Abstract: This research aims to describe the prevention of violence in the environment of children through the Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program in SMP Negeri 1 Pasuruan. The description is related to the Child-Friendly School Program as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the Child-Friendly School Program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research are the principal, teachers, students, and parents of students with the object of research including the implementation of the SRA Program at SMPN 1 Pasuruan. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing.  The results of this research showed that the Child-Friendly School Program at SMPN 1 Pasuruan included (1) Communication, socialization of the Child Friendly School Program to all related parties such as teachers, students and parents; (2) human resources and infrastructure resources that support the Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program and financial resources that draw on BOS funds; implementing the Child-Friendly School Program based on 3P namely Provision, Protection, Participation. Supporting factors are human resources, infrastructure resources, and financial resources. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of environmental hygiene conditions. Keyword: Violence, Program of Child-Friendly School Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanggulangan kekerasan di lingkungan anak melalui Implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Pasuruan. Deskripsi tersebut terkait dengan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak serta faktor pendukung maupun penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa dengan objek penelitian meliputi implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMPN 1 Pasuruan. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data,  reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMPN 1 Pasuruan meliputi (1) Komunikasi, adanya sosialisasi mengenai Program Sekolah Ramah Anak kepada seluruh pihak terkait seperti guru, siswa dan orang tua; (2) Sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya sarana prasarana yang mendukung Implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak dan sumber daya finansial yang mengambil dari dana BOS; menerapkan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak berdasarkan 3P yaitu Provisi, Proteksi, Partisipasi. Faktor pendukungnya adalah sumber daya manusia, sumber daya sarana prasana, dan sumber daya finansial. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah pada kondisi kebersihan lingkungan yang kurang. Kata kunci: Kekerasan, Program, Sekolah Ramah Anak.

The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the role of local political parties and their obstacles in supporting candidates for Regent/Deputy Regent of North Aceh. Descriptive qualitative research was employed in obtaining the data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are taken through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding (verification). The results reveal that one of the local political parties (Aceh Party) has provided support to the Regent/Deputy Regent candidate H. Muhammad Thaib/Fauzi Yusuf through political participation as a medium for conveying political aspirations between voters and the elected Regent/Deputy Regent candidate, with won victory in the election in 2017. The conclusion is that 3 local political parties (PA, PNA, and PDA) have provided support to four candidate pairs for Regent of North Aceh through political participation as a forum for aspiration and in the form of a successful team. Even though this support has been given, the role of local political parties has not been realized effectively, because there are still obstacles, so that it requires various improvements. The obstacles are low human resources and differences in perceptions resulting in internal conflict with local parties.

Implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak merupakan salah satu indikator capaian Kota Layak Anak sebagai upaya pemenuhan hak dan perlindungan anak di pendidikan. Pemenuhan hak anak merupakan suatu konsep yang dibuat oleh Pemerintah sebagai suatu strategi dalam menentukan indikator-indikator hak anak dalam Sekolah Ramah Anak. Untuk itu diperlukan pembangunan dan sumber daya Pemerintah untuk mendukung setiap upaya yang bertujuan menjamin pemenuhan hak dan perlindungan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan snowball sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak dalam mewujudkan Kota Layak Anak di Kota Batu belum berjalan dengan baik. Beberapa indikator meliputi sosialisasi yang tidak konsisten, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia, anggaran, peralatan yang minim, partisipasi Sekolah untuk terlibat sangat rendah dan lemahnya koordinasi dan kerjasama antar pemangku kepentingan dan pelaksana kebijakan. Faktor pendukungnya meliputi kesepakatan/komitmen Daerah menuju Kota Layak Anak dan aturan yang mendukung tegaknya perlindungan anak. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu sosialisasi tidak konsisten, minimnya sumber daya, rendahnya partisipasi Sekolah dan lemahnya koordinasi antar pemangku kebijakan. The implementation of Child Friendly School Program is either achievements indicator to City worth child as an effort to fulfill children's rights and protection in education. Fulfilling children's rights is one concept that created by the Government as a strategy to determine children's rights indicators in Child friendly School. Therefore, development and government resources are needed to support every aimed effort at ensuring the fulfillment of children's rights and protection. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Child friendly School Program with supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The determination of informants is using snowball sampling. Data analysis were carried out through the stages of data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of realizing Child friendly School Program in City Worth Childof Batu City was not going well. Some indicators include inconsistent socialization, unavailability of human resources, budget, minimal equipment, low participation of schools, weak coordination and also the cooperation between stakeholders and policy implementers. Another supporting factors include regional agreements/commitments towards City Worth Child and rules that support the protection of children. The inhibiting factors were inconsistent socialization, lack of resources, low school participation and weak coordination among the policy makers.

This study aims to determine the dynamics of the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in the State Elementary School in Muntilan sub-district which includes 1) Teacher literacy awareness, 2) Student reading behavior and 3) Implementation of School Literacy Movement. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data sources of this study were 5 principals, 5 teachers, 20 students using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data is obtained by using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data obtained were analyzed interactively consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The data obtained is then described and analyzed. The results showed that 1) Teacher literacy awareness was not maximized so GLS implementation was not implemented 2) Majority student reading behavior was included in the Traditional Intruction category (reading related to academic material), so student literacy culture was not yet formed 3) The new GLS implementation was applied to the elementary minority Land in the district of Muntilan. The inhibiting factors that cause this condition occur are 1) The teacher does not have enthusiasm / motivation as a reader so updates to information literacy have not been maximized 2) Students lack a figure reader from the family so that low interest in reading 3) Students are addicted to devices 4) Socialization of GLS has not been deep and not accompanied by training and assistance. While the supporting factor for the implementation of GLS is the adiwiyata school program conducted in the majority of elementary schools where the program is carried out in line with the objectives of GLS, but has not yet been utilized by the school.

This research was done in Health Office Padang City, Which purpose to discover about to performance of the Padang City Health Office and the inhibiting factors in monitoring the quality of drinking water in the Padang City. The study applies a qualitative method using purposive sampling. Prosess aggregation data colth pass through observation, interview, and study documentation, while technique for validity the data testing that using resource triangulation with data analysis such as a data collection, data reduction, data presentation along with pulling conclusions. The results of the research conducted was explain performance of the Health Office in Supervising the Quality of Drinking Water in the City of Padang is not optimal, because there are still obstacles such as: Lack of supervision and attention from the Health Office to the community regarding the quality of drinking water that is fit for consumption, there are still limited funds, materials and tools for examining water samples, Besides that, there are also limited human resources so that all work in a certain section is held by only one person. It can be concluded that the performance of the Health Office has not been maximal in monitoring the quality of drinking water in Padang City.

This study aims to determine the implementation of E-Procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Services Section of the City of Makassar Regional Secretariat. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data analysis techniques using steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification of data that are qualitative in nature, to draw conclusions. The results showed that there were five indicators: (1) BLPBJ Makassar City human resources suppressed the readiness of character qualities that are continuing; (2) Online communication provides accessibility and flexibility; (3) The objective of going hand in hand is between Tender and Non-Tender for the Makassar City DPRD game; (4) The environment supports the Makassar City LPSE in terms of politics and economics and not the general public; (5) Compliance of the implementor on the condition of direct appointment to the deposited contractor requires that the compliance of the implementor in handling Direct Procurement (PL) has not been maximized.

This study uses a qualitative approach in order to obtain an in-depth description of the Election Supervision Evaluation of the Governor of East Kalimantan by the East Kalimantan Bawaslu. Data obtained and obtained through interviews, observation and documentation, which are then analyzed interactively through the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of the supervision of the Provincial Bawaslu in the East Kalimantan Governor election in 2018, which was carried out from the stage of updating the voter list, campaign monitoring, the implementation of the Pilgub, as well as the follow-up of findings and reports were in accordance with the duties and functions of East Kalimantan's Bawaslu. As for the inhibiting factors there are still people who do not report suspected violations, limited human resources and the authority of Bawaslu is still hampered by rules and regulations.Keywords: Monitoring, Evaluation, Election

This research aims to analyze the implementation of job fair program as an effort to combat unemployment in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Determination of informants using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Implementation of The Job Fair Program in the Sidoarjo Regency Labor Office has not been optimal because the communication of the Manpower Office is not maximal, human resources are sufficient because in its implementation does not require too many people involved, the authority of the Manpower Office only as the organizer of the job fair for the decision remains on the company.   Analysis of the amount of financing the hajj bailout for the cost of the pilgrimage (Case Study of Bank Sumut Syariah Sub-Branch Stabat).Asmawarna Sinaga and Anjur Perkasa Alam. Hajj financing is a loan from a sharia bank to customers to cover the shortage of funds to obtain a seat (seat) Hajj at the time of repayment BPIH (Hajj Travel Expenses). This financing product uses the Qardh Wal Ijarah principle. The purpose of this research is to know the view of Islamic law against financing of Hajj bailout fund and to know the view of Islamic law about ujrah fee on akad of bailout fund of Hajj. This research is field research. The definition of the Hajj bailout is a bailout fund from a bank to a special customer to cover kekurangandana to cover the lack of funds to obtain a portion number at the time to pay the cost of organizing the pilgrimage. The research design uses a qualitative approach with non-statistical analysis While the data analysis techniques use content analysis and interactive methods consisting of data reduction, data collection, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study note that the akad bailout funds in Islamic banks contain multi-akad, where the contract used qardh and ijarah is allowed. While the view of Islamic law regarding the taking of ujrah fee on hajj bailout fund is not in accordance with sharia due to the percentage of ujrah fee based on qardh fund.

<p>Entrepreneurship is very important to instill independence in the younger generation. There are a number of things that have an important influence on a child's soul, including family, school and the environment. The role of the family, especially mothers as early educators who put the most important foundation for the growth of the personality and maturity of children's thinking. There are several research focuses that exist in, among others, (1) to know parents in instilling entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang. (2) to knowing the form or result of the cultivation of entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang (3) to knowing the obstacles in cultivating entrepreneurial education values in the Tempe chips industry center in Sanan, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. The obstacle in implementing entrepreneurship for children is the lack of parental trust so that it is difficult to teach entrepreneurship, it is difficult to determine which products are sold because they are too expensive, and the difficulty of the child to divide time.</p><p class="CPKeyword"><em><strong>Keywords: the role of parents; entrepreneurship</strong></em></p>

Abstrak Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM) dalam mengatasi bullying di SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi impementasi program GSM secara umum, kegiatan program GSM dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat impementasi program tersebut dalam mengatasi bullying. Penelitian ini mengacu konsep impementasi kebijakan Van Metter dan Van HornPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripstif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling, guru tim GSM dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data , reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tersebut sesuai dengan teori van metter dan van horn yang terdiri dari standar dan sasaran, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi, disposisi, hubungan antar organisasi dan kondisi lingkungan berjalan dengan baik dan semestinya. Kegiatan program GSM dalam mengatasi bullying adalah kegiatan sosialisasi, circle time, pagi berbagi, hearing, dan beberapa penerapan zona kelas. Faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan GSM di SMP N 2 Sleman adalah dukungan dari semua elemen sekolah dan faktor penghambat program GSM adalah masih ada beberapa guru dan siswa yang belum beradaptasi dengan adanya program tersebut. Kata kunci : program, Gerakan sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM), bullying Abstract This research aims to describe the implementation of the Fun School Movement (GSM) program in dealing with bullying in SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspects studied in the implementation of fun school movement program activities and supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of this program. this research to the concept of Van Metter and Van Horn policy implementation.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study include the principal, counseling guidance teacher, GSM team teacher and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation was in accordance with the van metter and van horn theory which consisted of standards and targets, resources, organizational characteristics, dispositions, relations between organizations and environmental conditions running well and properly. GSM program activities in dealing with bullying are socialization activities, circle time, morning sharing, hearing, and some class zone applications. The factors that support the success of GSM in SMP N 2 Sleman are the support of all elements of the school and the inhibiting factors of the GSM program are there are still some teachers and students who have not adapted to the existence of the program. Keywords: programs, Fun school movements (GSM), bullying
