The integrated thematic supporting book based on process skills that will be developed  to reduce students' dependence on teachers, provide direct learning experiences, can be a tool for students to learn about themselves and the environment, and can be applied independently by students to solve problems they meet in daily life. This type of research is categorized as a research development with a 4-D model that are defining, designing, developing, and distributing. The subjects in this study are integrated thematic support books based on process skills that are tested on fourth grade students in elementary school. The limited test is carried out on 10 students in grade IV Hidayatul Mubtadiin Pasuruan City who are randomly selected. Meanwhile, the field trial is conducted in three classes IV A Hidayatul Mubtadiin Pasuruan City, which Consist of 25 students. The research data are validity data, practicality data, and effectiveness data from integrated thematic supporting books. Furthermore, data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data Analysis is done by analyzing the level of validity and reliability, analyzing the level of difficulty, analyzing obstacles, analyzing the results of process skills, and analyzing student responses. The results obtained by the validity level of 3.63 and reliability of 0.97. Meanwhile, the level of difficulty of the book based on the percentage of difficult words, difficult sentences and difficult to understand images are 1.03%, 2.18%, and 10.83, respectively. The result of students 'process skills is analyzed with the t-test formula on the result of the students' pretest and posttest shows that the value of sig. (2- tailed) is 0,000. Because the value of sig. sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in the significance and response of students to the use of an overall book average of 97.73% which means the book is interesting.

The problem of this research is motivated by the lack of students' ability in learning to write descriptions. Therefore the purpose of this research is to produce a syllabus for writing a description based on a valid, practical and effective media picture and picture. The model used in this study is the ADDIE model. The subjects in this study were students and teachers of SDN 01 Simabur. Validity data was taken from the learning syllabus validation sheet. Practicality data can be seen from the observation sheet of the implementation of the lesson plan, as well as the questionnaire of teacher and student opinions. The effectiveness data is seen from the results of students' writing learning. The results of the validity test by experts and practitioners are categorized as very valid namely 90% and 87%. The practicality of the syllabus is categorized as very practical, evidenced by observing the implementation of the RPP with a percentage of 89%, and supported by teacher and student responses of 90% and 91%. Finally, the effectiveness felt by students in writing descriptions is categorized to be very effective, which can improve students' ability to write descriptions. In short, that the development of syllabus writing description based on picture and picture media in grade IV elementary school can be declared valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract: Encyclopedia media development research has a goal that is worth practicing the critical thinking of fourth grade students in terms of plant form and function in terms of validity, practicality, effectiveness. This type of quantitative research (R&D) model is Borg and Gall. Data collection techniques: observation, questionnaire, and test. Data analysis techniques: validity and reliability, student activities, lesson plans and critical thinking tests. The results of the Encyclopedia media validator are valid for use, tested at SDN MOJO VI / 225 with One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The results of Encyclopedia media validation> 96% valid, RPP implementation> 94% performed well with the Discovery Learning model, the effectiveness of the N-Gain critical thinking test 0.75 (high), positive response 97%. Conclusion Media Encyclopedia of Plant Form and Function is appropriate to be used to train Critical thinking. Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan media Ensiklopedia memiliki tujuan  yang layak melatihkan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV materi bentuk dan fungsi tumbuhan ditinjau kevalidan, kepraktisan, keefektifan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif model (R&D) Borg and Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data: pengamatan, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data: validitas dan reliabilitas, aktivitas siswa, keterlaksanaan RPP dan tes berpikir kritis. Hasil validator media Ensiklopedia valid untuk digunakan, diuji di SDN MOJO VI/225 dengan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Hasil validasi media Ensiklopedia >96% valid, keterlaksanaan RPP >94% terlaksana baik dengan model Discovery Learning,  keefektifan tes berpikir kritis N-Gain 0,75 (tinggi), respon positif 97%. Kesimpulan media Ensiklopedia Bentuk dan Fungsi Tumbuhan layak digunakan melatihkan berpikir Kritis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan RPP model Discovery Learning tema Daerah Tempat Tinggalku pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Kliwonan yang meliputi: (1) mengetahui kelayakan RPP; (2) mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran; (3) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pengembangan RPP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research & Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Four D) yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas IV SD Negeri Kliwonan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kelayakan dengan hasil validasi ahli (RPP dan materi) diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,28 dengan kriteria valid. Hasil validasi (praktisi) diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,68 dengan kriteri sangat valid dan RPP yang dibuat efektif berdasarkan hasil tes hasil belajar siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata 84,2 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 87,7% dengan kriteria sangat efektif. Hasil pengamatan pengelolaan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,64 dengan kriteria terlaksana seluruhnya. Hasil lembar angket respon siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata dengan persentase sebesar 94,4% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba produk yang dilaksanakan, RPP model discovery learning tema Daerah Tempat Tinggalku pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Kliwonan telah memenuhi kelayakan (kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif) dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran serta respon siswa yang mencapai kriteria yang sangat baik. This study aims to develop lesson plan with discovery learning models with the theme “The Area Where I Live” in the fourth-grade students of Kliwonan Elementary School which includes: (1) Knowing the feasibility of the the lesson plan. (2) Knowing the implementation of learning. (3) Knowing the students' responses to the development of the lesson plan. The type of research used is Research & Development (R&D) with the 4D (Four D) model which consists of four stages, including: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri Kliwonan. Based on the results of data analysis obtained in this study shows the feasibility of expert validation results (lesson plan and material) obtained an average value of 3.28 with valid criteria. The results of the validation (practitioners) obtained an average value of 3.68 with very valid criteria and lesson plans made effective based on the results of student learning outcomes obtained an average value of 84.2 with a percentage of completeness of 87.7% with very effective criteria. The results of the observation of the implementation of learning management obtained an average value of 3.64 with the criteria being implemented entirely. The results of the student response questionnaire sheet obtained an average value of 94.4% with very practical criteria. Based on the results of the product trials carried out, the lesson plan with discovery learning model has met the eligibility (valid, practical, and effective criteria) and the implementation of learning and student responses have achieved very good criteria.

<em>This study aims to improve learning outcomes and science process skills on the Always Saving Energy Theme through the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model in class IV Semester 1 SD Negeri 2 Suroyudan. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Suroyudan, totaling 32 students. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles in each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each cycle includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis. To obtain data on students' science process skills, they used observation sheets and science process skills questionnaires, while to obtain data on learning outcomes in this study, the evaluation sheets were given in each cycle. Based on the results of the study, students' science process skills in cycle 1 were 34%, increased to 94% in cycle 2. student learning completeness in cycle 1 was 75% with an average class of 80 increased to 100% with a class average of 92.81 in cycle 2. From these results, it can be concluded that through the application of learning with the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model can improve learning outcomes and science process skills on the Always Saving Energy Theme in class IV Semester 1 SD Negeri 2 Suroyudan in 2019/2020.</em>

This research was purpoted to develop a valid, practical and effective learning devices based on problem-based learning model especially for substance pressure materials. The development model used was 4-D model from Sivasailam Thiagarajan. The research data are validity data, practicality data, and effectiveness data. The research instruments were validation sheets, practicality sheets, and effectiveness sheets. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis. The results of the study are the science learning tools of SMP based on the learning model of problem-based learning on material pressure and its application in everyday life that is valid, practical and effective.

This study aims to develop a performance assessment instrument for Make up Training Subject in Beauty Education Program by appropriate validity and reliability procedure in thedevelopment of the assessment instrument as the assessment process and products. Thisresearch is a development research (R&D). The research focuses on the development ofassessment instrument for Makeup Training Subject. The aspects of research, data sources, techniques and instruments/data collection instrument, and validation and reliability of theinstrument used in the study conducted by interview, observation, and literature and documents.The data of this study is quantitative data, which was statistically analyzed due to relevant empirical testing (validation of instruments) that includes testing and content validity andinternal validity. Descriptive analyzes were undertaken to describe the research data. The results showed: 1) The design of the instrument Makeup Training Subject are developed through theneeds analysis. It is done through literature review and study of the course competencies byengaging a team of researchers. This study resulted in the instrument guidelines and assessment instrument completed with its scoring rubrics. Location of the study in 02 Pati SDN Tompomulyo fourth grade 2nd semester.Data sourced words research results. The average percentage of lesson plans prepared by teachers good observer I category with a percentage of 82,21%, a good observer II category with a percentage of 81,77% . The average percentage of the implementation of learning that teachers do a good observer I category with a percentage of 82,19%, a good observer II category with a percentage of 8,.43%. Assessment of learning evaluation conducted after a study showed that six of 21 people there are 10 students or 47,62% to the category of very good, good category there are 5 students with a percentage of 23,80%, good enough category there are 4 students with a percentage of 19,05%, unfavorable category there are 2 students or 9,53%, and there were no students in the category of bad result.Suggestions given to teachers , learners and the school is implementing in order to further develop the learning in the classroom in accordance with the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 .

In learning science, it is necessary to have a learning model that can integrate scientific literacy skills. This study aimed to develop discovery learning-based module to improve students’ scientific literacy. We used R & D research that adapts the 4-D model device development procedure, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Product assessment was carried out after revision stage I by 3 media experts, 3 material experts, and 1 SMA YPPK Taruna Bakti teacher. To determine student responses, the product was tested for feasibility and readability on 5 X grade students of SMA YPPK Taruna Bakti through a limited trial. The product was revised and tested again through a broad trial on 16 students. The revision through experts’ comments and students’ initial responses has affected the readability, feasibility, and usability of developed Newton’s Law module. There were no students who have high scientific literacy. Students who have low scientific literacy were 13 and students who have moderate scientific literacy were 3. It can be said that the module cannot significantly improve students’ scientific literacy because of online learning environment. This study aims to analyze the factors forming the marketing mix at BNI Syariah customers in Padang Branch. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is customers of Islamic banks in the city of Padang with a sample of 100 customers obtained using Slovin formula. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Research data are primary data collected by questionnaire. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of the study showed that of the eight factors there were six factors that influence the form of the marketing mix for customers of the BNI Syariah branch of Padang Branch.Keyword: Marketing Mix

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees.
