The culture of organization is a system of values and belief which is shared by The member of organization. It makes differences among the organization to other organizations. The culture of organization is also a distinguishing identity between one organization and another. In addition, Culture of organization also has an important role in employee performance. From this understanding, researchers are interested in discussing the organizational culture in LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri and how the role of organizational culture in employee performance at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri. Since 2014 LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri has experienced an increase in company performance, which includes increasing muzakki, and other awards. This certainly cannot be separated from the organizational culture applied to LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri which adheres to a strong organizational culture. The research, entitled the role of organizational culture in improving the performance of the case study employees at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri uses a qualitative approach with the aim of obtaining a clear and objective picture. This study uses several methods in the data collection process including: observation, interviews, documentation. While the type of research used is field research, which is research that focuses on the results of data collection from predetermined informants. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture applied to LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri is more concerned with how to achieve the goals of the institution and also to realize the motto of the institution. The organizational culture applied in LAZNAS Nurul Hayat is a strong organizational culture, it will have an impact on the sincerity of employees in doing their duties and developing the institution. By implementing this strong organizational culture, employee performance will increase. This increase can be seen from the increase in the number of muzakki from 2016 to 2019, as well as other awards received by LAZNAS Nurul Hayat. With the increase in muzakki and also several awards, it shows that organizational culture has an important role in improving employee performance at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri.Keywords: Organizational culture, Employee performance.

Abstract: In the context of Indonesia, the quality of education seems to be something taboo to talk about, however, according to researchers the quality of education in Indonesia is very apprehensive. It is necessary for the role of headmaster and special efforts in developing a quality education institution through organizational culture as a value system that is understood, imbued, run jointly by members of the organization as a system of meaning or guidance for the organizers. This study aims to describe the three roles and impacts role of the headmaster role in developing the quality of organizational culture, they are: (1) the role of the headmaster as a manager; (2) the role of the headmaster as the educator; (3) the role of the headmaster as the supervisor; 4) The impact of the headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture quality at SDMT Ponorogo. This research is categorized into a field research with qualitative descriptive approach and the research design was case study. The setting of study was at SDMT Ponorogo.  The findings showed that (1). The role of headmaster as manager encompasses conducting internal and external analysis, internalizing the Islamic value that is kemuhamadiyahan value. (2). The role of the headmaster as an educator includes involving educators in upgrading, workshops or training in order to provide opportunities for educators to improve their knowledge and skills by learning to the higher education, conducting cadre to members of organizational culture and creating jargon to motivate members of organizational culture. (3). The role of the headmaster as a supervisor comprises overseeing and Evaluating the performance and achievement of members of organizational culture, conducting weekly, monthly and semester meetings, monitoring achievements of educators and learners. (4) The impact of the school headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture is organizational culture climate becomes harmonious and schools achieve more attainments.Abstrak: Dalam konteks Indonesia, mutu pendidikan seolah-olah menjadi barang yang tabu untuk diperbicangkan, dalam konteks tersebut kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia sangat memperihatinkan. Untuk itu diperlukan peran kepala sekolah dan Upaya khusus dalam mengembangkan sebuah mutu lembaga pendidikan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai sistem nilai yang dipahami, dijiwai, dijalankan secara bersama oleh anggota organisasi sebagai sistem makna atau pedoman bagi pelaku organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tiga peran serta dampak peran  kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi, yaitu: (1) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Manajer, (2) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Educator, (3) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor, dan (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi di SDMT Ponorogo. Dengan menghasilkan temuan: (1).Peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer diantaranya: melakukan analisis internal dan eksternal, menginternalisasi nilai keislaman yaitu nilai kemuhammadiahan. (2). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator diantaranya: mengikut sertakan pendidik dalam penataran, workshop atau pelatihan memberikan kesempatan kepada pendidik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dengan belajar ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, melakukan pengkaderan kepada anggota budaya organisasi. membuat jargon-jargon untuk memotivasi anggota budaya organisasi. (3). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor diantarnya: mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja dan pencapaian anggota budaya organisasi, mengadakan rapat setiap, minggu, bulan dan semester, memantau prestasi pendidik dan peserta didik. (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi diantaranya: iklim budaya organisasi menjadi harmonis, sekolah menjadi lebih berprestasi.

This study aimed to describe and analyze the role of social capital, as seen from the interrelation of networks, norms, and beliefs in improving the welfare of the community under the indicators of Maqashid Syariah. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Besides, this study has an analysis unit in the form of social capital and improvement of the welfare of the community who received scholarship assistance from Baitul Maal Hidayatullah of Surabaya. Also, data collection was carried out by interview and direct observation of the research object. The analysis technique utilized in this study was an explanatory analysis technique by explaining the results of interviews and direct observation. The study results reveal that social capital with norms, networks, and trust indicators play a role in improving the welfare of the community seen from the aspects of Maqashid Syariah.Keywords: Social capital, Welfare, and Maqashid Syariah

Islamic finances cooperation/Islamic finances servise unit as one of micro organization that has a role in developing and evolving the economical potential of its members in particular way, and the society in general way, to increase the economical and social prosperity.The aim of this research is to find out the role of Islamic finances cooperation unit in empowering the economies of its member. This researce is using the qualitative approach by case study as a strategy. The data collection is achieved by interviewing the related objects directly.This research indicated that the members experienced the role of Islamic savings and loan and budgeting unit of As-Sakinah Surabaya helpfully by offering its finances products, namely the deposit and the budgeting with many models upon the members fancies and the most important part of the 460 products is, the contracts are based on the Islamic law.

Purpose- This study discusses the application of the Ijarah Agreement on Financing Products for the Management of Hajj Portions at KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan Judging from the DSN-MUI Fatwa. Methods- This research is a type of field research with a type of qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from research at KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan. Data were analyzed descriptively, namely data collected in the form of words, images and not numbers. The method of data collection by interviews, documents, and observations. Findings- The results of the study show that financing using the ijarah contract has followed the rules of the MUI DSN Fatwa. It can be stated that KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan has implemented the DSN-MUI Fatwa in each of its products and the Sharia Supervisory Board has always exercised strict control over the application of fatwas at the KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan Implications/limitations - This study is a case study and is only carried out in one agency so that future studies can expand the study area to increase generalization. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, bahwa pembiayaan ini menggunakan akad ijarah sesuai dengan yang diperintahkan dalam Fatwa DSN MUI. Hal ini sesuai dengan yang disampaikan oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan. Dari uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan melaksanakan Fatwa DSN-MUI dalam setiap produknya dan Dewan Pengawas Syariah selalu melakukan kontrol yang ketat terhadap penerapan fatwa di KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan.

<p><span>This study aims to determine Pre-Marriage Guidance as an Effort to Form Harmonious Families in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Perspective of Islamic Satisfaction and some of its problems. This research was conducted at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Bae Kudus District. This article is the result of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interview, observation and documentation and triangulation methods. The number of informants is 12 people using non-possible sampling and the determination of informants by purposive sampling. The results showed that: a) The role of religious counselors as guides in providing pre-marital guidance can form harmonious families with the satisfaction of Islamic marriage. With the couple's notes running the material delivered in pre-marital guidance; b) Pre-marital guidance in KUA of Bae District is carried out after an examination of administrative data of the bride and groom is carried out within 30-60 minutes. Material delivered about the ins and outs of married life to be fostered in the future. Among them are the rights and obligations as husband and wife and so forth. The methods used in pre-marital guidance are lectures, questions and answers and discussions in the form of seminars; c) Problems in pre-marital guidance activities include lack of time, lack of concern for the catin (bride-to-be), the distance where Catin lives and funding from the government. Things that support are a comfortable environment, knowledge of qualified religious instructors, pre-supporting facilities and good KUA citizen participation.</span></p>

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. Going forward, the Cooperative will further optimize the empowerment of union employees (santri) to print better students in the field of entrepreneurship and religion.Keywords: Cooperative Boarding School, Economic Empowerment, Independence of Islamic Boarding Schools

Mosque institution is an important Islamic center in the context of development and management of Islamic affairs  since the advent of Islam to this day. Islamic history proves that the mosque is not just a special place for worship as it is also an operational center for baitulmal related affairs especially which are involving the zakat management. In Malaysia, the jurisdiction of Islamic affairs including zakat is under the power and administration of the State Islamic Religious Council. The privatization transformation and centralization of zakat institutions is seen to have some impact on the role of mosque institutions in zakat management. Therefore, this study will identify zakat management practices of mosque institutions in Selangor. This study will also evaluate zakat management practices in mosques related to the collection and distribution of zakat in Selangor. This study uses a qualitative approach that includes documentation method in the data collection process. The findings show that zakat management practices of mosque institutions in the state of Selangor are more focused on the opening of LZS Mini Zakat Counter as an initiative and progressive step in the implementation and management of zakat. Further study on zakat governance models in mosque institutions need to be carried out to provide a model that can be implemented to enhance the zakat management system in Malaysia. ABSTRAK Institusi masjid merupakan pusat Islam yang amat penting dalam konteks pembangunan dan pengurusan hal ehwal agama Islam sejak zaman kedatangan Islam sehingga ke hari ini. Sejarah Islam membuktikan bahawa masjid bukan sahaja khusus sebagai tempat ibadah malah menjadi pusat operasi hal ehwal berkaitan baitulmal khususnya yang melibatkan pengurusan zakat. Di Malaysia, bidang kuasa hal ehwal Islam termasuk  zakat adalah terletak di bawah kuasa dan pentadbiran Majlis Agama Islam Negeri. Transformasi penswastaan dan pemusatan institusi zakat dilihat sedikit sebanyak memberi kesan terhadap peranan institusi masjid dalam pengurusan zakat. Oleh itu, kajian ini akan mengenal pasti amalan pengurusan zakat di institusi masjid di Selangor. Kajian juga akan menilai amalan pengurusan zakat di masjid yang berkaitan dengan kutipan dan agihan zakat di Selangor. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang meliputi kaedah dokumentasi dalam proses pengumpulan data. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa amalan pengurusan zakat di institusi masjid di negeri Selangor lebih menumpukan kepada usaha pembukaan Kaunter Mini Zakat LZS sebagai inisiatif dan langkah progresif dalam pelaksanaan dan pengurusan zakat. Kajian lanjutan berkenaan model tadbir urus zakat di institusi masjid perlu dijalankan bagi menyediakan satu model yang boleh diimplementasikan demi memperkasakan sistem pengurusan zakat di Malaysia.

Abstract: Leaders are a significant factor in realizing a productive church. It is demonstrated through the discipleship in small groups aimed at giving birth to new leaders. But the problem is, not all leaders give birth to a new leader. Therefore, this paper examines the role of the leader to see his role in Holy Word Christian Church Pekanbaru. Richard Robert Osmer's four practical theological tasks is used to refine analysis because it offers methodological novelty, practicality and is comprehensive in understanding or changing contexts. Therefore, a case study approach is used to produce research depth. The data collection process accomplishes through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of leaders in Holy Word Christian Church Pekanbaru is significant in realizing a productive church and giving birth to new leaders. So the discipleship system must lead to the goal of birth to new leaders through small groups that have already been forming. Keywords: role, leader, discipleship, case study, reproductive, small group.   Abstrak: Pemimpin merupakan faktor penting dalam mewujudkan jemaat yang reproduktif. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan melalui pemuridan dalam kelompok kecil dengan tujuan melahirkan para pemimpin baru. Tetapi persoalannya, tidak semua pemimpin melahirkan pemimpin baru. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini mengkaji tentang peran pemimpin untuk melihat perannya dalam gereja pemuridan di Gereja Kristen Kalam Kudus (selanjutnya disebut GKKK) Pekanbaru. Empat tugas teologi praktika Richard Robert Osmer digunakan untuk mempertajam analisis karena menawarkan kebaruan metodologi, kepraktisan dan komprehensif dalam memahami atau menggali konteks. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan studi kasus digunakan untuk menghasilkan kedalaman. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peran pemimpin di GKKK Pekanbaru signifikan dalam mewujudkan gereja yang reproduktif dan melahirkan pemimpin baru. Jadi, sistem pemuridan harus mengarah pada tujuan untuk melahirkan para pemimpin baru melalui kelompok-kelompok kecil yang sudah terbentuk. Kata-kata kunci: peran, pemimpin, pemuridan, studi kasus, reproduktif, kelompok kecil.

Police officers duties and roles in today’s democratic society are getting complex. As theparty whose responsibility is to enforce law and order, it makes their performance matter themost. This research is aimed to figure out the effect of organizational culture on employeeperformance with the mediating role of organizational commitment. The researchmethodology that used in this study is a case study with survey research method. Purposivesampling technique is used to determine the sample for this research. The sample of thisresearch are 200 police officers of Polres Ciamis. SPSS and Amos statistical software arebeing used for data analysis purpose. The results of this study indicate that organizationalculture has a positive effect on both organizational commitment and employee performance.Additionally, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance aswell as mediating the causal relationship between organizational culture and jobperformance. The result of this study is expected to give the implications to Polres Ciamis inincreasing the performance of its officers.

This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques. In particular, the problems that the researchers raised in this study were; What is the role of students as agents of change in supporting children's learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemi? The focus of this research is in the neighborhood where the students live, namely the Pantura area, covering Kudus, Pati, Jepara, Demak. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection techniques through interviews. This study resulted in a conclusion that the role of students as agents of change in the education sector during the Covid-19 pandemi includes; become a facilitator in learning activities, create fun learning, provide education about healthy lifestyles, instill adab, provide skills to children.</p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong><em></em></p><p align="center">Abstrak</p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran apa saja yang dapat dilakukan mahasiswa PGMI sebagai agent of change di masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan Teknik awancara. Secara khusus, permasalahan yang peneliti angkat dalam penelitian ini adalah; bagaimana peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19? Lokus penelitian ini adalah di lingkungan tempat tinggal siswa yakni wilayah Pantura, meliputi Kudus, Pati, Jepara, Demak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa peran mahasiswa sebagai Agent of change dalam bidang pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 meliputi;  menjadi fasilitator dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, memberikan edukasi tentang pola hidup sehat, menanamkan adab, memberikan keterampilan pada anak.<strong></strong></p>
