ABSTRAKJudul dari penelitian ini adalah Peran Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Rembang Dalam Menekan Angka Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Dengan Mengedepankan Standar Kompetensi Khusus Penyidik Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas. Tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui peran Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Rembang yang bertindak selaku pejabat publik harus mampu membuat suatu kebijakan publik dalam memberikan pelayanannya kepada masyarakat, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian empiris yuridis. Dengan kesimpulan adanya permasalahan tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas serta tingginya angka fatalitas dari tiap kecelakaan yang terjadi, Satlantas Polres Rembang mengambil suatu kebijakan dalam menjalankan tugas, fungsi dan perananannya sebagai representasi atau perpanjangan tangan dari pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.Kata Kunci: Peran Satlantas, Kecelakaan lalu lintas, Penyidik laka lantas.ABSTRACTThe title of this research is the role of Satuan Lalu Polres Rembang traffic accidents rate by prioritizing the special competence standard of traffic accident investigator. Unit of Rembang Polres that act as public official must be able to make a public policy in giving its service to society, this study uses juridical empirical research method. With the conclusion of the problem of the high number of traffic accidents and the high number of fatality of each accident happened, Satlantas Rembang Police take a policy in carrying out its duties, functions and role as a representation or extension of the hand of the government to overcome the problem.Keywords: the role of the traffic unit, traffic accident, ������� traffic accident infestigator.

Heavy fog weather can increase traffic accidents and lead to freeway closures which result in delays. This paper aims at exploring traffic accident and emission characteristics in heavy fog, as well as freeway intermittent release measures for heavy fog weather. A driving simulator experiment is conducted for obtaining driving behaviors in heavy fog. By proposing a multi-cell cellular automaton (CA) model based on the experimental data, the role of intermittent release measures on the reduction of traffic accidents and CO emissions is studied. The results show that, affected by heavy fog, when cellular occupancy [Formula: see text], the probability of traffic accidents is much higher; and CO emissions increase significantly when [Formula: see text]. After an intermittent release measure is applied, the probability of traffic accidents and level of CO emissions become reasonable. Obviously, the measure can enhance traffic safety and reduce emissions.

ABSTRACTThe radicalism movement is currently one of the centres of attention of the Indonesian government because several incidents have repeatedly occurred in Indonesia. The radicalism movement is a concept that wish changes in society using a narrow religious understanding base which usually leads to bomb terror acts. The Central Java region is one area that is often used as the basis of radicalism movements spreading across various regions. The government cooperates with several Islamic organizations, one of which is (Nahdlatul Ulama), to take part in preventing radicalism that can threaten the integrity of the nation and state. This article aims to reveal the role of Nahdlatul Ulama's national politics in repressing the radicalism movement in Indonesia, especially in the Pati Regency area. The research method applied is qualitative with a literature study approach and through interviews. The NU Branch Leader (PCNU) made several programs to repress radicalism in the Pati Regency area, among others, by solidifying students in the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU) by holding Basic Leadership Training (LDK) in collaboration with the National Military Forces (TNI) and academics. In addition, Ansor and Banser of Pati Regency were active in conducting discussions with the theme of counteracting radicalism. These activities by Nahdlatul Ulama are effective in repressing radicalism in the Pati Branch area.  Keywords: national politics; radicalism; PCNU Pati Kabupaten.ABSTRAKGerakan radikalisme pada saat ini menjadi salah satu pusat perhatian pemerintah Indonesia karena berulang kali aksi ini terjadi di Indonesia. Gerakan radikalisme merupakan paham yang menginginkan perubahan dalam masyarakat yang seringnya menggunakan dasar pemahaman agama yang sempit yang biasanya berujung pada aksi teror bom. Wilayah Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu wilayah yang sering menjadi basis gerakan radikalisme yang tersebar di berbagai daerah. Pemerintah menggandeng beberapa ormas Islam salah satunya adalah Nahdlatul Ulama yang ikut andil dalam rangka pencegahan radikalisme yang dapat mengancam keutuhan bangsa dan negara.  Artikel ini bertujuan mengungkap peran politik kebangsaan Nahdlatul Ulama dalam membendung gerakan radikalisme di Indonesia khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur serta melalui wawancara. PCNU membuat beberapa program yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka membendung radikalisme di wilayah Kabupaten Pati antara lain dengan mensolidkan para pelajar dalam Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) dengan mengadakan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK) yang bekerjasama dengan TNI maupun akademisi.  Selain itu Ansor dan Banser Kabupaten Pati aktif untuk melakukan diskusi dengan tema menangkal radikalisme. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut efektif dalam rangka membendung radikalisme oleh Nahdlatul Ulama di wilayah Cabang Pati.Kata kunci: politik kebangsaan; radikalisme; PCNU Kabupaten Pati.

The purpose of this study was to see the traditional cublak-cublak suweng game from D.I Yogyakarta, and the order for the character of responsibility for students. Knowing the method of implementing the cublak-cublek suweng game that can shape the character of responsibility for students. This research method is research research. The research subjects were research articles and web that discussed the cublak-cublak suweng game that could be accounted for for its authenticity and correctness. The scope of this research includes elementary school teachers, elementary school children, and the surrounding community who are familiar with this game, as well as the role of the government in preserving the cublak-cublak suweng game and applying it to elementary schools at this time.This research was conducted to explain whether the cublak-cublak suweng game in the present era can give pleasure after being played and the impact that occurs after being played 1) Introduction to what cublak-cublak suweng is and how to play it. 2) Implementation of the cublak-cublek suweng model that can develop the character of responsibility for students, 3) The effectiveness of the cublak-cublak suweng game in shaping the character of responsibility for students. 4) what are the effects if you continue to drink it again and again.

Happiness research is based on the idea that it is fruitful to study empirical measures of individual welfare. The most common is the answer to a simple well-being question such as “Are you Happy?” Hundreds of thousands of individuals have been asked this question, in many countries and over many years. Researchers have begun to use these data to tackle a variety of important questions in economics. Some require strong assumptions concerning interpersonal comparisons of utility, but others make only mild assumptions in this regard. They range from microeconomic questions, such as the way income and utility are connected, to macroeconomic questions such as the tradeoff between inflation and unemployment, including large areas in political economy. Public policy is another area where progress using happiness data is taking place. Given the central role of utility notions in economic theory, we argue that the use of happiness data in empirical research should be given serious consideration.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to conduct a rejection of acts of violence against children, this study uses empirical research where the source is based on observations and interviews, but also based on various approaches. Through this study the researchers explained that children are children who deserve love from their parents and those around them, childhood children should get happiness, joy, but at this time many children get violence from their own parents, Unwittingly, the parents often give yells to torture both physically and psychologically. The rise of acts of violence against children is one of the biggest and serious problems faced by the government at this time, this is because it is related to the role of the government which is to implement Law no. 35-2014, besides that children are also victims of violence themselves will have an impact on their developmental conditions, where the development of children at that time is also immature both physically and psychologically, therefore special protection or assistance is needed in dealing with that matter.Keywords: children; child abuse; legal protectionAbstrakTujuan adanya penelitian ini yaitu untuk melakukan adanya suatu penolakan terhadap tindak kekerasan pada anak, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian secara empiris yang mana sumbernya berdasarkan dengan melakukan observasi dan hasil wawancara saja, tetapi juga berdasarkan dari berbagai pendekatan. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti menjelaskan bahwa anak merupakan buah hati yang sudah selayaknya mendapatkan kasih sayang dari orang tua serta orang-orang yang berada disekitarnya, masa kecil anak seharusnya mendapatkan kebahagiaan, kegembiraan, namun pada saat ini banyak anak yang mendapatkan kekerasan dari orang tuanya sendiri, yang tanpa disadari juga orang tua tersebut sering memberikan bentakan hingga siksaan baik secara fisik ataupun psikologisnya. Maraknya tindak kekerasan pada anak merupakan salah satu masalah terbesar dan serius yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah pada saat ini, hal tersebut disebabkan karena berkaitan dengan peran pemerintah yang mana untuk melaksanakan UU No. 35-2014, selain itu anak juga yang posisinya sebagai korban dari kekerasan sendiri akan berdampak pada kondisi perkembangannya, yang mana perkembangan anak pada saat itu juga belum matang baik secara fisik maupun psikologisnya, maka dari itu diperlukan adanya perlindungan khusus atau pendampingan secara khusus dalam menangani hal tersebut.

ABSTRACT Problems related to public services include uncertainty over time, costs and ways of providing services to the community making poor service quality. The role of the Camat in the region is very important in terms of public services. The research focus is the Rancasari Riung sub-district of Bandung which requires synergy, measurable steps, coordinated to follow up on programmed problems that have not been effective. It is necessary to improve the ability of the government to be competent in providing services to the community and accepted in the industry, it requires the development of public policy bureaucracy and performance technology capacity. This study aims to improve the performance of government officials, especially the role of the Camat, to influence bureaucratic policy in the perspective of public policy, improve the ability of public service apparatus performance, create quality government, be able to play a role in the disruption and industrial revolution 4.0. Qualitative descriptive research method. Research results The role of Camat in the sub-district that was used as the focus of research in several aspects studied had not all had very good categories, especially related to quality and quality public services. The specific purpose and target of this research is to determine the role of family welfare empowerment organizations (PKK) in the prevention and early handling of women and children victims of violence. The reason for researching this topic is the increase in the number of victims of violence against women and children every year. Based on data from the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, it is shown that since 2012 it has increased from 18,718 to 54,041 cases in June 2017 and until February 2018 it has shown 374 cases of violence against women and children. In this case, the Government is responsible for providing optimal services needed by victims, both medical, psychological, and legal assistance in an effort to recover their condition. The government in providing services to victims should cooperate and partner with the community, especially in the prevention and early handling of victims of violence. Prevention and early handling of victims of violence at the village level can empower family welfare empowerment organizations (PKK) which are government partners that are considered effective in the prevention and early handling of women and children victims of violence in their areas. Based on these reasons, it is necessary to study in depth the role of the PKK organization in preventing and early handling of women and children victims of violence. To achieve specific goals and targets in this study, the research method used is a normative research method with a statue approach and a conceptual approach.The results of the study provide an overview 1) there is a clear regulation in the laws and regulations related to the participation of the PKK in preventing and early handling of victims of violence, what needs to be further regulated is regulation in the form of Village Regulations and customary law (awig-awig) related to the participation of PKK and indigenous women in the prevention and early handling of victims of violence. 2) the procedures for preventing and early handling of victims of violence need to be stated in the operational standards in the village and the traditional village paparem.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the banking credit diversification strategy that can control credit risk and credit diversification can increase the profitability of banks in Indonesia. This study also aims to discuss the role of monitoring in the implementation of diversification and its impact on the performance of Indonesian banks. The theoretical benefits of this research contribute to banks, especially in evaluating banking diversification strategy policies. Is the credit diversification strategy can reduce credit risk and improve banking performance or vice versa. For customers / investors, this research is one of the information that can be considered in choosing a safe bank in terms of the level of credit risk and bank profitability. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that credit diversification is the right strategy applied to banks in Indonesia. The government needs to implement further policies that support the implementation of credit diversification, such as conducting credit analysis, monitoring and evaluation.

Al-Qur’ān has provided an ideal family description which is categorized as having to fulfill the elements of sakīnah, mawaddah, and rahmah. Therefore, the idea of family resilience emerged as a response to existing family problems. The changing era from time to time has been influencing the concept and practice of ideal family. This transformation brings about either negative or positive impact to family live. This became the Persistri's motivation to participate in overcoming family problems while maintaining and applying the teachings of the Qur’ān. The purpose of this study is to explore the Persistri's way of overcoming family problems and to explore the concept of family resilience in the version of the Persistri which is based on the verses of the Qur’ān. The research method used is qualitative with data collection based on the results of interviews and observations. This study finds that the existence of the Persistri is helpfull for societies, especially its members in dealing with family problem, the role of persistri in this case lies in its participation in streghtening the resilience of family, in which it is expected by Muslims and the government.
