O. explores the problem of the definition of integration in scientific literature, she describes different levels and ways of interdisciplinary integration in vocation training. The author of the article considers interdisciplinary integration within the framework of professional training of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature at three levels, namely: as integration of content (level of separate disciplines (historical-literary and theoretical-literary, as well as pedagogical and methodical) and educational material); as an integration of methods of activity (ability and skills to operate with material during training, as well as further professional activity); as an integration of values and worldviews (the level of personal and professional worldview of students), the result of which are formed general and professional competencies. The first way is interdisciplinary integration within the classroom (lectures, practical, and laboratory). The second way is integration within the independent work of students. The third way for interdisciplinary integration is the research activities of students, including the writing of term papers and qualifications, which can be performed at the intersection of several scientific and educational disciplines. The fourth way of implementing interdisciplinary integration is the students’ participation in additional forms of organization of the educational process - special seminars, trainings, workshops, master classes, round tables, which can be held within grant activities or be a form of self-education of future vocabulary teachers. The fifth way is educational work at the faculty or the university in general, which involves the organization of various activities. On the basis of the conducted researches Lilik O. The scientific article is devoted to the study of a complex but relevant problem for the period of creating the preconditions for sustainable development - the definition of approaches to providing the economy with strong human resources. It is noted that its formation is always faced with the issues of reproduction of the labor force, the effectiveness of which implies the achievement in total, at the same time high levels of quality of life and vocational training of people. Particular attention is paid to the emergence of new problems that increase the severity of personnel issues in Ukraine: there is a significant increase in labor migration of Ukrainians abroad, reducing the population and working age. However, despite the difficulties of the transition economy, the country has gradual, progressive changes in the entire system of educational infrastructure, attempts are being made to reform the organization of education in educational institutions of all levels: higher education, secondary school, vocational education. In addition to traditional vocational schools in the educational, already competitive environment, there are new educational institutions - technical lyceums, technical schools, colleges. However, a significant part of vocational schools has shortcomings related to the quality of their material and technical base, the level of training of teachers in terms of their mastery of the latest technological concepts and methods of teaching educational material. Improving the system of vocational training should be based on the understanding that innovative development has already become an integral part of the domestic economy and has led to new requirements for personal factors of production. Now there is a need to closely link professional training to specific production conditions of future activities, the entire educational process should be built taking into account changes in the state of production processes, target settings for obtaining the final results of enterprises. Under modern market conditions, the first priority is not the production of more goods and services of one type, but their differentiation and new quality characteristics within one product group. Relevant changes occur in the assessment of the personal factor of production. This is not just about the quantitative certainty of staff, but about the level of training of each employee, his ability to adapt to technical and technological changes. In the process of professional training it is important to form in future employees an awareness of their role and importance in the overall efficiency of enterprises, to bring to their understanding the high probability of losses associated with their possible errors in the production functions. The issue of greening of professional activity should be important in the educational processes of all educational institutions

The main mechanism that guarantees the quality of education in Republic of Belarus is based on the state educational standards. According to the current standards, the aim of professional training is to obtain an integrat-ed result: expert (professional) skills coupled with solid general education. This education is build upon the de-velopment of a common system of competences. Therefore, the quality of professional education is strongly con-nected with the problem of the specialist (who has to possess all necessary skills and competencies) formation method. The problem includes development and advancing of the system of competences in the conditions of the current educational process and elaboration of an evaluation methodology and techniques for this system. Taking into account, that the educational process of high school professional training in Belarus includes the studying of four cycles of disciplines (socially-humanitarian, natural-science, general professional and special professional), it is essential to investigate the influence of each of the cycles on the final system of competences formation. In the present article, the capability of the natural-science disciplines cycle for the handling of the pro-fessional system of competences development is discussed in reference to military specialties. It has been found that during the professional disciplines studying, the replacement (but not integration) of the knowledge received at the previous stage of the natural-science cycle is taking place. It interferes with prin-cipal understanding of natural sciences as a fundamental basis for the professional competence; it does not pro-mote the recognition of cultural and social importance of natural sciences; and, consequently, it does not support the formation of general orientation on continuous self-education in the field of natural sciences. And that is con-sidering that insufficiency of natural-science culture of graduates of military high schools can lead to possible serious economic consequences for the country and risks in the field of national safety. In the course of the experiment, the didactic conditions have been formulated and the model of the peda-gogical process, directed to the elaboration of a persistent natural-science system of competences, has been devel-oped and approved. The incorporation of the conditions and the process does not assume an essential transfor-mation of the volume and structure of class hours allocated to the studying of natural-science disciplines. Intro-duction of the course "Fundamentals of modern natural sciences » in syllabus of the internal security troops de-partment of military academy of Belarus is essentially new. The technique of examination of the integrative abilities of students with use of the methods of fuzzy mathematics was applied for the evaluation of the developed model efficiency. The interest to this method is caused by the possibility use this approach to deal with estimations of competences, which cannot be unequivo-cally structured in an algorithm presentation by definition. Key words: quality of education, educational process, science education, system of competences.

The innovative activity of the lecturer required an understanding of the content and means in a continuous system of preparation for professional activity at a university that integrates two functions – a lecturer and a researcher. The traditional training of postgraduate students is expressed by the predominance of its scientific component and the result in the form of a thesis. The reform of the Russian educational system made adjustments to postgraduate training as the third level of higher education. The results of research indicate a low quality of postgraduate students’ readiness to organize scientific search in the field of specific science. It is noted that postgraduate students studying in the field of “theory and methodology of professional education” acquire methodological competence by mastering a significant number of psychological and pedagogical disciplines and pedagogical practice during the first year of study, but experience difficulties in organizing scientific research due to unformed methodological competence. The article summarizes the experience of postgraduate training in the logic of the continuous development of professionalism in the system of intramural advanced training.

Among the key goals of the National Project "Healthcare" is provision of State (municipal) medical organizations with qualified medical personnel. Achievement of this goal largely depends on the quality of medical personnel training. At the same time, noticeable changes have been taking place in the medical education system in recent years: they concern regulatory and legal framework of medical and educational activities, technical equipment and conditions of economic activity of universities, etc. The changing socio-economic context has an impact on both university applicants, their motivation, and those who train future doctors. The article presents an analysis of the results of the study "Development of the human resources potential of the Moscow healthcare" carried out in 2019 under the auspices of the Moscow Healthcare Department, which addressed both the quantitative aspects of the staffing of medical organizations subordinated to the city, and the quality of medical personnel issues concerning professional training. Information on the quality of graduates from medical universities and the factors determining it was obtained through a series of in-depth structured interviews with experts, who were representatives of the capital's medical universities and chief doctors of medical institutions. In the course of the survey, experts expressed their opinion about all factors affecting the quality of medical education: the level of training and motivation of applicants; characteristics of the teaching staff; organization of the educational process, etc. Analysis of the expert opinions testifies to ambiguity of the situation in medical education. The positive aspects include the growing interest in obtaining the profession of a doctor and the demand for knowledge, as well as some improvement in the remuneration of university workers, which has a positive effect on the filling of pedagogical vacancies and the social well-being of teachers. At the same time, practically in each of the components of the quality of medical specialists training — in methodological support, technical equipment, the possibility of obtaining practical skills by future doctors — there have been found problems that require solution.
