This study aims to describe the transparency of the bureaucratic arena of Pesisir Barat District and Pesawaran District in the implementation of government. This research is a research using descriptive quantitative research type. This research is also comparative (comparative research), because the research method is conducted to know the comparison of transparency between the bureaucratic arena of Pesisir Barat District and Pesawaran District seen from one indicator, that is access test result. The research findings show that most of the public documents contained in access tests are considered to be highly sensitive documents according to the perceptions of government actors. So that governance in Pesisir Barat District and Pesawaran District tend to be closed. Although the transparency in Pesawaran District is better than the West Coast District, which is an average of 1.36; but approaching tend to be closed. While the Pesisir Barat District has a value of 0.63 which means tend to be very closed. Thus, governance in these two new autonomous regions is still not transparent, in accordance with the demands of public disclosure rules. Justice, transparency, participation, and accountability are prerequisites for good and clean governance of corruption, collusion and nepotism. Keywords: Governance, Transparency, Accessibility, Public Documents, Autonomous Region

Vaccination, which is often seen as a health policy intervention, has proven to be the most effective at reducing the spread of infectious diseases globally. However, the perception of anti-vaccines, misunderstanding of information related to vaccines, and even doubts about vaccines are still common in the community—no exception related to the COVID-19 global vaccination. Therefore, we need a study that can answer the determinant variable of the COVID-19 vaccination intention, especially in Indonesia. This study answers how personal attitude, subjective norm, and perceived feasibility with religious and media literacy moderation influence the public intention in using the COVID-19 vaccine in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative research approach, with an explanative research type. We used Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), and Decomposed Theory of Planned Behaviour (DPTB) as a determinant model with a variable of religiosity and media literacy as a moderating variable for the intention of vaccination COVID-19 in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province as one of the provinces with the largest population and one of Indonesia's largest number of COVID-19 cases. Data collection was carried out online and offline with 100 respondents.

Background: PTM is a disease that is not caused by bacterial infection including degenerative chronic disease. Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu) is one of the empowerment program that aims to increase community participation in controlling risk factors for non-communicable diseases. Based on data obtained in Dusun Tegalsari, Donotirto village, Posbindu PTM activity was attended by 30 participants from 478 people aged > 15 years and still low in its utilization and participation. Objective: The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of knowledge, attitude and family support with the utilization of Posbindu PTM in Degotary Tegalsari Donotirto Village Kretek District, Bantul Regency. Method: This research type is descriptive quantitative research with cross-sectional research design. The population in this study as many as 30 people in which researchers took from the population of Degotary Tegalsari village Donotirto > 15 years old and actively participate in the activities posbindu PTM. Sampling using samples saturated as many as 30 people.Instrument in this research is questionnaire by using Chi Square test. Result: The result of Chi Square test shows that there is no correlation between knowledge with the utilization of Posbindu PTM with the result of significant value (P value) the correlation between knowledge with PTM Posbindu utilization is 0.778 (P value >a ). The existence of correlationbetween attitude with utilization of Posbindu PTM with result of significant value (Pvalue) equal to 0,003 (Pvalue <a). The existence of correlationbetween family support with utilization of posbindu PTM with result of significant value (P value) equal to 0,001 (P value <a). Conclusion: There is not significant correlation between knowledge with the utilization of Posbindu PTM, the correlation between attitude with the utilization of Posbindu PTM and family support with utilization of posbindu PTM.

The essence of language is human activity. Communication with language is carried out through two basic human activities; speaking and listening during the interaction in a group of people. Immigrants in Makassar city communicate with immigrant communities and Makassar people. They used English and Indonesia to communicate with others. The aims of this article were to find out determinant factors of English as language choice among Unaccompanied Migrant Children (UMC) in Makassar and why they used English as their language choice to communicate with other people out of them. The data were taken from UMC in the shelter under the auspices of Makassar’s Social Office and in the public area of Makassar. This research was a qualitative approach; it was from a sociolinguistic perspective and focuses its analysis with the language choice among UMC. This research showed that most immigrants chose English as their language choice since they were in Makassar because they have acquired better than other international language and it has been mastered naturally by doing social interaction among themselves and people outside their community. UMC had more difficulties to socialize with Indonesian than the adult of Immigrants. Other than their lack of language mastery, they also have the anxiety to adapt to other immigrants and Makassar people. English was used by UMC to show their status as a foreigner who lived in a multicultural situation. Language becomes a power for a human being and it becomes a social identity for language user in one community. During the interaction of UMC in Makassar city, the role of English as an International language is shown.

Here, we report a three-dimensional (3D) covalent organic framework (COF, termed JUC-555) bearing tetraphenylethylene (TPE) side chains as an aggregation-induced emission (AIE) fluorescence probe for sensitive molecular recognition.<a></a><a> </a>Due to the rotational restriction of TPE rotors in highly interpenetrated framework after inclusion of dimethylformamide (DMF), JUC-555 shows impressive AIE-based strong fluorescence. Meanwhile, owing to the large pore size (11.4 Å) and suitable intermolecular distance of aligned TPE (7.2 Å) in JUC-555, the obtained material demonstrates an excellent performance in the molecular recognition of hazardous chemicals, e.g., nitroaromatic explosives, PAHs, and even thiophene compounds, via a fluorescent quenching mechanism. The quenching constant (<i>K</i>SV) is two orders of magnitude better than those of other fluorescence-based porous materials reported to date. This research thus opens 3D functionalized COFs as a promising identification tool for environmentally hazardous substances.</p>

The sphere of the unknown, supernatural and miraculous is one of the most popular subjects for everyday discussions in Ayodhya – the last of the provinces of the Mughal Empire, which entered the British Raj in 1859, and in the distant past – the space of many legendary and mythological events. Mostly they concern encounters with inhabitants of the “other world” – spirits, ghosts, jinns as well as miraculous healings following magic rituals or meetings with the so-called saints of different religions (Hindu sadhus, Sufi dervishes),with incomprehensible and frightening natural phenomena. According to the author’s observations ideas of the unknown in Avadh are codified and structured in Avadh better than in other parts of India. Local people can clearly define if they witness a bhut or a jinn and whether the disease is caused by some witchcraft or other reasons. Perhaps that is due to the presence in the holy town of a persistent tradition of katha, the public presentation of plots from the Ramayana epic in both the narrative and poetic as well as performative forms. But are the events and phenomena in question a miracle for the Avadhvasis, residents of Ayodhya and its environs, or are they so commonplace that they do not surprise or fascinate? That exactly is the subject of the essay, written on the basis of materials collected by the author in Ayodhya during the period of 2010 – 2019. The author would like to express his appreciation to Mr. Alok Sharma (Faizabad) for his advice and cooperation.
