Abstract: The main factor supporting employee work performance is the leadership style applied by a company leader to employees who are subordinates to him. This is very closely related to the research I have made. Where the purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the leadership style has on achievement. Employee work in the company. Data collection techniques were taken from 60 employees of a total of 200 employees who were used as research samples. This study uses SPSS 16 as an analytical tool to measure validity, reliability, classical assumption test, simple linear regression. From this research it is obtained based on the results data processing, leadership style variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In testing the hypothesis shows that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research survey indicate that the work performance of employees that needs to be maintained is in the aspect where every job given to employees is done well and obtained satisfactory results so that it is profitable for the company. Employee performance for the company as the last measure of the success of a personnel department dam has a strong relationship with the goals and success of a company. With the existence of compensation pemeberian then expected every employee feel satisfied with company kebiajakan and will impact to good work performance also.This study wanted to prove the influence of compensation on employee performance at hotel in ketapang city (Ketapang Kalimantan Barat). Based on previous research and related to the supporting theory put forward by experts by using SPSS 21 program, as a tool of statistical data processing.This type of research is Causal explanatory is a type of research that aims to determine the pattern of relationships between variables as a hypothesis testers. This research was conducted in the town of Ketapang Kalimantan Barat. With some population and 60 hotel employees as sempel in this research with data analysis using simple linear regression analysis technique.Based on the data processing using simple linear regression proved that the variable (X) compensation effect positively and significantly to the variable (Y) Employee performance at the hotel in ketapang city (Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat).

Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.

This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of leadership style and discipline to employee performance that is mediated by the motivation to work on Tanah Datar District Education Office. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of a number of statements about leadership style, work discipline, employee performance and motivation. This study used a sample of incidental sampling, where the entire population is taken overall research officer working as many as 72 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression test multilevel linear regression. Simple linear regression test is used to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of labor discipline on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and for linear regression stratified namely the effect of leadership style on employee performance mediated by motivation and influence of labor discipline against employee performance mediated by work motivation. The results showed that the leadership style positive and significant impact on performance, discipline, positive and significant impact on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on the performance, leadership style positive and significant effect on performance mediated by motivation and discipline positive and significant impact on performance mediated by motivation.this research is exspectedto further research.

The automotive industry is one of the mainstay sectors whose development continues to be prioritized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of the employees of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative, saturated sampling, which means that the entire population is sampled as many as 45 respondents. Statistical tests use simple linear regression equations, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and significance tests. The results of the study found that there was an influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, based on the results of data analysis shows that from the correlation of 0.619 it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between leadership style on the employee performance of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, The results of the coefficient of the determination indicate that the leadership style contributes 38.3% to employee performance, the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables. Simple linear regression equation Y = 1.454 + 0.629X In the hypothesis test tcount 5.163> ttable 1.68 then Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance at the PPIC Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang.

Job performance is a matter that must be considered in carrying out the task in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of achievement motivation as well as education and training on work performance in PDAM Tirta Mangutama. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and education and training have a positive and significant effect on work performance. Companies must pay attention to aspects of employee performance, especially seen from the professional attitude at work and the suitability of work results with the targets set. So that what is the goal, vision and mission of the company can be achieved well. Employees are expected to be able to increase achievement motivation by creating good working relationships and enhancing capabilities through education and training so that employees are able to solve problems in work properly so as to produce work performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work performance on employee performance, to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance, to analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance, to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of work performance, incentives, discipline, leadership style on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of PT. Austin Engineering Indonesia, amounting to 175 people in the store. The sample consisted of 175 respondents, who were taken with a saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression with SPSS. The results of this study can be concluded that work performance has a significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Job performance, incentives, discipline, and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence Education and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications (Telkom) Regional VII Gorontalo. The sample in this study were 67 people. Then the data analysis uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.406. This value means that 40.6% of Work Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Gorontalo Regional VII is influenced by the Education and Training program conducted by the company. The influence of other variables on employee performance is 59.4%. Keywords: Education and Training, employee work performance.

Organization is a social unity that is coordinated sadardengan with a reactive boundary in the identified, work continuously to achieve the goal. In various fields, especially life beroganisasi, human factor is the main problem in every activity that is inside. All actions taken in every activity are initiated and determined by the human being who is a member of a Company. The company requires the existence of potential human resources factors both leaders and employees, the pattern of duties and supervision that is the determinant of achieving corporate goals. Human resources are central figures in organizations and companies. In order for management activities to run well, the Company must have knowledgeable employees and high skills and efforts to manage the company optimally so that employee work increases. Based on research results obtained after testing of 100 respondents who are employees who work in PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Padang it can be concluded that the Style of Leadership and Compensation together have a significant effect on Job Performance in PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia because it has F -> count of F - table and significance value <0.05. The results of this study are in line with the Caesar (2015) study which found the result that simultaneously the leadership style and compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT Mustika Ratu East Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that employees have a good job performance due to leadership style and compensation given the leadership of the company well.

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. By improving employee performance will make it easier for company goals to be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Environment on Job Performance in Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and implemented for 118 employees. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 24.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study explain that between leadership style, incentive and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. For the variable that has the most dominant influence on the work performance is the style of leadership, so to obtain optimal employee performance hence leadership style factors, incentives and work environment needs to be improved.</em></p>
