Pond waste treatment is noteworthy, because this is a standard of production success and also one form of cultivation that is responsible for environmental sustainability. This pond waste will be used as a medium for cultivating earthworms. The plan for the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (CPP) is in the village of Pangkah Wetan, Kecamatan Ujungpangkah, Kabupaten Gresik, which is a village where almost all residents live as shrimp and milkfish farmers. The purpose of implementing CPP activities is; 1. Increase knowledge of shrimp and milkfish farmers to manage waste; 2. Increasing the knowledge of farmers regarding the use of ponds as a medium for cultivating earthworms that can be applied in the form of organic fertilizer and alternative feed. The methods used are lecture and discussion methods, technology transfer and demonstration methods. Through coaching in the PKM program, it is expected that shrimp and milkfish pond waste management will be able to protect and preserve the environment of the pond waters, so that the farmers will benefit because it can reduce the purchase costs of inorganic chemical fertilizers and artificial feed, even benefit from the cultivation of earthworms

The Community Partnership Program aimed to provide direct benefits to people's lives in the social and economic fields and to improve the quality of resources through the empowerment of the women of the PKK and Karang Taruna groups in Dukuh IV Cerme, Panjatan, Kulon Progo Regency by utilizing natural ingredients in around his residence. This activity was expected to solve the problems in the partner villages, namely the source of income for the community is only dominated by the agricultural sector, the natural potential of the village that has not been used properly, lack of skills in managing the potential of the village, the majority of the residents of Dukuh VI Cerme are housewives who have minimal income. The Community Partnership Program consists of two activities, namely the training in making ecoprints by utilizing natural materials in the neighborhood around Dukuh VI Cerme, Panjatan and making audio-visual videos on how to make ecoprints. The Partnership Program activity is expected to be carried out continuously so that it can be an additional livelihood for the local community because the selling value of the ecoprint product is still quite high on the market. Keywords: Ecoprint; Income; Natural Ingredient; Kulonprogo

Philosophically, the river is the source of life, is the lifeblood of the earth, therefore the water flowing in the river must be kept pure and clean. The Tukad Mati River stretches from north to south in the middle of the village of Padangsambian Kaja, so that its position is squeezed between settlements and residents' housing, therefore the cleanliness of the water in Tukad Mati is strongly influenced by waste management from residential and residential areas. To help realize and maintain the cleanliness of the dead body, the team, with the permission of the Community Service Institute, UNWAR collaborated with partners (Padangsambian Kaja Village) through a community partnership program with outreach activities and location planning to build public awareness that rivers are not a dumping ground for all kinds of waste, for that it is necessary carried out: sorting waste from households to reduce waste to rivers, forming a community that cares about rivers and waste banks, doing mutual cooperation on a regular basis, carrying out supervision by related parties so that the rules run effectively, structuring the dead river so that it can be used as a tourist spot and fishing place.

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN THE BUSINESS GROUP FOR MAKING DRINK KAHUMAMA LEAVES FOR HERBAL IN ONDO-ONDOLU VILLAGE, BATUI DISTRICT, BANGGAI, CENTRAL SULAWESI. The wood of Kahumama includes a lot of local wood in the village of Ondo-Ondolu Batui subdistrict. Partners have the potential to utilize the parts of the kahumama trees such as leaves, to be a product that is worth selling. The potential of leaf raw material is abundant. Suitable business opportunity to utilize the leaves of the Kahumama is a drink efficacious medicine. There are three main problems of the partner, namely: not yet know the process of processing production of kahumama leaves into a tea efficacious medicine; Not yet know the ongoing business and marketing management as well; Not able to overcome the existence of people who still do wood theft in the working area of forest farmer groups. To solve the problem of partners given solutions in the form of training processing production process of Kahumama tea leaves that include: raw material selection techniques, trade, ministry, winding, drying and packaging; Business management and marketing training; and educating people about forests that include forest outcomes, forest cultivation and forest benefits from ecological, social and economic aspects. Community Partnership Program of the business group of the tea making leaves Kahumama efficacious drug implemented for one year in the village Ondo-Ondolu Batui District Banggai. The stages of this program are: observation, production process training of tea processing leaves, business management and marketing training as well as the importance of preserving forests, forest products, forest cultivation and the benefits of forests (ecology, social and Economic development). The result of this community service is farmer group Skills increased in the processing and production of herbal drink Kahumama leaves, thus the welfare of the community increases.

Citrus fruit is one of the typical Indonesian fruits that is cheap and easy to obtain, as well as one of the daily dessert fruit of the community. One of the Citrus fruit producer locations in North Sumatra is Tanah Karo Regency, where the Citrus orchards are the main livelihood of the community. Citrus Fruit itself was developed in the era of 1990 in Tanah Karo which is able to eradicate poverty and improve the education of Tanah Karo youths. Lau Riman Village, Tiga Panah Sub-district, within +/- 17 km from Kabanjahe, is a producer of Citrus orchards in besides the Merek and Munthe areas. The Citrus orchard in Lau Riman Village surrounds the village with a total of approximately eighty eight Family Heads. Siamese honey citrus or Karo itself is known as a famous sweet citrus, has a sweet smell or aroma, rough citrus flesh, rind that is easy to peel and the appearance of the fruit is quite attractive. The purpose of Community Partnership Program activities is to assist partners in improving the skills and innovation of citrus to packaging technology so that it is expected to create economic independence and increase business income. Based on observations of partners, there are several problems encountered, including: 1) There is no innovation in citrus crop yields, 2) Conventional marketing that is only awaiting the arrival of buyers, 3) Skills and limited knowledge of the utilization of citrus crops. Specific targets in the Community Partnership Program activities that result; 1) Fruit Dodol innovation 2) Marketing Strategy 4) scientific articles published in ISSN journals. The method used to achieve the Community Partnership Program activity goals is the method of education, production training, and packaging and marketing assistance. This activity was carried out for citrus fruit farmers in Lau Riman Village, Tiga Panah Sub-district, Tanah Karo Regency, which is approximately 75 km from the University of Medan Area. The choice of location is because in the village there are communities that depend on the economic life of citrus farming and there has been no innovation to citrus fruits other than just planting, harvesting, and selling fresh citrus fruits.

Each company must manage the administration of existing letters in the company / office effectively so that it does not interfere with company operations. Procedures are a series of tasks that are integrated in an integrated manner with one another.Citeras village office employees have an important role in serving the administrative needs of the Citeras village community for writing correspondence to and from various institutions, the general public and organizations. Many letters are made and received by village office employees that require structuring, filing and filing letters / documents so that they can be neatly and well organized.The method of implementing this community partnership program activity is the method of participation, namely collaboration between the service team and Citeras village officials. This method is used so that partners can apply it at the village office after training on filing of letter / document archives at the village office so that administration at the village office is neatly organized and there is no difficulty finding the required incoming or outgoing mail archives.Assistance to village office employees is carried out so that the skills of village office employees can increase, this can be seen from the results of the questionnaire and the neat and good administration of the village office. It is hoped that a good administrative arrangement can be maintained so that the community can be served as expected by the government, namely providing the best for the community.

This study aims to carry out community service activities (ABDIMAS) to provide knowledge of e-marketing so that participants are able to recognize, understand and apply e-marketing in marketing their products so that they can advance their business. There are 67 micro, small and household craft industries in Citeras village, but their e-marketing activities did not reach 5%. The method of this ABDIMAS activity is a participatory method through training and mentoring activities where the implementation is evaluated using questionnaires and measured based on the criteria and indicators that have been made and the service team provides pocketbooks for deeper guidance. The results of this service are (1) a high level of participation from the Citeras village office and communities that have MSME businesses that fully support the Community Partnership Program. This can be seen from the willingness of the village to facilitate the event and also be seen from the enthusiastic arrival of the participants during training and mentoring.(2) All participants of the Community Partnership Program stated that the Community Partnership Program activities were very beneficial for their business and some of them hoped that the Community Partnership Program activities would be carried out routinely with the same material, especially in the mentoring section (APPLICATION).

The acceleration of diversification of food consumption based on local resources has become a government policy. One form of the implementation of the policy is the optimization of the use of the yard. To optimize the function of the yard as a source of vegetable food, training in hydroponic technology education activities has been conducted with community partners in the village of Tunikamaseang, Maros Regency. The Community Partnership Program is carried out with the aim of increasing: 1) hydroponic system vegetable farming techniques and skills, 2) increasing family food security. The method used is the reflection, demonstration and practice of hydroponic system cultivation, with the Participatory Rural Appraisal approach. The result of devotion achieved is an increase in partner's knowledge and skills in the cultivation of the hydroponic system. The output of this activity is the vegetable cultivation model of the hydroponic system.

Desa Bumiharjo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Glenmore Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang membawahi 3 dusun yaitu Dusun Wonoasih, Dusun Sugih Waras dan Dusun Balerejo. Penduduk Desa Bumiharjo sebagian besar merupakan lansia. Lansia di Desa Bumiharjo mayoritas berpendidikan rendah, yaitu hanya lulusan SD, sehingga sebagian besar bekerja sebagai buruh tani dan rata-rata penghasilannya sangat jauh dibawah Upah Minimum Regional (UMR) Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan pada program posyandu lansia di Desa Bumiharjo, dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan, mengajari senam lansia dan membudidayakan serta memanfaatkan tanaman obat keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk promosi kesehatan melalui pemberian pendidikan kesehatan penyakit tidak menular yang sering dialami oleh lansia serta cara pencegahan dan penanggulangannya dengan memanfaatkan tanaman obat keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah disertai tanya jawab dengan media leaflet. Hasil program ini yaitu pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM secara garis besar sudah cukup baik (80%). Promosi kesehatan berupa pemberian pendidikan kesehatan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia, senam lansia untuk meningkatkan keaktifan fisik dan pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga untuk menjaga kesehatan lansia dengan bahan-bahan yang alami serta dalam jangka panjang mampu meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan usia harapan hidup lansia. Kata Kunci: Lansia, Pemberdayaan, Tanaman Obat  Bumiharjo Village is one of the villages located in Glenmore Sub-district, Banyuwangi Regency which is in charge of 3 hamlets, namely, Wonoasih Hamlet, Sugih Waras Hamlet, and Balerejo Hamlet. Most of the residents of Bumiharjo Village are elderly. Elderly people in the village of Bumiharjo has a low level of education, which is only collecting elementary school, more work as farm laborers and the average is higher than the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) of Banyuwangi Regency. This community partnership program (PKM) supports the elderly posyandu program in Bumiharjo Village, provides health education, teaches elderly gymnastics and cultivates and utilizes family medicinal plants. This activity is carried out in the form of health promotion through the implementation of non-communicable health education that is often attended by the elderly as well as ways to prevent and utilize family medicinal plants. The method used is question and answer with media leaflets. The result of this program is that the activities carried out by PKM in general have been quite good (80%). Health promotion consisting of effective health education is used to increase the knowledge of the elderly, elderly gymnastics to improve physical activity and the use of medicinal plants to improve the health of the elderly with natural ingredients and in improving health and the elderly. Community Partnership Program "Sports Massage Training and development in Kelurahan Senga subdistrict of Luwu District" is a program to develop middle and lower community business. The purpose of this program is to (1) increase the quality and participation of the community, especially the partner in the development of sports massage business in the village Senga subdistrict Belopa District Luwu, (2) Unemployment reduction and Business opportunities in the field of sport so as to give a real contribution to the development of sports in this region mainly in the field of sports health. The Problem solving offered in this research is with the help of training and enhancement of maassage sports both in terms of improving the quality of knowledge and skills, funding assistance for equipment and in terms of management and planning Business and socialization assistance to introduce sports massage in the community, especially in the area Senga Kecamatan Belopa District Luwu District. Partners in this case still have some problems from various aspects such as management and business planning in the field of sports, quality aspects and knowledge about the sport massage is still minimal, the marketing aspect is still far from the word And capital that is still minimal to prepare the necessary tools for the implementation of the activities. Implementation of the program planned in several stages. The stages are; (1) Program Introduction to the partner, (2) preparation of infrastructure and tools, (3) training in Sport massage, (4) Conducting management training and business plan, (5) Socialization of sports massage in related agencies and networking development, (6) Program assistance, as well as (7) Monitoring and evaluation. This activity is planned to be published in journals that have ISSN, print media and mass media, as well as additional external that has been established in the research proposal of service to the community Ministry of Research, Technology, and education High.

Community Partnership Program (PKM) is an activity to empower community members as a form of partnership among academia, the community and the government. The program aims to improve the skills, production and welfare of the community. The program's target partners are located in the village of Darunu, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. Geographically located on the coast with potential for marine fisheries that have the potential to be developed. The village is categorized as a fishing community, where around 30% are classified as poor families and have a small business as fish sellers of fish processors. The specific target of activities is to produce superior diversified products in terms of taste, sanitation and hygiene, as well as to provide business continuity for diversification of fish meatball products, dragon legs, and fish nuggets. The issue that has to be solved is that how to utilize  fishery products  during abundant harvests. The methods applied in this program are 1) Training of how to produce fish products using good manufacturing practices;  2) Mentoring and evaluation on the way the partners handling fish product.
