This study aims to identify and describe the development of an effective Suroboyo Bus management strategy. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Informants in this study were the public as Suroboyo Bus passengers, the Head of Operations Manager at Suroboyo Bus in Surabaya Transportation Department and the Head of Trash Management on Suroboyo Bus in the Surabaya City Green Cleaning and Open Space Office, and the Suroboyo Bus Organizer. Data analysis techniques using SWOT. The results in this study indicate that there are weaknesses and threats that can be overcome by using the strengths and opportunities that Suroboyo Bus has to develop. In this case, future strategies based on digital technology are formulated by implementing Excellent Public Service based on Digital Technology. In implementing the strategy, the focus is more on the use of digital technology to provide satisfying services to Suroboyo Bus users.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

This study aims to determine Public Services through the E-filling System at the Cilegon Primary Tax Service Office and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. To deepen the data analysis interviews, observation, and documentation were carried out. The theoretical basis used is public service. The results showed that the public service through the e-filling system was running well-reviewed with the theory of public service. But there are several supporting and inhibiting factors found. Supporting factors 1) employee upgrading, 2) socialization. The inhibiting factors are 1) lack of human resources, 2) e-filling applications are down or error

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. Abstract:The focus of this study is the translation errors contained in the subtitle film Upin and Ipin Terlajak Laris part one (Malaysian language into Indonesian. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources are in the form of documents (translation results). Data collection techniques use document analysis. Data analysis techniques 1. Transcribe the conversations in the movie Upin and Ipin, 2. Group the languages of Malaysia and Indonesian 3. Analyze the incompatibility between Malay and Indonesian languages, 4. Conclude the results of the analysis. The results are 20 words that are not accurate in translation.

The purpose of this investigation was to see how the consequences that arose after the conflict between online ojek and convensional ojek, The theory used in analyzing this research is conflict theory from Lewis A. Coser. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive type and the choice of irformation is purpose sampling. Data collection is by means of observation, interviews with data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman. The reseults of the investigation show that arise after the conflict between online ojek and conventional ojek are (1) Tight Solidarity; (2) Territorial Boundaries; (3) Compromises and New Norms.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education. Artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial dalam sentra pelayanan publik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian berupa penggunaan maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial sesuai dengan tingkatan yang sesuai dalam sebuah interaksi. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah dua contoh video pelayanan publik yang diperoleh dari situs youtube. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik simak catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dan menggunakan alur pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan secara tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan representasi maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial dalam sentra pelayanan publik mengarah pada (1) penggunaan kata dasar. (2) penggunaan vokal dalam sebuah kata. (3) penggunaan suku kata terakhir sebuah kata. dan (4)  penggunaan konsonan dalam sebuah kata.Katakunci: kolokial,  kuantitas,  maksim,  pelayananAbstract:This article will describe the maxim of quantity of colloquial use in public service centers. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data in this research is the use of maxim of quantity in colloquial use based on the appropriate level in an interaction. Sources of data in the study are two examples of public service videos obtained from the YouTube site. Data collection was conducted by using note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used the theory of Miles and Huberman and the flow of data collection, data reduction and conclusion. The results show that the representation of maxim of quantity in colloquial use in public service centers leads to (1) the use of basic words. (2) the use of vowels in a word. Pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien adalah tuntutan dari masyarakat kepada instansi pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanannya. DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang meluncurkan inovasi pelayanan publik. Inovasi yang diluncurkan oleh DPMPTSP adalah Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, yaitu Jemput Online Single Submission Bersama Instansi Terkait dan Malam Hari Bisa. Inovasi ini merupakan bukti bahwa DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar telah melakukan percepatan pelayanan dan sekaligus menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Jauhnya lokasi kantor yang berada di tengah kota serta persyaratan yang belum diketahui banyak masyarakat menjadi dasar diluncurkannya inovasi Joss Banget Mas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mendeskripsikan terkait pelayanan Joss Banget Mas. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang dipilih oleh peneliti dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi pelayanan Joss Banget Mas telah beroperasi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebijakan PP No. 24 Tahun 2018. Selanjutnya sumber ide-ide inovasi mendapatkan masukan dari pegawai maupun masyarakat. Budaya inovasi pada inovasi Joss Banget Mas adalah penyederhanaan syarat-syarat sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendaftarkan perizinan usahanya. Selanjutnya kemampuan dan alat inovasi Joss Banget Mas cukup memadahi tetapi terdapat kekurangan pada bagian alat yang digunakan. Kemudian tujuan, hasil, pendorong dan hambatan adalah untuk mempermudah pelaku usaha dalam memperoleh perizinan berusaha, hambatannya yaitu sering terjadi error dan down pada server OSS. Terakhir, DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar mengadakan pelayanan mandiri kepada masyarakat guna mengumpulkan data inovasi untuk inovasi tunggal. Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik, Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, Online Single Submission (OSS).   Effective and efficient services are demands from the community on government agencies in providing their services. DPMPTSP Blitar regency of the government agencies that has launched public service innovations. The innovation launched by the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency call as Joss Banget Mas Service with Online Single Submission Delivery with Related Agencies and Can Night. This innovation is proof that the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency and at the same time answers the problems faced by the community. The remote location of the launch of the Joss Banget Mas innovation. The purpose of this research is to describe the services related to Joss Banget Mas. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is the type with the data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the Joss Banget Mas service innovation had operated well and was in accordance with applicable policies. The second indicator of governance and innovation in its implementation is in accordance with PP. 24 of 2018. Furthermore, sources of innovative ideas get input from employees and the public. The culture of innovation in Joss Banget Mas innovation is the simplification of the requirements so that it makes it easier for the public to register business licenses. Furthermore, the capabilities and innovation tools of Joss Banget Mas were sufficient but there were shortcoming in the parts of the tools used. Then the objectives, results, drivers and obstacles are to make it easier for business actors to obtain business licenses, there are also obstacles, namely frequent errors and downs on the OSS server. Finally, DPMPTSP Blitar Regency provides independent services to the community to collect innovation data for a single innovation. Abstract: The purpose of this research to determine the policy of the National Police in resolving criminal acts of minor theft through Restorative Justice (a case study of the legal area of the Indralaya sector police). This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this research amounted to seven people, three from the police and four from the community. Data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity test of the data used includes the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done before, it can be concluded that the policy carried out by the police in resolving criminal acts of minor theft through Restorative Justice is by conducting mediation. The steps to implementing this mediation are to bring together parties who are litigating, making compensation or compensation, and making a letter of peace.Keywords: Police Policy, Minor Theft, Restorative Justice Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan Polri dalam menyelesaikan tindak pidana pencurian ringan melalui Restorative Justice (studi kasus daerah hukum kepolisian sektor Indralaya). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tujuh orang, tiga orang dari pihak kepolisian dan empat orang dari masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan meliputi uji credibility, uji transferability, uji dependability, dan uji confirmability. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan yang di lakukan oleh polri dalam menyelesaikan tindak pidana pencurian ringan melalui Restorative Justice yaitu dengan melakukan mediasi. Adapun langkah-langkah pelaksanaan mediasi ini yaitu mempertemukan para pihak yang berperkara, melakukan kompensasi atau ganti rugi, dan membuat surat perdamaian.Kata kunci: Kebijakan Polri, Pencurian ringan, Restorative Justice
