Drug is an element supproting the health care system. Logistics management start from the planning process, procurement, storage, distribution, recording and reporting drugs. The purpose of the research was to explore drug logistic management at the pharmacy installation in the working area of Klaten District Health Office. Research design uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection used indepth interview techniques with a total sample are 12 informants. From the results of the research it was found that drug planning at the health center pharmacy installation was carried out by the drug manager himself or in a team with the assistant pharmacist or treasurer of the health center. The drug needs planning process in the health center is carried out by recapitulating reports from the health center and the other units in the Usage Sheet and the Drug Request Sheet (LPLPO). Drug planning is carried out every month. Drug procurement is carried out by the consumption method and carried out through e-catalog once a year with buffer stock of one and a half years. The drug storage layout is accordance with provisions, safeguarding the quality of the drug by placing drugs on the pallet and shelves but there is no temperature measurement. Examination of drugs that come, drugs needed by the health center and drug distribution have been carried out according to the procedure. The recording and reporting of drugs in the health center uses sympus whereas in other units manually using LPLPO

One of the activities required by every puskesmas (Community Health Center) in overcoming the problems faced in each area is planning at the puskesmas level. To accommodate the need to increase the ability and coverage of health services in an integrated and integrated manner with the problems that exist in the work environment of the Puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning process at the Puskesmas level at the Poso District Health Office. This type of research is qualitative and the unit of analysis from the implementation of this research is carried out on 2 (two) Puskesmas in the Poso District Health Office. Meanwhile, the research informants were employees/staff of the related puskesmas and the key informant was the Head of the Poso District Health Office as a triangulation check for the validity of the data. The results of the research based on the preparation stage, a planning team was formed by the Head of the Puskesmas, in the situation analysis stage the problem analysis process was carried out through Encuesta Mawas Diri (SMD), the problem formulation stage using the USG method (Uraaatanga metoaaa) problems, the last stage was the preparation of the RUK (Proposed Activity Plan) which are prepared at the puskesmas still refer to the applicable government policies. Suggestions in this study are expected that the puskesmas in the Poso District Health Office can arrange their annual activity plans optimally, while still fostering community participation in improving community health status.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is one of diseases that causes health problems in Indonesia and oftenly creates extraordinary events with great death. The purpose of this research is to discover relationship community behavior in mosquito nesting eradication and environmental factors with DHF incidence in 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Selatan and 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Timur. The research design used is observational, cross-sectional. Total sample of 82 households. Sampling was done in proportion sampling method. Results of the analysis of environmental variables associated with DHF incidence in 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Selatan: occupant density (p = 0.02), mobility (p = 0.01), the habit of hanging clothes (p = 0.04). 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Timur: mobility (p = 0.00), clogged water ditches (p = 0.00), containers water existance (p = 0.03), the habit of hanging clothes (p = 0.00). Knowledge, attitude and actions in 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Selatan and 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Timur statistically correlated with DHF incidence. As conclusion of the research results, in 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Selatan and 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Timur, that is mobility, the habit of hanging clothes, knowledge, attitude and actions strongly related with DHF incidence, while that is clogged water ditches, containers water existance and occupant density has no relation with DHF incidence. Public Health Center need to intensify health promotion, improves the quality of MNE (PSN), and the Provincial Health Service need to support Public Health Center on setting policies which necessary.

Purworejo District Health Office (DHO) has developed Health Center Management Information System (HCMIS) to provide quick, precise, and accurate information for supporting the process of decision making and the policy of services at Health Center. However, there was still any empty forms and did not use the system. To standardize Health Information System, Ministry of Health has released a concept of Generic SIKDA. Therefore, the system applied by Purworejo DHO needs to be evaluated using the method of HOT fit. This was qualitative research using indepth interview and direct observation. Main informants were nine data operators and informants for triangulation purpose was six persons from health centers and five persons from DHO. Furthermore, data were analyzed using content analysis. The result of this research revealed that the application of HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA. The system had been applied routinely but there was no a guidance book and training. Number of human resources was sufficient. However, there needed to make an implementer team of Health Information System in accordance with competency. There was no routine monitoring and current budget was not sufficient to maintain hardware to support the system. Quality of the system used was good, easy to use, and available of menu to communicate data. Unfortunately, quality of resulted information had still been inaccurate and incomplete because it did not cover data of services at Subsidiary Health Centers (SHC) and Village Health Posts (VHP). The lateness of services was related to a funding procedure. HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA but it had not been used to make a decision. As a suggestion, DHO needs to conduct training, monitor, and provide hardware and a network. Meanwhile, Health Centers needs to make a commitment for applying the HCMIS maximally by SHC and VHP.

Based on the Hulu Sungai Tengah District Health Office report, scabies continues to exist and is a problem that must to resolved immediately. The working area of the Pagat Health Center, which is one of the sub-districts in Hulu Sungai Tengah, experienced the highest increase in scabies cases. The purpose of this study was to determine personal hygiene relations include bathing habits and habit of using soap together with scabies in the working area of the Pagat Health Center. This type of research uses a retrospective approach (case-control study), which compares the behaviour of the sick group with a lively group associated with the incidence of scabies. The sample of this research is 30 people. Data will be analyzed using the x2 test (Chi-square). The results of this study indicate there is a relationship between bathing habits with the incidence of scabies P-value = 0.026 <α = 0.05, there is a relationship between the use of soap with the prevalence of scabies P-value = 0.024 <α = 0.05. Suggestions such as providing health education with excellent and correct bathing methods, using liquid soap or antiseptic soap.

Back-Referral Program (PRB) is one way to improve the quality of the health services for BPJS participants in conducting quality control and cost control. The unavailability of pharmacies and drugs for PRB causes the PRB program not to run optimally, thus increasing the catastrophic disease sufferers and absorbing big claims in JKN. This study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach using the method of in-depth interviews and document review. The research informants' criteria were: the elements of the leadership and policy management officers in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office, Central Jakarta Health Office, Central Jakarta BPJS Health Center, Central Jakarta District Health Center, and Central Jakarta PRB Pharmacy. The results showed that the implementation performance was not optimal, which was influenced by policy standards and objectives, resources, communication between organizations, the implementers' attitude, the implementing organization's characteristics, and the economic, social, and politics. Coordination, commitment, and evaluation of activities from the Ministry of Health, BPJS Health, Government Service Goods Procurement Policy Institute, and DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office are needed in terms of the availability of this PRB drug.

The population in this study were all pregnant women who participated in pregnant women classes implementation at public health center Sanden, Bantul Regency, with a total sample of 32 people who were determined by total sampling. The results showed that the satisfaction of pregnant women in the pregnant women classes implementation at public health center Sanden, Bantul Regency were mostly satisfied as many as 22 people (68.8%). ), The satisfaction of pregnant women with the quality of class service for pregnant women at public health center Sanden, Bantul Regency was mostly satisfied as many as 24 people (75%). %), and pregnant women satisfaction with the class service system for pregnant women at public health center Sanden, Bantul Regency, was mostly satisfied as many as 22 people (68.8%). It’s advisable for health workers to maintain the quality of existing class services for pregnant women and always increase pregnant women knowledge about high-risk pregnancies by providing direct information.

Work stress is the pressure of the mind of work that is felt when the demands faced exceed the strength contained in the worker. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the workload of health workers has become very high compared to normal conditions, the ongoing emergency caused by Covid-19 has put health services under strong pressure. This study aims to determine the factors that cause work stress in the Barru District Health Office's fast-moving team. The research method used is quantitative with an analytical approach to cross-sectional study design, with a total sample of 65 people from the Covid-19 rapid response team taken by total sampling. used univariate and bivariate analysis using test Chi square. The results of the study found that there was something that affected work stress, namely the workload of the health department's fast-moving team during the COVID-19 pandemic handling Covid-19 (p = 0.010). While other variables did not affect work stress, namely the effect of work (p = 0.000), the influence of interpersonal relationships (p = 0.010), and the effect of work professionalism (p = 0.000) on the health service rapid movement team during the pandemic-19. The conclusion of this study is that there are those that affect work stress, namely the workload of the fast-moving team handling Covid-19, while the variables that do not affect work stress are the influence of work, the influence of interpersonal relationships, and the influence of work professionalism, on the fast-moving team handling Covid-19 It is recommended that the Barru District Health Office harmonize the work atmosphere at the Barru District Health Office, through activities in outdoor and outbound order to be able to maintain group and interpersonal relationships, and make rules that bind the fast-moving team to deal with Covid-19, especially the office. Barru Regency's health is related to additional tasks under certain conditions so that the leadership gives sanctions to the fast-moving team who do not work professionally in dealing with the covid-19 outbreak. <span lang="EN">The number of fraudulent acts on the management of capitation funds in various regions in Indonesia as a background in this study. The system was implemented by the Tanjung Selor health center and the Bulungan District Health Office in North Kalimantan in managing capitation funds without any fraud. This study using the case study method to examine the events faced in the management of capitation funds by research subjects. The findings indicate that there is not yet official regulation regarding the control system that is used as a guideline in the management of capitation funds. Control activities have been carried out, but only based on the obligations that must be carried out so that no fraud will occur.</span>

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of pulmonary TB disease management with the DOTS strategy at the Jagong Health Center, Central Aceh Regency.The implementation of Pulmonary TB Management with the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Shortcourse) strategy in the working area of the Jagong Health Center, Central Aceh Regency has been maximized. by facilitating and providing motivation so that patients want treatment in a complete and integrated manner, case detection can be carried out by health workers or cadres who have been given training to recognize the symptoms of pulmonary TB. The distribution of drugs is distributed to each puskesmas in Central Aceh Regency, from the Puskesmas the drugs are arranged directly by P2TB officers then given directly to the PMO or the patient himself. PMO performance has never been given special training about treatment, PMO only received direction from P2TB Pulmonary officers. Recording and reporting carried out at the Jagong Health Center includes case finding, treatment, and recovery. Suspected pulmonary TB will be recorded and then monitored until the results of the examination have been obtained. Recording and reporting will be reported every month in a meeting at the Central Aceh District Health Office. For the Central Aceh Regency government to further enhance the development and improvement of infrastructure in the health sector so that health services are more easily accessible to people in remote areas.

Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding only immediately after birth until the age of 6 months which is given as often as possible, unless drugs and vitamins can be given on medical indications. Based on the data obtained at the Solok District Health Office, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in 2016 decreased, the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding at KayuJao Health Center, Solok Regency, with a percentage of 39%. The purpose of this study was to see the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding for mothers who have babies in the Work Area of ​​the KayuJao Community Health Center, Solok Regency in 2017. This type of research is descriptive analytic. This research was conducted on 12-21 December 2017, with the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling and obtained a total sample of 51 respondents. The data were collected and then the data was processed using a computerized system and then analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis and then interpreted. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between experiences with exclusive breastfeeding with p-value = 0.046
