The purpose of the study the attitude of nurses to the existing system of advanced training and determine ways to optimize it. Results. An analysis of the opinions of nursing staff on improving the system of additional vocational education in accordance with personal needs showed that most of the students of advanced training courses expressed a desire to be present in the training process of practical health care professionals from large medical organizations using modern and innovative teaching methods; introduction of distance learning into the educational process of nursing staff with a flexible schedule and an individual student's plan; the use of modern and innovative technologies, methods and forms of professional and educational activities, formed taking into account the opinions of the students themselves; maintaining a high professional level of the teacher, the main qualities of which are the ability to motivate to study, maintain interest in the classroom and create a favorable psychological attitude. Conclusion. In improving the quality of medical care for patients, specialists with secondary medical education, in the development of new innovative technologies, additional professional education is a key resource, which goes along with the specialist throughout his entire professional activity and is able to adapt them to new professional requirements.

Abstract The materials presented in this article are the result of a documentary-bibliographic study, which is based on the use of methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization. The results of the study have shown that the problem of professional ethics and culture of health care professionals is of significant interest. Problems of ethics, culture and deontology are the subject of consideration by scholars from the countries of Europe and the United States. There have been defined the main modern tendencies of training doctors for their professional activity in the leading countries of the world in the context of the professional and ethical competence formation. It has been found out that the development of higher medical education is carried out on the basis of the Bologna process principles, which involves introduction of two degrees (Bachelor and Master of Science), implementation of the ECTS system, introduction of the single diploma supplement, etc. It has been estimated that the educational programs for future doctors' training are aimed at the development of the students’ analytical and critical thinking; behavioral and social sciences, medical ethics, bioethics, provide knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of communication, clinical decision making, application of ethical norms, work in the multi-staff teams etc. The integrated programs play an important role in the educational process. Over the last decades studying bioethics is a compulsory component of the medical education. However, not only bioethics is the basis for the formation of future doctors’ professional and ethical competence at medical Universities abroad. The Oath of Hippocrates is of great significance for the students who devote themselves to medicine. In various countries it has been transformed into codes, oaths, etc., and now it is carried out by the students (future physicians) during their studies at higher medical educational institutions.

Introduction and purpose of the study. The article is devoted to the problem of determining the readiness of physical education teachers to introduce innovative teaching technologies into the educational process of physical education. The hypothesis of the study is based on the assumption that studying the degree of readiness of physical education teachers to apply innovations will help to identify ways of retraining of physical education, increasing the level of their skills formation in the use of innovative teaching technologies in the educational process. The purpose is to determine the degree of readiness of physical education teachers to introduce innovative learning technologies into the educational process to enhance their innovative competence. Material and methods. The study was attended by 32 physical education teachers from Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk area, who were trained at the Dnipro Academy of Continuing Education. During the research the following methods were used: analysis of literary sources, pedagogical experiment, questioning, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The results of the survey showed that teachers are positive about innovation in their professional activities, but there are a number of external and internal factors that hinder the use of innovative technologies. Most respondents are also aware of existing new learning technologies and are able to use them in their professional activities under the right conditions. Conclusions. There is a need to raise teachers' awareness of current pedagogical and innovative technologies and the possibilities of using them in the educational process. Most important in the expansion of professional competence, gaining new knowledge are the various forms of methodical work. Measures are proposed to increase teachers' readiness to innovate in their professional activities. Key words: innovations, teachers, physical education, technologies, professional activity

Interdisciplinary Integration

It is substantiated that one of the effective ways to improve the quality of education is interdisciplinary integration. The interdisciplinary approach based on the new educational standards presupposes, first of all, the ability of the medical education seeker to solve problems and take responsibility; act in an unstable context; motivation of students to study a certain discipline, thorough understanding and comparison; application of the acquired knowledge in practice; broadening the horizons, increasing the independence and creativity of future medical professionals; integration of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities into one whole and perception of the material mastered during all training as inseparable unity. Methodological aspects of training a future medical specialist in the system of higher professional education in the conditions of interdisciplinary integration are considered. The main directions of improving the professional training of medical students on the basis of integration of different approaches are identified. The importance of applying interdisciplinary integration in the training of future medical professionals on the example of a combination of clinical, bioethical and legal knowledge is substantiated. The issue of application of interdisciplinary integration in the training of medical students is covered. The factors of optimization of the process of training future medical specialists on the basis of interdisciplinary connections are considered. It is shown that the application of interdisciplinary integrative technologies provides grounds for the formation and development of future medical professionals in the field of analytical and critical thinking, which is the key to improving the quality of medical education. It is proved that the professional training of future specialists in the medical field is in dynamic development, which is due to the priority of improving the quality of medical education. It was found that the effectiveness of the integration approach in the training of future medical professionals, in order to improve the quality of their education, requires improvement of the methodological concept in the development of educational and methodological complex of professional training on the basis of interdisciplinary integration. This can be ensured by taking into account the following factors: social demands for professional activity; the specifics of training at clinical departments and the peculiarities of mastering non-core disciplines; providing scientific, informational and methodological support of the educational process; formation and development of future medical professionals of analytical and critical types of thinking. The proposed will ensure high-quality readiness of future medical professionals for their professional activities.

Introduction. The paper is concerned with the processes of professional-pedagogical education in modern higher educational institutions and the problems of business and speech culture that face the students involved in educational and cognitive activities. Objective. The objective of the paper is to substantiate the relationship between the activity of students in the educational process and the level of their human development and communicative creativity. The research aimed to develop a methodology to organize an educational process facilitating the actualization of professionally oriented thinking (the ability to understand, reveal, and explain the value of facts and phenomena). Materials and methods. The research methodology is a generalizing analysis of the problems of vocational education, its orientation, and contents at various levels of the specialist’s personality development. The units of practical assessment were self-esteem, speech activity, knowledge of the basic forms of work with words, and interpretation of meaning within the topic of reasoning. Research results.The findings have indicated the relationship between the student’s activity in the educational process and the level of their human development, communicative creativity, business and speech culture, passivity/activity in educational and cognitive activities, the degree of understanding the responsibility for choosing a profession, and the meaning of the “professionally-oriented rapport” concept. The ways of actualizing professionally-oriented thinking have been determined. A methodology for building an interest in the investigative type of thinking and the gradual conscious acquisition of a block of knowledge has been developed and tested. The study has clarified the professional significance of the organizational forms contributing to the development of cognitive and communicative competence of pro¬fessional thought creation. Discussion and conclusion. What are the advantages of the proposed model? It reveals the meaning of what has been learned, expands the desire to understand, conveys the essence of information, develops a professionally-oriented ability to substantiate one’s viewpoint; forms an opinion on science, a scientific subject, theory, and technology in a professionally significant field of activity. The research continues, however, the preliminary findings allow the following conclusions. The result of these actions is positive dynamics in understanding the value of teachers’ professional activity, the formation of a habit of self-organization and learn-and-create activity. Educational scholars are implementing technologies into the educational process. They use virtual reality, simulations, augmented reality and other immersive technologies that provide entertainment and an interesting, immersive environment as well as engage and motivate students. The aim of this research is to understand the scope and the nature of studies where serious games for medical education are prospective research subjects for the development of learning motivation. There are specific research questions that are of interest to the authors: (1) how many studies are devoted to exploring how serious games and simulations develop learning motivation; (2) how many studies are devoted to medical education, especially continuing professional education; and (3) which professional fields are most reflected in the search results, and is interdisciplinary learning observed? To answer the research questions, a systematic analysis of publications was chosen as the research method. Altogether, 132 articles published from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2018 were selected for the review.

The article contents the problems of the organization of present methodical service: the different interpretations of the activities, objectives, tasks, various forms of institutions offering information and methodological support of the educational process, regarding aspects of finance - state-owned, independent, low cost, as well as on the main activity - educational institutions of additional professional education or not. The article presents the results of the analysis of the structures and functioning of municipal methodical service of Russia. The difference in the interpretation of municipal methodical service determines the organization of the Methodist work blurring. The article offers solution to according problem by standardizing the professional activity of municipal methodical service, process of methodological support of educational activities, professional paths of Methodists based on standardization of Methodists competences. The article proposed a system of professional competence of the present Methodist of municipal methodical service.

The innovative activity of the lecturer required an understanding of the content and means in a continuous system of preparation for professional activity at a university that integrates two functions – a lecturer and a researcher. The traditional training of postgraduate students is expressed by the predominance of its scientific component and the result in the form of a thesis. The reform of the Russian educational system made adjustments to postgraduate training as the third level of higher education. The results of research indicate a low quality of postgraduate students’ readiness to organize scientific search in the field of specific science. It is noted that postgraduate students studying in the field of “theory and methodology of professional education” acquire methodological competence by mastering a significant number of psychological and pedagogical disciplines and pedagogical practice during the first year of study, but experience difficulties in organizing scientific research due to unformed methodological competence. The article summarizes the experience of postgraduate training in the logic of the continuous development of professionalism in the system of intramural advanced training.

Improving the professional skills of penitentiary personnel is a multifaceted process of obtaining additional knowledge to perform tasks and responsibilities within their professional activities. The article analyzes the main forms of personnel advanced training. The first is carried out in educational institutions of central executive bodies, local executive bodies (external form), and the second – in educational institutions of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine (internal form). When clarifying the content of the external form, attention is paid to the model of its implementation. The first model is a holistic system of advanced training, which ensures the unity of the educational process and adequate educational technologies. The second is a variational model, which means working on a certain side of the profession that needs to be improved. The third model – involves using special diagnostics with subsequent monitoring of acquired knowledge. The article details the advantages and disadvantages of the external form of advanced training. The internal form of advanced training provides the participation of educational institutions of the State Penitentiary Service in this process. The structure of bodies that provide advanced training within the State Penitentiary Service is revealed. Among its advantages is the possibility of involving experienced specialists of the penitentiary service in the training process, introduction of effective innovative technologies and motivation of service activity. The disadvantages of this form of education are also analyzed. The article states the combination of external and internal forms helps to increase the level of professional knowledge and skills based on best practices used in various spheres of professional activity of society and allows to maximize the professions in bodies and penitentiary institutions. An attempt was made in the article for generalizing pedagogical educational technologies and use them in the process of preparing aspirants of higher education for professional activity. The concepts of «pedagogical technologies» and «innovations» from the point of didactic foundations of pedagogy are highlighted. The classification of innovative teaching methods used in the educational process of training future professionals is given. The authors emphasize the quality of training in the application of modern pedagogical methods that affect the modernization of educational content, methods, forms and allow to realize the most effective implementation of training tasks in the modern conditions.
