Ranah Singkuang is one of 10 villages classified as stunting villages in the Kampar regency area with a percentage of 24%. The Kampar District Government has done prevention programs on stunting condition from 2018 to 2019. If not treated immediately, the condition of stunting will affect the quality of human resources in the future. The condition of stunting causes children not to grow normally, low IQ, susceptible to infectious diseases as a result of low productivity, and difficulty competing in the world of work. The purpose of this community service activity is the transfer of knowledge to the community in Ranah Singkuang village, increasing the knowledge and ability of village community in terms of processing various kinds of fish-based products that have high nutritional values that are salable in the market in order to boost the community’s economy, provide knowledge about children's health by providing education to the community and training children's healthy menus so that their appetite increases. The result achieved from this community service activity are that the community understands more about the importance of nutrition for toddlers especially before the age of 1000 days and the community can process fish-based food, so that stunting problems in the village can be prevented.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. ABSTRAK Penerapan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) oleh pemerintah  Indonesia berdampak besar terhadap penurunan kegiatan ekonomi di masyarakat.Hal tersebut memberikan pengaruh kepada sejumlah pengusaha terpaksa membuat keputusan dengan menutup usahanya dan sebagian karyawannya dirumahkan atau melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja karena beban operasional yang tetap berjalan, seperti biaya sewa tempat, listrik, maupun gaji karyawan sementara tidak ada pemasukan. Bagi pengusaha yang memiliki modal yang besar, kemungkinan masih bisa bertahan untuk beberapa waktu ke depan. Namun lain halnya bila pengusaha yang memiliki modal yang relatif kecil atau pas-pasan. Tentu menjadi pekerjaan rumah yang tidak mudah untuk bertahan. UMKM merupakan salah satu sector yang terimbas dari adanya Pemabatasan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Universitas Bunda Mulia melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini, membantu para penggiat UMKM di Desa Cadas Ngampar untuk dapat bangkit dan berinovasi dalam menjalankan usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih kemampuan berwirausaha masyarakat di desa cadas ngampar.  Beberapa paparan materi yang disampaikan dalam PKM ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas UMKM warga lokal dan meningkatkan lagi perekonomian di Desa Cadas Ngampar. Setelah melakukan penyuluhan dengan pemaparan materi dari masing-masing dosen maka hasil yang di dapatkan berdasarkan intensitas tanya jawab yang muncul, kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta dalam kewirausahaan, dapat mengetahui manfaat-manfaat dari materi yang disampaikan, dan adanya tambahan motivasi dalam berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Pemasaran, Higiene dan Sanitasi ABSTRACTThe implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy by the Indonesian government has had a major impact on the decline in economic activity in the community. The purpose of this community service activity is to train community entrepreneurship skills in the village of rock ngampar. Some of the material presentations presented in this PKM are expected to improve the quality of local MSMEs and improve the economy in Cadas Ngampar Village. The purpose of this community service is to assist business actors in providing Digital-Based Marketing Training to increase product sales online at MSMEs in Cisweu Village, Cisewu District, Garut Regency. This method of community service activity begins with the preparation stage and field survey. This survey stage begins with direct discussions with the Village Head in Cisewu Village, Cisewu District, Garut Regency to identify the needs, opportunities, and challenges faced by MSME business actors in Ciseweu Village, after knowing what things are needed then carry out the socialization and training stage. made by the team. The results of this study are the knowledge of participants who are residents and MSME business actors in Cisewu Village from RT 001-005/RW 002 Cisewu District regarding digital-based marketing before PKM activities, the majority of participants are in the category of not understanding digital business. After the PKM activities were carried out and the material presentation was delivered, the MSME training succeeded in providing participants with increasing knowledge about digital business.

This training aims to provide an overview of the concepts of improving the performance of teachersand school principals as an effort to improve human resources (HR) which is carried out througheducation and training, so that it is expected to produce high enough performance of teachers andprincipals in learning. One of the weaknesses that exist today in the world of education is the lowperformance of teachers in terms of competence and self-quality in managing classes actively andcreatively. Based on the data above, there needs to be a comprehensive effort to improve the qualityof our education. This improvement can be started from the lowest education unit, namely the schoolinstitution. The capacity of Indonesian schools needs to be increased so that they are able to face thechallenges of a much more competitive future. One way to improve school performance is to improveteacher quality. The quality of teachers can be improved by providing training and mentoring. For thisreason, as a form of Higher Education Tridharma, a Community Service Program was held with thetheme of Improving Primary School Performance through the Teacher and Principal Training Programat the As'ad Islamic Elementary School Foundation in Jambi City. The purpose of this training is toassist teachers in the development of teacher professional competencies such as updating learningmethods in class, use of learning media, etc. Through increasing the capacity of teachers through thisworkshop, it is hoped that it can improve the school's performance.

ABSTRAK Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas visual sebuah kawasan adalah dengan seni mural. Selain dianggap memperindah tampilan kawasan, keberadaan gambar-gambar dan warna ini juga dapat memperkuat karakter sebuah kawasan. Panti Asuhan Baitul Walad merupakan salah satu panti asuhan yang terletak di Kelurahan Loa Buah. Panti asuhan ini mempunyai misi menolong anak-anak yatim atau yang tidak mampu yang berpotensi untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang baik. Sebagai bekal untuk menghadapi kehidupan di masa depan, anak-anak asuh panti harus banyak memperoleh bekal keterampilan salah satunya adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat mural. Khalayak sasaran program ini adalah anak asuh Panti Asuhan Baitul Walad.  Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode ceramah, praktik dengan bimbingan, serta evaluasi. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan ini tahap-tahap yang lakukan adalah memberi materi pendahuluan, tahap persiapan pembuatan mural, tahap melukis dan tahap finishing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan memberi respon yang positif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pembuatan mural ini memberi keterampilan baru bagi peserta yaitu anak asuh Panti Asuhan Baitul Walad sekaligus secara umum memperbaiki aspek estetika visual Kawasan Loa Buah Kota Samarinda. Kata Kunci: loa buah; mural; pelatihan; pendampingan.ABSTRACT One effort that can be done to improve the visual quality of an area is with mural art. Besides being considered to beautify the appearance of the region, the presence of images and colors can also strengthen the character of an area. Baitul Walad Orphanage is one of the orphanages located in the Village of Loa Buah. This orphanage has a mission to help orphans or underprivileged people who have the potential to get a good education. As a provision to face life in the future, orphanage children have to get a lot of skills, one of which is training and assistance in making murals. The target audience for the program is the foster children of the Baitul Walad Orphanage. The method used is the lecture method, practice with guidance, and evaluation. In the training activities and the stages, the steps taken are to provide preliminary material, the preparation stage for mural, the painting stage and the finishing stage. The implementation of this activity went well as planned, participants enthusiastically participated in the activity and gave a positive response. The community service activity in the form of making murals gave new skills to participants, the foster children of the Baitul Walad Orphanage, while at the same time improving the visual aesthetic aspects of the Loa Buah Samarinda City.Keywords: accompaniment; loa buah; mural; training.

ABSTRACTToday's muria coffee has a universal appeal to many people from different walks of life. Coffee lovers in Indonesia and abroad are also increasing. This triggered to develop the production of coffee muria as a regional superior product that should be lifted nationally. The problems faced by the perpetrators of SMEs coffee martia is the post-harvest processing of coffee, from the stage of sorting coffee, roasting, grinding, packaging, until the technique of coffee marketing. The purpose of this activity is to advance the muria coffee SMEs by educating SME players through coffee processing training and improving the coffee production process from manual to automatic using machines. The target of this activity was the coffee SMEs in Colo village, Dawe district. The method is done by giving machines and training on coffee processing. The output of this community service activity is the increasing in productivity of muria coffee from 3 kg / day to 15 kg / day. In addition, through coffee processing training, the quality of coffee is increasing by the uniformity of roasted coffee been, by using a roasting machine. Therefore, this activity is expected to encourage muria coffee products as the regional superior products.Keywords: coffee, muria, productivity, umkm ABSTRAKSaat ini kopi  muria memiliki daya tarik universal bagi banyak orang dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Penikmat kopi di Indonesia maupun mancanegara juga terus meningkat. Hal tersebut memicu untuk mengembangkan produksi kopi muria sebagai produk unggulan daerah yang patut di angkat secara nasional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM kopi muria adalah pengolahan pasca panen kopi, mulai tahap penyortiran kopi, roasting, grinding, packaging, sampai pada teknik pemasaran kopi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memajukan UMKM kopi muria dengan melakukan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM melalui kegiatan pelatihan pengolahan kopi dan perbaikan proses produksi kopi dari manual menjadi otomatis menggunakan mesin. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM kopi di kelurahan Colo kecamatan Dawe. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara pemberian mesin dan pelatihan pengolahan kopi. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya produktivitas UMKM kopi muria dari 3 kg/ hari menjadi 15 kg/hari. Selain itu melalui pelatihan pengolahan kopi, dihasilkan peningkatan kualitas kopi yaitu hasil kematangan biji kopi sangrai yang seragam, dengan penggunaan mesin penyangrai kopi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong produk kopi muria sebagai produk unggulan daerah.Kata Kunci: kopi, muria, produktivitas, umkm

<em>Sekolah Perempuan (SEKOPER) is a program initiated by the Gresik Regency Government in collaboration with UN Women Australia. This program is a forum for village women to exchange knowledge and experiences, identify women's needs and interests to improve their quality of life. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic does not only attack clinically but also worsens the economic side of the community, including Kramatinggil Village, which is in the Kebomas District, Gresik Regency, East Java Province.</em> <em>The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of life of women in Kramatinggil village which is still low by producing aloe vera, temulawak and moringa which are local food potentials in the village so that they can increase economic and health values and form creativepreneur healthy food. The first stage is counseling about creativepreneur to SEKOPER members. The second stage is counseling about the benefits of aloe vera, temulawak and Moringa leaves. The third stage is counseling and the practice of making healthy food/snack products from aloe vera, temulawak and Moringa leaves</em> <em>The establishment of creativepreneur healthy food from SEKOPER members and the launch of the product "Dayya Ummat" in collaboration with the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik and the village of Kramainggilt. ABSTRAK                Evaluasi pendidikan adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka mengukur dan menilai segala hal yang termasuk dalam kegiatan pendidikan termasuk di dalamnya hasil belajar.Salah satu instrumen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar adalah tes. Namun pada kenyataannya, guru seringkali tidak mengevaluasi soal tes yang disusunnya sehingga tujuan untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa kurang terpenuhi. Tidak dilakukannya asesmen terhadap kualitas soal tes ini disebabkan oleh waktu dan tenaga yang terbatas, juga kurangnya kemampuan dalam menggunakan alat bantu komputer. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan menggunakan program QUEST untuk membantu melakukan asesmen terhadap kualitas soal tes yang disusunnya. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP IPS SMP Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 40 orang guru perwakilan dari 25 sekolah. Metode diklat yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi dan praktik langsung mengoperasikan program QUEST dan cara membaca hasil keluaran program. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 100% dari peserta diklat dapat mengoperasikan program QUEST, meskipun hanya 75% yang mampu membaca hasil keluaran program (menganalisis hasil). Kata  Kunci : Asesmen Soal, Instrumen Tes, QUEST, Guru MGMP IPS SMP. ABSTRACT                Educational evaluation is an activity undertaken in order to measure and assess everything that is included in the educational activities, thelearning outcomes. One of the instruments that can be used to measure learning outcomes is test. However, in reality, teachers often do not evaluate the test items they have prepared so the objectives of measuring student learning outcomes are not met. The lack of an assessment of the quality of test items is due to limited time and energy, as well as a lack of ability to use computer aids. Therefore, in this community service activity, education and training are conducted using the QUEST program to assist in assessing the quality of test items. Partners in this activity are teachers who are in the group of the MGMP IPS SMP Banyumas District. This activity was attended by 40 representative teachers from 25 schools. The training method used in this activity is the delivery of materials and the directly practice for operating the QUEST program and how to read the output of the program. The results of the evaluation show that 100% of the training participants can operate the QUEST program, although only 75% are able to read the program output outcomes (analyze the results). Keywords : Assessment Of Test Items, Test Instruments, QUEST, Teachers of MGMP IPS SMP

The Village

Hypertension is one of the main problems in public health in Indonesia and the world. It is estimated that around 80% of cases of hypertension occur mainly in developing countries in the year 2025 from a total of 639 million cases in 2000. Problems faced by partners at this time include people in the village of Prevention rarely conducted health counseling by the Puskesmas especially about Hypertension, none Posyandu for the elderly and the community rarely exercise regularly. This community service activity was carried out in the village of Enforcement which is one of the villages located in Pelawan sub-district, Sarolangun District, Jambi. Time of implementation in February 2018. The target is the elderly.The methods used were survey, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation approaches. The results of this program is prevention for parents where they are able to understand of  the management and prevention of hypertension. It is recommended for Health Officers, especially in Puskesmas, to activate posyandu for the elderly so that the elderly can get health services regularly and get more information about health problems.

This paper explains the community service activities in Suka Makmur Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency. The aim is to improve the quality of life of the community through oral health, which is to encourage the emergence of creativity and initiative of each individual or community group in the village of Suka Makmur. Communities actively participate in health programs in their villages, and determine program priorities according to the needs and desires of the community. Overall it can be seen that 95.4% of the population experienced a low caries experience category, 3.8% of them had a moderate caries category and there were already 0.9% of the population who had a high caries risk category.
