The innovative activity of the lecturer required an understanding of the content and means in a continuous system of preparation for professional activity at a university that integrates two functions – a lecturer and a researcher. The traditional training of postgraduate students is expressed by the predominance of its scientific component and the result in the form of a thesis. The reform of the Russian educational system made adjustments to postgraduate training as the third level of higher education. The results of research indicate a low quality of postgraduate students’ readiness to organize scientific search in the field of specific science. It is noted that postgraduate students studying in the field of “theory and methodology of professional education” acquire methodological competence by mastering a significant number of psychological and pedagogical disciplines and pedagogical practice during the first year of study, but experience difficulties in organizing scientific research due to unformed methodological competence. The article summarizes the experience of postgraduate training in the logic of the continuous development of professionalism in the system of intramural advanced training.

It is substantiated that one of the effective ways to improve the quality of education is interdisciplinary integration. The interdisciplinary approach based on the new educational standards presupposes, first of all, the ability of the medical education seeker to solve problems and take responsibility; act in an unstable context; motivation of students to study a certain discipline, thorough understanding and comparison; application of the acquired knowledge in practice; broadening the horizons, increasing the independence and creativity of future medical professionals; integration of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities into one whole and perception of the material mastered during all training as inseparable unity. Methodological aspects of training a future medical specialist in the system of higher professional education in the conditions of interdisciplinary integration are considered. The main directions of improving the professional training of medical students on the basis of integration of different approaches are identified. The importance of applying interdisciplinary integration in the training of future medical professionals on the example of a combination of clinical, bioethical and legal knowledge is substantiated. The issue of application of interdisciplinary integration in the training of medical students is covered. The factors of optimization of the process of training future medical specialists on the basis of interdisciplinary connections are considered. It is shown that the application of interdisciplinary integrative technologies provides grounds for the formation and development of future medical professionals in the field of analytical and critical thinking, which is the key to improving the quality of medical education. It is proved that the professional training of future specialists in the medical field is in dynamic development, which is due to the priority of improving the quality of medical education. It was found that the effectiveness of the integration approach in the training of future medical professionals, in order to improve the quality of their education, requires improvement of the methodological concept in the development of educational and methodological complex of professional training on the basis of interdisciplinary integration. This can be ensured by taking into account the following factors: social demands for professional activity; the specifics of training at clinical departments and the peculiarities of mastering non-core disciplines; providing scientific, informational and methodological support of the educational process; formation and development of future medical professionals of analytical and critical types of thinking. The proposed will ensure high-quality readiness of future medical professionals for their professional activities.

Today, in a situation of global change in the world and society, the transformation of the man himself and the formation of a new worldview, in the center of which such quality of personality is as an honour, remains the most significant. The notion of honour is closely linked to moral categories such as conscience, dignity, responsibility, which indicates the complexity of defining the content of this phenomenon. The problem of upbringing professional honours from future specialists is not among the new ones. This is due to the fact that the term «professional honour» has long been firmly included in the system of ethical categories and reflects the level of moral assessment of a person himself, the attitude of others to him and society as a whole. That is why, with the practice and science, the issue of improving the professional education system is being raised more acutely. Under the professional honour, the author understands the set of moral qualities and values that form the person’s attitude towards professional activity and behavior in the course of solving professional problems. In the plane of his research, the author considered it expedient to substantiate both external (pedagogical) and internal (psychological) conditions of education of professional honor of future teachers. The analysis of the researchers’ positions on the definition of the term «conditions» made it possible to conclude that the conditions are components of the pedagogical system that reflect the educational environment and influence its effectiveness. So, in summary, the author determines the complex of psychological and pedagogical conditions that will promote the education of the professional honour of future teachers. Therefore, the following psychological and pedagogical conditions for the education of the professional honour of future students: enhancing the students’ moral experience regarding the peculiarities and ways of showing professional honor by updating the contents of educational disciplines and the introduction of innovative methods and forms; use of tasks involving the education of professional honour in the process of pedagogical practice; the enrichment of the educational space by dialogue interaction, the creation of situations of success and cooperation.

The relevance of the problem under study is due to the formation of knowledge, skills, and abilities of future teachers in the process of their professional training; the essence of pedagogical practice as an integral process is considered. The article is aimed at theoretical and practical justification, actualization of the importance of professional practice in the course of professional training and training of teachers, which should be considered as one of the priority goals and important prerequisites for the socio-economic and spiritual progress of a multicultural society. It is pedagogical practice that is an important means of preparing a future teacher for innovative activities and in the professional formation and development of a future specialist. The leading approach to the study of this problem is a systematic approach that allows you to identify, justify and group the scientific, theoretical and practical prerequisites for students ' readiness for professional activity in the multicultural educational space of the school. The study showed that pedagogical practice provides students with training not only for practical work with students, but also for an innovative style of their professional activity. The materials of the article can be useful for specialists in the field of improving the quality of professional education.

The questions related to postgraduate education as an institution for training scientific personnel, which seeks to create and put into practice its own concept of training graduate students and applicants on the basis of universities are observed in the article. The author considers the architectonics of postgraduate training from the perspective of the quality of educational programs and pedagogical technologies; creating conditions for continuing education through a combination of different forms and methods of education based on the principle of continuity and preservation of the pedagogical potential of all scientific disciplines in teaching of personnel in postgraduate school. Having studied the reasons for low publication activity of postgraduates / applicants in the Transbaikal State University and on the basis of the existing FSES of Higher Education in postgraduate education the author has attempted to create an architectonics of postgraduate training continuity (1st level). On the example of the “Foreign Language” discipline the practical implementation of first-year postgraduates training within the framework of the succession architectonics is shown. The article provides a detailed description of each block of training with an emphasis on the integration of the educational process participants and taught scientific disciplines, analyzes the collected statistical data on the problem in the ZabGU, draws conclusions and forecasts the results. Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.

The continuous modernization of the education system makes the problems of the quality of teacher training increasingly relevant. Moreover, the measures taken to improve the system of teacher education are largely confined to the introduction of new organizational and managerial mechanisms and practically do not affect the internal content and technological structure of the teacher training process.Modern pedagogical universities are constantly looking for innovative models of training teachers that will be able to solve non-standard social and professional tasks. However, recent studies in this area do not fully take into account the nature of pedagogical activity and conditions of its formation. Thus, the need arises for a special study of the processes and means of updating the content and technologies of teacher training in order to control the level of students’ professional competencies development, as required by educational and professional standards. This means the creation of a special educational system in a pedagogical university, which can provide a harmonious and synchronous mastering by future specialists of both subject knowledge and methods of pedagogical activity.The article provides a theoretical study aimed at identifying key patterns of designing a new content for teacher education, the basis of which is the formation of a future teacher as a subject of his own professional activity. The author describes the experience of using a subject-oriented model of education, implemented at Bashkir State Pedagogical University n.a. M. Akmulla. The effectiveness of this model is confirmed by the high level of students’ mastery of designing methods and constructing the educational process, as well as their positive experience in the implementation of educational activities.

The issue of adaptation of modern first-year students to the educational process at the university is one of the current pedagogical tasks. Successful adaptation significantly affects the quality of received education, the degree of formation of personal and professional qualities, contributes to the development of motivation, self-education, and self-development. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the criteria, indicators, and levels of adaptation of first-year students to the learning process at the university. The material for the study was the domestic scientific sources of studying the peculiarities of the adaptation process of students to educational activities in higher education. Research methods: analysis and generalization of psychological-pedagogical and educational-methodical literature on the research topic. We determine as the main criteria for the adaptation of first-year students to the university, the adaptive potential and professionally important qualities of students, consider these concepts, their structure, and their basic properties. On the basis of the analysis and generalization of the existing indicators of the implementation of the adaptive potential, we formulate the author's indicators for determining the level of its development. The degree of formation of professionally important qualities of students are low, medium, and high levels of development of emotional intelligence, negative communicative attitude, intellectual lability, and stress tolerance.

Introduction. The paper is concerned with the processes of professional-pedagogical education in modern higher educational institutions and the problems of business and speech culture that face the students involved in educational and cognitive activities. Objective. The objective of the paper is to substantiate the relationship between the activity of students in the educational process and the level of their human development and communicative creativity. The research aimed to develop a methodology to organize an educational process facilitating the actualization of professionally oriented thinking (the ability to understand, reveal, and explain the value of facts and phenomena). Materials and methods. The research methodology is a generalizing analysis of the problems of vocational education, its orientation, and contents at various levels of the specialist’s personality development. The units of practical assessment were self-esteem, speech activity, knowledge of the basic forms of work with words, and interpretation of meaning within the topic of reasoning. Research results.The findings have indicated the relationship between the student’s activity in the educational process and the level of their human development, communicative creativity, business and speech culture, passivity/activity in educational and cognitive activities, the degree of understanding the responsibility for choosing a profession, and the meaning of the “professionally-oriented rapport” concept. The ways of actualizing professionally-oriented thinking have been determined. A methodology for building an interest in the investigative type of thinking and the gradual conscious acquisition of a block of knowledge has been developed and tested. The study has clarified the professional significance of the organizational forms contributing to the development of cognitive and communicative competence of pro¬fessional thought creation. Discussion and conclusion. What are the advantages of the proposed model? It reveals the meaning of what has been learned, expands the desire to understand, conveys the essence of information, develops a professionally-oriented ability to substantiate one’s viewpoint; forms an opinion on science, a scientific subject, theory, and technology in a professionally significant field of activity. The research continues, however, the preliminary findings allow the following conclusions. The result of these actions is positive dynamics in understanding the value of teachers’ professional activity, the formation of a habit of self-organization and learn-and-create activity.
