Departing from the covid-19 pandemic that is hitting humans today, all sectors of life seem to be experiencing shocks, especially education. The learning process that should be carried out directly between teachers and students, has now been transferred to an online system. The existence of major changes in the current education system has forced teachers to mobilize all their potential as educators by teaching using technology. Especially faith education, teachers are required to be able to provide faith education to their students as in face-to-face learning in the past. This is of course a new responsibility for teachers. However, in this limited condition, the teacher's work will be greatly helped by the support from the parents who are always by their children's side. Vocational high school consists of face-to-face learning and dual education system. Learning and dual education system may be either industrial work practices held for 3 or 6 months.During dual education system students can not attend face-to-face learning teaching material that students need to be able to learn independently. Specifically, learning science that students need to learn about the environment and its benefits for students.The purpose of this research is to develop instructional materials in the form of science module which helps students to learn independently and determine the response of vocational students to the science learning modules. Modules developed based entrepreneurship and contextual material with real life needs or students. The material presented is structured to support student entrepreneurship in order to be fit for purpose namely vocational work. This module development research design using the design development of Richey and Klein with Dick and Carey model for the development phase of the module material. Results of test responses of teachers and students concluded that the module gets a very good response, interesting and appropriate to the needs of students. Then the module materials can help students cultivate skills become entrepreneurs.

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to policies that make teachers and students have to adapt the face-to-face learning model to online learning. The teacher of SD N 2 Cakranegara admits that there are limitations to the variety of audio-visual learning media used. The teachers also don't know and have never tried to develop game games with learning content, even though Android-based games are very possible to be developed and accessed portable on smartphones, the majority of which are already owned by teachers and students. The provision of workshops and assistance in making Android-based educational games for SD N 2 Cakranegara teachers aims to improve skills in creating and developing learning media in the form of educational games and maximizing the use of smartphones. The targeted output in this service activity is the existence of educational games that are ready to be used for the online learning process through appsgeyser.com and quickappninja.com.

The COVID-19 pandemic period began to shift and shake the order of the learning process that usually takes place, one example is face-to-face learning turning into online learning. Online features seem to be a substitute for offline or face-to-face learning such as schoology, whatsapp, google classroom, moodle, zoom meeting, and several other applications that support learning (Kahfi & Kasanova, 2020). This shift has also begun to create new challenges for the world of Islamic boarding schools, as we all know that Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that implement a boarding school system. Usually the discipline of the students can be measured through the punctuality of coming to school on time, but now this is an obstacle for the kiai or the asatidz council regarding the learning evaluation process, especially if the students who carry out the learning process with the online system, many from the economy or lower class. those who live in areas that do not support the internet network. Likewise, it is rather difficult to control the students in carrying out activities such as compulsory worship and other circumcision, even though we all know that what is unique about the education system in pesantren is the transfer of knowledge from the kiai or the asatidz council. The focus of this research is the online learning process at the Roudlatul Khuffadz Islamic Boarding School, Sorong Regency. Therefore, the author uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely research that produces descriptive data in the form of words or text and behavior, which can be observed from the subject itself (Kahfi & Kasanova, 2020). This was done to reveal facts about Islamic boarding school learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at the Raudlatul Khuffadz Islamic boarding school, where most Islamic boarding schools were closed or using an online system. Fraenkel and Wallen argue that qualitative research can reveal real events that occur in the field (Kahfi & Kasanova, 2020). The methods that I will use include: Interview or Interview, Observation and Documentation Methods From the results of the study, the authors conclude that: First, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Roudlotul Khuffadz Islamic Boarding School continued to carry out learning as usual (outside the network) while still adhering to health protocols. Second), the obstacles faced by the Roudlotul Khuffadz Islamic Boarding School in learning during the pandemic are first, related to the equipment of medical devices for the prevention of Covid-19. Second, Infaq as one of the financial income of pesantren tends to decrease due to the impact of the guardians who are also affected by Covid-19 from an economic perspective.

The sophisticated information and technology (IT) development can be the answer for various problems post the covid-19 pandemic, particularly the teaching and learning challenges. The role of IT that is booming nowadays is online learning. Online learning is obviously different from regular learning. In this mode of learning, the students are required to have the ability to receive and process information. It serves as media that connect teachers and students who are being remote from one another at any time and anyplace. There are various media utilized to perform online learning such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Classroom, and other e-learning platforms. Among all these media, though, WhatsApp apparently appointed as the simplest and easiest media to access in all levels of education. Online learning at current is the effective medium to carry on the teaching and learning process in all levels of education. For the effectiveness of online teaching and learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, there have been a number of learning models suggested by the expert such as remote learning, face to face learning, e-learning, project-based learning, and Blended Learning.

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya adaptasi dalam hal mengelola proses pembelajaran tatap muka ke pembelajaran online yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa guna tetap dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Adapun kegiatan ini akan dilakukan melalui zoom meeting dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di lingkungan SMKN 1 Karawang. Luaran pengabdian akan dipublikasikan di jurnal buana pengabdian UBP Karawang. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan pembelajaran online, pandemic. Abstract This dedication is motivated by the need for adaptation in terms of managing the face-to-face learning process to online learning carried out by teachers and students in order to keep abreast of the times and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This activity will be carried out through a zoom meeting using the socialization method. The targets in this activity are teachers in the SMKN 1 Karawang environment. The purpose of this study is to describe how the Microsoft Teams application is used in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data technique is done by collecting information, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then described descriptively. From this method, the research results show that the use of Microsoft Teams in online learning activities is said to be quite effective and efficient. With various features in one application that makes it easier for teachers and students to access, because teachers can deliver materials using various facilities or features provided by the Team, not only in text but also in text. video form. In addition, teachers can also assess the activeness of their students with the chat feature, and can efficiently assign assignments as evaluation materials to see the level of student understanding. In addition, Teams can also be used for video reservations for face-to-face learning via online. The pandemic period resulted in all educational activities in Indonesia undergoing a change in the shape of the learning process. The learning process that is used to face-to-face meetings between teachers and students turns into an online learning system. The Sunday School education is no exception. This study aims to find obstacles, solutions and future projections for Sunday school activities in Indonesian baptism churches. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study found that most baptism churches have disabled Sunday School activities because the church is not ready to facilitate students in online learning. However, it was found that a number of baptism churches were committed to holding Sunday school activities. The obstacles faced are related to the lack of ability to apply technological facilities by teachers, parents and students. also an obstacle to spending a large quota. The solution is to improve technological capabilities for teachers and parents. Future projection is to strengthen the ability of parents in biblical knowledge and teaching skills of children at home. Masa pandemi mengakibatkan seluruh kegiatan pendidikan di Indonesia mengalami perubahan bentuk proses pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran yang sudah terbiasa dengan bertatap muka antar guru dan murid berubah menjadi sistem online learning. Tidak terkecuali pendidikan Sekolah Minggu mengalami dampak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari kendala, solusi dan proyeksi ke depan atas kegiatan sekolah minggu yang ada di gereja baptis Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan Sebagian besar gereja baptis telah menonaktifkan kegiatan Sekolah Minggu dikarenakan belum siapnya gereja dalam menfasilitasi murid dalam pembelajaran online. Namun ditemukan beberapa gereja baptis yang berkomitmen tetap menyelengarakan kegiatan Sekolah minggu. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi berhubungan dengan kurangnya kemampuan mengaplikasikan sarana teknologi oleh guru, orang tua dan murid. juga kendala menghabiskan kuota yang tidak sedikit. Solusi adalah dengan meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi bagi guru dan orang tua. Proyeksi kedepan adalah dengan menguatkan kemampuan orang tua dalam pengetahuan alkitab dan skill mengajar anak di rumah.

Abstract. Google site is a site that provides various services for various groups of users. Google Site Services are developing along with the development of user needs and the development of Information Technology. One of the services provided by Google Sites is a service in the field of education. Various services related to the world of education on the Google Site are G Suite For Education, Classroom, Tasks, Chromebook, Google Cloud Platform, Virtual & Augmented Reality, and Jamboard. By utilizing applications on the Google Site, learning can be done online, so that if there are obstacles or obstacles in the face-to-face learning process caused by natural disasters, the learning process can still be carried out, where teachers and students do not have to be in one particular learning room. In general, the teachers at Pekanbaru 16 Public High School, have not used the google application in learning. The author will measure the variables that are suspected of influencing teachers not to use applications in learning. The method of this research is to determine the population, determine the variables, and measure the relationship between variables with statistical equations and to use smart pls 3 applications for data processing. Based on the measurement results, it turns out the ease of use of the application variables, needs, abilities, and interests, does not affect the perception of teachers to use the google application.Keywords. Layanan Situs Google berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan kebutuhan user dan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi. Salah satu layanan yang diberikan oleh Situs Google adalah layanan di bidang pendidikan. Berbagai layanan yang terkait dengan dunia pendidikan yang ada di Situs Google adalah: G Suite For Education, Classroom, Tugas, Chroombook, Google Cloud Platform, Virtual & Augmented Reality dan Jamboard. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi pada Situs Google, pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara daring, sehingga apabila ada kendala atau hambatan pada proses pembelajaran tatap muka yang ditimbulkan oleh bencana alam, maka proses pembelajaran tetap dapat dilakukan, dimana guru dan siswa tidak harus berada di satu ruang belajar tertentu. Secara umum, para guru di SMAN 16 Kota Pekanbaru, belum memanfaatkan aplikasi google dalam pembelajaran. Penulis akan mengukur variabel-variabel yang diduga mempengaruhi guru untuk tidak menggunakan aplikasi dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menetapkan populasi, menentukan variabel dan mengukur hubungan antara variabel dengan persamaan statistic dan memanfaatkan aplikasi smartpls 3 untuk pengolahan datanya. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, ternyata variabel kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, kebutuhan, kamampuan dan minat, tidak mempengaruhi persepsi guru untuk menggunakan aplikasi google.Kata Kunci: Teacher, Google Application, Learning, Perception, Smartpls

Abstract-- Non-formal education often requires children to travel to have face-to-face meetings with their teachers. Meetings that take place often still use the attendance method manually by using the attendance form, thus allowing the loss of attendance form, errors in making attendance, and allowing fraud in doing attendance. Parents also cannot control the location of their children when attending meetings and do not know who the tutoring service is who is the teacher for their child. Based on these problems, a mobile application was created that can be used by students, teachers, and parents. Where the attendance process is done digitally by students by taking selfies through a smartphone camera. Teachers do not need to bother in recapitulating attendance and save time when the attendance process is carried out by students. Parents can find out the child's location, receive notifications when the child makes attendance, and download meeting attendance reports. The trial was carried out privately by providing input and seeing the output results whether it had gone well. Validation is done by conducting interviews with each user with the roles of parents, teachers, and students who have tried the system. Based on the results of trials and validation conducted with interviews, it was found that the system that has been created to supervise the student learning process is running well and helps parents in controlling face-to-face meetings between students and teachers through notifications received by parents when students make a presence, attendance reports that help teachers recap attendance data and help teachers make appointments with students easier to do. Keywords: education, attendance , mobile application, camera, notification   Abstrak— Pendidikan non-formal sering kali mengharuskan anak bepergian untuk melakukan pertemuan tatap muka dengan guru mereka. Pertemuan yang berlangsung sering kali masih menggunakan metode presensi secara manual dengan menggunakan form presensi, sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya hilangnya form presensi, kesalahan dalam melakukan presensi, dan memungkinkan terjadinya kecurangan dalam melakukan presensi kehadiran. Orang tua juga tidak dapat mengontrol lokasi anak saat mengikuti pertemuan dan tidak mengetahui siapa jasa pengajar yang menjadi pengajar bagi anak mereka. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibuatkan sebuah aplikasi mobile yang dapat digunakan siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Dimana proses presensi dilakukan secara digital oleh siswa dengan mengambil foto selfie melalui kamera smartphone. Guru tidak perlu repot dalam melakukan rekapitulasi presensi kehadiran dan menghemat waktu saat proses presensi dilakukan siswa. Orang tua dapat mengetahui lokasi anak, menerima notifikasi ketika anak melakukan presensi, dan mengunduh laporan presensi pertemuan. Uji coba dilakukan secara pribadi dengan memberikan inputan dan melihat hasil output apakah telah berjalan dengan baik. Validasi dilakukan dengan cara melakukan interview kepada setiap pengguna dengan peran orang tua, guru, dan siswa yang telah mencoba sistem. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dan validasi yang dilakukan dengan interview diperoleh bahwa sistem yang telah dibuat untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap proses belajar siswa berjalan dengan baik dan membantu orang tua dalam mengontrol pertemuan tatap muka yang dilakukan siswa dengan guru melalui notifikasi yang diterima orang tua saat siswa melakukan presensi, laporan presensi yang membantu guru dalam merekap data presensi kehadiran dan membantu guru untuk membuat janji pertemuan dengan siswa menjadi lebih mudah untuk dilakukan. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on all areas of life, including education. The education system, which was originally face-to-face, had to be replaced with online learning. Various problems arise related to the implementation of the Distance Learning or PJJ system. This system makes parents have to participate more in supervising as well as being a substitute for teachers at home in the learning process of their children. In addition, homeschooling also raises problems where students find it difficult to understand the material given by the teacher. The decrease in enthusiasm for learning becomes a problem when the PJJ system seems monotonous and boring. To support the government's program in breaking the chain of the spread of COVID-19 without reducing the effectiveness of online learning implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture, this activity was carried out. This activity is expected to help reduce the anxiety of parents who are afraid that their children are not serious and have difficulty in learning. In addition, it is hoped that this activity will help participants to easily understand the material that has not been mastered. The methods of socialization, demonstration, and mentoring are carried out directly. The success of this activity can be seen from the assistance of the participants in solving the problems faced and the enthusiasm of the participants during the activity.
