ABSTRACTThis community service program is intended to provide knowledge and understanding to SMA Diponegoro Tumpang teachers related to ASEAN and the ASEAN Community. SMA Diponegoro Tumpang was chosen because the school was being tried to develop ASEAN schools through the Smadita ASEAN School tagline. The activities carried out through this ASEAN Class Program is discussing ASEAN, the ASEAN Community with its three pillars and the opportunities and challenges of the era of the ASEAN Economic Community and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Through this community service program, by conducting a pre-test and post-test, showing the knowledge of SMA Diponegoro Tumpang teachers about ASEAN and the ASEAN Community is increasing. Keywords: ASEAN, ASEAN Community, teachers, SMA Diponegoro Tumpang ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada guru SMA Diponegoro Tumpang terkait ASEAN dan Masyarakat ASEAN (ASEAN Community). Kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui ASEAN Class Program ini adalah pemberian penjelasan tentang ASEAN, Masyarakat ASEAN dengan tiga pilarnya serta peluang dan tantangan di era Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Abstrak Sebagai agent of change mahasiswa dituntut tidak hanya memiliki ilmu dan keahlian sesuai dengan bidangnya, tetapi juga siap untuk terjun ke dalam masyarakat mengimplementasikan ilmu dan keterampilan yang mereka milliki, membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan riil yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat atau memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat supaya mereka bisa hidup lebih baik. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut institut teknologi sepuluh nopember (ITS) menyelenggarakan program kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) kepada mahasiswa. Sesuai dengan wilayah keilmuan mahasiswa yang berbasis pada teknologi dan aplikasinya, maka kegiatan KKN juga bertema teknologi serta aplikasinya sehingga kegiatan-kegiatan KKN di dalam masyarakat juga tidak lepas dari tema teknologi dan aplikasinya. Dengan demikian, KKN ITS menjadi sarana yang tepat untuk membantu masyarakat menghadapi era revolusi industri sekarang ini di mana teknologi dan aplikasinya menjadi inti keberlangsungannya. Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan masyarakat, KKN tematik, penerapan teknologi, revolusi industri Abstract As agents of change, students are required not only to have knowledge and expertise in their fields, but they must also be ready to be in the community to implement the knowledge and skills they have, help solve real problems faced by the community or provide knowledge and skills to the community so they can lead better life. To meet these goals, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS) conducted community service program (KKN) for students to communities. In line with ITS students’ background, the themes of KKN were related with technology and its applications, so that the KKN activities in the community were also inseparable from the theme of technology and its application. Thus, KKN ITS is the right medium to help the community in facing the current era of the industrial revolution in which technology and its application serve as its core. Community service program with the topic "Counseling Pregnant Women with Fe Tablets, Nutrition for Pregnant Women and Dangerous Signs of Pregnant Women in Jenggot, Pekalongan City" is aimed at Trimester II and III pregnant women to provide about pregnant women's knowledge about the benefits of Fe tablets , nutritional needs during pregnancy and pregnancy danger signs in the area of Jenggot, Pekalongan city. It is important to educate pregnant women about the benefits of Fe tablets during pregnancy because hemoglobin is needed for the body of pregnant women. During pregnancy, a pregnant woman needs to have high nutritious food and is sufficient for herself and her fetus. If a pregnant woman lacks nutrition and iron during pregnancy, it will cause problems, both for the mother and the fetus. Family and environmental factors will greatly affect pregnant women. Hopefully, pregnant women will have no abstinence to eat. This activity can be sustainable and encourage pregnant women to care during pregnancy whether to take Fe tablets, eat nutritious foods and understand the danger signs during pregnancy. In addition, a Pre Test and Post Test were conducted to determine the level of knowledge before and after counseling. The results obtained are that there is a significant increase in pregnant women in Jenggot, Pekalongan after counseling about Fe tablets, nutrition of pregnant women and pregnancy danger signs.

Community service program with the topic "Counseling about the Dangers of Using Narcotics, Psychotropics and Addictive Drugs in MAS Yapensa, Jenggot-Pekalongan City" is intended to provide knowledge about the dangers of Narcotics in madrasa aliyah. The importance of providing education about the dangers of drug abuse early on is one of preventive steps. Drugs abuse now do not only attack the age of 20 years and over. Because starting from elementary students also must be aware of the dangers of drug trafficking. Its circulation is not only from a closed place but it can be from relationships, internet cafes and so on. Therefore, it can be said that in order to fortify himself from drugs abuse, the role of parents' attention is very important. It is completed by good religious knowledge and the role and education of schools. Moreover, environmental factors will greatly affect children. It is hoped that in the future this activity can be sustainable and encourage adolescents to be free from drugs. In addition, a pre-test and post-test were conducted to determine the level of knowledge before and after counseling. The results obtained are that there is a significant increase in students of MAS Yapensa, Jenggot-City Pekalongan after counseling about the Dangers of Drugs abuse.

The implementation of good governance become the main agenda that has to be done by any government agencies. Because this is a requirement that shows the Government's commitment in carrying out theirs duty to serve the community. All officers must have an understanding of public information disclosure / Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (KIP) based on Act Number 14 of 2008, the principles which referred to is accountability, transparency and the supremacy of law. This article is a normative legal research studying the principles/laws that is a research on applied regulations related to The Implementation of Trust +Positif Concerning Good Governance. This research aims to reveal the regulations related to the implementation of community service in conducting good governance in order to prepare ASEAN Economic Community. The conclusion of this research are that to create a good governance as expected by the community, the implementation of the function of Trust +Positif service is needed and we have to create synergy between the governmental officers who implement the policy and the community whom the policy applied to. Therefore, it is necessary to have cooperation between the two parties.

Street children are children who spend most of their time earning a living, wandering the streets or other public places. This program is an innovation in the field of community service called the "Children of the Country" learning program. This program is directed to meet the Indonesian golden generation of 2045 by increasing nationalism and spirituality for street children in the country of children. This program consists of two major parts, namely brief material delivery and educational games. To prove the success of the community service program, pre-test and post-test were conducted. Personality charts show the nationalism and spirituality of program participants increased. Thus, it can be said that this community service program was declared successful in welcoming the Indonesian golden generation of 2045

The purpose of this community service program is to provide training on the use of the Lecture Maker application as an alternative for elementary school teachers in making learning media. The Target Group in this training activity is elementary school teachers in Blitar City with a total of 20 participants. The activity was carried out at the PP3 Computer Laboratory, Universitas Negeri Malang in Blitar City. The method used in this training is lecture, discussion, peer teaching and peer review. The results of community service activities improve the ability of elementary school teachers in making IT-based learning media, which is indicated by an increase in post test results by 26%.Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang penggunaan aplikasi Lecture Maker sebagai alternatif bagi guru Sekolah Dasar dalam membuat media pembelajaran.  Kelompok Sasaran dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Blitar dengan jumlah 20 peserta. Kegiatan dilakukan di Laboratorium Komputer PP3 Universitas Negeri Malang di Kota Blitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini ceramah, diskusi, peer teaching dan peer review. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian meningkatkan kemampuan guru Sekolah Dasar dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis IT, yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan hasil post test sebesar 26%.

The growth of Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) is able to reduce unemployment and poverty in Indonesia MSMEs can create new jobs and create new work units that use new personnel, so as to support household income. Therefore, UMKM Managers and actors must keep up with technology, so that the marketing and product promotion concepts that are implemented are widespread and attractive among buyers both at the domestic, regional and international levels. strategic. Especially with the enactment of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA), Indonesian UMKM increasingly have greater market access. This activity is intended to empower local UMKM actors in Tuban Regency. The participants in this empowerment activity were as many as 50 people and were carried out by lecturing, discussion, training and mentoring in product marketing using digital technology. As a result of the community service activities, participants were enthusiastic about the activities carried out and proposed concrete follow-up actions such as training and mentoring in marketing digital-based products.abstrakPertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mampu mengurangi angka pengangguran dan kemiskinan di Indonesia. UMKM dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan unit-unit kerja baru menggunakan tenaga-tenaga baru, sehingga dapat mendukung pendapatan rumah tangga. Karena itu, Para pengelola dan pelaku UMKM harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, sehingga konsep pemasaran dan promosi produk yang dilaksanakan tersebar luas dan menarik dikalangan pembeli baik domestik, regional maupun internasional. UMKM di era digital sebagai motor penggerak perekonomian Indonesia, maka menjadi sangat strategis. Apalagi dengan telah berlakunya Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA), UMKM Indonesia semakin memiliki akses pasar yang lebih besar. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberdayakan para pelaku UMKM lokal di Kabupaten Tuban. Peserta dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan ini sebanyak 50 orang dan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemasaran produk menggunakan teknologi digital. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini peserta antusias dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan dan mengusulkan adanya tindak lanjut yang konkrit seperti pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam memasarkan produk berbasis digital.

The aim of this community services was conducted to sharpen of respondents’ sensitivity and the ability to identify, understand, interpreter, make, communicate, and count. In the end of this program, to involve the learning continuously in which individuals probably got their goals, to develop their knowledge and capacity, and full participation of their community and in whole community. Method was applied in this program namely method that emphasized the respondents’ participation. There were three steps in implementing the programs namely: (1) planning, (2) action, (3) evaluation stages. There were 40 respondents from their ages beginning from 12 to 55 years old and they had productive age.    The results of this community services, there were increasing respondents’ literacy each kinds of community services more than 70%. Based on post test results showed that there were 90% (36 respondents) had to be able to read, 92% (37 respondents) had to be able to write, and 85% (34 respondents) had to be able to count. 87.5% (35 respondents) had to be able to read Al-Quran. Based on the results obtained from this community service program, so it was stated success to motivate community got out from illiterate.
