ABSTRAK                Evaluasi pendidikan adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka mengukur dan menilai segala hal yang termasuk dalam kegiatan pendidikan termasuk di dalamnya hasil belajar.Salah satu instrumen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar adalah tes. Namun pada kenyataannya, guru seringkali tidak mengevaluasi soal tes yang disusunnya sehingga tujuan untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa kurang terpenuhi. Tidak dilakukannya asesmen terhadap kualitas soal tes ini disebabkan oleh waktu dan tenaga yang terbatas, juga kurangnya kemampuan dalam menggunakan alat bantu komputer. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan menggunakan program QUEST untuk membantu melakukan asesmen terhadap kualitas soal tes yang disusunnya. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP IPS SMP Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 40 orang guru perwakilan dari 25 sekolah. Metode diklat yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi dan praktik langsung mengoperasikan program QUEST dan cara membaca hasil keluaran program. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 100% dari peserta diklat dapat mengoperasikan program QUEST, meskipun hanya 75% yang mampu membaca hasil keluaran program (menganalisis hasil). Kata  Kunci : Asesmen Soal, Instrumen Tes, QUEST, Guru MGMP IPS SMP. ABSTRACT                Educational evaluation is an activity undertaken in order to measure and assess everything that is included in the educational activities, thelearning outcomes. One of the instruments that can be used to measure learning outcomes is test. However, in reality, teachers often do not evaluate the test items they have prepared so the objectives of measuring student learning outcomes are not met. The lack of an assessment of the quality of test items is due to limited time and energy, as well as a lack of ability to use computer aids. Therefore, in this community service activity, education and training are conducted using the QUEST program to assist in assessing the quality of test items. Partners in this activity are teachers who are in the group of the MGMP IPS SMP Banyumas District. This activity was attended by 40 representative teachers from 25 schools. The training method used in this activity is the delivery of materials and the directly practice for operating the QUEST program and how to read the output of the program. The results of the evaluation show that 100% of the training participants can operate the QUEST program, although only 75% are able to read the program output outcomes (analyze the results). Keywords : Assessment Of Test Items, Test Instruments, QUEST, Teachers of MGMP IPS SMP

Kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kualitas pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru di kelas. Optimalisasi proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu sangat penting melatihkan penggunaan google classroom kepada para guru. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan google classroom untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran di SMK ISFI Banjarmasin, dan menghasilkan modul google classroom. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para guru SMK ISFI Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini, antara lain memberikan pelatihan pengetahuan mendasar mengenai penggunaan google classroom, memberikan gambaran pengalaman bagaimana penggunaan google classroom secara sistematis dalam pembelajaran, serta menghasilkan modul google classroom. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul google classroom yang digunakan oleh para guru dalam pelatihan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berkontribusi meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran. Penggunaan google classroom diharapkan dapat membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. The quality of education is very dependent on the quality of learning carried out by teachers in the classroom. The optimization of the learning process can be done by integrating the use of technology as a learning medium. Therefore it is very important to train the use of google classroom to teachers. Community service aims to provide training in using google classroom to optimize the learning process at SMK ISFI Banjarmasin and produce a google classroom module. The target of this activity is Banjarmasin ISFI Vocational School, teachers. The methods used in this activity include providing training in basic knowledge about using google classroom, providing an overview of experiences on how to use google classroom systematically in learning, and producing a google classroom module. This activity produces a google classroom module that is used by teachers in training. In addition, this activity contributes to increasing teacher knowledge and ability in using Google classroom as a learning medium. The use of google classroom is expected to make the learning process enjoyable so that it has a positive impact on student learning outcomes while improving the quality of teacher performance.

The Impact

Training is one element in creating more qualified individuals. Training is very necessary in the learning process so that students are not bored with monotone learning when in class. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a training for students on how to quickly and accurately count to make it easier for students to calculate addition and multiplication operations. With this activity students are expected to be able to more easily understand the material in mathematics. In addition, students are also expected to be motivated to study harder and not think that mathematics is difficult. From the results of the activity, it was obtained input that students desperately need training in a quick and precise way of counting to make it easier for students to calculate addition, subtraction and multiplication. The impact is that student learning outcomes can be better and students prefer mathematics subjects. Participants expect that this community service activity can be carried out as often as possible and continuously so that communication between schools and universities is maintained in the development of learning.

ABSTRACTToday's muria coffee has a universal appeal to many people from different walks of life. Coffee lovers in Indonesia and abroad are also increasing. This triggered to develop the production of coffee muria as a regional superior product that should be lifted nationally. The problems faced by the perpetrators of SMEs coffee martia is the post-harvest processing of coffee, from the stage of sorting coffee, roasting, grinding, packaging, until the technique of coffee marketing. The purpose of this activity is to advance the muria coffee SMEs by educating SME players through coffee processing training and improving the coffee production process from manual to automatic using machines. The target of this activity was the coffee SMEs in Colo village, Dawe district. The method is done by giving machines and training on coffee processing. The output of this community service activity is the increasing in productivity of muria coffee from 3 kg / day to 15 kg / day. In addition, through coffee processing training, the quality of coffee is increasing by the uniformity of roasted coffee been, by using a roasting machine. Therefore, this activity is expected to encourage muria coffee products as the regional superior products.Keywords: coffee, muria, productivity, umkm ABSTRAKSaat ini kopi  muria memiliki daya tarik universal bagi banyak orang dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Penikmat kopi di Indonesia maupun mancanegara juga terus meningkat. Hal tersebut memicu untuk mengembangkan produksi kopi muria sebagai produk unggulan daerah yang patut di angkat secara nasional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM kopi muria adalah pengolahan pasca panen kopi, mulai tahap penyortiran kopi, roasting, grinding, packaging, sampai pada teknik pemasaran kopi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memajukan UMKM kopi muria dengan melakukan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM melalui kegiatan pelatihan pengolahan kopi dan perbaikan proses produksi kopi dari manual menjadi otomatis menggunakan mesin. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM kopi di kelurahan Colo kecamatan Dawe. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara pemberian mesin dan pelatihan pengolahan kopi. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya produktivitas UMKM kopi muria dari 3 kg/ hari menjadi 15 kg/hari. Selain itu melalui pelatihan pengolahan kopi, dihasilkan peningkatan kualitas kopi yaitu hasil kematangan biji kopi sangrai yang seragam, dengan penggunaan mesin penyangrai kopi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong produk kopi muria sebagai produk unggulan daerah.Kata Kunci: kopi, muria, produktivitas, umkm

The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of images of children from those who did not know to understand the basic image of the fruit shape drawing by applying the drill method in coloring crayon media activities in class VI-A of SD Negeri No. 081232 Sibolga. Training Method is a method that can be used to convey subject matter or information through repeated forms of exercises so that students have dexterity or skills higher than what is learned. The research subjects totaled 29 students. This training method uses the Pre Test action, Cycle I, Cycle II, to improve student learning outcomes. Gradually in the pre-test action, researchers found the average value of learning percentage is still 52% followed by the first cycle found an average student learning is good at 86.7% and quite good at 13.3% in the sense that it has started well. Then further improved in the second cycle researchers found 89.66% very good and 10.34% good, it can be said that the improvement in student learning outcomes for the better and improved. Then the researchers decided not to continue the action on the activity of coloring pictures of fruit shapes. The application of the training method (drill) has been successfully carried out and can be a reference and a strategy for learning fine arts, especially drawing.

Ranah Singkuang is one of 10 villages classified as stunting villages in the Kampar regency area with a percentage of 24%. The Kampar District Government has done prevention programs on stunting condition from 2018 to 2019. If not treated immediately, the condition of stunting will affect the quality of human resources in the future. The condition of stunting causes children not to grow normally, low IQ, susceptible to infectious diseases as a result of low productivity, and difficulty competing in the world of work. The purpose of this community service activity is the transfer of knowledge to the community in Ranah Singkuang village, increasing the knowledge and ability of village community in terms of processing various kinds of fish-based products that have high nutritional values that are salable in the market in order to boost the community’s economy, provide knowledge about children's health by providing education to the community and training children's healthy menus so that their appetite increases. The result achieved from this community service activity are that the community understands more about the importance of nutrition for toddlers especially before the age of 1000 days and the community can process fish-based food, so that stunting problems in the village can be prevented.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 9 Medan, Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X DKV 1 yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa terdiri dari 20 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sketsa, melalui motode demonstrasi dan latihan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang di temukan oleh peneliti, masih rendahnya hasil belajar sketsa siswa. Peneliti melakukan pre test untuk mengetahui kondisi awal sebelum dilaksanakannya tindakan persiklus. Hasil pre test menunjukkan masih rendahnya ketuntasan belajar siswa, dari 36 orang siswa hanya 7 orang siswa (19,4%) yang tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan. Pada siklus I diperoleh 24 orang siswa (66,7%) yang tuntas dan 12 orang siswa (33,3%) yang tidak tuntas. Dengan begitu, peneliti melanjutkan ke siklus II dengan perolehan 35 orang siswa (97,2%) yang tuntas dan 1 orang siswa (2,8%) tidak tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Terdapat peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 30,5%, maka peneliti tidak melanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar sketsa pada siswa kelas X DKV 1 di SMK Negeri 9 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, sketsa, demonstrasi, latihan.AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 9 Medan. The research employs a classroom action research method. The research subject was the ten grade students of DKV 1 with a total of 36 students consist of 20 men and 16 women. This research aims to improve skectch learning outcomes through demonstration and training method. Based on the results of preliminary observations found by researcher, the researcher found the low student sketch learning outcomes. The researcher used a pre-test to determine the initial conditions before the pre-cycle action was carried out. The result of pre-test showed that students' learning completeness was still low. From 36 students only 7 students (19,4%) who complete in sketching learning. This research was taught by using demonstration and training learning method. In cycle I, there were 24 students (66,7%) was complete and 12 students (33,3%) was incomplete. Therefore, the researcher proceed to cycle II with the acquisition of 35 students (97,2%) was complete and 1 students (2,8%) was incomplete in sketch learning. There was increase from cycle I to cycle II of 30,5%, the researcher does not proceed to the next cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of demonstration and training method can improve the ability in sketch learning of the ten grade students DKV I at SMK Negeri 9 Medan in the academic year 2019/2020. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap kualitas media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut. (2) Mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut pada siswa program keahlian Teknik Pemesinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualiatatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) uji ahli materi pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,92%), (2) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85,21%), (3) uji ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (84,03%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,75%), (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (91,35%) dan (5) uji coba lapangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,31%). Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif  dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh  thitung sebesar 4,68 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67 pada taraf kepercayaan 95 persen. Maka diperoleh bahwa thitung> ttabel. Disimpulkan bahwa  hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan efektifitas sebesar 72,77 %. lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran menggunakan buku teks dengan efektifitas sebesar 62,13%. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, teknik pemesinan bubut Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Determine student responses to the quality of interactive learning media on learning Lathe Machining Techniques. (2) Knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media on learning of Machining Lathe in students of Machining Engineering expertise program. This type of research is development research. Data about the quality of this development product was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that; (1) Lathe machining engineering subject matter expert test is in very good qualification (88.92%), (2) learning design expert test is in very good qualification (85.21%), (3) software engineering expert test is in in very good qualifications (84.03%), (4) individual trials were in very good qualifications (88.75%), (5) small group trials were in very good qualifications (91.35%) and (5 ) field trials are in very good qualifications (88.31%). Hypothesis testing results prove that there are differences between student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with student learning outcomes using textbooks. This is indicated by the results of data processing obtained by tcount of 4.68 and ttable of 1.67 at a confidence level of 95 percent. Then it is obtained that tcount> ttable. It was concluded that student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with an effectiveness of 72.77%. higher than student learning outcomes taught by learning to use textbooks with an effectiveness of 62.13%. Keywords: interactive learning media, lathe machining techniques
