Abstract Weak knowledge about religion can lead to something fatal, especially in diverse areas, which causes people to sometimes not be able to distinguish between religion and culture, between belief and society, including the Lake Paris sub-district which is a border area with North Sumatra, and is the gateway to The influx of migrants from outside the region, the issue of the shallowing of faith was a flashlight for the Acehnese community, so this needs to be the attention of all parties. To anticipate the occurrence of this silting of faith, several policies were launched by the Aceh government, including the birth of Aceh Qanun No. 8 of 2015 including the basis for consideration of this, as well as the establishment of Dayah in the Aceh border region, including in Aceh Singkil, to be precise, which is located in Danau Paris District its purpose includes fortifying the people from the shallowing of the creed. The strategy carried out by the Safinatussalamah Frontier Dayah on the issue of the shallowing of the creed is through improving the quality of dayah education, in the context of cadre of Da'I as the successor of the missionary struggle, as well as socio-religious activities for the community with the aim of providing religious understanding through Friday sermons and also provide motivation in terms of education through the provision of scholarships for the people of the Danau Paris sub-district, so that it can produce human resources who are knowledgeable and reliable in providing religious understanding for the people of the Danau paris sub-district in the future. Keywords: Strategy, Dayah, Silence of Faith         Abstrak Lemahnya pengetahuan tentang agama dapat mengakibatkan sesuatu yang fatal apalagi pada daerah-daerah yang majmuk, yang menyebabkan masyarakat terkadang tidak mampu membedakan antara agama dan budaya, antara keyakinan dan sosial, termasuk kecamatan Danau Paris yang merupakan daerah perbatasan dengan sumatera utara, dan merupakan pintu masuknya pendatang dari luar daerah, Isu pendangkalan akidah ini sempat senter bagi kalangan masyarakat Aceh, sehingga hal ini perlu menjadi perhatian semua pihak. Untuk mengantisifasi terjadinya pendangkalan akidah ini, beberapa kebijakan sempat diluncurkan pemerintah aceh, termasuk lahirnya Qanun Aceh No 8 tahun 2015 termasuk dasar pertimbangan hal tersebut, begitu juga pendirian Dayah diwilayah perbatasan Aceh, termasuk di Aceh Singkil, tepatnya yang berada di Kecamatan Danau paris salah satu tujuannya termasuk membentengi umat dari pendangkalan Akidah. Strategi yang dilakukan Dayah Perbatasan safinatussalamah terhadap Isu pendangkalan Akidah  ini, melalui peningkatan mutu pendidikan dayah, dalam rangka pengkaderan Da’I sebagai penerus perjuangan dakwah, begitu juga dengan kegiatan sosial keagamaan bagi masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman agama melalui khutbah jum’at dan juga memberikan motivasi dalam hal pendidikan melalui pemberian beasiswa bagi masyarakat kecamatan Danau Paris, sehingga dapat melahirkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang berilmu dan handal dalam memberikan pemahaman keagamaan bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Danau paris pada masa akan datang. Padang. Salon is a profitable business, they consider that in the future the salon and beauty business is getting more advanced. Because now, the salon has become a basic need that must be met as a place of care and body beauty. This study aims to describe the profile of the beauty salon business in the city of Padang as seen from a) the quality of human resources (SDM), b) professional ethics of workers, c) the facilities and infrastructure used and d) the types of services provided. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was the leaders and workers of beauty salons registered at the P2T Office in Padang City which the total are 14 people and all were sampled (total sampling). Data collection technique was by using questionnaires adjusted in the form of Guttmann scale and Likert scale that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula and categorization. Based on the results of the study note the level of achievement of respondents about the quality of human resources with the most TCR value is moderate and (71,42%), the level of achievement of respondents about professional ethics of employees with the most TCR value is moderate (76,67%), Level respondents' achievements about the type of service with the most TCR values ​​were very good (91,32%) and there were 6 equipment that could not be fully provided by all beauty salon types of Pratama in Padang City, there were 5 building standards that could not be fully owned by all beauty salons in Padang City and all good water standards that are fully owned by all beauty salons.This research is expected that the results of this study can be used as a source of information and input for the owner of Sali for the sake of the success of the salon in the future and be able to immediately correct any deficiencies in the salon so that the visiting respondents become satisfied and intend to return again at some time. This study aims to determine and analyze the urgency of Zakat Intensification in Riau province which is an absolute thing to improve the collection results so that it can improve the quality of life and create sustainable community welfare in Riau Province. Technical research was carried out using literature and observation methods. The results showed that the Intensification of Zakat in Riau Province Urgen (Important and Urgent) to be immediately carried out by the Regional Government of Riau Province together with the Legislature and Zakat Institutions and other elements of society, is useful so that the people of Riau Province can play an active role (participate) better in the future. in management, especially in maximizing the collection of Zakat, Utilization and new initiatives for the revival of Zakat in Riau. Recovery in people who are reluctant to give zakat needs to be done. One way is: by regulating sanctions, both criminal in the Regional Regulation for anyone Muslim and Muslim who do not want to deposit their zakat is recorded and given proportional sanctions, the point is to maximize zakat. Waqf is one of Islam’s teachings that contain spiritual and material elements. Waqf is defined as something that is given for the usefulness of the people (as a charity) or for purposes related to Islam. This article aims to embrace the concept of waqf from the perspective of history, fiqh, and also macroeconomic perspective. The results show that waqf is one of Islamic teachings and also pre-Islamic teachings in providing their places of worship. From the fiqh perspective, fiqh scholars have explained the concept of waqf in the books of fiqh based on the al-Quran, the hadith and also their ijtihad. The concept of fiqh always undergoes development following the development of human reason. This is because the majority of waqf concepts are based on ijtihad which can change time and place. From the macroeconomic perspective, waqf property plays a role in building the necessary facilities of the community such as places of worship, educational institutions and also health centers. These facilities are believed to improve the quality of Human Resources (Sumber Daya Insani).

The existence of majelis taklim felt increasingly important and expected to play a bigger role in addressing various problems arising in the community. However, in organizing and managing its activities, not a few problems and obstacles faced by majelis taklim. It is quite a lot of faced is the management aspects, organization, and administration are weak and less systematic review and quality of human resources (HR) is still limited. One of the root of the problem is the lack of a proselytizing missionary or ustadzah who is able to provide good, systematic and qualified congregations. The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe religious activities majelis taklim in Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi. 2) Describe the obstacles in the effectiveness of religious activities majelis taklim in Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi. This study is a research Community-based parcipatory research (CBPR) Researchers directly jumped to make changes, and see the changes that occur. The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation and observation. Data analysis in this research is done during and after data collecting by using descriptive-critical-comparative method, and content analysis method. From the explanation described, it is concluded: 1) Religious Activity Program of Majelis Taklim made the residents of Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi Environment Balongrawe Kelurahan Kedundung Magersari Subdistrict Mojokerto City is enthusiastic in following and deepening the religious knowledge of Islam. 2) The obstacles encountered are locations that are less representative of the narrow musholla and temat wudlu which he only point. This article was written with the aim of discussing the situation of the people who live on the borders of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, which are classified as far from the reach of the government regarding justice and justice. Management is the art of regulating the process of utilizing human resources and other sources effectively and efficiently to achieve certain goals. Management has been used by many companies in this world, also has been influenced by social values including religion. Muslims who always adhere to Islamic law as a way of life properly will receive benefits in the form of Maqasid Sharia based on the level of Maslahah given by Allah. Humans, as the manager for themselves, for their family, or for their organization also really need to protect things in the concept of Maqasid Sharia and determine the level of protection using the concept of Maslahah. This can also be applied to companies, especially if its people are muslim, to make the company, management, and the people therein happy, live long, and blessed by Allah. Islamic Analytix is an Information Services company based in Singapore. This company provides Market Research, Market Analytics, and Market Intelligence through the platform. The staff, managers, and directors are mostly Muslim. The result of this research shows that Islamic Analytix Singapore is implementing Islamic management based on Maqasid Sharia. It can be seen from the good religious attainment (ad-Din), good quality of the life (an-Nafs), good quality of science or intellect (al-Aql), good quality of offspring (an-Nasl), and good quantity of wealth (al-Maal). These results also according to the maslahah concept such as primary needs (dharuriyyat), secondary needs (hajjiyyah), and tertiary needs (tahsiniyyah).

Education is a government effort to educate the people of Indonesia, as mandated in the opening of the Constitution 1945, Human resources education is an important factor for the success of an education that must be managed with the most, because with the management of human resources education this educational institution can produce quality graduatesto realize the quality of the college graduates are required a qualified HR lecturer through the management of human resources in the University of Kutai Kartanegara. Human Resource Management (MSDM) is managing recruitment, selection, awarding, efforts to maintain assessment and promotion of personnel to gain the welfare or sanction of the institutions. The research objectives are: (1) to describe the mechanism of HR recruitment. 2 To describe the efforts to increase HR capability. (3) to describe the HR career level. (4) to describe the welfare of human resources. (5) to describe the process of termination or termination of human resources at Kutai Kartanegara University. This method of research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are conducted with; Interviews, observations, photography, and documentation. Data was analyzed by the interactive model Milles Huberman (1994), namely; Data collection, data reduction, display data, and conclusion. Data validity checks are conducted to test credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the study found (1) Therecruitment of resources lecturer in education and teaching is determined by the quality of lecturers. (2) Improving the resource capability of lecturers measured through performance. 3 Career Enhancement lecturer conducted with the implementation of college followers (4) Lecturers get guaranteed income, based on the performance report of lecturers (5) dismissal and sanctions system and award based monitoring, performance of lecturers using a written record system.

Abstract:Parents, communities and governments put great attention to education of children, knowing that the quality of early childhood is a reflection of the quality of the nation in the future. So it can be said that the condition of children in Indonesia is now a picture of human resources in the future. In Islam, a child has a vertical relationship with God as creator, and horizontal relationships with parents and communities are responsible for educating him to be a religious man. Although the incidence of human nature state that a child (baby) is holy, but he has the potential to be good through the cultivation of religious values early and proper education. When a coaching is wrong, it causes people to be evil and bad. This could be due to either foster care, regardless of the value of education and religious norms.
