The growth of Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) is able to reduce unemployment and poverty in Indonesia MSMEs can create new jobs and create new work units that use new personnel, so as to support household income. Therefore, UMKM Managers and actors must keep up with technology, so that the marketing and product promotion concepts that are implemented are widespread and attractive among buyers both at the domestic, regional and international levels. strategic. Especially with the enactment of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA), Indonesian UMKM increasingly have greater market access. This activity is intended to empower local UMKM actors in Tuban Regency. The participants in this empowerment activity were as many as 50 people and were carried out by lecturing, discussion, training and mentoring in product marketing using digital technology. As a result of the community service activities, participants were enthusiastic about the activities carried out and proposed concrete follow-up actions such as training and mentoring in marketing digital-based products.abstrakPertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mampu mengurangi angka pengangguran dan kemiskinan di Indonesia. UMKM dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan unit-unit kerja baru menggunakan tenaga-tenaga baru, sehingga dapat mendukung pendapatan rumah tangga. Karena itu, Para pengelola dan pelaku UMKM harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, sehingga konsep pemasaran dan promosi produk yang dilaksanakan tersebar luas dan menarik dikalangan pembeli baik domestik, regional maupun internasional. UMKM di era digital sebagai motor penggerak perekonomian Indonesia, maka menjadi sangat strategis. Apalagi dengan telah berlakunya Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA), UMKM Indonesia semakin memiliki akses pasar yang lebih besar. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberdayakan para pelaku UMKM lokal di Kabupaten Tuban. Peserta dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan ini sebanyak 50 orang dan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemasaran produk menggunakan teknologi digital. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini peserta antusias dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan dan mengusulkan adanya tindak lanjut yang konkrit seperti pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam memasarkan produk berbasis digital.

Abstract: The challenges in the world of education today, especially in the Era of the Asean Economic Community (MEA) is quite heavy, where the world of education must be able to adjust to the current conditions. Starting from policy makers who have to think about breakthroughs in the form of rules up to the educational implementer who can immediately act to improve the learning process to fit the need for market share in this era of competition. Participants Community service activities conducted at the Alma'shum Perguruan Foundation Sidodadi Village District West Kisaran is the teachers who teach at the Foundation of Alma'shum College. The purpose of this activity Provide information and knowledge about the role of teachers in the era of ASEAN Economic Community and Provide Information and knowledge about the importance of technology mastery in facing global challenges. The team of lecturers who conduct this activity consists of lecturers who have different educational background. With advances in digital technology, MSMEs have great opportunities to take part in it. Various SMEs in Serang Regency are still experiencing problems in promoting their merchandise. This community service program (PKM) aims to transfer knowledge about the use of social media to develop market access for MSMEs in Serang Regency. Indonesia is still facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the socialization and training methods are carried out through online webinars with interactive discussion. This discussion is useful for finding solutions to problems faced by MSME business actors in operating social media to increase income. The result of this PKM is that the participants understand the webinar material well. As many as 72.7% of participants have and will create virtual shops to promote their products and 63.6% of participants strongly agree that the ability to use social media is a must have to increase market access for MSME products.

The implementation of good governance become the main agenda that has to be done by any government agencies. Because this is a requirement that shows the Government's commitment in carrying out theirs duty to serve the community. All officers must have an understanding of public information disclosure / Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (KIP) based on Act Number 14 of 2008, the principles which referred to is accountability, transparency and the supremacy of law. This article is a normative legal research studying the principles/laws that is a research on applied regulations related to The Implementation of Trust +Positif Concerning Good Governance. This research aims to reveal the regulations related to the implementation of community service in conducting good governance in order to prepare ASEAN Economic Community. The conclusion of this research are that to create a good governance as expected by the community, the implementation of the function of Trust +Positif service is needed and we have to create synergy between the governmental officers who implement the policy and the community whom the policy applied to. Therefore, it is necessary to have cooperation between the two parties.

ABSTRACTThis community service program is intended to provide knowledge and understanding to SMA Diponegoro Tumpang teachers related to ASEAN and the ASEAN Community. SMA Diponegoro Tumpang was chosen because the school was being tried to develop ASEAN schools through the Smadita ASEAN School tagline. The activities carried out through this ASEAN Class Program is discussing ASEAN, the ASEAN Community with its three pillars and the opportunities and challenges of the era of the ASEAN Economic Community and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. In today’s MEA (ASEAN economic community) era, the need to be more innovative in designing and marketing any products are necessary to those who run UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil danMenengah). However, one particular factor that fully hinders them is the holistic marketing processes besides capital, technology, and human resources. To further implement the solution, this paper concentrates on both UMKM MakmurAsri and TaniMakmur (in Tulungrejo, Trucuk, Bojonegoro), the manufacturer of tortilla snack, as the firms facing the mentioned trouble. Located far from the surrounding main roads, their location is by chance hard to reach. For the reason of distant constraint to customers, one better strategy is to apply the use of online shop andintroduce m-commerce model. Thus, by intensive training and mentoring, this iBM community service fills them in with all the details of the two combinations of marketing and English for business. It is with big hope that through applying this method can help the firms and their product be locally and internationally consumed and much more so. Key words: marketing, online store, m-commerce, tortilla corn.

AbstractThe National Education System has grown so rapidly over time. A variety of efforts have been made to build every prosperous, dignified Indonesian human being, so that the quality of Indonesian thinking is progressing. The ASEAN Economic Community which has been launched since 2015 has resulted in free competition, both in trade, employment, and there is free competition for educators in ASEAN countries. Besides that, Indonesian education is faced with challenges and developments in the times, where the culture between ASEAN countries has no limits, this is the challenge faced when implementing the Asean Economic Comunity (ASEAN Economic Community) MEA. Indonesia as a country in the ASEAN region must prepare domestic educators to have professionalism and character so that they can compete with the AEC. Educators must be aware of the essence of the existence of their profession, continue to struggle to make changes in order to realize professionalism with noble character. Efforts made in preparing professional educators to face the challenges of the AEC must touch the most fundamental aspects of changing their competencies, namely the mindset. A student must be more advanced and innovative in developing his learning so that he can change the mindset of students to do agent of change. This study explores the use of a new protocol in hypertension care, in which continuous patient-generated data reported through digital technology are presented in graphical form and discussed in follow-up consultations with nurses. This protocol is part of an infrastructure design project in which patients and medical professionals are co-designers. The approach used for the study was interaction analysis, which rendered possible detailed in situ examination of local variations in how nurses relate to the protocol. The findings show three distinct engagements: (1) teasing out an average blood pressure, (2) working around the protocol and graph data and (3) delivering an analysis. It was discovered that the graphical representations structured the consultations to a great extent, and that nurses mostly referred to graphs that showed blood pressure values, which is a measurement central to the medical discourse of hypertension. However, it was also found that analysis of the data alone was not sufficient to engage patients: nurses' invisible and inclusion work through eliciting patients' narratives played an important role here. A conclusion of the study is that nurses and patients both need to be more thoroughly introduced to using protocols based on graphs for more productive consultations to be established.

Indonesia dengan jumlah penduduk yang terbanyak dikawasan ASEAN harusnya itu menjadi modal besar untuk meningkatkan produktifitas menjelang era MEA 2015. Sebagai salah satu dari tiga pilar utama ASEAN Economic Community 2015, ASEAN Economic Community yang dibentuk dengan misi menjadikan perekonomian di ASEAN menjadi lebih baik serta mampu bersaing dengan Negara-negara yang perekonomiannya lebih maju dibandingkan dengan kondisi Negara ASEAN saat ini. Dalam memberdayakan sumber daya manusia yang ada, khalifah umar bin khattab melakukan berbagai macam cara untuk memberdayakannya, yaitu: Tazkiyah dan Taklim, Pelatihan dan Meraih Keterampilan, Makanan, Kesehatan, dan Kepedulian Sosial. Dengan melakukan langkah-langkah yang telah dilakukan umar bin khattab dalam memberdayakan sumber daya insani, penulis yakin indonesia bisa berjaya para era ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) 2015 nanti, dan bisa bersaing dengan negara-negara maju.
