This study seeks to provide an overview of the management of waqf management at the Raodhatul Jannah mosque, Jene Tallasa Village, Gowa Regency. The not yet certified waqf land can jeopardize the donated land in the future. The quality of human resources for managing mosques is also lacking in quality in developing waqf assets to be more productive. This study aims to provide an overview to the parties involved, in this case waqf, regarding the nature of waqf in Indonesia which has been unproductive and many have not been certified as a consideration for increasing the use of waqf assets in the future. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is the problematic management of waqf in Raodhatul Jannah mosque lies in the land of waqf which is not yet certified due to inevitable obstacles. Most of the mosque managers only run religious and social programs and have not focused on developing waqf assets in a more productive direction.

This study seeks to provide an overview of an effective strategy for waqf asset management through a model recommendation in Mamajang District, Makasar City. The low quality of human resources, in this case is nadzir in managing waqf assets, causes waqf to be unproductive in Indonesia. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide an overview to the parties concerned, in this case waqf, regarding the unproductive nature of waqf in Indonesia so far so that it can be taken into consideration for the increase of waqf in the future. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained are Nazhir in the district. Mamajang does not carry out its duties according to the existing law. The donation process carried out in the district. Mamajang is only intended for the construction of religious facilities and there are still waqf lands that have not been certified due to problems with Nazhir in managing land certificates that do not exist.

Padang. Salon is a profitable business, they consider that in the future the salon and beauty business is getting more advanced. Because now, the salon has become a basic need that must be met as a place of care and body beauty. This study aims to describe the profile of the beauty salon business in the city of Padang as seen from a) the quality of human resources (SDM), b) professional ethics of workers, c) the facilities and infrastructure used and d) the types of services provided. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was the leaders and workers of beauty salons registered at the P2T Office in Padang City which the total are 14 people and all were sampled (total sampling). Data collection technique was by using questionnaires adjusted in the form of Guttmann scale and Likert scale that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula and categorization. Based on the results of the study note the level of achievement of respondents about the quality of human resources with the most TCR value is moderate and (71,42%), the level of achievement of respondents about professional ethics of employees with the most TCR value is moderate (76,67%), Level respondents' achievements about the type of service with the most TCR values ​​were very good (91,32%) and there were 6 equipment that could not be fully provided by all beauty salon types of Pratama in Padang City, there were 5 building standards that could not be fully owned by all beauty salons in Padang City and all good water standards that are fully owned by all beauty salons.This research is expected that the results of this study can be used as a source of information and input for the owner of Sali for the sake of the success of the salon in the future and be able to immediately correct any deficiencies in the salon so that the visiting respondents become satisfied and intend to return again at some time. The purpose of this research is to explain the authority of LPD financial management in Badung Regency, after the enactment of the Badung Regency Regulation No. 29/2013 and to find out the direction of the utilization of LPD coaching funds in Badung Regency. This research used normative legal research, with a statutory approach that specifically regulates the financial management authority of the LPD after the enactment of the Badung Regency Regulation number 29 of 2013. The data sources used were primary and secondary legal materials. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method, namely the presentation by describing in detail certain aspects related to the problem being researched. The results showed that the authority to regulate the implementation of village credit institution activities in Badung Regency is still handled by the Provincial government because so far the Province has never handed over or delegated this authority to Badung Regency. Second, the utilization of village credit institution development funds is to provide guidance to LPDs in Bali and to improve the performance and quality of LPD management human resources.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

The research used descriptive qualitative method. Service was said to be of quality if the service received more than expected, satisfying if the service received the same as expected and if the service received less than expected, the service was said to be of low quality. The results show that the service quality provided by the Fisheries, Agriculture and Fisheries Department of North Barito Regency was considered satisfactory in terms of dimensions of responsiveness, dimensions of assurance and empathy. While the dimensions of reliability and dimensions of tangibles are considered unsatisfactory. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the Fisheries, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry Department of North Barito Regency will be able to improve the quality of services by improving the quality of human resources and making new breakthroughs in fish farming technology.

National development that  lasts  all the  time,  then the  development of higher education is still prioritized by the government to continue to grow, including the role and  duties of lecturers. Strategy  setting is part  of long-term development. The goal is in the most appropriate way in the future to be able. Improving the quality of higher education can not be separated from the quality of human resources owned. Therefore, improving the quality of the behavior and behavior of lecturers as teachers through education channels and  effective training programs in their  work is needed. With qualified human resources, it is expected that  higher education will become an institution capable of effectively facing the challenges of the future.

Along with the development and challenges of the times, the curriculum is always run into changing, as well the systemic and purposefull development. the curriculum implementation should be able to realize the vision, mission, and goals of national education gradually. the most basic of change and development of curriculum  is changing and developing early childhood curriculum. because the quality of Early Childhood Education determines the quality of Indonesian human resources (HR) in the future, one of which is the 2013 early childhood curriculum. currently early childhood education has had its own curriculum, because during this time early childhood education doesn't have an curriculum. the 2013 Early Childhood curriculum  is expected to encourage the development of learners optimally.

Abstract Weak knowledge about religion can lead to something fatal, especially in diverse areas, which causes people to sometimes not be able to distinguish between religion and culture, between belief and society, including the Lake Paris sub-district which is a border area with North Sumatra, and is the gateway to The influx of migrants from outside the region, the issue of the shallowing of faith was a flashlight for the Acehnese community, so this needs to be the attention of all parties. To anticipate the occurrence of this silting of faith, several policies were launched by the Aceh government, including the birth of Aceh Qanun No. 8 of 2015 including the basis for consideration of this, as well as the establishment of Dayah in the Aceh border region, including in Aceh Singkil, to be precise, which is located in Danau Paris District its purpose includes fortifying the people from the shallowing of the creed. The strategy carried out by the Safinatussalamah Frontier Dayah on the issue of the shallowing of the creed is through improving the quality of dayah education, in the context of cadre of Da'I as the successor of the missionary struggle, as well as socio-religious activities for the community with the aim of providing religious understanding through Friday sermons and also provide motivation in terms of education through the provision of scholarships for the people of the Danau Paris sub-district, so that it can produce human resources who are knowledgeable and reliable in providing religious understanding for the people of the Danau paris sub-district in the future. Keywords: Strategy, Dayah, Silence of Faith         Abstrak Lemahnya pengetahuan tentang agama dapat mengakibatkan sesuatu yang fatal apalagi pada daerah-daerah yang majmuk, yang menyebabkan masyarakat terkadang tidak mampu membedakan antara agama dan budaya, antara keyakinan dan sosial, termasuk kecamatan Danau Paris yang merupakan daerah perbatasan dengan sumatera utara, dan merupakan pintu masuknya pendatang dari luar daerah, Isu pendangkalan akidah ini sempat senter bagi kalangan masyarakat Aceh, sehingga hal ini perlu menjadi perhatian semua pihak. Untuk mengantisifasi terjadinya pendangkalan akidah ini, beberapa kebijakan sempat diluncurkan pemerintah aceh, termasuk lahirnya Qanun Aceh No 8 tahun 2015 termasuk dasar pertimbangan hal tersebut, begitu juga pendirian Dayah diwilayah perbatasan Aceh, termasuk di Aceh Singkil, tepatnya yang berada di Kecamatan Danau paris salah satu tujuannya termasuk membentengi umat dari pendangkalan Akidah. Strategi yang dilakukan Dayah Perbatasan safinatussalamah terhadap Isu pendangkalan Akidah  ini, melalui peningkatan mutu pendidikan dayah, dalam rangka pengkaderan Da’I sebagai penerus perjuangan dakwah, begitu juga dengan kegiatan sosial keagamaan bagi masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman agama melalui khutbah jum’at dan juga memberikan motivasi dalam hal pendidikan melalui pemberian beasiswa bagi masyarakat kecamatan Danau Paris, sehingga dapat melahirkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang berilmu dan handal dalam memberikan pemahaman keagamaan bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Danau paris pada masa akan datang. Abstract:Parents, communities and governments put great attention to education of children, knowing that the quality of early childhood is a reflection of the quality of the nation in the future. So it can be said that the condition of children in Indonesia is now a picture of human resources in the future. In Islam, a child has a vertical relationship with God as creator, and horizontal relationships with parents and communities are responsible for educating him to be a religious man. Although the incidence of human nature state that a child (baby) is holy, but he has the potential to be good through the cultivation of religious values early and proper education. When a coaching is wrong, it causes people to be evil and bad. This could be due to either foster care, regardless of the value of education and religious norms. Key words: Investment Islamic values and age of the child.

Lam Dong is evaluated as a potential province in socio-economic development in the Central Highlands for many years. The development speed of Lam Dong contributes significantly to the development speed of the Central Highlands and the whole country. Contributing to that growth, we must mention Lam Dong's strategy of investing in the quality of human resources. More specifically, the input of high quality human resources based on local strengths is the fast, strong and sustainable direction of Lam Dong in recent years. This paper focuses on analyzing and evaluating the quality of human resources in Lam Dong in three aspects considered to be "three specialties" of Lam Dong which are human resources in the field of high-tech agriculture and human resources. in the field of tourism services and human resources for ethnic minorities. Since then, the article proposes solutions directions in the strategy for developing human resources, especially high-quality human resources of Lam Dong in the future.
