This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of MPI students to the academic services of FTK UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Research using quantitative approach method with non experiment type survey method. Variables used include independent variables, namely student satisfaction levels, and dependent variables that are academic services. Data is collected through observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the study found the results of calculations with product moment correlation techniques obtained rhitung 0.673 greater when compared to apostates at a significant level of 5% = 0.138 and a significant level of 1% = 0.181. So the Zero Hypothesis is rejected, meaning there is student satisfaction with academic services. While the alternative hypothesis is accepted, there is no student satisfaction with the academic services of the faculty of tarbiyah and teaching.

This research aims to find out the relationship of strategic management, organizational culture and employees’ empowerment with service quality. This research is carried on at PT Sillo Bahari Nusantara using quantitative approach with survey method. The population of this study is the employees at PT Sillo Bahari Nusantara Jakarta 2015. The samples used in this study are 50 respondents which are selected randomly. The data is analyzed using descriptive statistic technic and parametric inferential. Based on data analysis it can be concluded that all the independent variables like strategic management, organizational culture, and employees’ empowerment have a positive and strong relation towards service quality, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore, the service quality can be increased by improving strategic management, organizational culture and employees’ empowerment.

The right man in the right place and the right man behind the right job. The placement of employees becomes very important to improve employee performance including ASN in the government office of Mare Subdistrict, Bone Regency. The purpose of the study is to see the influence or role of employee placement factors on the performance of ASN employees. Apakh has a significant influence. The research was conducted on a number of ASNs in the government office of Mare District of Bone Regency. The method of data collection is done by saturated survey method (census). The method of data analysis is to use a hypothesis test, which is a t-test to see the influence of independent variables, namely placement (X) on dependent variables, namely ASN performance (Y). The results of the study obtained that the placement factor had a significant effect (real) on the performance of ASN in the District Office mare Bone Regency. This is evident from the results of the t test where the placement variable (X) has a significance value (Sig.=0.001<0.05) and is also shown from a t-calculated value (4.015) greater than the value of t-table (1,667).

This research was descriptive with a quantitative approach. Quantitative research involves measuring the level of certain characteristics. The subjects of the study were all students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Islamic Institute of Muhammadiyah Sinjai. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Based on the research results obtained that the evaluation of student satisfaction with academic services in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training based on 6 aspects of assessment namely tangibles aspects of 3.29, assurance aspects of 3.85, reliability aspects of 3.88, empathy aspects of 4.04, the responsiveness aspect is 3.81 and the information system aspect is 3.80. Based on these values, the six aspects are categorized as good. of the 6 aspects of the assessment, the highest assessment is on the assurance aspect while the aspect that needs to be improved is the tangibles aspect. Whereas the assessment of each study program the highest is Tadris Mathematics and the lowest is Arabic Education.

Abstract Background Electronic health tools are of little use if the intended user lacks the skills to effectively engage them. Engaging eHealth requires a skill set, or literacy, of its own. The present study is an effort to probe the relationship of education and Institution (Independent Variables) with the usage and expertise in eHealth literacy (Dependent Variables) among university students. The research is conducted in 16 Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan’s recognized universities in Lahore. Both male and female students ranging from BS to PhD programs were the focus of the research. Methods Quantitative data was collected through survey method using stratified random sampling technique. There were different kinds of strata in population i.e. general universities, health sciences universities, engineering universities and animal sciences universities etc. The research encompassed a total of 89,664 students in 16 universities, from which sample size of 1513 was drawn through research advisor table (2006). Proportional allocation formula was used to specify the number of respondents from each university. Non-parametric statistics was used since data was not normally distributed. Kruskal-Wallis H test and Mann-Whitney U test were applied to measure the difference of effect of groups of independent variables on the dependent variables. Results The level of using digital health literacy was not same for all students, as the students of PhD and BS/Masters were significantly different from each other in terms of their usage of digital health literacy. Level of education showed a significant influence on level of expertise in eHealth literacy, confirming that changing the level of education had an effect on level of expertise in digital health literacy, but the size of effect was smaller. MS/MPhil and PhD students were significantly different from each other in their expertise in digital health literacy. Conclusion Results of the study depicted that belonging to different categories of educational levels differently affect the level of usage and that of expertise in digital health literacy among university students.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of referent power variables, expert power,legitimate power, reward power, and coercive power as independent variables to performanceimprovement and impression management as dependent variables. This research has the purpose to answer the characteristic of exploratory, descriptive, explanation,and prediction research, using the survey method like questionnaire containing the question list thatwill be given to the respondent to be filled as purpose to get the information from the respondent.data processing using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of the study show that reference power, appreciation power, and coercive powerinfluence the improvement of performance and impression management, while expert power andlegitimate power have no effect on performance improvement and impression management.

The research objective of our study is to find the route how the information provided in small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) supporting services in South Korea affects business performances. Investigation into business performances from SME supporting services was conducted by a survey method. The survey data was statistically analysed by using SPSS program. A research model was designed by using a mediation model. In our research model, information utilisation of SME supporting services was selected as an independent variable; contribution degree to decision-making, growth of information competitiveness and customer satisfaction were introduced as mediating variables; and SME business performances, such as contribution degree to growth of current revenue, future revenue, future export and current employment, were used as dependent variables. Correlation and regression were analysed to investigate the relationship between two variables such as independent variables versus mediating variables, independent variables versus dependent variables and mediating variables versus dependent variables. The route from information provision in SME supporting services to business performances was clarified by using Baron and Kenny’s mediation model.

This research aims to examine the factors which affect Return on Asset consists of Cash Turnover and Receivables Turnover at Manufacture Companies on PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa,Tbk. in 2007-2017.This research is causality using quantitative approach. Variables used are three variables, those are independent variables which Cash Turnover (X1) and Receivables Turnover (X2) with dependent variables is Return On Asset (Y). The population in this research includes manufacturing companies sub-sector of cement. The sample used in this research is PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Year 2007 until 2017. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.According to the research result, find: (1) Cash Turnover and Receivables Turnover simultaneously have positive and significant effects to Return On Asset on PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. and (2) Cash Turnover and Receivables Turnover partially have positive and significant effects to Return On Asset on PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk.

This research aims to examine the factors which affect Teacher Performance consists of Compensation and Organizational Climate at SMAIT DEF, Sawangan - Depok.This research is causality using quantitative approach. Variables used are two variables, those are independent variables which Compensation (X1) and Organizational Climate (X2) with dependent variables is Teacher Performance (Y). The population in this research includes all teacher who work in SMAIT DEF. The sample technique used by total sampling as many as 30 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.According to the research result, find: (1) Compensation and Organizational Climate simultaneously have positive and significant effects to Teacher Performance in SMAIT DEF, Sawangan - Depok; (2) Compensation has no significant effect to the Teacher Performance while Organizational Climate has significant effect to the Teacher Performance

The objective of this study are : 1) the application of service delivery system that can be applied by Bank Goveerment in Palembang, 2) the influence of physical support on customers, 3) the influence of contact personnel on loyalty of the customers of Bank Goverment in Palembang, 4) the influence of service delivery system on customer loyalty at Bank Goverment in Palembang. This study is done by survey method so as to describe the response from respondents. The samples are taken by using simple random sampling with 100 respondents. The instruments are observation, quesionares and interview, the data analysis is done by using descriptive and matrix analysis. The results of this research shows that all independent variables (physical support and contact personnel) significantly and positively influence the dependent variables (loyalty of the customers).

This study aims to test and determine whether empirically through valid data, intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations have an effect on the satisfaction of students both partially and simultaneously. The method used by researchers is a survey method with a correlational approach to the santri of Manahijusadat Islamic Boarding School in Lebak, Banten. This type of research is quantitative, therefore the data analysis technique used is statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. As for the means of collecting data through a questionnaire to 100 respondents from class III MTs Manahijussadat Islamic Boarding School, interviews and documentation. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that there was a positive and significant influence of intrinsic motivation on student satisfaction with a percentage of 17.8%. Second, there is a positive and significant effect of Islamic boarding school regulations on the satisfaction of students as indicated by the percentage of influence of 25.5%. Third, there is a joint positive and significant effect of intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations on student satisfaction by 32.6%
