This study aims to prove empirically the relationship of collective deprivation and aggressiveness. Variables that will be examined in this study is composed of the independent variable (X), namely collective deprivation and dependent variable (Y) is aggressiveness. The hypothesis in this study, is "There is a positive relationship between collective deprivation with aggressiveness". The data in this study will be analyzed by using Product Moment run the SPS program. Results of the analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of 0.094 at p equal to 0.646 (p>0.05) means that there is no relationship between collective deprivation with aggressiveness, in other words there is no relationship between collective deprivation with aggressiveness, so that this hypothesis was rejected. The results of the Z-test to collective deprivation z values obtained for 5807 at p 0.000 (p<0.01), then the average - average collective deprivation on respondents showed the presence of high deprivation, but the Z-test results values obtained against the aggressiveness of - 17 388 at p 0.000 (p<0.01) that shows that the subjects in this study were relatively low aggressiveness

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. The relationship of fear of COVID-19, resilience, and religiosity in the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, which affects life in many areas of psychological, social, economic, cultural, religious, has been examined in this study. In this study, 337 people, including 219 women (65%) and 118 men (35%), participated. The present research was a descriptively based quantitative study based on the relational survey model. COVID-19 Fear Scale, Brief Resilience Scale and Religiosity Scale were used to collect data. In addition, a Personal Information Form was used to obtain information and opinions about COVID-19 and determine demographic characteristics. The t-test, correlation and regression analysis were used in statistical processes. The findings obtained in this research showed that women have more fear of COVID-19 than men, and men have higher resilience and religiosity scores than women. In addition, it was observed that there was a significant and negative relationship between the fear of COVID-19 and resilience, religiosity and age, a significant and positive relationship between resilience and religiosity and age, and a significant and positive relationship between religiosity and age. Finally, it was found that resilience, religiosity and age together were predictors of COVID-19 fear. However, when looking at the t-test results of the significance of the regression coefficients, it was seen that only resilience was a significant predictor of COVID-19 fear. The findings obtained are discussed in light of the literature.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a degenerative disease that can be controlled with the four pillars of management. One of the pillars is compliance in the implementation of the diet "3J". This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge with dietary compliance in patients with DM in Posyandu Lansia Cempaka, Tembok Dukuh, Bubutan, Surabaya. The study design is analytic correlation with approach cross sectional. Sample research is patients with DM in Posyandu Lansia Cempaka the active come Posyandu Lansia of as many as 33 patients. The independent variable is the knowledge of diet DM. The dependent variable is a dietary compliance in patients with DM. Analysis of data using correlation coefficient with somers test. The results showed that people with diabetes who have a good knowledge of most of the diet compliance in the diet is also good. The results of the analysis test Somers obtained pvalue of 0.000 means that there is a relationship between knowledge and dietary compliance in patients with DM, with level of closeness 0,154 (0,00 <| r | ≤ 0,20) with significance of closeness that is very low or very weak. Recommendations on these results in order to develop methods of collecting data through interviews and observations to gain a more realistic picture of the data. Also developed variables that affect the knowledge and compliance such as the characteristics of respondents and family support.

The problem in this study is the lack of activeness and motivation of students of SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru in the learning activities of volleyball games, especially in learning service below, so that learning activities do not run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation with the ability to serve under the volleyball game of SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students. This study is correlational that connects the independent variable, motivation (X) with the dependent variable, namely the ability to serve under the game of volleyball (Y). The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, totaling 335 people. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling, so that the students sampled in this study amounted to 54 people. Data collection for motivation is done by distributing questionnaires and service capabilities under Russel-Lange. The data obtained were analyzed using thecorrelation formula product moment with α = 0.05. Hypothesis test results show there is a relationship between motivation and the ability to service down in the game of volleyball (rxy = 0.345> rtable 0.281) and (tarithmetic = 2.520> ttable = 2.012). This means that the higher motivation possessed by SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students, the tendency of lower service ability in volleyball games is also increasing. In another sense, the hypothesis is accepted (significant).

Целью данного исследования была проверка гипотез о взаимосвязи виктимизации личности с ее внешним локусом контроля и мотивацией избегания неудач. Виктимизация - событие насилия или опыт переживания насилия, процесс и результат превращения индивида в жертву преступного посягательства. Необходимость изучения виктимизации объясняется ее широким распространением в обществе и многочисленными отрицательными последствиями для ее жертв. Степень виктимизации испытуемых оценивалась по авторской методике, локус контроля - по модифицированной шкале Дж. Роттера, мотивация достижения успеха или избегания неудач с помощью адаптированного опросника А. Мехрабиана. В исследовании принял участие 641 респондент - 362 женщины и 279 мужчин в возрасте от 17 до 77 лет - представители разных профессий, статусов и регионов проживания. Установлено, что для участников исследования общая и реализованная виктимизация, агрессивное и некритичное поведение положительно связаны с экстернальностью. У представителей женского пола при зависимом поведении есть также значимая положительная связь с экстернальностью. Общая виктимизация респондентов, агрессивное и зависимое поведение положительно коррелируют с мотивацией к избеганию неудач; с последней также положительно связана реализованная виктимизация у женщин и девушек. С возрастом у женщин снижается склонность к виктимизации за счет уменьшения агрессивной составляющей. Подтверждается положительная связь между экстернальностью и мотивацией избегания неудач. Полученные результаты развивают, дополняют и конкретизируют результаты соответствующих зарубежных исследований. Victimization is an event of violence or the experience of experiencing violence, the process and result of turning an individual into a victim of a criminal assault. The need to study victimization is explained by its wide distribution in society and the many negative consequences for its victims. The purpose of this study is to test hypotheses about the relationship in the Russian-speaking society of victimization with external locus control and the motivation for avoiding failure. The objectives of the study: 1) to identify possible relationships between the components of victimization and externalism and the motivation to avoid failure for men, women, boys and girls; 2) to discover the general and differences for these groups of individuals; 3) compare the results with the findings of foreign researchers. The degree of victimization of the subjects was assessed by the author’s method, the locus of control - using the modified Rotter scale, and the motivation to achieve success or avoid failure - by the adapted Mehrabian questionnaire. The study involved 641 subjects - 362 women and 279 men aged 17 to 77 years - representatives of different professions, statuses and regions of residence. Statistical analysis of the test results was carried out using the SPSS package - 20.00. It has been established that for men, women, boys and girls, general and implemented victimization, aggressive and uncritical behavior are positively associated with externality. Female with addictive behavior also has a significant positive relationship with externality. For men, women, boys and girls, general victimization, aggressive and dependent behavior positively correlate with motivation to avoid failure; the latter is also positively associated with implemented victimization in women and girls. With age in women, the tendency to victimization decreases due to a decrease in the aggressive component. There is a positive relationship between externality and the motivation to avoid failure. The results obtained develop, supplement and specify the results of relevant foreign studies.

ABSTRACTThe complex and abstract characteristics of Chemical materials requires students to have higher thinking skills to learn. Relationship of students' thinking skills and the ability to learn chemistry indicates the need of formal thinking skills in learning chemistry. This study aimed at describing the grade X students’ thinking skills and learning outcomes, and finding the correlation of grade X students’ learning outcomes and their formal thinking skills. The results of analysis revealed that as many as 7 students were able to correctly answer the burney test questions and achieved value range of 17-24. This value was included in the criteria of formal thinking. In addition, the preferred correct answers were the correlation a land combinatorial reasoning. A total of 10 students of grade XD, SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak obtained test results of chemistry achievement at ≥ 65, while 26 students scored completeness at ≤ 65. The data obtained showed the positive correlation between formal thinking skills and learning outcomes with correlation coefficient sof 0.514 or 51.4%. Hence, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship of formal thinking skills and students’ learning outcomes in learning chemistry.Keywords : Students’ learning outcomes, The ability of Formal thinking, Learning Chemistry

IMPROVING TEACHER CREATIVITY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICATIONTeacher creativity is the teacher's ability to create new things in teaching so that they have variations in teaching that driving students to be more active and creative. In essence, if teaching is carried out properly, it can be said to be creative. The key to the success of creative development lies in teaching creatively and efficiently in conducive interactions. This is not easy and requires expertise and creativity in learning activities to achieve what is expected. This study aims to point out efforts to increase teacher creativity through an examination of the relationship between research variables, namely the relationship between servant leadership and teacher creativity, the relationship between self-efficacy and teacher creativity, the relationship of both servant leadership and self-efficacy with teacher creativity. The study was conducted using correlational statistical methods to determine whether other variables, namely servant leadership and self-efficacy have a positive relationship with teacher creativity. The research was conducted to the permanent teachers of the SMP Foundation throughout Cigudeg District, Bogor Regency with a population of 267 and a sample of 159 teachers. The results showed that there was a very strong and very significant positive relationship between servant leadership and teacher creativity with a correlation coefficient ρyx1 = 0.983; there is a very strong and very significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and teacher creativity with a correlation coefficient ρyx2 = 0.980, and there is a very strong and very significant positive relationship both servant leadership and self-efficacy together with teacher creativity with the correlation coefficient ρyx3 = 0.989. This evidence shows that teacher creativity can be increased through servant leadership and  self-efficacy.

This study aims to determine: the relationship of pedagogic competence to the creativity of PAI Teachers in junior high schools throughout Jambi; the relationship of work motivation to the creativity of Guru PAI in junior high school in Jambi City; the relationship of pedagogic competence and work motivation to the creativity of PAI Teachers in junior high school all Jambi city together. This research is a quantitative research with correlational approach. The population in this research is all Islamic Religious Education Teachers in junior high school in Jambi City, the sample in this research is 58 teachers. Data collected through questionnaire. Data analysis technique using data normality test analysis, data linearity test, partial correlation test and multiple test. Hypothesis testing using path analysis with significance level a = 0,05. Three conclusions of the research are: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between Pedagogic Competence with Teacher Creativity with correlation coefficient of 0.728 and contribution 53,1%. 2), a positive relationship between Work Motivation with Teacher Creativity with Coefficient correlation of 0,575 and contribution 31,3%. 3), it was also found positive relationship between Pedagogic Competence and Work Motivation with Teacher Creativity with a correlation coefficient of 0.767 and 58.8% contribution. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between pedagogic competence and work motivation with teacher's creativity in teaching.

The current study want to determine the relationship between imagination of factional brand suitability and symbolic and trade name preference by Active brand detergent consumers. The population was consisted of all citizenship above 18 years old who live in Sanandaj city (423458 person). According to the study subject nature and studied population, it is used available sampling and 384 person completed the questionnaire based on the kokoran Formula. The study was done in a descriptive method of correlation type. Questionnaire was the information compilation tool that was distributed among respondents after estimating validity and perpetuity. Cronbach's Alph amount in questionnaire was 0/966 .Data were entered by spss20 software and data were analyzed by statistical Tests (spearman correlation coefficient). hypothesizes test results indicated that imagination variables of functional suitability and symbolic have relationship with Active brand preference by consumers. Consumers acquaintance with Active brand have positive relationship with functional and symbolic suitability imagination.
