<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This research aimed to know the relationship between the implementation of 5R work culture in the school, the perception of teacher’s personality competence, the understanding of Islamic religion, and the vocational characteristics of TKJ competence students in Islamic-based Vocational Schools. This study involved TKJ competence students in Islamic-based Vocational Schools using ex-post facto research design. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used was regression analysis. The research results showed that the implementation of 5R work culture, the perception of teacher’s personality competence, and the understanding of religion of TKJ competence students in the Islamic-based Vocational Schools with a predicate of fair or moderate.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan budaya kerja 5R di sekolah, persepsi tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru, pemahaman Agama Islam dengan karakter kejuruan siswa Kompetensi Keahlian TKJ di SMK berbasis Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa Kompetensi Keahlian TKJ di SMK berbasis Islam menggunakan rancangan penelitian <em>ex-post facto</em>, sedangkan teknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Budaya Kerja 5R, persepsi kompetensi kepribadian guru, dan pemahaman Agama siswa Kompetensi Keahlian TKJ di SMK berbasis Islam se-Kabupaten Malang secara simultan berkorelasi dengan variabel Karakter Kejuruan meskipun dengan predikat cukup atau sedang.<strong> </strong>

ABSTRAK Transaksi non tunai kini semakin banyak digunakan dalam bertransaksi. Selain lebih praktis, mudah dan cepat, transaksi non tunai memiliki pengaruh terhadap kebijakan moneter di Indonesia. Dalam kebijakan moneter, transaksi non tunai mempengaruhi tingkat jumlah uang beredar di masyarakat. Selain itu, terdapat faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi jumlah uang beredar yaitu inflasi. Transaksi non tunai pada penelitian ini menggunakan ATM debet, ATM kredit dan uang elektronik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti pengaruh transaksi non tunai terhadap jumlah uang beredar di Indonesia dengan inflasi sebagai variabel moderasi selama tahun 2015- 2018. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah transaksi non tunai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar dan inflasi mampu memperkuat hubungan transaksi non tunai terhadap jumlah uang beredar.   Kata Kunci: ATM debet. ATM kredit, uang eletronik, inflasi, jumlah uang beredar (M1)   ABSTRACT The use of Non-cash transactions in society are increasing recently. It is more practical, easy and fast, moreover non-cash transactions have an influence on monetary policy in Indonesia. In monetary policy, non-cash transactions affect the level of money supply. In addition, there are other factors that can affect the money supply, namely inflation. Non-cash transactions in this study use a debit ATM, credit ATM and electronic money. The purpose of this study is to obtain evidence of the effect of non-cash transactions on the money supply in Indonesia with inflation as a moderating variable during 2015-2018. Data collection is based on secondary data and the analysis technique used is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) test. This research results that non-cash transactions have a positive and significant effect on the money supply and inflation is able to strengthen the relationship of non-cash transactions and the money supply. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) memperoleh deskriptif tentang kemandirian siswa, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya pada siswa SMK, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya baik secara bersama-sama maupun sendiri-sendiri terhadap kemandirian untuk berwirausaha pada siswa SMK, dan (3) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian untuk berwirausaha pada siswa SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) kemandirian untuk berwirausaha tinggi (50,5%), kepribadian tinggi (73,3%), lingkungan keluarga tinggi (49,5%), lingkungan sekolah tinggi (69,5%) dan interaksi teman sebaya tinggi (44,8%), (2) terdapat pengaruh kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian siswa untuk berwirausaha, dan (3) sumbangan efektif variabel kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian untuk berwirausaha ( ) sebesar 68,6% dan sumbangan efektif masing-masing variabel yaitu lingkungan keluarga 53,5%, kepribadian 9,7%, interaksi teman sebaya 3,9%, dan lingkungan sekolah 1,6%. FACTORS INFLUENCE THE AUTONOMY FOR ENTREPRENEURE IN STUDENT’S SMKAbstractThis study aims to uncover: (1) the descriptive abaut autonomy students for entrepreneur, personality, family environment, school environment, and peer relationships at SMK, (2) the influence of personality, family environment, school environment, and peer relationships by together as well as individually for entrepreneurship at SMK, (3) know the influence of personality factors, family environment, school environment, and peer interaction jointly and severally against the autonomy of entrepreneurship in vocational students. This was a survey research with ex post facto approach study. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique, simple liner regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of software SPSS 18. The result showed: (1) the autonomy for entrepreneur was high (50,5%), personality was high (73,3%), family environment was high (49,5%), school environment was high (69,5%) and peer relationship was high (44,8%), (2) there are influence of personality factors, family environment, school environtment, and peer relationships with the autonomy for entrepreneurship both individually, and (3) the effect personality factors, family environment, school environment, and peer relationship together against the autonomy for entrepreneurship ( ) 68,6% and the effect of each predictor was 35,5% family environment, 9,7% personality, 3,9% peer relationships, and 1,6% of school environment.

This study aims to determine the effect of derivative and integral mastery on the learning achievement of physics class XI IPA students on motion kinematics material. The population of this study were all students of class XI IPA at Madrasah Aliyah NW Kotaraja, amounting to 36 people. The research method used is the Ex Post Facto method, by not providing treatment but directly conducting evaluations related to students 'abilities in motion kinematics material and also students' abilities related to inherited and integral abilities. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is found that Freg-count = 4.282 and Freg-table = 4.130 (Freg-count> Freg-table), the conclusion of this study is that the derivative and integral mastery affects students' physics learning achievement on the subject of motion kinematics.

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat kesiapan kerja, pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dan dukungan orang tua, (2) adanya pengaruh pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dukungan orang tua baik secara sendiri – sendiri maupun bersama - sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK, (3) seberapa besar pengaruh pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dukungan orang tua secara sendiri dan bersama - sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kesiapan kerja siswa tinggi (84%), pengalaman praktek tinggi (72%), prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan rendah (36%), dukungan orang tua sangat tinggi (54%), (2) terdapat pengaruh pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dukungan orang tua secara sendiri maupun bersama – sama terhadap kesiapan kerja, dan (3) sumbangan efektif variabel pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dan dukungan orang tua terhadap kesiapan kerja (R2 ) sebesar 39,6% dan sumbangan efektif masing – masing variabel yaitu pengalaman praktik 23,1%, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan 6,4%, dan dukungan orang tua 9,6%. THE INFLUENCE OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE, BASIC VOCATIONAL LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT AND PARENT’S SUPPORT ASPECTS TOWARDS WORK READINESS OF THE STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLSAbstractThe purpose of this study is designed to reveal: (1) the level of work readiness, practical experience, basic vocational achievement,and parent’s support (2)there is an influence of practical experience, basic vocational achievement towards, parent’s support jointly and severally towards work readiness (3) how much an influence of practical experience, basic vocational achievement towards, parent’ s support jointly and severally towards work readiness. This was a survey research with ex post facto approach study. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique, simple liner regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of software SPSS 16.00. The result showed: (1) the work readiness was high (84%), practical experience was high (54%), learning achievement in basic vocational was low (36%), parent’s support was very high (54%) (2) there is an influence of practical experience, basic vocational achievement towards, parent’ s support jointly and severally towards work readiness (3) the effect of practical experience, basic vocational achievement towards, parent’ s support jointly and severally towards work readiness (R2 ) 39,6% and the effect of each predictor was 23,1% practical experience, 6,4% basic vocational achievement towards, and 9,6% of parent’ s support.

The paper report deals with the research topic “A Study on Organization Work Culture in It Industries.” The main purpose of this research is to contribute to a clarification of the concept of organizational culture, so often defined in different ways and with distinct guidelines for application. The primary objective is to study the organization’s work culture and how the employees adapt to the culture. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. It is analyzed with a statistical tool called SPSS by applying various tests such as correlation and Mann Whitney test. In this survey, the planning used is descriptive. The information is collected from the individuals and analyzed with different statistical tools for describing the relationship between various types of variables about perception about organizational culture. The main characteristic of this method is that the researcher has no control over a variable, can only report what is happening or what was happened. Most ex post facto research projects are used for descriptive studies in which the researcher seeks to measure such items, for example, the comfort in working in the organization. The perceptions about the organization’s culture given by the respondents were assessed. It Tells that most of them have a positive attitude towards their job and organization. The majority of the respondents agree that there has been an improvement in their attitudes in the recent past.

Abstract Purpose of this research is to detect how much the conformity influence the behavior of traffic discipline in students with a motorcycle in Jakarta. This research using quantitative method with ex post facto research design and using accidental sampling technique. Population in this research were all Universitas Negeri Jakarta students which ride a motorcycle as main transportation. The sample of this research are 40 respondents. This research used regression analysis with SPSS version 17.00 as analysis data technique. Based on the results of the data, the F value is 9,757 with 0,003 as significance level. Regression equation, Y = 69,782 + (-) 0,382X and the influenced of (R square) variable are 20,4 %, 79,6 % remaining are infuenced by the other factors than conformity. Based on this calculation Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that can be concluded that there is a significant negative effect between conformity and traffic discipline in Universitas Negeri Jakarta students were ride a motorcycle, and it means if the conformity of Universitas Negeri Jakarta students which ride a motorcycle was increase so, the disciplinary of them was decrease. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety and learning motivation on student achievement. This research is a kind of ex post facto, a six-month study period. A population of 125 students, with a sample of 100 students were randomly selected. The research variables are student achievement as the dependent variable, while the independent variable is the level of anxiety of students and student learning motivation. Data collection methods used were the questionnaire method and documentation. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. It can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between anxiety level of students' motivation, there is no direct relationship between the level of anxiety of students on student achievement through student learning motivation, there is a positive relationship between learning motivation on student achievement. So it can be stated that there is a correlation between the level of anxiety and learning motivation of students simultaneously on student achievement.

The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence with Aggressive Youth Behavior in SMP Negeri 278 Jakarta.  Guidance and Counseling Studies, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with the aggressive behaviour in SMP Negeri 278 Jakarta. The method used in this research is the correlational and ex-post facto methods. The population was 201 students and samples taken using the Slovin formula were 114 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correction technique and multiple comparison analysis Based on the results of thought when the product with the SPSS 22.v program showed a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adolescent intelligence with r=0.447 and Sig. 0,000 < 0.05. There was no significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and adolescent intelligence with r=0.015 and Sig. 0.473 > 0.05. This study aims to analyze the effect of the research variables including the insertion of Islamic economics, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity on interest in saving at Islamic banks in high school/MA students at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post facto method. The population and sample in this study were students of SMA/MA Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School class XI IIS with a total of 378 and the number of samples used was 100 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the insertion of Islamic economics learning and the social environment had a significant effect on students' saving interest in Islamic banks, while product knowledge and religiosity variables had no effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. Simultaneously, the insertion of Islamic economics learning, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the students of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang.Key word: Economic Learning Insert Sharia Economics, Product Knowledge, Social Environment, Religiosity, Interest in Savings in Islamic Banks

SMAN 5 Jember is a school that has received the Adiwiyata program predicate. Based on the phenomenon, students who have environmental knowledge do not necessarily have attitudes and behaviors that care about the environment. This is not in line with the school's goal of maintaining the status of a Adiwiyata school. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between environmental knowledge and environmental care and environmental care behavior among students of SMAN 5 Jember in the 2018-2019 academic year. This study uses a nonexperimental correlational quantitative approach using the ex post facto method. The population in this study were students of class X and XI, amounting to 480 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used Kendall's Tau Correlation. Based on the results of the research on the relationship between environmental knowledge and environmental care attitudes in students of SMAN 5 Jember, the results obtained were 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that there was a significant relationship. The relationship between environmental knowledge and environmental care behavior results in 0.532> 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is no significant relationship. Keywords: Adiwiyata, Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior   SMAN 5 Jember merupakan sekolah yang mendapatkan predikat program Adiwiyata. Berdasarkan fenomena siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan lingkungan belum tentu memiliki sikap dan perilaku peduli lingkungan. Hal ini tidak selaras dengan tujuan sekolah mempertahankan status sekolah Adiwiyata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan sikap peduli lingkungan dan perilaku peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMAN 5 Jember tahun pelajaran 2018-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional non eksperimental menggunakan metode ex post facto. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X dan XIyang berjumlah 480 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Kendall’s Tau Correlation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMAN 5 Jember diperoleh hasil 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan. Hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan diperoleh hasil 0,532 > 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan.
