea, its development stages, and the difference of opinion among the scholars about the topic. Quran is the Holy Book of Allah Al-Mighty and is the Miracle of the Holy prophet Muhammad peace be upon Him, which challenged the whole world to bring verses like it, and it appeals the human being to think in its meanings. I tried to explore the المعنوية المحسنات of Quranic rhetoric. There is a great scope for researchers to explore the Moral enhancers المعنوية المحسنات of Quranic Rhetoric. I have used descriptive and analytical approach while doing this research to attain the required results.

The Qur’an contains about eighteen verses that refer to the architecture of the earth. Nearly two hundred elements (terminologies) of architecture and town planning have been mentioned in the Quran. This paper aims to present examples from the Quran to shed light on the Islamic vision of architecture and art. It uses content analysis method to achieve the objective of the research. The analysis is done by studying and discussing verses of the Holy Quran, which is related to architecture and urbanism. One of the most important results of this research is to give distinct architectural and urban examples, include the following: building materials, environmental architecture, houses of insects, visual illusions in architecture, and the centrality of Mecca to the world. All of them is explained in the Qur’an verses, such as Al-Baqarah, An-Naml, An-Nahl, Al-Kahf, and Al-Fajr.

Deserved the torment of God and after the torment these civilizations become nonexistent The Holy Quran guides every country or nation confused to signs of good and reconciliation for all human beings, because the main goal of the Holy Quran came to achieve this honorable and noble goals. There are a lot of people waiting for who ignites his torch of light until his life shines and lights his way up to the right path of security, comfort and reassurance. Because man is the first intended and the basic goal of the Koran descent. The effects of storytelling has a profound impact on those who hear these stories, and used the Koran storytelling to make for them a method of education and advocacy to God (Glory be to Him) In this way, through storytelling, the effects of these stories have great effect and benefits. But now most of the worlds nations today achieved the factors civilizations collapse and inattention (such as the civilizations stories mentioned in the Koran), it is waiting for those who advise them , take their hand to guide them on the right way and to rid themselves from dust , sins , injustice and corruption in order to live in the world with security and safety. This study came to show the civilizations breakdown factors through stories in the Koran mentioned storytelling at Surah Al- Hijr, and provided the results of those who listen to the evidence of guidance and to God satisfaction (Glory be upon Him).

IF … THEN provides an account of power and politics in the algorithmic media landscape that pays attention to the multiple realities of algorithms, and how these relate and coexist. The argument is made that algorithms do not merely have power and politics; they help to produce certain forms of acting and knowing in the world. In processing, classifying, sorting, and ranking data, algorithms are political in that they help to make the world appear in certain ways rather than others. Analyzing Facebook’s news feed, social media user’s everyday encounters with algorithmic systems, and the discourses and work practices of news professionals, the book makes a case for going beyond the narrow, technical definition of algorithms as step-by-step procedures for solving a problem in a finite number of steps. Drawing on a process-relational theoretical framework and empirical data from field observations and fifty-five interviews, the author demonstrates how algorithms exist in multiple ways beyond code. The analysis is concerned with the world-making capacities of algorithms, questioning how algorithmic systems shape encounters and orientations of different kinds, and how these systems are endowed with diffused personhood and relational agency. IF … THEN argues that algorithmic power and politics is neither about algorithms determining how the social world is fabricated nor about what algorithms do per se. Rather it is about how and when different aspects of algorithms and the algorithmic become available to specific actors, under what circumstance, and who or what gets to be part of how algorithms are defined.
